Archiving my artistic influences thread from twitter. I liked this exercise, for all the usual narcissistic reasons, but also bc by juxtaposing all these artists that have affected me, I see where they connect to each other as well as myself. - Part 1 - Part 2 - Part 3 -

I am now taking preorders for the second printing of my zine, dummy. The first printing (100 copies) sold out in about 3 1/2 hours on February 9th. This first issue of dummy focuses on the artists (Gary Panter, Wayne White, Ric Heitzman, Mark Newgarden, Kaz and more) who designed the set of Pee-wee's Playhouse and the many toys and other merchandise associated with the show. Full of extremely rare art by, and conversations with, the artists.
Many people have contacted me about a second printing and...here you go. I will be printing up some additional copies this time, but it will remain a limited run. And I have added 8 additional pages of art. So it's 40 pages of high quality printing on very nice paper and full of the art of Pee-wee's World. I expect to start shipping copies out in the middle of March (it's at the printer now). I do not know if I will do another printing if/when this sells out.
