beauty maintenance tips⋆.ೃ࿔*:･🧁

FROM THE INSIDE OUT ;

get a necessary amount of sleep (8 hours or more) drink enough water for ur body and ur amount of movement that u do on a daily basis

take supplements that are good and nourishing for ur body and focus on ur intake of fresh fruits and veggies and find a way to incorporate it into a balanced diet.

SKINCARE ;

when using ur gua sha make sure to use a facial oil, i add a couple drops of facial oil into moisturizer OR i'll use the gua sha while i have an oil cleanser on my skin.

deep moisture overnight on ur lips, face, hands and feet.

use SPF on ur facial and body skin

use a sheet mask 1-2x a week

for the skin on ur hands, i recommend dry brushing ur hands and using some leftover facial serum or oils on ur hands, keep ur cuticles moisturized and moisturize ur hands also.

MAKEUP TIPS ;

i apply my mascara in a wiggling motion, in a kind of horizontal motion (->) like that.

coat lashes with mascara vertically before horizontally

let that layer dry

and do two layers

UNSORTED TIPS ;

use a body scrub before u shave and when ur out of the shower moisturize with a body oil before u use a cream/body butter. use lip scrubs and lip masks for softer and smoother lips.

When Traveling 2 a New city,state,country you always want to be mindful of where you are,how this place operates and how to be like the locals!! + also knowing about weather!! my tips….

If ur traveling to a new country learn some of the basics of the language to communicate properly!!

Learn how they drive,speak,how they pay etc.

always keep money on you obvii!!

SUNSCREEN.SUNSCREEN.SUNSCREEN. ik this is already bible for some people but im gonna keep saying bc its soo important when traveling to places that are closer the equator & countries that are known to be hotter ALWAYS HAVE SUNSCREEN. and not just ur regular SPF 30 try using spf 50! like for me this summer i’ll be in place like san diego,florida & saint thomas and they have really harsh suns especially in summer im gonna need a way stronger SPF than my regular 30 to always be sure to have a stronger SPF everywhere!!

always be friendly with the locals its nice to always be friendly no matter what

educate urself on the country!!

while ur there try learning some new skills

MY PERFUME COMBOS ;

strawberry pound cake (bath and body works) + fresh cream warm cashmere (philosophy)

pink sugar body mist (aquolina) + candy baby (victorias secret)

PERFUME LAYERING GUIDE ;

choose complementary or contrasting scents based on whatever u like the smell of

start off with a base layer and use a body wash that enhances the base (try and keep the scents similar)

if ur layering perfumes, spray the stronger scents first and top with lighter scents so that u won’t overpower the more delicate notes

COMPLEMENTARY SCENTS FOR LAYERING ;

pair a rose scented fragrance with a fruity vanilla fragrance (rose + fruity vanilla)

pair a vanilla scented fragrance with a fruity fragrance (vanilla + fruity)

pair a spice scented fragrance with a floral fragrance (spice + floral)

pair a fruity scented fragrance with a musk fragrance (fruity + musk)

SMELLING LIKE A SCENT ALL DAY ;

after u get out of the shower, spritz ur dry body with ur favorite fragrance and let it dry onto ur skin before u apply ur cream

hot tip : when ur putting on perfume, press and dont rub bcuz then the scent will stick and last longer

Having a crisis at 8 pm on a wednesday while watching House MD.

I have no friends, no partners, no one to talk to.

I'm alone most of the time. At home, cleaning, working on projects, or sleeping.

My best friends are characters in media, stuffed animals, my own creations and my scruffy poodle.

I'm failing most everything in school and am several months behind.

I have no mother or father figure. Only empty shells named mom and dad that take care of my basic physical needs.

I am only 15 and I am already incredibly mentally ill.

I haven't eaten normally my whole life. I'm either binging or starving.

I am just so desperate to get it together. To be at a place where I'm happy with life.

You know your just a teenager who's going through shit, you know it'll pass. You know you'll get through this and be satisfied.

Oh god. Please just let me be happy one day.
