That's all that could be heard. The sound of screaming, clapping, stomping. It rang in your ears. The shouts of fans screaming their idols name in hopes of being noticed.

It hurt my head...

But in reality, I was just like them. I was screaming and jumping in excitement. I was pushing people out of the way to get better views. I was waving my hands and shouting their name... I wanted to be noticed.

A crazed obsessed fan.

But it was useless. It always was. To them, I was nothing more than another background character. Another person handing them money only so they could continue to ignore my presence and miss me every time.

God, it wasn't fair. I'd do anything to have their attention... To have her's. To have her beautiful blue eyes locked on mine. To hear her beautiful voice directed to me, and me alone. To be the reason she smiled...

Was that too much?

Probably. But what did I know? I was only 17. A silly, love-sick 17 year old willing to do anything to get the attention of the woman she loved.

She's been feeling more stressed out lately:( Opening fanmail, being nice to fans, song ideas, etc is ALOT of work, so it drained Velvet out! So u decided a small break would be the perfect thing for her, & u were right!

U both got jewelry & clothing, some bags, makeup, nail polish, she even got a spa for the both of u 😮

After putting all the bags in the car & going back inside, she decided to give a break from shopping (and a break to the poor assistants arms☠️) with icecream

After the sun set in the distance u both decided to go back, cuddling up in her room & falling asleep. Organizing & putting up everything will be tomorrow's job.

Hi! My copy of the RWBY Archives Remnant Promenade art book arrived today. I came across this concept art of Velvet which made me think of you, because, well, Velvet:

Secondly I cannot get OVER that concept art. Like who is that?? Velvet??! It’s like a whole other character, it’s crazy to think that what if that did become her official design. I’m happy we have the official one, I like it a lot more. She looks more ruffleable which is important 😤

I thought maybe she could pass off as like, child velvet but between the sad eyes and emerald hair, I dunno it’s a big gap.

Velvet and Veneer: Drink Edition!

For Veneer, I decided to go with a sparkling blue fruit drink with a slice of lime. The lime represents his green hair and eyes, and the shape of the glass is mostly because I thought it reminded me of him for some reason lol. I added some fruit into it because he do be fruity, and the drink is fizzy (metaphor for his sass hehe). The lil golden bow is the matching fit he slays with velvet!

For Velvet, I decided to go with more of a party girl type drink, with a commemorative decoration (her earring gem). I made her drink mostly purples with layering to it so theres a different flavor with every color. I also added a straw because she has a long ponytail lol. Then there's the matching bow with veneer! and 3 ice cubes for her three crown prongs.

Overall, I think my point is just that these two would shine and sparkle and make you want to drink the drinks, and theyre very sparkly ahahha i love sparkles.

tattoo day 2! what a difference in the pain and swelling with this one. i'm gonna talk about some perhaps gross stuff about the healing process so, a warning for below.

my last tattoo, on day 2, the saniderm (the clear bandage on top) was filled with so much excess ink and plasma it ended up coming off. and my arm was so swollen it was like a huge red balloon.

this time around there's almost no swelling, just a little redness, and almost no leaking. there's a little excess ink leaking in some spots, making some of the lines look a little wonky underneath the saniderm, but last time around there was so much leakage you couldn't even see the tattoo. seems like this time around i'll be able to keep the saniderm on for the full 3 days. so the healing process should be a bit quicker!

not sure if it's healing better this time around because my last tattoo was so black heavy or what, but i'm happy

#i love this tattoo so got damn much #also the mantis is a female! i took a closer look and counted the segments on her abdomen #which is accurate to the chubbiness of her abdomen too.. seems like a very anatomically correct female mantis #definitely glad i went to someone who loves bugs as much as i do #she also keeps spiders as pets! man it was just so nice talking to someone with similar interests lol.. none of my friends keep inverts #she said she's going to email me when this local invert seller we both frequent get these communal velvet spiders in stock #i didn't even know there was a species of velvet spiders that can be kept communally #anyway now i'm rambling #tattoo #100% going to book my next tattoo with her again though
