i know we as a collective society believe in gamer! eren supremacy. and yes, this is a good take. however, may i introduce to you: normie/fuckboy/jock eren with gamer/nerd gf. thoughts under the cut (safe for work, pg-13, also slight snk spoilers for season 3 and up!)

see, eren isnt necessarily a fuckboy. in fact, hes very loyal! he doesnt really think that way about any girls or guys except you. but hes popular romantically and had a reputation for sleeping around before he met you (not that theres anything wrong with that but ya know word travels fast across campus). plus, cmon the dude is in a frat, super hot and has a tongue piercing. he cant blame anyone for thinking he is a fuckboy bc he exudes the energy.

you are kind of the complete opposite. you dont really enjoy parties and you keep to yourself. you're a total wreck when it comes to flirting and your kinda oblivious to whenever people like you. you dont have many friends and are a bigger fan of 2d people than 3d.

either way eren finds you so so so cute. he first approached you at one of his frat parties. your roommates convinced you to come after she said that someone (read: connie) had a dance dance revolution mat, but you kinda just stuck around in a corner staring at your cup once you lost them. he looks you up and down-- your outfit was pretty cute, a short plaid orange pleated skirt, dress shirt, orange cardigan and black beret laying neatly upon your head. and your face... he couldn't help himself but try to talk to you. you were really anxious because wahhh scary sports guy you dont know but he was kinda instantly comforting? in a way? and he was freaking pretty. he looked like a final fantasy character--long haired characters were your type. the rest was kind of history.

a lot of people are shocked when they find out your dating bc you two are so different (some people are surprise eren “dates” at all) but no one dares question your relationship when they see how much eren dotes on you. he has so many polaroids of you in his wallet-- from the many arcade dates you bring him on where you decimate him at almost every game, you awkwardly posing in the hentai section of bookstores, or just candids of you being intensely focused on a puzzle in a game. whenever you guys go out to eat and somethings wrong with your meal, he'll send it back (in a polite way, of course, but hes still assertive.) or if you buy like a figurine and its misisng something hes marching up to the cashier stand for you. he always has an arm around your waist or is holding is hand in yours. sometimes you just cling onto his arm and rest your head on it (hes comfy!!!!! and you are always tired) your both pretty clingy, but you get kinda awkward when you two are around people you know so he just kinda subtly holds you as to not make a scene. its nice. hes comfy.

youve got dual monitors, a pc you made yourself, rgb keyboard, the whole nine yards. all your consoles are up to date and you keep a handheld system on you at all times. you spend most your weekends watching anime and movies and tv shows and your shelves are piled high with books and comic books. eren literally does not understand any of it. when you told him you built your pc he goes "you made all those microchippy things? youre soooo smart babe". when you talk about some of your weirder or more complicated animes he nods along but honestly he gets so lost ("so like, lemme get this straight, the kids dad's wife ate his mom?" "yeah but like she was turned into a titan so she didn't realllllly know it was the dads wife, but like she literally walks past this titan shifter so i think she knew." "thats crazy.") and he will never understand the point of otome games when hes literally right there. he actually has a really bad habit of getting jealous of characters you have a crush on but you just find it funny. sometimes he gets an ego boost when they look like him because even if they look like him he is actually real so they can suck it.

hes rlly supportive tho. erens a rlly passionate person and he loves you a lot so he pours a lot of passion into what you do. if you are into esports/fps games hes cheers you on all the time and does all the raging for you ("BABE THAT GUY IS STREAM SNIPING! HES STREAM SNIPING YOU HEY ASSHOLE STOP CHEATING OFF MY GIRLFRIEND" "eren he cant stream snipe me because i dont stream" "oh i thought that just meant cheating"/"WHAT DID YOU JUST CALL HER?" one of his favorite things to do with you is cuddle and watch anime. usually he lies his face on your thighs or chest while watching and you play with his hair or he holds you in his chest and you play with one of his hands while the other goes behind his head. he grew up on some of the classics like naruto sailor moon one piece pokemon and dbz but he never got super into it until he started dating you. you put him on to soooo many good shows (cartoons, anime, and live action) hes both a crier and he is a get-angrier(?). he gets mad on characters behalfs and you have to pause the show so he can rant about how annoying someone is or he feels so bad for someone so he has to take a minute because hes tearing up. he likes slice of life anime because the friendships <3 theyre so wholesome and they remind him of him armin and mikasa but he also likes shounen because it is entertaining to watch fights. he gets really into them actually. he also has this really bad habit of whenever there is a character with no parents or a dead mom he goes "oh same" or "welcome to the club buddy" under his breath. when theres a cute couple in an anime you both like guys get matching keychains of them unless one of them dies because he thinks its bad luck. his favorite animes are haikyuu, your lie in april and code geass.

you are equally supportive of erens volleyball career. you know all the rules because sports anime and you actually find yourself really liking it in 3d as well (it is lacking in bromance and screaming but you let it slide). you go to all his games and he always texts you before his practices. has a habit of kissing you before games and one day after he kisses you go "gg ez win" as a JOKE but then they like decimate their long time rival marley university and get into nationals (is that a thing for volleyball idk sports) so hes convinced its because you did your "gamer magic". now every time after getting his good luck kiss he interlocks your pinkies and you go "gg ez win" and he goes “yes.” because to this day he doesnt know what it means (he thinks googling it is like breaking the magic)

Chapter six

Suna was completely in shock and he was overwhelmed. He just froze. What can a man do when his ex tells him he is a father, let alone the father of two toddlers.

He immediately thought about the trauma you must have faced, being pregnant and alone. He also thought about how much he’s missed already, he wasn’t there for their day of birth, their first steps, first words, he’s already missed so many birthdays.

All he ever wanted was to be a father, especially to be the father of the children he made with the woman he was in love with. Was it truly a blessing or a curse?

Surely you don’t want to get back together and live like a perfect family behind a white picket fence. He’d have to learn how to push his feelings aside for these kids and share custody of them somehow. Before he could even speak you were walking away and he quickly turned.

Why aren’t his legs moving? What’s pulling him back? Is he afraid of this responsibility and commitment? Of course he is. He doesn’t want to be a shitty dad, will he be able to raise them correctly? How if he’s always busy training and practicing. All his free time is dedicated to napping.

His heart truly broke the second time ever when he saw those grayish eyes looking back at him with such hurt and betrayal. They screamed that they needed him. He didn’t know how but he felt it. He decided that he was going to take a step and work things out with you. Maybe not romantically but he really wants to be in his kids life.

“After all this time and trouble I went through. You’re gonna let her walk away again?” Atsumu’s annoying voice filled the silent hallway. “Fucking bastard.” Suna seethed and turned with a glare. Osamu knew his brother fucked up and decided to be cautious in case Suna decided to land a few punches on his brother like the last time Atsumu has pissed off Suna.

But as Atsumu braced himself for a comeback or for a fist to meet his face he was met with Suna’s back as he ran to catch up with you. When Suna turned the corner he saw the staff parking lot and he began to run even faster.

If you leave it’ll be too late.

When he made it in the parking lot he stopped and used his height to his advantage and he looked around. He couldn’t see you anywhere. “Y/N!” He called outloud and his voice echoed. “Y/N!” He repeated. He was about to continue walking through when a car backed up and quickly breaked so that they wouldn’t run over the man. You looked through your mirror and saw Suna standing there and looking around like an idiot.

Your heart clenched yet you felt butterflies at the same time. He came, not for you but for the kids. You really hoped and prayed that he would come, and he did. You parked your car and you got out. He sighed in relief and neared you. “I’m sorry, I’m so sorry. I want to be in their lives I really do.” He exclaimed.

“It’s fine, Rin. I’m glad you want that.” You smiled softly.

For a moment he got lost in your eyes, and yours in his. It probably lasted less than a minute yet it felt like a eternity. Neither of you could turn away or say something else. It was comfortable and warm.

All of a sudden your phone rang and your finally blinked and turned away to answer your phone. “Did suna find you?” Jamie immediately asked. “Uh we were talking just now....” you said awkwardly and he stood awkwardly as well. “Ok good if not I was going to give him your number.” She sighed in relief and you rolled your eyes. “Alright I got to go, the kids have school in the morning.” You said and you both hung up.

“So I would love to stay and chat..ya know about the kids but they’re asleep already and they have school.” You mumbled. “No it’s fine I completely get it. School is important...are you available tomorrow? It’s off season for me so I don’t have any rough practices, only gym. I want to talk with you before meeting the kids.” He said and you nodded. “I’ll text you when to come over when I get home.” You told him and he nodded. You both exchanged numbers but Suna didn’t really seem that satisfied.

“Tsumu has her social media in case you’re curious.” Osamu spoke up causing Suna to jump. “What the hell dude, don’t just scare me like that.” He placed his hand over his chest and Osamu laughed.

“Come on, let’s go.” Osamu said and Suna nodded and walked away.

“Fuck Fuck Fuck Fuck Fuck.” You muttered and slapped yourself as you drove. Your kids were already asleep so they couldn’t hear you having a mental breakdown on your way home. “Mommy you said a bad word.” Akira pointed out and you glanced at the mirror. “Sorry about that. Don’t repeat it okay?” You asked and she nodded. “I know I know.” She mumbled and look at her signed volleyball with a bored expression. “Is daddy going to be in our lives, now?” She asked and you sighed softly.

“Well we talked and it sounds like he wants to be there for you and nii-chan..he’s going to come over tomorrow while you’re at school so we can talk like adults. Then when you come home he’ll be there to hang out with you guys and you guys can get to know eachother.” You said hopefully.“I don’t like him. Why couldn’t Sakusa or Atsumu be our dad. Even that guy you were with earlier with the suit is fine. But dad is a jerk. He made you cry.” Rini huffed and your eyes widened, were they awake the whole time?

“Hey, I know you don’t know him but your shouldn’t disrespect your father like that. If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t have had you guys. You two are the best things that has ever happened to me. You’re a Suna, once you get to know your dad I know you’ll be proud that I put your last name as Suna not Kageyama.” You told him and he scowled.

“Can you tell us more about dad?” Akira asked and you nodded. “What do you wanna know?” You asked. “Why did you fall in love with him.” Rini immediately asked, “Well he was sweet and funny, he loved anime and we were in the same class. He also taught me how to love volleyball again after my grandpa died.” You said smoothly. “What position did he play? Did he go pro?” They asked. “He was a middle blocker and he was really good. He still is a middle blocker and yes he is pro.” You said and Rini gasped. He’s more of a middle blocker type of fan. And Akira prefers setters. Even when you or Tobio teach them volleyball. They choose those positions.

The whole drive they asked about him and you answered the best you could, you can’t tell them everything but they were satisfied and they had a better understanding. They did get upset with you for not telling Rin that he was a father since the beginning but they understood that he broke your heart and you didn’t really want to see him.

When you got home you texted Rin that you arrived. You quickly bathed your kids. Dressed them in their pajamas and read them a script from the new anime you’re going to be on. (They liked listening to the scripts rather than bedtime stories)

After reading three pages they were already knocked out and you gave them a kiss. You fixed Akira’s fox plush in her arms and made you way to Rini’s bed. He was hugging a green piggy with a crown from the angry birds game and the moon made his face glow. You stood there in shock and you imagined second year Rin sleeping like that with the pig plush with the crown that reminded him of you.

You quickly rubbed your eyes to see second year rin turn back into five year old Rini. “I need some wine.” You muttered and kissed his cheek and fixed his blanket. You took out the phone from your pocket as you made your way to the bathroom to take off your makeup and start your nightly routine.

You chuckled but quickly slapped your hand over your mouth. Why was it so easy to text Rin again after all this time. Isn’t it supposed to be awkward? Why are you so comfortable?

You quickly typed an awkward goodbye and he scratched his head confused but replied goodbye as well. He really wanted to continue talking to you more.

After you changed into your pajamas and finished your nighttime routine you made your way to the kitchen and you grabbed the half full wine bottle.

You held it to your chest as you made your way to your office/studio and began reading the script and answering some emails involving the character you’ll be portraying for the new anime. You celebrated a few weeks back when you got the offer and sighed thinking about this certain character.

You’ve read the manga already but it wouldn’t hurt to re read it to get a better feel of the characater right? You took a sip from the wine bottle as you found the first book of the manga. In your endless shelves of books.

“Alright Emma let’s go on an adventure.” You sighed and began to read The Promised Neverland.

- bokuto will show up to practice all excited to show you the cool things he found along the way. he’s constantly talking to you, calling out to you, just around you in general, especially since everyone else just looks at him like ._. when he talks about “child-like” things

- the whole team cherishes you and adores you. they feel the need to protect you from any unnecessary outside forces. during away-games, they usually walk in a circle formation with you inside that circle

shiratorizawa: 

- i feel like shiratorizawa won’t care too much about your personality. ushijima is definitely volleyball focused and as long as if you get your managing work done, it’s all good. but once in a while, his eyes will soften at the sight of you just enjoying yourself while playing with some play dough 

- tendou loves bugging you and insisting for you to play with him other than alone. whenever he sees something cool or shiny, he’ll call out for you so you can see too

- goshiki wants to talk to you...but he’s a bit intimidated? sometimes, he’ll gift you a little toy he bought that reminded him of you  

- semi is constantly checking up on you to make sure you’re okay and focused on the game since he knows how easily distracted you are

- all of them looks after you and takes care of you in their own special way

aoba johsai: 

- before having you as a manager, they swore to treat their manager the best of the best and now that you’re their manager, they not only treat you really well, but dotes on you

- iwaizumi, very protective of you, constantly reminding you not to step on the court in case you get hit with a volleyball at full force 

- oikawa, always teasing you. but he’s a big sucker for shiny things too. especially glitter 

- ...always offering to buy you ramen. always fighting for who gets to pay for your ramen...more like they want your attention and approval :)

- i feel like aoba johsai is big on gift-giving, especially during the holidays. expect to be spoiled in gifts like a kid on christmas day from the boys! the way they’ll go shopping together and pick things out that they think you’ll like 

- “i think y/n would like this” 

- “no she won’t, this is so much better” 

- “are you dumb? haven’t you seen her face light up when she was playing with the cute animal erasers?”

- they’re amazed. half of the time they’re just staring at you in awe. yamamoto has always wanted a fem-manager and now that you’re there, he can’t function properly anymore. his dream came true. and now it’s his turn to show you off at tournament games

- during breaks, inuoka and yamamoto will play with you. attendance at practice has gotten a lot better because the team really just wants to see you

Bloom Into You/Yagate Kimi ni Naru - this is the first anime I ever watched and is regarded as one of the best yuri anime

Little Witch Academia - idk if you've watched The Owl House but it's basically The Owl House just slightly less gay

Haikyuu - not much female rep here. it's about high school boys playing volleyball and it's entertaining

Boku No Hero Academia - incredibly popular online at the moment. it's good and also bad but it's fun and has good fight scenes

Jujutsu Kaisen - a lot of people are impressed with the female rep in this. it has cool fight scenes

Violet Evergarden - devastatingly sad, about a girl who was raised as a soldier living after the war. very beautifully done. I was motivated to finish it by the gay tension in one of the movies

Kakegurui - lots of unneccessaey fanservice unfortunately. it's basically about girls gambling at school but it's fun and exciting and kinda gay. the men are so irrelevant in this

Puella Magi Madoka Magica - magical girls. darker than it looks

High Rise Invasion - unfortunate fanservice and weird sexual violence attempt in the first episode, but it has compelling female characters who would die for each other and get to use guns

Higurashi When They Cry - you have to watch the second season to understand the first but it's very cleverly done. time loop. theres one guy and he's the main character but theres minimal romance so he's acceptable

WataMote - main character girl is such a loser and it's painfully relatable if you spend too much time on the internet

Mieruko-chan - it's airing at the moment, it's about a girl who sees scary thing but ignores them. It's very entertaining and I read the manga and it gets intense so I recommend

Could I get a romantic creepypasta matchup please?

Starting off, Im 18, a cancer, 5’6 with a pretty average build, I have longish dirty blonde hair and brown eyes, I use she/ her pronouns, and I’m bisexual with a lean towards men.

I dislike loud or constant noises, I once cried because a fly flew by my ear actually. I also don’t like many aspects of humanity, most bugs, and people I don’t know well/ don’t like touching me.

I do like soft things, the fall, sweaters/ hoodies, and alternative/ rock music. I have a collection of around 20 hoodies, sweatshirts, and sweaters. When it’s fall they’re pretty much all I wear.

I usually dress pretty comfortably but every now and then I put some effort into my appearance by wearing something nicer. Usually I just wear a shirt on the baggier side and some skinny jeans though. Along with hoodies, I also have many band tee shirts.

As said before, I really like rock, alternative, and heavy metal music. I’ve liked those genres since I was around eleven, and because of that I was terribly edgy in middle school. Some guy used to call me ‘edgy weeb’ because I watched anime and dressed in all black every day.

Some other things I’m into are horror movies and true crime shows/ documentaries. For reference some slashers I have a teeny obsession with are: Thomas Hewitt, RJ Firefly, and Asa Emory. Asa is terrible though and I truly don’t know why I like him so much.

If you look them up you’ll probably notice that both Thomas and RJ are very tall, like 6’5 and 6’10. I have a major thing for height. And also muscles probably.

Some positive things about me are that I’m a hard worker when I truly care about something, I think I have a lot of common sense, I’m creative, and I think I’m a kind person.

Some not so good things about me are that I tend to procrastinate A LOT, I don’t really feel much empathy or even sympathy unless I care about that person and understand what they’re going through, and I have slight anger issues. Like I’ll throw something across the room if it’s pissing me off. It something I’ll probably need to work on as time goes on. I also tend to always find something to hate about myself. I have less insecurities than I used to, but they’re still very much there.

My hobbies are mainly on the creative side. I draw and write, but I also play volleyball. I’m a defensive specialist who’s not that great, but I’m trying to get better.

In a partner I’d like someone who is at least somewhat similar to me, whether that’s their taste of music or one of their hobbies. I’m not great at communicating with people if they don’t like any of the same stuff I do. I also have discovered that I’m probably a bit touch starved. I recently cried because I was lonely and I wanted a hug but couldn’t have one. At the same time though I’d need to really warm up to that person before being comfortable with physical contact.

In General

Idk what to say other than this gave me really, really strong Jeff energy in the best way. Let me get into that though.

Things He Likes About You

SO, physically speaking, Jeff really likes your hair. I think he likes long hair, doesn't matter who it's on. He loves your hair and the color. You liking the fall is pretty nice, sweaters, generally autumn vibes seems to work very well. I feel like your whole personality works pretty well with Jeff? I write Jeff as a generally reflective, kind of tired with the world guy. He's not necessarily an asshole or anything, but like, his energy turns a lot of people off because they just don't understand him. I feel that you would though. Anyways, loves the way that you dress because it looks comfortable. Likes your band tees too. Your choice of music really vibes with him as well. 10/10. Horror is an absolute must with Jeff and really, everything you're into is stuff he's into. He likes that you're a hard worker when you're passionate. You being creative and kind is super cool too. I think you and Jeff sit in a car listening to music a lot. It's just a really sweet thing the two of you do. I actually think Jeff is an extremely empathetic person, he's just learned how to turn it off over the years so uh, he might keep you in check every nwo and then. He's definitely a lot more thoughtful than other portrayals of Jeff - at least the way I write him. He understand what it means to hate yourself, and he'll vent it out with you. Wants you to be in a safe and healthy place even if he's kina bad at doing that,,,? He's rough around the edges. Will draw with you even though he is NOT an artist at all. He likes to draw in the margins of his notes and what not lmfao. I think Jeff is pretty tall, so like, hey that works out pretty well. He's pretty similar to you - like, not a carbon copy ofc, but the two of you definitely vibe, y'know? He's touch starved and willing to give physical affection even if it doesn't always feel like it. He's prone on holding you, nuzzling into your hair and mumbling somewhat nice things because he does NOT have a way with words. He takes a bit to warm up too? So, I feel the two of you are similar in ways no one else really understands. I think Jeff would bring a lot of balance to you, if I'm being honest. He's gentle in places you aren't and you bring out a beautiful creative side to him that isn't... killing... Jeff adores you through and through. Although there are many forms of atheism (some of which are so strong and violent they make me furious) think about mine as a general form of indifference. I hate the Church state, yes, but sorry I have that "at home" so please don't blame me. I don't like Abrahamic religions in general, but I've grown up with one.

I'm thankfully not a cult survivor, but I can understand some things.

WARNING 3: living in a very religious contest I have many beloved friends and relatives (starting with my mother) who believe in their god a lot. So if my words are too disrespectful tell me, I really don't want to hurt anybody.

So.

I've seen many similarities between the cult Horde Prime put his clones in and your very average, very white, very western idea of Christianity.

1) Theophagy:

First of all, I really don't know much how this thing is lived in other Christian countries, but in mine they put a lot of emphasis on the Eucharist.

As far as I've seen I think it's pretty obvious how much in ancient cultures there's a very carnal and very grounded idea of the spirit. That can result in believing the soul to be the "psyche", so literally "the breath of life", the coordination of your sinapsis togheter (to me a very poetic definition of how our whole being ourselves is just us being our central nervous system) or it can lead to you eating the ashes of your granpa so you get his good qualities (something some cultures still do today). They said that the head of Orpheus was buried in the island of Lesbo and that's why its land was filled with amazing poets like Sappho. There's this very, sorry, brutal idea of the embodyment of the soul, the talents of a person, that even a piece of corpse is considered a magic thingy.

This is no different in the very old, very ancient, very rural Christian religion (at least in the most common version of it, we have many flavours of one truth apperentely).

When I was in High School we studied a lot Bacchus and the Baccanalia, because there are several commedies about it. My teacher, being very religious, was almost ashamed to admit that a lot of acts of those festivities (let's say that the most normal thing was for women to give their milk to animal cubs) were actually not very dissimilar in their rawness to certain habits of the religion.

So, what about Horde Prime? (me *yh, what about it, stupid ADHD?*). I have seen a post in the past explaining that yes, even though spacebats have the dentition of a frugivore bat and not haematophagus bat, the scene of Prime recharging in his throne with all those disgusting cables filled with green liquid referred as "the life force" of his clones...well, it's surely something.

Looks like a sort of sci-fi vampire thing. Which is very cool and I love this headcanon. So again I kept thinking...what is THAT amniotic fluid? I am a student, so correct me if I say something wrong.

Amniotic fluid is a combination of water 99%, proteins, glucids, fats and some salts (...it's even effective for electric conduction...the heck is that pool).

The most similar body fluid is plasma, so blood less cells. Even the serum, so plasma less proteins, is very similar.

Now, stated that Prime is a manipulative jerk, stated that I don't know much about aliens' physiology, stated that that fluid can come from blood potentially, in Church they say this:

*and Jesus said: "This is my body/blood which I offer in sacrifice for you"*

Apart from it being very creepy, there's this idea in the whole religion-thingy: if you are human you are a selfish monster, so monstrous you made our Lord and Savior die for your sins for how messed up you were.

So basically you don't become a sinner, you are concived as one. Humanity is sin itself, it can never lead to something good.

So are the clones. That's why Prime, in his benevolence, feeds them with himself. To make them pure, to protect them from the outside world. To make them remember who their strenght comes from.

If you don't want to read all of this just go for the Futurama soda episode, it's basically the same thing. Bleah.

2) Corpse feticism and more.

Again, don't know you guys, but here we are filled with mummies. I went in a place in Palermo and ...my gosh why did I do that.

We have everything here, hands, heads, feet, teeth so many of them, dead babies, dead virgins, dead popes, dead elders, all of them for half the prize, but only if you call today.

We are. Filled. With these atrocities. At least we don't touch them anymore.

Sometimes I wonder if, apart from the "hygene", people in Middle Ages used to die at the honorable age of 13 also because they kissed those... thingies there.

So, can we please talk about Horde Prime collection of "previous selves"?

This man has a whole room filled with corpses of himself. In the Vatican you can find corpses of dead popes as well, preserved and even dressed in a very good way. In Italy in general we have these, I remember a whole room in a town near my city filled with skeletons of "saints". Personally I find it very disturbing because you are basically not allowing that body to rest and serve its last biological purpose, especially if you consider that most of these "saints" were mentally impared young kids who were killed brutally and died as "martyrs". In ancient Greece the WORST thing you could do to a corpse was to leave it unburied, without dignity.

It's getting darker now.

I like both headcanons for Prime, that of a spoiled (maybe even sexist) royal of a lost culture who wanted to conquer the universe and that of him being a sort of ancient evil spirit, but I personally like to stick with the latter.

Imagine the old bodies of the clones Prime used for himself. Pushed to their limits. Clones dying young is horrific as well, but like these people were forced to go on. Not to die. Not to age as much as possible. And now that they are dead they can't even rest. They are a show off for anyone to see. Their brains preserved and their literal dead flesh still tormented for reading.

One may ask me, then what about corpses in formalin for medical use? Well, one thing is a donor or a dead fetus or a corpse nobody claims. That's the story of the skeleton in my university, a young male who didn't eat much. A very lonely man. Well at least now he is well loved and appreciated, ah if only he knew that.

Everyone and everything is afraid of death, I just accepted that fear because it's normal. That doesn't mean I want to be reminded of it every week, especially if I'm a 7 yo kid.

Honorable mentions: that horrible art collection.

3) Double standards

When I went to catechism my teacher used a very feather hand on males and an iron fist on us ladies. We weren't allowed to wear trousers, to play football, to raise our voice. We were forced to be very clean, to sit with our legs as closed as possible. I heard it was worse before, at least we could play volleyball and weren't forced to knit.

We were however "encouraged" to sing and bake stupid cakes for Sundays. Mind you, I'm very feminine, but one thing is liking ribbons one thing is being a slave.

The boys...well, they could literally do anything. They broke things, used petards, beat each other. They were NEVER reproached, the teachers would say "oh, they are just boys". Like once I was so engrossed. I remember I had to sit behind a guy with his butt almost uncovered (because the lower you put the helm of your trousers the cooler you were) while I had to stay still with my head high, chest out, belly in and legs closed for 2h. The problem was: I almost pitied him. I was like "poor thing he doesn't know how to behave properly". That's so crazy, I was piting a free soul while I had my hands handcuffed because I truly believed the bullshit they put into my mind.

Now, imagine how did Horde Prime's clones feel about Catra and Glimmer.

They can dress as they please. Eat non amniotic fluid. Catra can even go wherever she wants.

To me, they didn't feel envious. As they should! That's how far an indoctrination can go.

Take Yudi interaction with Catra, he believes everything he is saying.

But I think deep down he knows, they all know, the truth, juding by his bitter reaction after being possesed. He knows he is the slave here, not the free man. But he wants to believe the other way round.

I think that yes, of course Prime kept Glimmer and Catra (and Hordak) because he needed them to conquer Etheria. But that is also a good way to show to the poor clones of how lost people far away from Prime's light can be. Slaves of their bodly needs and slaves of their individuality.

4) Sexual abuse

Do I need to explain this? Plus all those sick touches Prime gives not only to Hordak, but to Glimmer, Catra and Adora as well?

I don't know much about other countries, again, but here the Church is a real cancer. If a priest gets accoused of raping children he just gets put into another Church far away, and generally he keeps being a pedo even there and the game goes on.

I wouldn't exately say that Prime is a pedophile but clones are pretty innocent and neotenic to me so...idk.

Of course, Prime is his own state and his own rules, so yh. Raping all day. That's why I don't like to ship him with anything rather than a 100 m fall. Not even with his clones, sorry I know its kinky maybe but he is a monster.

Also, the way the clones feel like...honored to be raped. That's so sad. Maybe he convinced them this is the only right way they could experience sex and intimacy. I really don't know.

One thing I'm sure of is that Christian religion likes to often put shame on some "impure" acts. That's the name. The most impure of all is masturbation. If you are a male ...mmm well it's okay dear, it's not your fault you are male and so a sex starved animal. But if you are a girl? Ihhh oh dare you bitch.

So basically I understood I was atheist at 5 yo, just because I read two different versions of the birth of the Universe, one in my science book and one in my Bible (MY Bible, I still have it, was a gift of my aunt) and preferred the science version. I still felt conflicted, like once during a religion lesson at School (well...I don't blame Mussolini much in this case, I mean the Vatican wasn't still recognizing country indipendence and we needed a compromise) the teacher told me to stop drawing dinosaurs with Adam and Eve because they never existed. I mean...yes that's anachronistic but still I felt very sad, dinosaurs were cooler than that story. I remember I even made an experiment "if I say I don't believe in god will I get thunderstruck?". It didn't happen so I was like "oh cool, science wins". But then CATECHISM ecc ecc. The fun fact is that they think atheists are those who don't study religion, while I was the most zelous of the class.

So.

I just wonder...my baby boy Hordak is a man of science, what were his thoughts after his separation from Prime. I mean of course he still believed, but also not as much after some time. Entrapta is a support system for him of course, but he accepts her affection quite easily on canon. Which is amazing, still... maybe he was already doubting his devotion?

what would’ve happened if oikawa torū went to shiratorizawa

yeahh,,, the title already says what this headcanon is about :))

sorry for the late update, but my personal life is kinda shitty now and i just couldn’t get things done

So,,, i only watched the anime and i have no idea when the whole shit between Oikawa and Ushijima started, but I think it was in Middle School and got only worse when they went to High School

But since Oikawa joined Aoba Seijoh it makes no freaking sense when he suddenly goes to Shiratorizawa

So, I think that Oikawa always admired Ushijima and lowkey wants to set for him one day (even when he denies this)

Despite being obvious to many things, Ushijima is smart when it’s related to Volleyball (idk if this is true,,, just lemme be) 

In the future he’s known as the ‘left-handed cannon’ (or so I think) and many think he’s a brute who just smashes the ball

But he’s not. He wants to make his father proud and his father wouldn’t be proud of a dumb son who just smashes mindlessly some balls

Since he’s young, he reads anything related to Volleyball. Analyses, strategies, the best teams, anything. 

Ushijima has always been a silent boy, he lets his actions speak. This gives him the opportunity to observe people around him

Because of this, he’s able to spot talent and good players in the mass of still young children 

So he notices Oikawa and Iwaizumi. The two have known each other since childhood, they have a trust in each other not many have and especially,,, Iwazumi keeps Oikawa in check. Without Iwaizumi, Oikawa would be a beast and destroy everyone in his way, despite his cheery face

When Ushijima applies to Shiratorizawa he states that he will only play for them if they get Oikawa and Iwaizumi too 

Coach Washijō is first rather pissed at this cheeky little brat called Ushijima Wakatoshi, but then goes to a match to see these two 

He immediately notices that Oikawa is the best setter in the whole prefecture, since he knows exactly how to use all his teammates with their best. And his ace, Iwaizumi helps him with it

The coach talks to both of them and at first Oikawa is irritated, especially when he sees Ushijima with the coach 

(The two already have a rivalry, so naturally Oikawa is pissed) 

When then Ushijima tells him to come to Shiratorizawa, because he will lose with another team, Oikawa fucking wants to punch this little asshole

But then he stops for a second and takes a second look

Ushijima never meant to offend him, he just stated the obvious since he doesn’t know differently. Oikawa knows bluntness, hell, Iwaizumi is bluntness in person, but Ushijima takes it to another level

“You really don’t know how to talk with people, do you Ushiwaka?” And Ushijima blinks and answers calmly, but also confused: “But we are talking?” 

And Oikawa understands. Ushijima never wanted to offend him, to hurt him, he just told him what would the best way for him since he knows that Oikawa is a very good volleyball player and setter. 

“Are you brats finally finished? Ushijima won’t play for Shiratorizawa if you two don’t come and I won’t let other schools take such good players from me.”

(Iwaizumi is also slightly confused, why he’s invited too, but then the Coach snarks at him. “Why wouldn’t I invite you too? You keep Shiratorizawa’s setter in check. Furthermore, do you know how good two players are, especially a setter and an ace, who know each other for years?”)

After this day, Ushijima is somewhat friends with Oikawa and Iwaizumi. Ushijima is maybe socially awkward, but the three never really have any drama, maybe some misunderstandings, but with the time, the three get to know each other better

Listen,,, we all know Tendou is Ushijima’s best friend,,, but now Ushijima is friend with Oikawa,,, Tendou and Oikawa,,, the chaos,,, the pain they cause their own teammates and their so called ‘enemies’ 

(Tendou totally teaches Oikawa to look/smile like he’s crazy, just to scare some setters or other teams)

Their fellow first years don’t really know of whom they should be terrified. Oikawa, that scarry cheery setter, his best friend Iwaizumi, who has clearly some aggression problems, Tendou, uhm- that crazy middle blocker or freaking Ushijima, who’s just tall, but so silent and looks so freaking powerful. 

Since Oikawa is the better setter then Semi, Semi focuses on his pinch serves, but the two often train together as setters

Ushijima becomes of course the ace of the team, but Iwaizumi becomes a starter too. Since the two also train together, Iwaizumi becomes a even better spiker

All in one, the four are terrifying group and take Shiratorizawa further than anyone before

After their first nationals, Shiratorizawa ranks 4th, after loosing against Inarizaki 

Shiratorizawa trains harder than before, Oikawa becomes obsessed with winning the nationals and takes his obsesssion to a new level. (Iwaizumi totally screams/beats some sense into him) 

Anywhore,,, the team wants to win and they walz every team to the ground and somehow manage to win the Spring Nationals 

But they still aren’t satisfied, since it was a hard win and they almost lost to Itachiyama

Call them petty and proud (cause that’s what they are) but they want to be the real winners. Everybody knows of Itachiyama or Inarizaki, but not everybody knows about Shiratirizawa, even when they are a proud powerhouse and ranked rather high the previous years. They want to win the nationals and show everybody that they are the best 

After the nationals, Ushijima and Oikawa are invited to the All Japan Camp (or whatever it’s called) while Tendou and Iwaizumi go to the Youth Camp (totally to go spying :))

Since Shiratorizawa won the nationals, everybody knows now of the brilliant setter, who seems to be either a freaking genius or a monster, since he fits in every team, no matter what and can take out 100% and better out of them. And the left handed ace, who breaks through (almost) every wall 

Ushijima and Oikawa are a terrifying force on the court and the U-19 coaches want the on the team. They are almost insulted when both say no, but understand that they want to wait for a year

“We are still first years, we only played a year together. I am honored, really and I am sure Oikawa is too, but Shiratorizawa needs to win the nationals again. Please ask us again in a year.”

(The coaches are still a little bit mad, but then Oikawa comes with an absolute mad man plan.)

“But if we could train with the team, starting this year, then I’m sure Japan would be even more fearsome in the internationals and actually win them.”

“Oikawa, you should spend less time with Tendou, you start acting like him.” “What’s wrong with that?!” “You are scaring the coaches.”

When Oikawa and Ushijima tell their Coach about it, he screams at them for a full hour and let’s them run to their next practice match, ‘for being cheeky little asshole brats, with no respect’

Tendou is so proud of Oikawa, while Iwaizumi just wants to bang his head against the wall (he will never leave Oikawa alone with anyone, never again)

Anyway,,, some timeskip ‘cause I’m impatient

Shiratorizawa wins the nationals again and this time,,, more clear and without 5 sets, but four

Many of Shiratorizawa are ranked in the national volleyball list. Ushijima as number one ace, Iwaizumi number 5 (after Ushijima needed to sit out for a game, cause he hurt himself and Iwaizumi played in his position) Oikawa is setter number one, Shirabu is setter number 6 (uhm- well Shiratorizawa doesn’t like to talk about it, but Oikawa started a,,, uhm- fight with Asumu Miya, bitching about who would be the better setter and the coach took him out for some sets) Tendou is middle blocker number one and proudly carries the name ‘guess monster’

So, naturally, everybody expected them to win the Spring Nationals (which they did, but yeah) 

Anywhore,,,, Ushijima and Oikawa had some trainings with the U-19 team, but ‘really’ started in their second year. Since they still/need to train with their team, their timetable is packed 

Japan maybe doesn’t win in the internationals but they rank high, 5th place which is better than the last years (i have no idea about this,, but yeahh-)

Let me set one thing clear,,, Oikawa still has fangirls. But they are from Shiratorizawa,,, and after he won the nationals, he seems to have a freaking army of these girls. And when he and Ushijima rank high in the internationals,,, well- his fans were very enthusiastic

Listen. Shiratirozawa has clearly more class than Aoba Johsei,,, fight me but it’s true (they are a freaking private school) so his fans,,, are less crazy about him, but also support his team. Which means that every member of the Shiratorizawa Volleyball team has some fangirls. And after winning the nationals their fanbase only grows

Anywhore,,, they win both nationals (they have to play against Inarizaki both times and both times Inarizaki wins two sets) (annoying brat twins, Oikawa would say) so everybody knows that winning the nationals gets more difficult

In their third year, Iwaizumi takes Goshiki under his wing (Ushijima helps too), while Oikawa and Semi train more with Shirabu. Since they go after a year, Shiratorizawa still needs a master setter and a perfect ace

The Coach doesn’t like to admit it, but his method to make just one player perfect and the axle of the team, is not perfect. There is a reason why Oikawa is the captain and Ushijima the vice-captain of the team. Shiratorizawa still can be an intense force in this way

Now

Karasuno doesn’t play against Aoba Johsei in their first selection of the nationals, they play against Shiratorizawa and still loose

But

They can take one set, but then Oikawa went full beast modus since he really doesn’t want Kageyama to win. After all, there is a reason why he plays for Japan, together with Ushijima

After the game, Ushijima asks Kageyama, why he didn’t come to Shiratorizawa, since his talent is wasted with Karasuno, especially when he has been taught by Oikawa. Kageyama admits that he wanted to go to Shiratorizawa, but he failed the exams. Ushijima blinks and says: “You should’ve studied harder. Shiratorizawa is an elite school, they expect good grades. But... you will take Karasuno far, especially with your number ten. You control him good, especially since he’s practically a waste on the court.”

Karasuno was offended as hell, especially Hinata, until Iwaizumi sighs and apologizes. 

“Ushijima isn’t good with words, what he means... number ten. Work on your technique. If you train good and hard, you and Kageyama will be an incredible force on the court. But don’t get to high hopes. As long Shittykawa and Ushijima are part of the team, nobody else, than Shiratorizawa, will go to the nationals. He’s fucking obsessed with it... but he also has to show a good performance, both of them, since they are in the U-19 Japan team.”

(So,, maybe Karasuno manages to make it into the nationals in the third year :), but that doesn’t matter anymoreee) 

Anywhore,,, they still manage to win both nationals (of course) but not without some drama. Oikawa picks a fight with the Miya twins, but behind their back, he bullies their way into the U-19 team (after the first nationals) Nobody knows about it, until they get an invite for the team. 

Listen. At first, Osamu wanted to stop with volleyball after High School, but then he and his brother get invited to the U-19 team and he,,, suddenly gains a new passion for volleyball. Atsumu naturally notices and they both start to train harder. They create new attacks, especially after Oikawa taunts them that some little first years of Karasuno have too some freak quick attack which is similar to their own. (They totally sneak to some games of Karasuno and spy on them) Osamu doesn’t want a little shit of a raven (uhm- Hinata) to be quicker and better than him, especially when this little number ten is a freaking middle blocker. 

So, Osamu takes notes of Date Tech (and other powerhouses with strong blocks) and Atsumu trains with him (all this happens while Oikawa gackles evily) 

U-19 Japan suddenly plays with two setters on the court and with two strong wing spikers. The other countries were slightly surprised, since it’s rather uncommon to play with two setters, especially international

(Some coaches/teams are totally freaked out by the twin freak attack (as everybody calls it) (you know which one? the one Kageyama and Hinata stop) especially since they can pull it from everywhere) 

Also,,, after the Miya twins joined the team, the tension between them and Oikawa suddenly vanished, after he stopped being so creepy with them (they also saw how Ushijima punched Oikawa without looking and said: “Stop being rude. I will tell Iwaizumi.” When Oikawa starts to whine like a freaking child, Ushijima just scolds him like a parent and forbid him to spend more time with Tendou

So,,, the four totally go along and actually bond, after Ushijima forces them to sit down and talks (as his teammates suggsested after someone fought) (Ushijima ust being a freaking bean- I can’t-)

Anyway

They finally win the internationals and many teams want now the four, but also their teams (Shiratorizawa and Inarizaki) but Iwaizumi doesn’t want to go professional, as well Tendou (which many say is a waste of talent, but oh well-) 

In their last nationals, Inarizaki and Shiratorizawa play against each other again and yeahh,,, I’m unsure,,, should Shiratorizawa or Inarizaki win? It’s a close win, that’s for sure,,, but... the twins train together with Ushijima and Oikawa, and they know now how Shiratorizawa plays, the same goes for Shiratorizawa

I know that after the time-skip, Oikawa plays for Argentina, but after my time-skip, Oikawa plays for Japan, together with the twins and Ushijima. I also want them all in the Schweiden Alders,,, just because I can :)

Also,,, it would be funny how Ushijima and Hinata would play against each other, as well Kageyama and Oikawa :)

LevYaku 5/10/21 (Fluff)

it was a warm day out yet Lev’s face seemed cool due to the sweat from practice and pain. Yaku had worked him until not only his will broke, but his wrist did too. It was an average Sunday until Yaku had shown up at Lev’s doorstep volleyball in hand. “If you're going to avoid me on the days we do have practice, then I’ll seek you down when we don't,” he said as soon as the door swung open. Lev knew this was coming but why of all days Sunday? He just wanted to spend the day watching reruns of an old anime. He tried to slam the door but Yaku’s foot blocked its path. Lev let out a sigh and opened the door back. “Let me get ready… I don't have shoes on or anything.” the shorter boy nodded in response as Lev walked down the hallway dejectedly. A few minutes later he returned in new clothing and a pair of sneakers. With complaint, lev followed Yaku to the park nearby. After a while, Lev had gotten into a small groove and was doing less horrid than usual. He wasn't staying in one place now, and even if he didn't return them correctly, at least he got the ball up. The digs he was attempting seemed dangerous since he didn't know the proper technique and they were in a grassy area, not a gym. Just as that thought came to mind a snap was heard. At first, Yaku assumed he crushed some sticks with that giant body of his, but when Lev didn't get up, panic set in. He ran over to Lev’s hunched-over body and pushed Lev as a sign for him to show what happened. Lev rolled on his side with a look of pain on his face. He was holding his wrist tightly. Yaku pried away his fingers and looked at the injury. It was swelling a lot and bruises were forming but there weren’t any bones poking out. “C’mon! Get up we gotta tell your parents-- we need a hospital-- I don't know what to do!” Yaku took a deep breath and grabbed his phone and dialed Lev’s sister, Alisa. Everything after that seemed to go by so quickly. Driving to the hospital, going into the emergency department, getting a doctor, it all went by like seconds.

“The doctor said I can get a cast in about a week. They have to wait for the swelling to go down, until then I can’t do much of anything, including volleyball.” as Lev finished saying that he felt a twinge of guilt inside of him. If only he had let him be; if only he had spent the day practicing somewhere safe; if only he had stopped practice a few minutes short. All of the times he could have avoided this from happening, he paid no attention to them due to ignorance. His thoughts were interrupted by Lev’s voice. “Even though, Yaku, I’m glad you took me to practice today.” “Why would you be happy when something like this happened?!” “Because now you feel guilty, and that means you care enough about me to feel that way.” Yaku looked at him with confused eyes. “You sure have a weird sense of optimism,” Yaku replied eventually with a slight smile. Over the next week, Yaku looked over him outside of school. during school, it's difficult to mingle with other years so Yaku left that to his classmates. Anytime Yaku had practice Lev would send a message to share with the team. Eventually, Lev’s swelling went down and they cast his wrist. Yaku was still around to help Lev when he really needed but now it was easier for Lev to be more independent. Yaku would describe Lev as a lucky brat blessed with height and agility, but over the next month, his description changed. He’s still a brat who got good genes, but he was a pretty nice brat at times. Little things like saying thank you, and saying he enjoyed Yaku’s company made him think this. After 7 weeks, Lev’s cast was taken off and he was cleared to come back to practice. This made Yaku happier than he would like to admit. Lev was somehow worse than before he started, but rather than threatening and ridiculing him, Yaku was patient and gave him tips every rally. He couldn't get mad, how was he supposed to practice during those 2 months? Practice ended early due to the basketball club needing to borrow the gym desperately. Lev volunteered to stay behind to practice more, which surprised Yaku. “Don't worry! Leave the key with me and I’ll lock up the locker room and stuff when I’m heading out.” Kuroo handed over the key with a mild amount of hesitation. “Oh and uh, Yaku, is it okay if you stay behind to help me? I mean you don't have to just if you aren't doing anything.” Yaku nodded and unpacked another water bottle for the practice ahead. The other boys continued out of the locker room and Lev led Yaku out to a flattened area near the gym to practice receives. They started rallying and after a while, Yaku broke the silence. “Y’know, you usually would never volunteer to practice more, matter of fact you would escape as soon as Kuroo gave the word.” Lev chuckled in response. “What made you want to practice more?” “Well I had a little incident that caused me to be a little more motivated,” he responded quietly. They continued practicing in silence. The water bottle Yaku unpacked ended up being drunk by Lev because he was way more tired than Yaku. After Lev chugged the water Yaku decided to stop their extra practice. They head back to the locker room to pack their things and clean a bit. As Yaku put his track jacket on he heard Lev clear his throat. He turned and looked at Lev to see him standing straight with his arms to his side. “Yaku I have something I need to show you.” “Uh, okay, why are you getting so serious?” a moment passed and Yaku turned back around to zip his bag. To his upper left, a hand slammed against the lockers. He jumped and turned around to see lev looking down at him with panic in his eyes. Lev moved closer as Yaku dropped his bag and stepped back. Yaku’s back was against the lockers. He was confused and scared, was Lev mad at him? Lev leaned down to his ear and said in a low voice, “Yaku, I think I’ve fallen for you.” as he said this everything overwhelmed Yaku at once. He thought back to all the time Lev said he enjoyed him just being with him. He thought back to how Lev reacted when their knees touched on the couch accidentally. He thought back to what he would do and why. He helped Lev. Always. Whether it was practice, grades, and even his broken wrist. He was always making Lev his priority. With this in mind, he came to a conclusion. “Please respond, I don't care if you reject me, or even if you avoid me, as long as you know this is how I really feel..” Lev said after a moment. Yaku pushed him back. “You idiot! You're so dumb!-” Yaku looked up at him “-What kind of idiot are you to think that I don't feel the same! I stayed… I stayed with you all along. I was always there with you when things got hard and you needed help.” Tears slipped from Yaku’s eyes as he looked down at the ground. “Of course I like you too…” Lev reached down and rested his palms on Yaku’s cheeks. He lifted his head, letting more tears spill down. Lev leaned in and kissed away his tears. The salty liquid stung Lev’s lips yet he kept kissing them as they fell down. That day Lev made an oath that any pain caused by him to the one he loved, should be showered with love until it goes away. No matter how long it takes

Anime Edition (Because I’ve Been Revived)

Yuri on Ice, Haikyuu, and Prince of Stride. I’m doing what I want.

There’s two chapters of an angsty whump!Hinata fic that I impulsively started two years ago. Hinata and Kageyama don’t immediately get along as fast as they do in Canon and it causes issues. Might end up a TsukiHina Fic

Some fics that I thought I started, that I might have accidentally deleted off my drive that include two Oikage fics:

Kageyama goes to Aoba Johsai, but doesn’t join the volleyball team because a bunch of other students convinced him to give up volleyball and opts to focus on his studies. Those students convinced him Oikawa hated him, expect he’s really just an idiot with a crush who is bad at showing it. Oikawa tries to convince him to come back. Hinata is at Aoba Johsai.

Kitagawa Daiichi Fic, some upperclassman assault Kageyama after class purposely hurting his hands in order to prevent him from playing volleyball. He wants to quit being a setter/volleyball. Oikawa is completely confused and protective trying to convince him otherwise. Hinata transfers to their school.  

Some Yuri on Ice x Haikyuu Crossovers, based on the headcanon that if Yuuri and Victor had a Biological child from Haikyuu it would be Kageyama:

First version, is an A/B/O fic where Victor and Yuuri meet pretty young and accidentally mate, then are kept apart by the ISU probably. Yuuri ends up being forced to give up their child for adoption. Eventually Victor and Yuuri reunite and start a lawsuit to search for their child. Kageyama is their child and was adopted by a couple in an arranged marriage. They get a bitter divorce when he’s in middle school and they tell him he’s adopted, it leads to his King Phase. He fills out forms requesting his adoption papers before high school starts and is reunited with Victor and Yuuri. Probably an Oikage fic.

Second Version, is an gen mpreg fic (IDK it doesn’t vibe as ABO in that version), maybe a small one-shots. Yurio is his older, adopted brother. Yurio would definitely pick some fights with Oikawa. Kageyama is Tobio’s fake name to not be harassed by the media. He also knows Japanese, English, and Russian fluently but has terrible grades because he gets test anxiety from Yuuri but performs fine in Volleyball because he has two Olympic parents and he has Victor’s confidence in that but also zero social skills despite their best efforts.

(Update! Started & Link)Victor and Yuuri dated pre-canon thanks to Christophe, but break up due to Yuuri’s anxiety after nationals. Yuuri has issues with an eating disorder and announces his retirement after returning home. Yurio is like their child and gets mad at Victor thinking he’s the reason they broke up and goes to Japan to convince Yuuri not to quit. Yuuri of course tells Yakov. Victor comes to Japan to stop him from retiring because he think that’s crazy when he planned to retire. Also the Video still happens and Vicchan is alive and confused by Makkachin because they never actually met.

A/B/O fic idea that Phichit and Yuuri agreed to have a child together to please their parents but didn’t mate. Yuuri and Victor still fall in love regardless but just with some obstacles

Another mpreg fic, where Yuuri opts to have a child on his own but gets caught up in a scandal, that involved the fertility clinic he used having non-consenting donors requested by high paying clients and unexpected mix up.

Some vague ideas that basically allude to Yuuri having dated other Skaters

A Yuuri Idol AU, where if JPOP was more like KPOP and over all less toxic than it is in real life. Yuuri is basically famous for both skating and being in an all male idol group, but somehow his fans have no idea that those two Katsuki Yuuri are one in the same.

Two Haikyuu x Prince of Stride crossovers with Hinata

First one is that Hinata is really fast because he used to do Volleyball and Stride with his older brother but then their parents divorced and split custody. Heath Hasekura is his older brother because Fujiwara and Yagami are the same age as him, and Kohinta is kind of obvious why not, but Heath’s one sister has red hair so it works. Cue reconciling family.

Second one, is that Hinata got pushed into competing with his middle school’s stride team and that all his former teammates go to Saisei academy and are apart of Galaxy Standard. Yukigaoka didn’t have a volleyball team because Hinata went to an Idol school where it lost interest because the students thought it was a violent/dangerous sport. He figures he’s completely done with stride until Stride association members try to contact him about the non-school organized stride event that automatically enters last year’s winners back into the yearly competition.

A fic where Iwaizumi and Hinata are step brothers.

I’m sure I had more Ideas but they’re apparently lost to time.

EDIT 6/17/20:  I remembered some more!

Kageyama fic where Aoba Johsai inadvertently finds out that Kageyama’s parent’s got divorced during middle school by visiting kitagawa daiichi and meeting his younger half brother. Kageyama has both half and step siblings because his parents had long term affairs before their divorce. He goes back and forth between two households and his bio parents ignore him and he’s very quiet and distant around his siblings.

 Hinata fic where he did have a volleyball team in middle school but they treated him like shit. They didn’t believe he could be a spiker and forced him to be a Libero. He gets injured in his second year of middle school and has to go through a ton of physical therapy, which is why later he is ‘bad’ at volleyball. But really he’s recovering and dealing with the trauma. Meet-up with old shitty team. (Note: I edited this and then went to go read fics and someone uploaded a similar fic like two days ago, I’ll still write this but man I’ve wanted it for two years and NOW someone is on the same wavelength, lol.)

Fic inspired by the fact that my school district’s policy let middle schoolers play high school level if they were considered to be varsity level: Hinata finds out about a policy that will allow him to join another school’s volleyball team, as long as their school doesn’t have a formal team and it’s approved by both schools. Essentially, Hinata trains with and ultimately officially joins Karasuno a couple years ahead. Timeline is a the year after the Small Giant graduates but a year before Daichi, Suga, and Asahi attend. Old Ukai teaches the first year then retires. People keep getting freaked out, thinking that Hinata might be older than them while looking really young but he’s not.

i’m honestly on the edge of my seat waiting for the next 2.43 episode. i’m interested to see how the anime covers the high-tension team argument (if they cover it at all), as well as what is arguably my least favorite plot point in S1/book 1. 

BOOK SPOILERS FOR 2.43 S1 Ch 5 AHEAD

first let’s talk about the Team Argument Clusterfuck: the fact that both Aoki and Oda McFreakin’ lost it in that scene is pretty significant imo? although Aoki is normally quite calm, he actually hauls Yuni up by his collar when Yuni refuses to explain what happened, similar to how he kicked Chika when he insulted Oda. 

When Oda steps in to try to diffuse the situation (the narration in my copy points out Oda calming Aoki down is a sight the other members have never seen before, which reinforces how unusual Aoki’s behavior is), Aoki reluctantly lets Yuni go, but doesn’t forgive him for betraying Oda’s trust (and in the epilogue, he still holds a grudge at Yuni for wasting everyone’s time because he refused to explain what happened, even though the others were more sympathetic after the matter was cleared up). 

Hearing Aoki’s comment, Yuni complains that the team isn’t willing to believe that he’s innocent, and that he “didn’t do anything that’d cause trouble to the team”—Oda believes he’s innocent “but we need more detail about what happened to convince the school administration,” but it sets Aoki off again (”If you keep looking down on us, I’ll kill you!” which is just WOAH there sir take a deep breath and count to ten pls) 

Yuni’s comment also sets Chika off, and YuniChika are getting really aggressive at each other when Oda loses his patience and SNAPS. “That’s enough! [...] If you’re all just going to get in my way, then just resign—ALL OF YOU!” and essentially gives up on his dream of getting the team into the Spring Tournament until things got cleared up

(btw, Kanno was also really pissed off, but unlike the seniors he didn’t really fly off the handle—he holds Chika back when Chika tries to get at Yuni to express his displeasure with Yuni, but he also makes it clear that Yuni’s ‘explanation’ (or lack thereof) is nowhere near enough for him to accept his innocence.)

in the book club activities/team practices were suspended for around a month, but idk if they’ll condense the time in the anime? after all, we weren’t really shown what went on during that month in detail, and having another time skip in the anime would be a little excessive imo

secondly, the truth about the attempted su!cide of Chika’s middle school teammate: in the book it turns out that Souta actually wanted to quit the club, not really because of Chika, but more because he didn’t enjoy playing volleyball anymore. but due to the schooling system at Meisei you essentially have to stay in the same club the whole time you’re there, so he felt guilty about wanting to quit, and faked his suicide attempt with the help of some other teammates who wanted to take Chika down a peg. so basically, because this kid was too scared to bear the (social) consequences of quitting a club he doesn’t like anymore, he caused mental trauma to a long time teammate and friend.

i personally don’t really like this plot development, because it takes away Chika’s accountability in the whole incident, and makes the Meisei kids a little too evil? imo it makes Chika a less nuanced character by absolving him of any responsibility and re-casts him as purely a victim of bullying and gaslighting under these circumstances. the Meisei kids are also portrayed as mostly one-dimensional antagonists. while there’s nothing wrong with a simple narrative and character roles, it’s a bit of a let down after seeing how nuanced the other characters are

this is purely personal preference, but i find “a talented person who accidentally caused something bad to happen to people they care about through their own character flaws” has a far more compelling character arc than “a talented person hated on by the less talented/untalented masses” 

of course, people who prefer uncomplicated back stories or people who like to see strong characters overcoming hardships caused by other people’s jealousy would enjoy this development, but i honestly preferred the idea that Chika’s relentless attitude played a part (but only a part!) in someone trying to k!ll themselves, and he has to grapple with the fact that it was something that happened (instead of “it wasn’t real anyway, so Chika had no responsibility and is completely blameless all along”) 

also, please don’t think I dislike Chika and that’s why I want him to be flawed. I really dig how complex Chika is, and I like how his passion for volleyball can come into conflict with his interpersonal relationships. I just think, by having him confront his flaws instead of taking away his accountability, he’ll be a more compelling character that isn’t just another stand-offish genius that doesn’t get along with people
