i mean he is funky and a dork when he's around wanda. he dies and keeps dying and that death scene oof looks too similar to how simon died (the most recent one). his character serves her arc instead of how originally went with wanda and vis (writers giving him a girlfriend and then a wife and then biological children as to say his humanity was something to be proven with his manhood). simon has his own issues but when he's good and vis is good they go completely different directions. and mcuvision is dorky and funky like simon when he's around wanda. i'm not obsessed about neither of them, but the only time ive seen vis acting anything close to that was in avengers ai. i get they wanted to make him less "im a broody synthezoid and im learning how to feel and i-i-i lo-lo-lo...ve.... you... wan-wan...da *cries*" and taking from moments and the feel of wanda and simon's interactions would be an easy source of inspiration. anyway i like this vis. what do u mean you still see how they could use simon? do u have any thoughts? 👀

hmMMmMmm i don’t know if vision having less of a brooding personality and more of a hopeful optimistic and dorky personality makes him more like simon specifically. i think that’s just the result of the writers wanting him to come across as more human, which is a nice change! mcu vision is a pure bean who tries his best while learning to Person, while simon is... still simon sklfjdskl

i don’t have anything in mind specifically! but i’m pretty sure they could do something with simon being an ~actor while also having superpowers, with his relationships with characters (beast??) for shenanigans, which could still include wanda and vision but in a more Friends way and in less of an annoying love triangle way skdfsl

The song, titled “Sokovian Lullaby” — which was translated into the made-up language of Sokovian by WandaVision’s language coach, Courtney Young — went through a few drafts before settling on these final lyrics:
