Now we're getting into the realm of OCs. To preface, I was strongly inspired by THIS COMIC. I was also playing with an alternate face design for Random in a couple of these.

Anyway, this is Smokestack!

I started drawing @mfdragon 's OC, then kept making my own alterations until he became mine. I researched steam-powered locomotives for this y'all. I'll explain in a minute.

Final tidbit of context: I was playing with an alternate design for the Random face, just so it matched the other two a bit more. How I feel about it goes back and forth. I like Random's OG design, but it's just so different from the others that is doesn't quite fit in.

Okay, ramblings and train info dump under the cut. Get ready to learn stuff you never cared about.

So basically, the idea is that an allspark fragment brought some old abandoned steam engine to life. Like in the comic, it used Blitzwing as a blueprint, so Smokestack is the first naturally occurring triple changer. Which also means he doesn't suffer the same mental instability as the previous triple changers, he's just naive in a similar way that Wreck-Gar is. He is neither Decepticon nor Autobot. He's too sweet to be a Con, but he's too loyal to his "Dad" to be an Autobot. He's also full of train facts.

Time for trains info dump! Disclaimer, I'm not at all an expert and I am simplifying.

In the steam era, each locomotive was custom-made, so there weren't any industrial standard models or anything. Different companies had different classing systems at different times. I tried to figure it out once and gave up. Instead, steam engines are categorized by their wheel arrangements. There are leading wheels, driving wheels, and trailing wheels. The driving wheels are the only required ones cuz those are the ones that move it. The leading and trailing wheels are for stabilization and weight distribution. Different arrangements were better for different things, such as freight vs passenger. I don't know the science behind which ones were good at what.

The kind of trains that built the transcontinental railroad were 4-4-0 configurations, commonly called "American Standard" due to their prevalence during the westward expansion. They had two sets(four total) of leading wheels, two sets of driving wheels, and no trailing wheels. Like: <••⊙⊙]▣□□□ They're little guys.

The single most produced type of steam engine was the 2-8-0 "Consolidation". <••⊙⊙⊙⊙]▣□□□□ It was a good multi-purpose design. So I chose to make Smokestack 2-8-0 because it gave me the most wiggle room for when and where I wanted him to originally be manufactured and in service. By making him a random abandoned one, I didn't have to think about what museum pieces could be in the Detroit area (Nobody but me would care, but I got hung up on that for some reason).

Anyway, when he only has one vehicle mode, Smokestack is his original 2-8-0. Once he upgrades to having two alts, he becomes a 4-8-8-4 "Big Boy" <••⊙⊙⊙⊙-⊙⊙⊙⊙••]▣□□□□, which is LARGE. 16 driving wheels, which are at least as tall as a person! The purpose was to have enough power to handle the steep grades in the Rocky Mountains and similarly difficult terrain with heavy loads. These days, rail companies will just hook up multiple diesel engines to the train to get the needed power. There is only one currently functional Big Boy type train, which occasionally does tours. It came by my place on the anniversary of the transcontinental railroad in 2019, but I didn't understand trains enough to properly appreciate it.

Next, I'll be getting into drawing other characters, and making human designs.

ok so i was legit when i said i wanna remake all the splashes in anthro form so inevitably i would have to come up with designs for surv and monk's parents. like sam, they are my half-ocs lol

in the process of doing the above sketch, i got big brain ideas that I'm being committed to.

The Chieftain is the leader of surv and monk's colony and The Maiden is his wife (they are androgynous and use any/all but he/him and she/her will be used throughout). They are very skilled in combat, evident by the scars on their faces and frequently go on expeditions as their colony is starting to have a resource problem (Gourmand does come back eventually and sort of fixes it though). They were forced to bring their kids because they had nobody else to look after them (the lack of resources was really becoming an issue to the point that barely anyone stays in their home), and they later found Samaritan on the way as an orphan (as my personalized explanation as to why they do not appear at the very start of the intro cutscenes).

I just want to make the cute and funny connection that the placement of the eye scars are similar to arti and hunter, to really add on that they are essentially the two's sort of foster parents once they lost their own. I mean, I do not say that they're basically replacing them- more like a sort of symbolism (watching over them, protection, reminiscing, reminders, connections, etc...). I also feel like the parents would indeed be very protective of their own children to the point that they would always take the hits.

That is... until the incident happens. Then they lose Monk who naiively promises them "I'll come back with my big sister! Don't worry mommy! Please don't cry!", and then they lose Samaritan to a desperate vulture when trying to find a shelter. They do find the shelter, but losing all three of their kids have utterly broken them.

Heavily traumatized from the incident and believing that they will never see their children ever again (and the whole resource problem that's been leading them downhill since), they decide to go on their personal journey of enlightenment, to cut off feeling negativity from worldly attachments and eventually ascend. And they did it successfully, unfortunately.

If there was a little more time (to realize that their kids are still out there all along and the resource problem will be fixed), they would still be with surv and monk.

me rambling to why I had to say this below the cut.

TL; DR: my webcomic has discontinued. for those who have no idea what I'm talking about, it's okay, that's past lore you missed out on.

As you have noticed, I've stopped updating my webcomic. A while back in April, I started to realize that I wasn't sure where I was taking my story. I had written down an overview. But I did not do any proper planning ahead. No first draft, no thumbnailing the entire comic, nada.

And that---led me to a creative block. I knew this was detrimental to my comic series. As I kept focusing on other stuff, commissions, art, life, the drive to work on newer pages only dwindled.

I am no professional comic book artist. If I had given myself the time, to pre-plan EVERYTHING from beginning to end, I wouldn't have been struggling to know where to take my story.

It really does seem unfair since I had something going, or so I thought I did. From you, the readers, who enjoyed every update I put out. But in truth, I was honestly working against the clock. Again, not planning so far ahead. It's only fair that I shed the truth here, to what's really going on behind the curtain. As you can clearly see, I have moved on, picked up new interests. I've even picked up on older ocs, (vampire family!) in which I honestly feel like I would've had an easier time making comics for.

So, dear readers who have been following this comic for it's brief time running, thank you all for your kind comments, your support, and attention. I don't know if I want to keep up the website, as it will be charging me to keep the domain + premium features from Wix. I don't find it convenient to be charged for something you're not using. As my income relies on my art/shop sales.

I'll still have the pages, they are saved on my laptop. Perhaps one day, not today, not this month, I will have this comic back up and running. Thanks again.

Ash: "I miss the friendship I had with Shelby. I don't know why, it was literally only for a week or two. But there was...something about her friendship that sucked me in. I still have Lexi, so I think I'll be okay. Then there's my ex-stepdad, Frank. He was sometimes fun. Toward the end he became rude. Before that, though. I miss when I felt like he was a dad, I guess."

Gwen: "My grandfather died when I was very young. He was amazing, though, and I am just glad I remember him. He read stories to me and played with me. And then there's my cat, who we lost a few months ago. She was really sick. I still miss her."

Robbie: "God, I miss Lalika, Akash's mom. She was basically a second mom to me. I talked so fast around her as a kid. She was just starting to learn English when we met, so I don't know if she got everything, but she would always smile and laugh when I did, paying attention to my emotions so she could respond appropriately. But I also loved to read aloud my favorite books to her, so I helped in that regard I guess. She went to all my plays. She made sure to get something for my birthday, and Sam's, separate from Akash's gift. She was amazing."

Akash: "My mom. Every day, I miss her. It's...hard to move past it, I guess. She would listen to you. I still remember her songs that she'd sing, and I still listen to them. She loved taking pictures and filming everything, which I am so grateful for now. She fought for me, when the school district dug their heels in about something. Made sure I had everything I needed to succeed. She was the best."

Jedi: "My mother fought for me my entire life. She pushed to get me an accelerated academic program, fought to drag me and my sister to a better place where I could thrive. Fought my father when he...let us say, went too far. She was fiercely protective. I owe her my life. I just wish I could have repaid her."

here's my take on the miss kobayashi x TWST au (ramble below cut)

EHEHE I used an OC for this one. This is Renata, she's a literature grad student who's writing her paper on fairy tales in modern media (aka video games and adjacent media). Girliepop had a tough time w/ uni being uni (plus working part-time at a maid cafe) and drank her stress away, wandering into the woods with a half-empty bottle of alcohol.

She found a giant, overgrown, dragon-shaped boulder in the middle of the forest with a sword stuck in its chest. Thinking that it'd be a funny idea to "unleash an ancient evil forgotten by man" (her words), Rennie pulls the sword, awakening the slumbering beast from his slumber. She would've likely shrieked under ordinary circumstances, but her drunken haze killed any sense of survival in this woman's brain and her curiosity gets the best of her.

i can go on for HOUUUURRRSSSSSS but it's lateeee. imma add onto their lore later.

Intro Post 2024 Edition

Heya, I’m Kem! (he/they) This is where I share my gaming shenanigans. I like RPGs, angst, and making my OCs suffer.

Current focus is generally Star Wars: The Old Republic, with a new hyperfixation of Baldur's Gate 3. You can also expect to see content from Lord of the Rings Online, Fallout 4, and Secret World Legends.

I’m an avid screenshotter/virtual photographer, so expect many screenshots as well as the occasional gifset. I also spend far too much time, effort, and money playing pixel dress-up with my characters. With SWTOR at 32 possible outfits, I might just be able to sate my outfit needs there (other games still need to get with it).

More notably in my opinion, I'm a passionate writer with more fanfic ideas than I think I'll ever actually be able to write. Again, most of my fics have been SWTOR in nature, but I'm dipping my metaphorical toes into some BG3 writing as well. I have a handy page for my published fics here.

Some tidbits and rambling about my OC Asclepias/Klee, because he's currently giving me brain rot and I have time to kill before I go to the family Christmas party. Some discussion of dissociation and trauma related memory loss below the cut as a heads up. Let's go.

-Due to the nature of his summoning/transformation into a ghoul, Klee has some memory issues -which is a fairly common side effect of combining a human vessel/soul and a demonic entity into one, singular being- and is prone to forgetting large chunks of his day if he's having a particularly bad episode.

This is the main reason Klee has to remain in the rehab, and why he was brought to the abbey in the first place, because while he is aware of the fact that he has a condition that causes these gaps, it is nonetheless upsetting, if not outright debilitating, for him to not remember what he was doing or whom he was talking to throughout the day.

Thankfully, with help, Klee has been able to go longer periods of time between episodes.

-Oftentimes, Klee can be found roaming around the small courtyard near the ghouls' den along with a few other inhabitants of the rehab, usually accompanied by either one of the siblings of sin or another ghoul, as he tends to do best when in the company of others.

-Klee has only been a ghoul for about a year or so now, and his transformation does seem to be the primary cause of his current issues, however the ministry suspects he may have endured some sort of outside trauma prior to this event that could also explain other aspects of his behavior/personality.

When discussing his life before becoming a ghoul, in regards to his human existence, Klee has expressed that "nothing worth noting" occurred during that time, though he did also feel like, deep down, that his life was "not important" or "interesting" enough to really dive into, hinting that, perhaps, he was already experiencing some sort of dissociation/withdrawal from the world around him before his transition.

-When it comes to food, Klee is not really picky about what he eats, but does lean towards more savory dishes and likes most anything with melted cheese on top, or cheese in general really.

His least favorite food is oatmeal, except for when he has a craving for it, otherwise he finds the texture off putting.

-Overall, despite being a ghoul, Klee doesn't have much of any idea about what that means for him personally, nor does he really know what the church's mission is beyond, "There is a silly man dressed like the pope, who wants people to have fun." which only adds to his overall feeling of not knowing what's going on.

And lastly;

-During the time he's allowed to roam around by himself, Klee likes to explore the abbey's grounds, in particular, he's fond of the gardens, though not overly fond of the woods as it is "a bit scary" and he worries about getting lost while out there alone.

When he's walking around independently, he likes to engage with others and tends to make friends easily.

He is fairly open about his memory problems, and usually appreciates it when people reintroduce themselves to him or start by saying, "Hey, it's -insert name-!" or "Hi, it's me, -insert name-!" because that tends to help jog his memory and help him recall previous interactions he's had with them.

However, with some people, he's able to remember them based off of vibe alone, and he's really quite proud of that, as he's able to recall how and why he knows them

This "vibe check" applies to a select amount of individuals, usually people he interacts with daily or with some regularity, but there are a few notable exceptions, such as Sister Imperator, whom he only met once and recognizes on sight for better or worse.

Revisiting Reflectmon, a decade+ old OC.

Was talking to my friend about my TTRPG character, Mercutio, and we got to discussing fictional character digimon partners. The questions was odd for me because Mercutio was technically a spin off of a decade+ old digimon OC, Reflectmon.

We got to talking about how different the two characters ended up being, and I realized... I made that original design over 10 years ago with very few changes. I'm better at character design now, and should take another crack at it based on the original concept I was going for! So here is a redesigned Reflectmon!I don't think I'd change there name, but if I were to choose a name now "Flectiomon" would work too. (Like reflection, deflection, inflection, etc.)

I've very please with how it turned out. I know some people might prefer the original, But I think what was lost from the original is still mostly present in the spin-off/spiritual successor TTRPG character mentioned earlier.

I'll leave some rambling notes below the post for anyone curious! (Warning. I repeat myself a lot.)

So the original Reflectmon was designed around 2013. (It might have been even earlier, however a lot of my early art work is unfortunately lost to time.)

I have a better understanding of character design now, and I wanted to make the new design more conceptually cohesive.

Here's what worked: - Marionette + Ball jointed doll themes - The mirror mask that emotes in fun ways like a TV screen. - Eyeless face underneath that is a little creepy. - More humanoid appearance.

What Could Be Improved: - The devil tail was an x-men reference, because I really loved Nightcrawler when I designed this character, and the Mercuremon line were listed as "Mutant Type" digimon (haha). However, it is only vaguely related to the actual character concept (via shadow Seraphimon) and really didn't make that much sense by itself. I didn't want to removed it completely as it was good for the character silhouette. So I replaced it with a Marionette string that acts like a tail instead! We go more with the theme, AND we still have a sort of tail. - The hat, while a reference to AncientWisemon & Wizardmon, went too far in a different direction. Now it references AncientWisemon's hat and Mercuremon's helmet more closely. - Design was a bit busy over all and needed some toning down and streamlining. - Pushed the Marionette + Ball jointed doll themes further with more obvious ball-joints and puppet-like aspects. - Adjusted face and hair colors to have a more faux-porcelain-doll look that a lot of ball-jointed dolls have. They also now have a ball-jointed doll bowl cut. - I don't remember why I put X's on the eyelids under the mask? I think I just thought it looked cool? My best guess is I was going for a "see no evil" thing since Mercuremon had a bunch of church stuff in Digimon Frontier, but I have no idea. Anyway those are gone now since they didn't help the design read any better. - Other minor color adjustments to help with contrast.

Reflectmon, as the spirit of steel (a man made alloy), is supposed to be depicted as a toy made of synthetic material (as opposed to the wood spirit, who is made of natural material). This is why I wanted to really reference the look of ball jointed dolls, which are usually made of plastic, and can have a porcelain look. I'm over all happy with the new look!

sooo i redesigned a lot of my childhood warrior cats ocs... some of them I totally forgot about until I raided an old page of mine LOL. I could have kept their original bright colors and designs, but I liked the challenge of finding colorways and cat shapes/breeds that are more plausible than what I depicted in my art from age 9 to 12 :]

This is Cherryfur/Cherryfrost, who I made a Siberian cat. In the redesign, I tried to hint at her old pink very lightly in her stripes. I also made her and heartmelt/roseheart siblings, since they were both once pink :)

This is Bloodmask, who I renamed Russetmask. I figured russet was as close to blood-colored as a real cat would get, lol. I'm not sure how plausible a mask pattern is on a russet cat, but what's warrior cats without a little implausibility? His original character was very edgy, so I tried to translate that outlandishness into a more realistic characteristic - I made him a feral cat turned deputy, which seems like a social no-no.

This is Shreddedstar. She was the leader of "BeastClan", a clan I made which was the home for a Warriors RPG group I hosted. Years later I deleted that group in a fit of embarrassment and now I HATE that I did that, because I had some nice memories from there! In the redesign, I didn't keep the Clan's trait of wearing animal pelts and teeth, because honestly I did not feel like looking for reference and making it make sense. I renamed her Foxstar, after her orange pelt, and I also gave her markings because apparently pure orange cats don't exist. She's an American Bobtail.

This is the oldest digital art I think I have. And Nightscar is the oldest warrior cat OC I have! He was renamed Nightbird because I don't think Foxstar would be so mean as to make his warrior name a comment on his scars. I made him an Oriental Shorthair.

I forgot about these two until I found this art. Idk if they were for anything or if I ever drew them again, but I pulled them out of retirement. I renamed Whispersong (left) to Whisperthroat and Jadestorm (right) to Lichenbark, to reference her former green design. I also changed their whole backstory... idk why but at ~10 years old all my cats had dead parents and were traumatized about it in some way. I think that was my childhood brain's concept of a character idea.

This girl is Heartmelt, who was another BeastClan character! I renamed her Roseheart and made her sisters with Cherryfrost - she's a Siberian like her sister. in the name of realism I sadly got rid of her pinkness and hearts. But, I left her a heart on her chest :]

Last but not least is the unfortunately named "Painfulshadow". I renamed him Slateshade and tried to keep a little indication of his wings in his patterning :) he's a domestic shorthair classic tabby.

Finally draw my sky ocs. I uh forgot Spector, but this is most of them that have plot. Y'all can ask about them if curious and I'll respond.

Koro: (she/her) Freelance Sky kid worker that got adopted kid to the Performance crew. Enjoys exploring, krill taming, and crafting/drawing.

Rui: (He/him) Lost sibling to Koro, but she has no idea. Gremlin child that only listens to certain spirits and kids.

Mana: (They/Them) Old soul that takes care of a small cove filled with light creatures and plants. Kind kid that bumbles around in the realms.

Altair: (He/They) Guide for new kids and old ones along with a magnet for most creatures. Despises most of the spirits and elders, only kind to sky kids and a few spirits. Arms turn into wings so he doesn't need a cape.

Shiro: (He/him) Anxiety ridden boy that hides away in his little hidden garden. Rarely does any kid meet him and see him.

Vera: (She/They) Adventurous gal that lives to alter cosmetics for kiddos that want something different. A bit of a workaholic so it's difficult to get a hold of her.

Zara: (She/Her) A vault kid that researches the darkness and can cast light spells. Hopes to help heal the realms with her new form.

Lance: (He/Him) Adores the history of the kingdom and the military. Trains with some soldier spirits and will ramble about the weapons and armor for hours.

Iasma: (He/They) Krill lord that maintains krill that won't attack sky kids, but he can't keep them away from attacking light creatures. Despite his appearance, he is kind and gentle.

Naos: (They/Them) King crab that travels to to various realms and takes him crabs that need help or care. Don't mess with his crabs.

time travel in ten - sequential narrative collage piece done for my class, Artifact.

ramblings below the cut for those interested in the process/life update for friends who have noticed i've been gone

right lmao. i had two weeks to do this project and had a completely different idea that i just could not get myself to be excited about. emailed my prof in desperation, but it being like 10 pm meant that she was not about to respond. within 30 minutes, as it goes, i got struck with divine inspiration by whatever force of nature governs procrastination-induced genius, and i promptly spent the next 12 waking hours non-stop working on this.

my class, artifact, is a requirement for the foundation year at the college i attend. it centers around time-based media, ranging from the sequential illustration here to video later in the semester, and a bunch of other projects designed to get us thinking in 4d. artifact is the theme of the class - my peers are doing the same projects under a variety of different themes (tragically, haunting filled up too quickly and i missed out on enrollment in that one).

our first project was designing an artifact and doing a write-up of the story behind it. the girl to my left made beaded spiders members of a fictional cult carried. the guy across from me made an amulet of a long-dead god. you get the vibes. mine, which I still need to take professional photos of, is a pocketwatch that lets you time travel. cause, yknow. i'm me. it was gonna be about time travel.

i had originally intended to do a bunch of drawings of the watch's owner, building out her backstory and the world she lives in, and explaining why the watch exists,,,, then i couldn't bring myself to pick up the stylus. I just can't seem to find the energy for my usual digital art (sorry friends i miss yall i'm still here i swear).

I haven't drawn fanart or my ocs in months now, since last semester, and I miss it a whole bunch but right now that creative energy just. is not happening. i don't plan on abandoning it forever by any means, but p much everything i have is going towards school right now. sad as that is, i'm having so much fun, and i'm so proud of the technical improvements i've made. I've got so many things i want to create, mostly for my ocs. i still love crit role, but i've fallen of campaign three. i don't have the time, and the story hasn't been engaging me for a bit.

i've been really into dr who lately, and am eagerly waiting for the spare time to sit and watch all of candela obscura. i'm in a new dnd game. i've got friends! real life friends! irl friends who called me the wizard friend within a few hours of knowing me before i even opened my mouth about dnd lmao. i've discovered a new love of collage, and i've just declared my major in something unique to my school, a program called Studio for Interrelated Media. i'll be learning about illustration still through the extra electives i'll have room for, but i also get to explore printmaking in more depth, as well as event planning, installation, curation, and theatre work as well.

i miss being on here a whole bunch and want to be more active when i get more time. don't plan on abandoning this blog by any means. boston has been kind to me, and though i have had some Real Low Points, i've also been living the life i've hoped for since i was a kid. i'm good, really really good.

Kind of bouncing off of the last ask you posted/answered, do the other glamrocks have parts in sleuth jesters? Besides Freddy, of course. What about the springlock and fnaf 1-4 models?

(Mainly asking about the springlocks bc I've been doodling an oc as if they were in the au and want to be at least a little accurate with their backstory, even if its just for funsies lmao)

For the glamrocks, I keep changing my mind about what they're doing as I don't have roles/storylines for them to be included in yet, except for one. I do, however, have plans for the Funtime animatronics in a possible Sleuth Jesters continuation, but that's all I'm going to say on that matter.

I don't have any thoughts on other fnaf models aside from what I mentioned above, so have fun with your OC! ♥

I have a lot of thoughts about Glamrock Bonnie for Sleuth Jesters, and oh boy, I'm gonna ramble about them here. Tucking it below the cut because it's a bit long! Content Warning for Pregnancy and Death.

Bonnie and Freddy were tight-knit and escaped into freedom together when animatronic rights were legally recognized. Freddy was very interested in politics and Bonnie set his sights on the justice system and the law itself. He studied and looked for every loophole and wrote as many letters as he had to, and finally managed to thrust himself into law school despite a lot of people not liking an animatronic among their students, but boy did he do it anyways.

He got his law degree and returned to the city with a lot of justice on his mind, alongside Freddy who was working his way into public roles within the community. Bonnie started working as a criminal defense lawyer and representing animatronics while navigating the very fresh, legal rights of his kind. He was helping everyone and anyone he could along the way.

There's a small story of Bonnie intervening on Sun's and Moon's behalf when they're unfairly hauled into a police station and interrogated because of Eclipse's gangster antics (before they join the police academy), but I'll save that for another time. In essence, Bonnie has met the celestial brothers. Sun and Moon like him. Eclipse does not.

It's amid these cases where he's fighting an entire system to give animatronics fair trials in a court of law that he incidentally meets a woman. She entered his office under the assumption that he was a divorce lawyer and seeking advice on how to go about such matters.

Bonnie's surprised by several things in this encounter, least of all the mistake of his specialty. Here's a human (pretty lady) who holds no pre-determined grudge or animosity toward his automaton existence, and she's rather occupied with her own troubles but very kind. When he explains that she came to the wrong place, she bursts into tears and confesses that she has no idea what to do because her husband abandoned her and she discovered not three days ago that she's pregnant.

Bonnie isn't one to shy away from complicated matters and the woman has been very sweet, so he comforts her. Ruby, as she later tells him when she's dabbing at her eyes with tissues, explains a little more about the situation. The good news is, Bonnie's certain she can get her marriage annulled as it was very recent and the circumstances are very dreadful. He gives her an address and a person to talk to, and he wishes her the best. As he watches her leave, he realizes that he would very much like to see her again, and Bonnie tells Freddy just as much later.

Freddy is supportive but also warns Bonnie to be careful. There are still a lot of people who aren't 'comfortable' with animatronics and it might be tumultuous to start a relationship with a human, if Ruby is so inclined, but Bonnie has never let anything stop him before.

Ruby was impressed by him despite the teary first meeting (much to Bonnie's delight and quiet relief). Though she was once bitten, twice shy due to her previous and now annulled relationship, and growing concerned that a man, whether organic or machine, wouldn't want anything to do with her since she's with child, Bonnie puts her fears to rest and promises that he will take care of her and the baby for eternity if she'll let him.

They become attached to one another pretty quickly. Bonnie is thoroughly smitten with his darling Ruby and supports their growing family. There are some incidents of outrage towards their relationship, some of which scare Ruby, but Bonnie's fur feathers are never ruffled even while he handles the verbal and sometimes physical reactions. Freddy is always there to lend a helping hand, too, and make sure Bonnie's family stays safe.

When Ruby has a healthy baby girl, Bonnie couldn't be prouder.

All the while, Bonnie is aiming higher in his career and sets his sights on becoming district attorney. He's certainly succeeded in enough cases to be considered for selection. It takes a staggering amount of time, but finally, when Freddy is running for Mayor, Bonnie has hope, and after Freddy wins, Bonnie is selected for district attorney.

Now in a great position to bring about change, Bonnie sees the city rotting with corruption and violence, and he knows exactly what he's going to do. He's going to pull injustice out by the roots.

He sets his sights on Eclipse and his gang.

This, one day, might be a little fic that I hopefully get to, but in short, Bonnie is the only one who successfully puts the mafia boss on trial. Eclipse finds it all very amusing, the court proceedings and whatnot, but Bonnie is the prosecutor and he intends to get Eclipse behind bars, where he belongs.

The tough thing is that Eclipse has never played fairly. With the vigilante and the detectives as witnesses among the spectators, Eclipse slips through justice's fingers and escapes punishment in a gloat to the city's legal system and as a testament to his power.

It's not long after that that Bonnie mysteriously disappears, leaving behind a wife and child. Rumors have it that Eclipse was not happy about being tried and they pity the brave but foolhardy district attorney for trying.
