9:24 a.m. at the Sidewalks of New Donk City.........

It was a bright, lively day in New Donk City as everyone gathered around to watch over this year's Christmas Parade. And what better way to start the celebration of then with.......

Sage: (Simply Nodded) For the most part. The Homemade Ice Cream Maker is approximately 52,6% in completion, so there's much more work to be thoroughly done. (Smiles Softly) Regardless, that it in of itself, won't ever stop me from missing you dearly, Junior.

Alucard: I've seen more entertaining attractions in my younger years really. But I suppose this.....parade you all speak isn't too bad.

Roy: (Turns to Alucard with his Signature Cocky Smirk of his Face) What's the matter, old man? Afraid of getting out of your comfort zone?

Alucard: (Rolls his Eyes) Far from it. I'm only experiencing the moderation of what this generation has to offer. Which is more than I say about you sulking over having no romantic partner.

Roy: (Starts Letting Out a Offened Chuckle) I'm sorry, was that a remark you made towards me just now?

Alucard: I wouldn't say it was a remark per say. I just happen to noticed a blatant insecurity and felt the need to call it out as it is.

Roy: (Starta Chuckling) Blatant insecurity, huh? Alright. We'll see who's insecure.....(Glares at the Vampire) After I beat your ass in a game of Arm Wrestling!

Ludwig: (Abruptly Closes his Book Before Turning Towards his Brother) What?

Kumatora: (Raises an Eyebrow in Confusion) Huh?

Maria: (Places her Hand on her Lips in Genuine Surprise) Oh!

Alucard: Pardon?

Roy: You heard me! I challenge you to one on one arm wrestle! Winner gets bragging on all accounts!

Ludwig: Roy, have you ACTUALLY lost your mind right now!? This is Master Alucard you are challenging!

Diddy: Right? It's pretty and detailed....It's still crazy for me believe that Cranky used to look like this all those years ago.

As requested by nobody but me, I present Bowuigi holiday headcanons!

(note: Bowser and Luigi’s relationship is established by the point these headcanons take place)

There are no winter holidays in the Koopa Kingdom. As a matter of fact, the idea of a “holiday” is completely foreign to the koopas. Still, when Bowser hears about Christmas… he mandates that his subjects observe all winter holidays, as he is unsure which Luigi celebrates.

Luigi wakes up to the sound of an off-key rendition of Jingle Bells. He heads to the throne room and finds Kamek playing an improvised piano as Bowser smoothes his hair down underneath a Santa Claus hat. When Bowser and Luigi’s eyes meet, blushing ensues.

A quick conversation confirms that Luigi just celebrates Christmas, so Kamek rushes to put away the other holiday stuff around the castle. Bowser Jr. might have possibly left out a dreidel he was playing with and now Luigi thinks that Bowser celebrates Hanukkah. Luigi promises he’ll celebrate it with Bowser next year.

Bowser tries to bake gingerbread cookies but gets impatient and breathes fire on them in a fit of wrath. They’re a bit crispy but Luigi swears they’re the best cookies he’s ever had.

Back to the dreidel: Bowser Jr. and the koopalings could not get over it. Kamek hadn’t seen them so obsessed since they discovered cootie catchers.

At the end of the night, Kamek starts playing “I’ll be home for Christmas” and Luigi gets homesick. Suddenly, there’s a knock at the door- when they open it, they find Mario, Peach, and one of the toads. Luigi invites them in and forgets about his homesickness almost immediately.

As the song finishes, Bowser smiles and states “Home is where the spleen is.” No one bothers to correct him.

Well, it may not be Christmas, nor Christmas in July as of writing, but if you’re feeling festive anyway (or just really like Super Mario stuff), then feel free to try this one out!

A tale of two romances, this is a story that first follows Mayor Pauline arriving at Princess Peach’s winter castle party, where she’s hoping for peace among her friends and enemies for a wonderful time.

And right after they spend time under the mistletoe, we travel over to a pair of Santas that are doing their best to keep the holiday cheer going! Mario and Bowser work together and help each other manage the holiday stress! Mistletoe, mistlefoe, it...it works out, promise.

(And there are some other Mario friends hanging around too!)
