Took suggestions for the color wheel challenge over on twitter. It was super fun! Would love to do it again, either over on twitter or maybe here on the ol' blog. :D (Not sure when, but. Someday! XD )

More drawings for how I'd design characters if I did an X-Men '97-inspired sequel series for the various Marvel cartoons (mostly Spider-Man: The Animated Series and The Incredible Hulk), as well as two characters I hope will appear on X-Men '97 itself -- along with another episode of "Anicomicgeek can't do a decent actor likeness if his life depended on it" since Arcade was supposed to be modeled on Malcolm McDowelll during his A Clockwork Orange days.

While Spectacular Spider-Man (1976) #225 is best known for introducing Phil Urich as the 4th “new & heroic” Green Goblin, it also introduced a one-off villain named Firefist whose entire shtick is incinerating random homeless people in back alleys as he calls them “useless burdens on society responsible for America no longer being a great nation.”

Reading Firefist’s dialogue here, all I could think to myself was, “Special guest ghost-writer: Donald J. Trump.”
*shivers…*
Actually… the thought of either Peter Parker, Ben Reilly, Phil Urich, or any other hero fighting a supervillain version of Trump sounds incredibly awesome! I’d totally read the heck out of that story (if only to see the orange bastard get his just deserts)! Please make it happen Marvel!
From Spectacular Spider-Man (1976) #225 by Tom DeFalco, Sal Buscema & Bill Sienkiewicz.
