haven't posted art in a bit bc I haven't really drawn much & mental health keeps dipping real low, but I've also recently dipped into learning how to draw rooms and their layouts so here's one attempt feat. Roger's room.
Zoom for them room objects
things of note:
bed buge not real (unless it is a plushie)
wicked cozy room (glow in the dark stars on walls and ceiling)
poster on door is a 👍
Roger has cat ear headphones
stickers probably everywhere (sticker collages is his hobby)
too many plushies I can't bother to draw (yet)
here's first sketch of room in perspective of which I didn't keep but I like Roger trapped with bed buge so I'm showing it
here's my ACTUAL proper attempt of room in perspective but still didn't finish it because. I got bored, I'd rather try another attempt. at least I know much better how to use perspective rulers!
things of note:
cat mask reflection in mirror. didn't get it drawn in the room layout. room layout has a vape though
he'd have more pillows and also blankets. definitely also a weighted blanket
imagine like a dozen more plushies of various sizes here and there (and also in the cosy room that is obscuring his desk corner which is probably quite visually interesting. I should've chosen another POV for this but I'll get there)
this
bunch of cat pictures Roger took himself while out and about parkouring
that's it for now, Roger’s room has many things and I'll craft the joy to be able to draw his room as it deserves to be portrayed, first step is befriending perspective drawing and rooms

Eliza’s bedroom!
From my comic. I’m very glad I only needed to show her room once so far because this level of detail is so hard to remember to add in each panel.

Finding different art styles in your creative process is what sometimes keeps you from falling into art block.
I’ve been trying out this isometric technique for pieces that contain heavy details and are very different from what I usually draw.

His name is Gabriel by the way. I don’t know if I should make him a yandere yet, so we’ll have to wait and see
