watching nick's new interview with award watch and it's actually painful to watch him struggle through answering questions after his sexuality is put on the spot again. leave him alone with that shit. it's unprofessional and it's invasive and quite frankly borderline homophobic because the question isn't even about queer actors playing queer roles. it's to poke and prod. to sit here and ask a straight man how he "handles" playing a lgbt character, as if kissing a man is gonna make him turn into stone like medusa is fucking weird to me. both jonathan bailey and matt bomer have played straight men. and they sell it, because they're actors. it's a job. leave people and whatever journeys they may or may not be on regarding their personal lives alone until they choose to share it. which they literally never have to.

RIP the iconic "Exploring your sexuality: healthy, but does it have to be with the Prince of England?" PowerPoint that didn't make it into the movie.
