Finishing touches - I pride myself on the details and finishing touches on every piece I make. Especially with domes, I often spend too long trimming flowers to perfectly fill spaces. Hoạ Fontaine as Spiderwasp and Wasp spider (future disguise)!

OKAY so...

Very basic summary of her backstory for universe 742!

Fontaine is an aspiring etymologist/geneticist at Alchemax. She's a bit younger than him and got into the corporate later than Miguel so hes kinda her colleague and mentor figure. However, during a collaborative project on recreating Spiderman (like in the comic), she somehow messed things up and got kicked out of Alchemax.

All of her researches belong to Alchemax so she wasnt allowed to take them due to rights/legal issues. She also lost her Babylon apartment (from alchemax).

Despondent, she looked to Miguel for support only to be met with silence. She tried to take some of her researches with her but only manage to get her hands on some notes. She fell into depression and just kinda live day by day doing random jobs and watching tv.

After a while seeing the resurgent of Spiderman and how much public reception he has, she grew angry and jealous of this Spiderman, because this could've been the result of her work too.

Motivated, she got back to the drawing board and began her own research and after a long while, managed to inject a substance that changes her DNAs to half of a wasp's. Fontaine started going after spiderman to vent her anger.

One day when she sneaks into alchemax as Spiderwasp to get more of her researches, spiderman caught her.

Upon confrontation and putting previous evidence together she realized its Miguel. This sent her spiraling.

Fontaine continues to be an antagonist until she meets spot hijacking Alchemax, and manages to steal a watch from another Spiderman, and got to 928b dimension (movie spider tower). She started disguising and blending in with the spider people there to find out more about things, subsequentially her involvement with the Web of Life and destiny, making new connections, questioning her life purpose, talking to Spot and other Spiderpeople. Thered be a lot of existential crisis and sneaking around.

From then on, it's possible that this universe will branch out to 4 different branches/directions/alt universes however you call it!

i hesitate to call them headcanons because i am like. fully in control of these versions of the characters, so i'll tell you about some smaller ideas i had that were more for character/relationship building

harry has insomnia, so most mornings before school he buys coffee and more often than not tips - not really because its a nice thing to do, but because its his dads money and he can. hes now a tired regular at a few different cafes and if he sometimes picks stuff up for pete or mj, well none of them are complaining.

peter also has an irregular fear of wasps - this developed after he got his powers and is based off of spiderwasps. originally i was gonna have him have a phobia of specifically spiderwasps but i figured that was too obvious and it would be fun to have a pretty mainstream phobia be caused by something abnormal

mj has an affinity for photography in this universe as well - he's actually the one that takes pictures for the bugle in my universe, but he splits the photo money with peter because, well, they're all pictures of spiderman it only seems fair right

i dont have much for villains -- i really just have otto and norman set mostly in stone and theyre both old overworked assholes except otto is actually a nice guy and norman just. sucks he sucks

otto smokes solely because of that one shot in spiderman 2 that everyone drools over on this site, and works for oscorp because they pay good money and literally no other reason. he and norman have a very sour relationship that just gets worse and worse over time

the lizard is a woman in this universe as per request of my friend and electro is a teenager but thats as far as i really have planned for those characters theyre still being workshopped lol
