Thank you! I really had fun figuring out Freud, and in decoding i've got a lot planned for him. It's interesting writing a character who is content with what he wants, and the conflict with him stems from the fact that he's continuously trying to push past things obstructing him from what he wants... just that those exact things are also what's enabling him to indulge his needs.

Like the only reason he hadn't quit Arquebus to become independent is because he knows that a) at this point he can't, because Arquebus won't tolerate him being hired by anyone else to be used against them and b) do you know how expensive AC maintenance and parts are? and c) independent merc job means he'd have to do his own paperwork and administration :\

sure! i'll bite just this once.

yes, it is unironic. i have several thousand followers and i have been on this website for 12 years. over the course of that time there has been some truly freakish behaviour. not only in my inbox, but upon pursuing further friendships with folks i've met on here only to need to backpedal QUICKLY as i realize they do not actually want to get to know but instead a weird parasocial version of me they have invented.

i go on social media to enjoy myself. people being fucking freakzoids to me makes this difficult. so my carrd is very detailed and specific to ensure that the freaks in question either:

a. realize their freakish behaviour, and leave me the fuck alone

or b. think "this bitch is CRAZY, what is this list of demands" and stay far, far away from me.

it has improved my life significantly! and netted me a lot of friends who are very clear and blunt about their own boundaries and respectful of mine~ lots of autistics have told me they appreciate how laid out the social rules are, and that's been a major plus, i now have significantly more autistic friends, which is great because i straightup hate interacting with 99.9% of allistics~

when you see a person with a hyper-specific list more or less begging you to treat them a certain way, or referencing some insane discourse that sounds unfathomable to you, a good thing to do instead of following a kneejerk reaction to ridicule them is to try and take a step back, and think, "geez, what hell has this person seen that i'm lucky enough to not be privy to?" that usually makes things make a little more sense! hope this helps!

FUN FACT: i actually got the idea from mike pollock. enchanted by his FAQ page. a man after my own heart.

lowkey the funniest one liner i could see in a review is “What you see is what you get” and personally i think im prejudiced (oh IM THINKING This girl is thinking now) by my own embarrassingly unaccountable experiences and close shaves with money that was not hard earned by me (sorry mother in another life…. this family os not dysfunctjonal and im more filial Whoops…..( but anyway i just picture them lowkey regretting the cheap not quite useful item or piece of clothing they bought and with the quality and make and design of it you could tell the purpose of it was …. too much to entertain the impulses of a compulsive purchaser (thats a word my dudes)
