The Women's Art Group brought their families in this week for half-term fun, which gave us an extra week to continue working on their banner for International Women's Day. Whilst parents and carers were finishing off portraits etc,. the children were junk model making and painting. It was a very lively and happy morning, with a group lunch after. Lovely workshop yesterday as part of our weekly women's creative arts group. We are working towards making a banner for International Women's Day and as part of process we have been trying out many different creative processes to see which we would like to use in making the banner. Yesterday we were playing with batik and continuing with other processes the group have enjoyed.
