ok this is stupid but

i lowkey have been thinking about sonic, mario, and dp since yesterday. my friends and i have “friendship lore” in a way, and its really dumb, but this is basically why im thinking of these things (well, im wearing dp merch, so not for dp but like). and suddenly my brain decided to spit out SONIC X DP which is absolutely insane and terrible.. and then DC X DP X SONIC, which is arguably WORSE.. but the inspiration hits and you cant argue w/ it, yeah? so i may test out some weird shit below, just for shits and giggles (god, i read someone say gits and shiggles once and it kills me). itd be more “oh no danny and sonic randomly appear in gotham oh dear me” han something actually good so maybe ignore 💀

In a snap, Danny finds himself in a new place. One second, he was home with Jazz and his parents; the next, he’s in a dark, dreary city. Of course, he takes it in stride; this is what happens when you deal with so much bullshit every day. (Or he gets intense anxiety, what fun! I personally just love chill, mischievous Danny, but yk)

Now, on the other hand, Sonic just appeared in a human city. Yes, this stuff has happened before, but get this: the people of said city (Gotham, but it’s not like it matters) don’t seem to be calling him an alien?? Like, why’s this little furry blue guy treated somewhat normally, huh? Wouldn’t normal people fear 3 foot spiky speedsters?? (I’m only saying this because he could be confused for a meta with some sort of physical quirks)

And of course the bats are confuzzled. All cams show that they just randomly teleported, so there’s no way to determine how they got here unless they overhear something or interact with the strange people themselves. Though it seems like there’s some foul play, or something not quite right… something they can’t put their fingers on.

I have absolutely no knowledge of modern FNaF lore; I have not read any of the books (something I plan to fix whenever my bank account stops bleeding) so you're gonna have to do some heavy lifting here and tell me all about it

okay so im gonna start with ggy because i love Tony and Ellis. (i dont have the book in front of me tho so this isnt gonna be 100% every detail)

GGY is about a kid named Tony Becker who has an assignment in his 6th grade english class. He has to write a fictional mystery with side plots that tie into the main plot. He chooses to do this with his two friends. They use pen names whenever they do their english projects together (sobs and wails and cries into my hands) and Tony picked Tarbell, and his friends were Boots and Dr. Rabbit (or Rab for short).

Tony wants to start working on their project, but Boots and Rab want to go to the fazcade. Tony gives in when rab backs up boots (tony sees boots as immature and worries about outgrowing him and hanging out more with rab) tony wanders around the fazcade trying to find inspo, and then notices someone named GGY with top scores on some of the games. when he asks other people about it, they tell him the scores are seemingly impossible, but when he asks a staff member, he's told they haven't been hacked.

At some point he makes an online blog to ask about it and a girl he'd talked to in the fazcade asks him to meet her. she tells him that she thinks this is more than just high scores, and that he should stay out of it.

Oh also freddy keeps watching tony and at some point begins following him.

Tony finds out that GGY has a hacked party pass (or it was like a fun pass or smth) that gives them access to much more than it should, working almost like a security card.

Tony then finds out one of the school counselors has gone missing, and he sneaks into the librarian's office to learn more about it. he finds out two other counselors have also gone missing, all of them having gone to the pizzaplex before disappearing.

tony writes his paper and gives it to Rab and Boots to look over, and when they come back the next day, they've changed it into a fantasy story. And GGY is labled as the wizard's favorite apprentice, rather than someone getting high scores on arcade games.

tony is upset with rab and boots and begins calling htem by their actual names.

Rab is Greg, Boots is Ellis.

tony is also in trouble for sneaking into the librarian's office and using her laptop, so he has detention shelving books.

Greg come and offers to take him to the pizzaplex when he's done, and it's kind of implied he killed him there.

again i have bad memory and i dont have the book in front of my so anyone can feel free to correct anythign i got wrong or missed

now onto patient 46 who's from the therapy tapes in sb.

this'll be undeniably easier because i can just listen to the tapes. patient 46 is also not confirmed to be gregory, its just a theory, so im just gonna call them 46.

its important to note that 46 does not speak.

everything here is things implied to have been nonverbally communicated to the therapist.

Tape 2:

It starts with the therapist talking about how the day is nice, but 46 doesnt like the light, so the therapist draws the blinds. she then comments on how 46 is not talking to her today, and says that she gets reviews from patients, and when 46 doesn't let her help them, she gets bad reviews. she tells 46 she could get in trouble and get put in timeout, which 46 finds funny.

Tape 4:

New therapist is here, she asks if 46 is going to talk to her, and they dont reply. she asks whats wrong, and they gesture to the flowers. the therapist comments on them being particularly fragrant and moves them. The therapist then comments on 46 staring at something, and says they're "amazingly alert." she says shed like to have 46 tell her about themself, but 46 does not. the therapist instead chooses to look through their notes. she also comments on the chair not fitting 46, but its not specified if its too big or too small. she then asks if 46 is bothered by a new therapist, but 46 doesnt seem surprised or confused at all. the therapist says shes surprised by whats in 46's notes. she says they have a "rebellious side" and a knack for computers, and explains the word phenom to them. the tape ends with her asking if 46 considers themself a hacker

tape 6:

new therapise again! she tells 46 shes already read their files and knows what theyve worked on. 46 asks for a candy, and she gives one to them, taking one for herself as well. she says she wants to start with 46's parents, and claims it was tragic but she doesnt think 46 has processed it emotionally. she says they wrote it like they had read it off of a book. (her exact words are they wrote an objective rather than a subjective narrative, but 46 didnt know what that meant.) she says 46 spends a lot of time alone and is good at self-dialogue, which she explains is "asking urself questions and getting answers" she tells them to try asking themself how they feel about what happened to them. she tells them to let themself be upset about it so they can let it go.

tape 8:

same therapist as 6! she asks 46 if theyve thought about what they talked about. 46 had told them their past had made them sad and scared. the therapist asks if they had written down exactly what made them feel that way. she then says she works with many people who respond to tragedy differently. she asks 46 if their fantasies would be different had this tragedy not happened to them.

Tape 13:

new therapist again! she says when shes getting to know a client, she likes to find out abt their hobbies. when she doesnt get a reply, she asks if they like sports. 46 tells her they like to watch sports, but not play them. and that they like to stay inside. the therapist then reluctantly tells 46 that their previous therapists have gone missing. except one who was found dead, and they said her body looked to be mangled by machinery. the therapist also comments that 46 doesn't look concerned about it. she jokes about watching her back, which 46 finds funny.

Tape 14:

same therapist as 13. she asks if 46 knows about the pizzaplex, and says the technicians who work there know them. theyve seen what they think is 46 on the security cameras. they say 46 was accused of hacking their systems. the therapist says that the hacks are causing tons of problems, but that there's no solid proof it was 46, and 46 finds it funny that the techs are having issues. she says she finds it weird that 46 would spend time in such a busy, crowded place despite their loner attitude. she asks if its the electronics that 46 likes. she also says theyve designed programs that talk to them and repeat phrases. she says it asks them questions and prompts for responses, like their own little therapist. she said at first she had thought they were talking to themself, but it seems more like they were talking to someone else. she asks who it was.

Tape 15:

same therapist as 13+14. she starts with asking if 46 wants to do an ink blot test. she shows them an image, and 46 asks to hold it. 46 says it reminds them of a mask. the therapist asks if 46 likes the idea of being disguised, and how they make you invisible. she says being invisible lets you get away with anything, and asks 46 if they like that idea. she then moves on to something else, telling 46 that it seems theyve been talking to someone else. she says the techs think that its someone trying to lure 46 away, or manipulate them. the therapist moves to where she can see 46's eyes, and says she got something different from the communications. she accuses 46 of manipulating someone, rather than being manipulated. she says they were recorded on the security cameras with someone else. she says that it looks like the person theyre with has rabbit ears, which 46 finds amusing.

Tape 16:

Same therapist as 13+14+15. she says shes gotten another message from the pizzaplex that says that theres a glitch in the system that makes the animatronics more eerie than entertaining. she says the glitch spread system-wide and infected all the machines. she also says it was traced back to 46. she says the glitch broadcasted a dangerous message. she also says that when the techs were trying to fix it, the source shifted. she says that the glitch changed from a glitch and became a set of sub-routines that were made to do exactly what the glitch was doing. (which basically means it stopped just being a glitch and became part of the system?? i think?? idk shit abt computers bruh) when 46 does not reply, she presses, saying she is on their side and wont tell anyone what is told to her during the session and that the techs have no proof it was 46, so theyre not in trouble. when 46 doesnt reply still, she brings up their past. 46 refuses to look at her, but she continues. she says it doesnt matter if they look at the floor, because nothing they told her about their parents was true. she says they had great parents, and a great childhood. she asks 46 why they lied, and tells them to look at her. she then says she understands why 46 would be upset about the confrontation, and says they can come back to this another day. the last line she says is "you're shaking your head like that's not going to happen."

UHM YEAH IM NORMAL ABOUT THEM LOL.

i have a lot of thoughts on both of these parts and i personally believe 46 is Gregory. but if i dumped all my thoughts we'd be here all day so have this long ass explanation instead

OKOKOHHHHHHOKOK BUCKLE IN. YOU’RE GONNA GET THE FULL DESIGN PROCESS

I struggled the most with Soul ngl. I couldn’t really think of anything I could add that would differentiate him from the fanon standard. I’m a lil upset I couldn’t think of something more original, but nonetheless he turned out quite lovely !!!

I started with the color picking. I was very insistent on making everyone’s colors proportional to eachother. The main colors should have (about) the same saturation/brightness, contrasting colors that are the exact opposite hue of the main color, respective black/grey/white values (soul’s ‘grey’ color is more teal bc color theory but yea), shit like that i guess. The final palette is on the right, it’s what I use today.

Soul never got fully fleshed out concept sheets like the other two. I guess my brain just filled in the rest of the gaps without having to draw them. (I apologize for never finishing these btw. It’s been months man. I hope the blorbo doodles in the corner make up for it) The second image was done a lot later than the first btw. Idk if that matters but I’m bringing it up anyway.

His fit inspo came mostly from Pinterest. I just compiled a bunch of shit I think he’d wear. Plus a majestic cape because it makes him look plenty more epic.

OK MOVING ON. I decided that his main gimmick would be my take on his shaded side. The idea was to make it represent dissonance, and how it affects Soul. The shadow is basically just this fuckin void. It has no physical form, and you can just stick your hand in there if you’d like (he sometimes stores the trident there). However I wouldn’t recommend it. The feeling is indescribable, but very uncomfortable. The void has a life of it’s own in a way. It does not stay confined within the Soul’s physical form (or in my case, his lineart). When conflict is at a high, like, tridential regicide level high, the void will get very close to fully overtaking him. It only fully disappears once true concord is reached, and starts reforming when the next cycle starts.

Also, the mask !!!!! Throughout cacophony, Soul is having a huge fucking identity crisis and shit. He doesn’t really have a physical organ like the other two. He doesn’t know why he’s here, or what he did to deserve this, or why nothing he’s trying works, and just. What is he if he’s failing at his main purpose???? I think because of this, he doesn’t like showing his face around the other two. He needs to assert is power, and thinks that showing his face will make him come of softer and less of someone to obey, if that makes sense. He only really takes it off when he’s alone in his room or pocket dimension (still trying to decide if they have a mock ‘apartment’, or ever did at one point). But once he has the character arc in Two Wuv, it permanently comes off !!! Wahoo!!!!!!! If only the next cycle weren’t to start, resetting his newfound self image to its previous state !!!!!!!!!!

This image was very helpful for designing the tine shapes!! Guess which one is Soul’s !!!!!! (Spoiler alert, im pretty sure its either the 2nd or 6th ones in the 2nd row. However i genuinely dont remember. This may not even be the right image)

Soul also has a strange tie with eyes. If the halves have pissed him off to the point of no return, he does this fuckin analog horror stare that freaks the shit out of them (although heart cant see he remembers it very well. Plus, he just k n o w s that extra eye is there). I haven’t really played around with this, but I like the idea of a freakishly absurd amount of eyes hidden within the shadow. I should maybe like. Draw that sometime.

Also, expect a Soil patch update in the future!! I’d like to make his fangs more deranged, and maybe add an earth pattern to the cape. Right now, he has no symbols on him that represent him in the astronomy metaphor.

A. The fact "no one likes the New World Set" isn't good either, the thing I dislike about it is the headdress specifically. As I said the actual outfit itself feels very "Party City Native" but it's the headdress that's actually offensive. Everything else about it is fine, at least more or less.

Because it doesn't hurt you, and it's easier to look away and pretend this is all about some MMO than some actual real world problem that I was literally just saying the MMO exemplifies in its use of our culture and the use of a slur, and sure you can continue to defend it, to be mad about the wrong things because listening to Natives is hard.

But hey maybe it's just not as deep as I think it is, right? Perhaps all the racism and rape and murder and erasure of a whole people isn't that deep, because after all "savage" is just a word.

A/N: Yes i am so upset shhhh but it gave me sm inspo ok enjoy can u tell im obsessed with him idk i think its pretty subtle.

CW: I put a lil comedic remarks bc i stopped being upset halfway through (distractions make me feel better)

(Breaking it down into three parts: Does he know [sorry it was funny], what does he do, when ur back to normal)

Does he know?

- IMMEDIATELY. I mean if its just a minor annoyance and nothing serious then it would be hard for him to catch on bc hes not very attuned to others feelings nor is he used to noticing subtle changes

- He does try his best to be attuned to ur feelings though and if ur seriously upset then hed definitely notice

- What tips him off most is ur attitude

- Whether ur an introvert extrovert ambivert whateverrrrs you always have this kind of positivity about you (which is necessary to be around him healthily)

- However, ofc, this quality is lost when ur upset

- Youre around him and or talking to him much less and keeping to yourself more even if u arent upset with him specifically which hed immediately notice (hes a little clingy when it comes to spending time with you. That shit gets serious for him 🤞🤞)

What does he do?

- I think it depends on what you do tbh Id say hes pretty reactive

- If you were to rant to him abt whatever is upsetting you (even if its him) he’d just sit and listen

- He doesnt really know what to do so the best he can do is lend an ear and will only really chime in if he thought of a solution for the issue or to apologize if u told him he did sth wrong and he has no dispute abt it

- Might add in a few “Mmm”s or “Ah”s just so u know hes listening but dont be surprised when most of the time he just sits silently and stares right at u, ofc hes listening

- If you seem to get really upset during ur rant (like panic attack or super angry) hed do something simple to make you feel better like awkwardly patting ur head/back and tell you to stop. Talking (hes doing his best ok he just means to say take a break from ur rant and calm down a bit)

- Will also get u water or generally a drink during the above situation

- If you were to hide that you’re upset and try to be normal I think it would puzzle him as to why you’re acting like this when he can clearly tell you’re upset

- He’d first observe u for a while and wonder if maybe its a small matter so/or you didn’t want to get him involved

- Even if it IS small hed still be worried during the time you’re upset so hed just do subtle things for you to make your days smoother and avoid stressing you out further like getting food for you or running errands for you (does this anytime you’re upset no matter the circumstance but it increases like 10x in this specific scenario)

- If your condition doesn’t improve or if it suddenly improves without warning he’ll do his best to convey to you that u can rant if u need to

- “What is troubling you” or “What is your problem” something short like that is the best he can do for now but you can hear how worried he is in his slightly wavering voice as his curious gaze scans over you

- If you were to just shut down; go catatonic he would be worried most in this scenario because of the stark contrast in your usual personality

- Like the last scenario, hed observe u first but hed act quicker with this

- Hed almost immediately ask whats troubling you like millions thoughts are running through his mind:

What if someone had threatened you?

What if he did something and didn’t even notice it?

What if someone was already hurting you?

What if you hate him?

What if—

- Considering you were already catatonic you likely don’t tell him what’s upset you so much which he takes as a sign to stick by your side even closer so he can observe the situation himself

- Hed sit next to you while you lie motionless, rest his hand on your head and if you aren’t opposed he’d mess with your hair and massage your scalp a bit

- If he knows you’re touch averse like him he wouldn’t even get the idea to do this and would instead just sit beside you, hoping you answer his previous question

- If you aren’t, he gets this idea BECAUSE you seem to like touch and this is what he can offer without being overwhelmed or anything (idk how to explain it but like he often thinks about how you deserve someone who can fulfill your needs and in his mind touch is one of those but its just something he cant do currently and its a bit of a sore spot)

- General

- No matter what the scenario he is asking WHO upset you; he just wants to talk to them 😊 #loveandpee

- Will alwayssss engage in acts of service hoping it makes you feel even a little better. Hes peeling the orange just gws, please.

- Spends as much time as he can by your side; hes very worried and really wants to know whats up but he doesnt want to prod so much that it makes u clam up even more

- Overthinks wnv ur upset even if outwardly he hardly says or expresses anything at all

- Acts like ur personal spokesman guard dog butler bf when ur upset even if hes none of those (will speak for you and defend you if ur upset and someones trying to pick at u)

When you’re back to normal?

- Hes so normal (lie) Hed be so happy 😭😭

- All this time hes been worried sick about why you were upset and if it was so bad that youd been upset more than a day? Whewww he was sooo worried you might never go back to how you were because what if it was something that completely changed your worldview?

- If you didnt ever go back to normal then itd be like seeing the last of a campfire burn out on a cold unforgiving night. It would be such a shame bc ur positivity has been keeping him a bit more positive and just. You get him through the day although he never really noticed it himself— that is until you were the one who was upset and pessimistic

- Hes so sweetie pie he follows u around like a lost dog; its as if hes clinging to sunshine after dealing with the harsh winds of winter. He just needs to make sure that you’re completely okay and wants to soak up some of ur usual energy for himself in the meantime

- All this is going on in his head but lol outwardly hes just smirking and being weird again (affectionate)

Since you liked my last fanfic idea I have another one for ya. (Also, feel free to use/take inspo from if you want. I like sharinfmg, not so much writing) This is a Foyet lives AU.

Foyet kills Haley and manages to find Jack, BUT he doesn't kill him. Instead, Foyet gives Jack a cut that would lead to permanent scaring across his face, from cheekbone to cheekbone going over the nose bridge. A scar meant to be a reminder for Hotch of his failure.

Foyet is then arrested and sent to jail, as the team manages to arrive at the same time as Hotch, stopping him from murdering Foyet. He is given life in prison because the death penalty would have been to kind for a man like him.

Fast forward a decade, and Jack is now 16 when the Scratch case takes place. Part of his school's soccer team and art club, and despite everything in his life, a normal teenager. Fully trying to be as normal as possible before his life is flipped on its head once again.

Unfortunately, it gets flipped on its head when a massive prison break happens, and Mr. Scratch and Foyet escape prison. His dad shoves himself into work full forces, and instead of spending one or two nights at the office, it turns into full weeks. One day while on the trail of Mr. Scratch, Hotch overexerts himself and falls into Peter Lewis hands.

The team manages to rescue him, but not before Hotch is put into a drug induced coma. When Jack gets the news he is upset but used to it at this point. Not accepting and hugs or pity, he follows the normal routine for when his dad is injured, he goes home and packs his stuff to stay with JJ. Unfortunately for him, he wasn't the only person in his house.

Foyet had heard that Peter Lewis had put Hotch in a coma, and not wanting to be upstaged by a knock-off scarecrow, Foyet was going to do Hotch a little favor and kill Peter for him. But as smart as Foyet was, he was no G-man and with him out of commission he went for the only logical next option, junior g-man Jack.

So Foyet kidnaps Jack, threatens him with the whole "If you don't listen to me, I will kill you and everyone around you" speech and the two head off on a road trip. Solving Peter Lewis's crime and essentially becoming a weird Uncle-Nephew version of Hannibal and Will.

During this murder road trip, Jack does manage to have a great time. His dad was an extreme helicopter parent despite never actually being around, so actually going to a mall by himself or honestly anywhere that wasn't groceries or school is an experience. Foyet even let's him interact with people more than once without doing a background check into their entire families. Sure, he murdered his mother, but his dad had been killing his social life and mental health for years sooooo.....

It will end with Peter Lewis getting shot in the head, but who truly pulled the trigger is still a mystery. The BAU all believed that it was Foyet, but somewhere deep down, they all acknowledge the idea that it could have been Jack.

Hey there! Apologies if you don't have a good answer to this, but you seem trustworthy enough. I'm not schizophrenic but I am an author attempting to write a schizophrenic character. I'm looking for good resources to learn about the disorder that aren't drenched in sanism, but I'd like an actual schizophrenic person's opinion on the matter since I don't know enough to determine good sources on my own.

this is my copy and pasted answer ive given mulitple times, please dont take other peoples experiences to feul your story either, please read this whole thing and actually consider it.

respectfully, no. i have made posts on this blog in the past about how i hate people calling my posts "writing inspo", and a post on how i wish all nonschizophrenics/nonpsychotics would stop writing stories or creating media based on our actual experiences for a few reasons. 1. no amount of research or listening to other peoples experience will be equal to you having lived experience with schizophrenia/psychosis. 2. if you dont have experience with this highly stigmatized disorder you are likely to perpetuate harmful stereotypes even with good intentions (tropes i hate like "the schizophrenic is evil" "the schizophrenic is some kind of savant" "it seems like magic but it was just psychosis the whole time" or "it seems psychosis but it was magic the whole time"). 3. if you are writing about something you have no experience in it will likely be very shallow or untrue to the actual experience. 4. why should i take time to help you so that you can benefit from my experience while i get nothing in return? i think of it like a straight person asking a queer person for free advice for their queer main character, or a rich person asking for free advice from a poor person on their experiences. i have seen time and time again nonschizophrenic/nonpsychotic people telling the stories of my experience and getting it wrong and profiting from it and im tired and will not help anyone do this ever it goes agaisnt my personal beliefs. us schizophrenics do write our own stories but you can never find it because it hidden underneath countlesd stories of people who have no idea what they are talking about. i dont want to be mean but i get this question a lot and it annoys me. write about anything else.

why do you feel the need to write this story? why do you think you have the power to portray schizophrenia in a way that isnt harmful to actual schizophrenics? how is it mutually beneficial for the schizophrenics youre taking the descriptions of experiences from? how can you see this as true for gender or sexuality but not for schizophrenia (a dinenfranchised minotrity)? why wont you make room for actual schizophrenics when most of our stories are written by people with no experience? i know i cant stop you but i wonder why you would even feel the desire to do this in the first place? i get this kind of ask a lot and to me, people obsessing about my disorder so much so they feel the need to write about and to me personally it gives off a vibe of fetishizing or savoir complex to think you have the power or duty to write our stories for us.

most people get upset, try to argue or ignore me after i say these things. so if youre going to do that id like to once again ask: who would this story be for? why would you still write it after an actual schizophrenic person tells you its not okay to do? and isnt there enough (sooo many) stories about schizophrenics created by nonschizophrenics? what could you, a nonschizophrenic, add that would be of any value to anyone?

not forcing myself to write for others is so freeing. I remember stressing out night after night about constantly having content ready, constantly worrying about making people upset. 

its so nice to write when I WANT to write. when i have inspo to write. cause this fic ive been working on, its when i want to write it. when i have inspo for it, and when i have that “omg this would work!” moment. when i hear a conversation  floating in my head, i remember why i write. my work flows, and is something i kinda like, because im only writing when i want too. im not forcing myself too. i now watch my criminal minds with my cat and paint my nails after a long, long shift at work instead of forcing myself to get words i dont like down on a page. and when random inspo hits at 1am, i’ll write it then.

i want all writers on here to hear this. write what you want, when you want it. its taken me months, but im slowly learning. having a break was good for me. i was really scared to take one, cause i didnt want to upset people. not because i was gone (claire, the writer), but because my content would stop for a week. now im throwing my hands up in the air. its my blog. i post what i want. that means i either post a full length fic, or i tell yall stories about my cat, and my opions on men with long hair. (very bootful, btw. 70s hair... pls make a comeback.)

Ever since you became a hero, you were always such a help. I mean, you could tell the deaths in the next missions so they knew who to send, what could ever go wrong?

"Kid, mission coming up, deaths?"

"One sec!" You say, closing your eyes for a moment, "nope! All good! Send whoever!"

Or one time,

"Y/n, mission, deaths?"

"Let me check!" You focus for a minute, "Dont send Tony or Wanda, anyone else is fine."

But there was once.. There was a mission coming up, an important one. Everyone had to train for a while to prepare, there was no one who could stay back. But they forgot one important step... To check the deaths.

"Alright, everyone show us what you got." Everyone takes turns fighting each other to show their improvement.

"CRAP-!" You shout, getting knocked back as you train with Natasha.

"Language!"

"Ow i got a nosebleed." You say, running over to grab a tissue.

That repeated everyday. Training, injury, break, end, sleep, repeat.

You look up at everyone, "there is one thing I could do.. To help prevent it.." You say, clearly not liking what you are about to say.

"And that is..?" Tony asks.

"I can see how everyone dies.. So we dont get into the situation.."

You look around at everyone, "I dont exactly like doing this but for the sake of our lives.." You go around to each person, explaining to them how they will die. Then you get to Tony. You close your eyes to focus, the image of his death pops into your head. Your eyes go wide. "OH MY GOD!" You shout, staring at the floor with disgust, "I'm going to puke-!" You say, taking a wave of deep breaths.

"Calm down kid.. Calm down.."

"I HAVE HAD TO SEE THE IMAGE OF ALL OF YOU DYING. I CAN NOT CALM DOWN TONY. I JUST HAD TO SEE YOU- YOU- you..." You press your head on the floor, the image of his dead body stuck in your head. "The worst part was that... It was caused by one of us.." A few gasps are heard as you lift up your head.

"I dont know who.. I didn't stay that long to see.."

"Y/n.. You dont have to look again to see if you dont want to, its alright.." Tony says, putting his arm on your shoulder.

"Its your life Tony.. I'm going to check.." And with that you close your eyes again, flinching as you once again see the horrendous sight of blood on the battle field. After a bit, you open your eyes. "Me..." You get confused looks.

"Me... I was the cause of.. It was my fault.." You say, wide eyed. "I hit against something.. It caused a tree branch to fall on top of you.." You feel like you're going to throw up again the image of everyone's deaths plastered in your mind, "Tony.. I am so sorry.." You whisper, staring back at the ground.

"Kid, it's not your fault, c'mon.. Get up." He says, getting up and holding out a hand. Tony leads everyone out to the meeting room.

"Okay, Y/n, i know you dont want to, but we have to go over everyone's death so we all live."

The meeting lasts about an hour, you expertly avoid talking about Tony's death.

"Alright, that was everyone's death, right?" You say, knowing damn well who you missed.

"Y/n." Natasha says, staring you down.

"Look you know I dont want to talk about Tony's death!"

You then explain, trying to hold back tears, how to avoid death.

After the meeting, everyone tries to go on like normal, but everyone knows the air is tense. The days pass on closer to the battle.

You get more and more anxious as they pass, knowing one wrong move and everyone is dead. You also know that you have to plan out what to do in a situation where something does in fact go wrong. Well, if this person dies, then this person is in danger but if that person dies then this person will too. There are so many risks and upcoming factors.

You now lay in your bed, a day before the battle, panicking. You stay up until about 3am, unable to sleep. Then you finally do.

You wake up the next morning.

"Suit up everyone!" You hear somebody shout - probably Tony. So you do, and with that, everyone sets out for battle.

a bit weak this month but it was my birthday and thats a holiday in and of itself sooooooo

the shards, bret easton ellis - this was so perfect, top to bottom. moshfegh is obsessed with ellis and i totally see where she draws her inspo from, *I* feel inspired, like this is just an incredibly gifted writer and i feel stupid for being like, hey have you heard of this guy?? but i think everyone just thinks of the american psycho film when we really should be like my god this writer is insanely gifted. im gonna read all his work albeit slowly because i imagine a lot of his novels are similar in vibe and i dont wanna get overwhelmed by it hahaahaha. but this ones gonna stick with me for sure. hbo's making this into a show, im gonna message casey bloys and say cAlL mE I wAnNa Be An aCtrEsS!!!

the vulnerables, sigrid nunez - not much to say but it gave satc vibes for some weird reason to me that i cant even explain

vladimir, julia may jonas - chose this because of natalie portmans bookclub, and i could literally envision her envisioning herself in this type of role if this were a movie, especially after her may december performance. i did enjoy this but the moralist ending really wasn't...warranted? and im being vague here for risk of spoilers but the fire seemed like a very cheap cop out? if anyones read this id like your thoughts? also from the vague synopsis id read it made it seem like the prof was an older man obsessing over a younger woman so i was really intrigued by the role reversal here and i really did want to like this.

tender is the flesh, agustina bazterrica - okayy. prefacing this by saying ive been vegetarian for 4 years now and that that greatly affects my take on this, i feel like book is heavily reliant on shock value and the grotesqueness of the real world and the author knows that the reader knows this is a real practice irl and is only forcing them to care because its being done to humans now instead of animals. which is so disturbing? maybe its just me but i think its horrific and cheap to pretend like youre making a statement and pretend like youre urging people to give a fuck about a real world problem but people dont see our irl food industry as a problem, if they did there would be more people with plant based diets. i hate to sound preachy in a 'review' where im condemning the author for being fake preachy but any positive reviews of this honestly are from people that will pretend to make a change in their diet for like a week and then revert to eating meat. and then the 'twist' where it also a commentary on surrogacy at the end, i was honestly appalled. modern day surrogacy as glorified by kardashians where its just rich women who dont feel like gaining weight or are only slightly inconvenienced by pregnancy so they turn to surrogacy is obviously disgusting but the main characters wife in this is obviously infertile and i dont see anything wrong with surrogacy in that instance -- (obviously not like its done here with the cattle-woman, hello??) but oh my god this book was really not....it. for me. and i think cannibalism in media had its fun but we need to move on already its tired. this book had nothing even interesting to say on it, whatever, im annoyed, at least it was short.

sirens & muses, antonia angress - very cute i liked this a lot! it reminded me a lot of this book i read in 2022 called cleopatra and frankenstein, which i also liked a lot. this just reads really well all the way through and i loved all the characters, i was a little upset about what happened with preston but only because i really liked him and i do realize that it was interesting to show flashes of his father in him it made him more complex sighhhh! this could be a good mini series tbh i saw karina so clearly in my head as sophie thatcher ooooof

pefume: the story of a murderer, patrick süskind - kurt rec so i knew it was going to be good, wasn’t expecting it to be sooo funny tho! loved

a knight of the seven kingdoms (the tales of dunk and egg #1-3), grrm - i kept putting off reading this one because ive been scared that i’ll never have a new grrm book to read :[ and also honestly i thought this one would be boring lol but it WASNT, i LOVED it, dunk and egg r literally babies omgmggmgmgmg. loved it so much :,(

the last tale of the flower bride, roshani choksi - i think i liked this, i dont know, i dont know if me not knowng if i liked it or not means i didnt like it, i think i did, but idk lol. I did! i did like this. very tangible and idyllic, i love 'we were girls together' relationships, a jennifer and needy type of thing which will always get me. i thought the switches in pov were fun. someone described this as gothic which is why i picked it up and i...wouldnt call it gothic, but it was good.

i guess this month wasnt as weak as i thought but whenever i dont hit double digits im like ugh. slump.

😭- what makes them cry? do they cry easily? yeah they cry pretty easily lol, but they dont like to admit it around others! give them a sob story or sad video and they WILL get misty eyed. 😨- when scared, do they go into "flight" or "fight"? fight! very rare instances will they run away, but they'd rather deal with the danger head-on and get it out of the way asap. that, and they're good with a sword. why not show it off yknow? 💤- do they fall asleep easily? what helps them sleep? it depends on the day for them! normally they're one to fall into slumber not long after they get into bed, but theyll always stay awake to make sure that whoever theyre with is sound (if they are sleeping with someone else!) 💐- create a boquet for them! what do those flowers mean? are any of the flowers their favourite? heliotrope (eternal love, devotion), yellow jasmine (grace, elegance), tiger lilies (pride and wealth), and yarrow (everlasting love). heliotropes are their favourite! 🙈- what's a side of them that they don't want to show other people? they don't like being angry or upset, and do their best to hide it. they've had their moments, but mostly they don't want anyone to have to ask if they're okay. it takes a lot for them to be vurnerable with another troll, and even more for them to let their mask slip fully. 🌏- will they give up the world for someone they love? is this decision easy for them? they'd do it without so much as a second doubt! 🌌- what was the inspiration behind them? what was the first thing you decided about them? mmm vampire go brrrrr :) inspo for them is loosely based off of takko (the adventure zone: balance) and some mettaton put in there. sometimes u just have to make a celebrity though. the pet names (darling, dear, sweetheart, love, etc) were a last minute decision but it stuck and i love that. 🏊- can they swim? are they afraid of water? how well do they swim? thoughts on swimming in the ocean? they can swim decently enough, and aren't afraid of water! do not put them in the ocean though they will Not Like It. too deep! 🎁- what types of presents would they be most happy to recieve? are they good at gift giving? despite seeming like one of the most materialistic trolls I have, they're more than happy just to spend time with someone, whether that be through a night in or dinner date. they're pretty great at gift giving, but like to make it a surprise a lot of the time. they spend a lot of time thinking of the perfect thing to give to someone before deciding, doing their best to get allll the little details right as rain. 👖- what's their go-to outfit? any colour button-down dress shirt and good, ironed out dress pants! can't forget the heels and sunglasses. they'll wear an overcoat if it's chilly out. they dress expensively and everyone knows it. 📎- random fact The sight and smell of fresh blood can and will turn Valtii into a ravenous beast. On set, they try to minimize accidents as much as possible, but on the rare occasion someone does get injured, they have to leave the set to recollect themselves, leaving the injured in care of better-trained professionals :) 🖍️- what advice would u give to them? smoke weed and chill the fuck out. i blanked out on this one tbh but it's what i would do if i were them ❇️- what is their most prized possession? what do they value? surprisingly, an old script from the first movie they ever got to produce. the pages are held together with thoughts and prayers, with notes and scene adjustments covering each page. They value life and their loved ones more than anything :)

i love greek mythos, and obviously i have a cultural connection to it, so it holds some significance to me, but i also feel like i get greek mythos fatigue sometimes with how its presented in media, if that makes sense. of course its not a bad thing to use it in writing, generally i like stories that are based on mythology, and i totally take inspo from it too! but like. its everywhere, but even when its everywhere it also have absolutely nothing to do with greece. its one important aspect of the culture, sure, but the way its used is so so so so so far removed from like... actual greek culture that its totally moot point in that regard. 

like, when i see things based on the greek gods i dont feel like im looking at anything thats particularly greek. it doesnt feel greek at all, its just sort of an Ancient Aesthetic. like, this is just one example, but did percy jackson even have any greek characters? in its cast of kids descended from the greek gods? im not sure what the diegetic reason is for that, so im not directly critiquing the books here (idk enough abt them to do that). but its just one example out of many things that sort of just ignore the country that still very much exists! another reason im using it as the example is just because it takes place in modern times, obviously i dont expect things that take place in ancient times to have anything to do with the modern culture directly. like, i’m not upset that the hades game didnt have you fight any tsoliades (which is for the best either way. those uniforms are straight up goofy, even the cool as hell designs in that game couldnt save them)

of course im aware that there are more pressing issues of representation in the world than that of greeks, im not trying to soapbox here at all, or make this out to be a bigger deal than it is. im moreso just talking about personal feelings about how greek mythos and greek culture (or lack thereof) is handled in modern western media because its just a little annoying! (also i have covid on pascha weekend so this is how im being greek instead). but like, the first actually greek character i saw on tv as a kid was from the suite life on deck, i remember it super vividly because i was really excited to see a greek character on tv! but he was just like, a huge loud idiot who talked about playing with sheep guts or something, and would complain about how he owes everyone money, and had knuckles so hairy he had to shave them every morning. i dont think its the most offensive in the world, but im still not in love with that kind of portrayal, id honestly prefer greek gods devoid of greek culture lol

“Good night guys.” You wave to your co-workers grabbing your things as you get ready to leave work. “Good night” a few yell in unison. This was the first time in the last month or so where you didn't work overtime and could leave at your normal clock-out time. But you weren't heading home to relax, you were heading over to the dorms to see the guys. You had talked to Seokwoo on the phone when neither of you were succumbed in your busy schedules and he invited you to dinner. It had been awhile since you had the seen him and the boys. All of you swamped in work, but you were glad to get the chance to see all of them.

You stopped a store on the way there to grab some drinks ll the work you did this week, you wouldnt mind having a few drinks tonight to unwind. Ten minutes later you’re at the door of the dorms ringing the doorbell. You could already hear all the chaos from the other side and someone yelling, “Oh that must be y/n!” You hear the pitter-patter of feet then the door beeping and be welcomed by one of the members. You look up to meet Youngbin’s eyes and his smiling face, eyes cute crescent moons. “Ahh y/n hey. How’s it been?” He asks you as he widens the door for you to come in and grabs your bag of drinks. “Working. That’s all really.” You take off your shoes wear all the other member's shoes are and take off your jacket and put it on a coat hanger. All the boys greet you and smile at you. Sanghyuk runs over to hug you but doesn't without yelling some absurdities. “You’d rather work your butt then come and see us? I thought you were in love with us?” As you step into his embrace and see Seokwoo whipping his hands on a towel coming out of the kitchen. He immediately smiles when he meets your eyes but it vanishes as quickly as it came seeing Sanghyuk hugging you.

You start to feel guilty and nervous, he seemed good at keeping his composure but he could be really possessive of you, especially when it came to the other members. “I’m in love with Seokwoo, but I do love you guys.” “Who cares about-” “Ehhhmmmm.” You hear Seokwoo blatantly clearing his throat loudly as he walks over to the two of you. As he’s doing this your breaking out of his embrace and laughing nervously. “Really hyung?” he looks down at his hyung slightly annoyed. “Hey, I’m just sayin’. You weren't the only one who missed her.” He shrugs and skips off to mess with Ineong by nudging him, which results in Inseong yelling and putting him in a headlock.

“Hey, how was work?” Seokwoo steps toward and pecks your forehead with a quick hug.

“Long and busy”, you laugh and he just smiles at you. “Let me help you cook.”

“Okay, I’m making your favorite”.

After both of you finish preparing the food some of the guys help to prep the seating area. You then bring out the food and guys start eating. You sit down and Juho sits down next to you, “Hey y/n.”

“Oh hey!” You really missed the guys, especially Juho. As the two of you eat the two of you catch up, laughing and joking around. Across the table, Seokwoo tries to stay engaged with the rest of the guys, but he can't stop himself from starring. Zuho at one point starts to talk about his cat Huru, and you can’t help but marvel at him being so swooned by her. He starts to show you all the new pictures he’s taken of her since the last you spoke. To you it was just innocent joking and talking, to Seokwoo, his friend was just a bit to close. He saw how he motioned closer to really show you the pictures in depth, placing his hand on your knee.

“Y/n!” Everybody gets quiet at Seokwoo’s sudden outburst. All eyes are on him, but he’s only looking at his hyung’s hand on your knee. Juho instantly looks down and removes his hand, rubbing his hand as he fidgets. “Lets um....g-get the drinks ready.” Then he gets up and walks into the kitchen. You stand confused and head to the kitchen after him.

“Are...you okay?” It's the first thing you say when you walk into the kitchen. “Super”, He spits out when you clearly know he isn’t. “Look Juho was just talking about Huru, there’s nothing to get upset about okay?”

He doesn't say anything and continues to get the drinks ready, grabbing the packs of beer you brought and some cups. You then see him grabbing so many cups to the point where he tries to hold some with his arm. You walk over and grab the cups out from his elbow. You motion your face toward him, to get his attention, as he continues and purposely avoids your gaze. “I missed you” you say and you see a sudden twitch to his poker face. You smile at his quick falter in demeanor and rubs his back before saying. “Let’s head back.” He just nods and follows you out of the kitchen.

Eventually, some of the guys head to their separate dorms and the rest head to their rooms. Luckily Seokwoo has his own room so the two of you can be alone. “So are you gonna tell me what that outburst was about?” The of you are laying down together watching variety shows but he still seems distant. He finally looks at you for the first time since he yelled your name earlier. “I-I’ve missed you. And I got jealous. I wanted to have all of your attention tonight but..... forget it it's stupid and juvenile.” He then turns back to the tv. You use your hand to tilt his face back to you.

“I get it. I’ve missed you too. And you always have my attention okay? Just yell out and have a tantrum like that in front of the guys again. It took a while for the fun atmosphere to settle again.” He nods. “Also, you need to apologize to Juho, he felt like he couldn't talk to me for the rest of the night.”

This makes him annoyed again. “He can talk to you y/n. Him touching you like that was what I didn’t like.” You thought to yourself, wait when was that? Eventually recalling, you realized you did feel a warm feeling on your knee. You sit there and can't say anything about it really. “I-I didn't realize then..” “Well let me help you realize something”, he instantly gets on top of you, making you lay flat on the bed, “I dont care if they're my members, they’re still men. And you’re my girl. Remember that.” You’ve never seen him get like this. He was always super giddy and smiling, but seeing him displaying a loving yet firm dominant side was something you don’t see every day. You understood why, its not really in his character, but you also could tell that he really couldn't control his emotions. This must've really made him upset. 

“You don’t have to remind me, I’m yours. Me being friends with them won't ever change that.”

“Good’ he then passionately kisses you, it's super erotic and hungry. With him being slightly annoyed he was a bit more rough than usual, but you weren’t complaining. Lips and tongue deliciously collide against one another. Even after eating and drinking, the taste of his lips were sweet, decadent. As the kissing gets hotter you start to pull and grab his hair, trying to get more of you than what you already have. “You want more huh?” He asks in-between kisses and chuckles to himself. “Don’t you want more of me too?” He pulls away, his eyes darker than they usually are, “Of course. I want nobody more than I want you right now.”

He swiftly positions you on his lap as you start to undress and he helps you. Once your undressed you start to pull on his shirt and takes off his clothes. Once he's done you position yourself back on top of him. “Now show me how much you missed me”, he smacks your ass earning him a yelp. You turn to the door, realising how loud you were, forgetting the two of you don’t have the dorm to yourselves. You gladly take the challenge just to make him cave in and get weak from you. You slowly take him all, looking him in the face as you do. He can't help but to furrow his brows and stifle a quiet moan as he throws his head back on the pillows. 

“Ahhhh shit.” You let out a breathy moan and smile at his reaction. You start off slowly for a few more strokes. But your boy seems so impatient. He gets up and turns you over. “You going slow on purpose weren't you?””Maybe.” “Oh yeah?” He then rams deep into you making you yelp in surprises. He takes you with fast deep strokes just so he can keep making you scream. “None of them could fuck you this good babe.” You moan in response to him taunting you, but you can’t say anything back because he’s hitting your sweet spot. 

“Seokwoo” is all you manage to say as you grab his hair and start to feel your climax approaching. “Your gonna cum?” “Yeah” “Should I let you?” “Should I let you afterward?” he forgot that you still had to help him cum, “Fair point”.
