Work out That Tote

Tees, tanks, shirts - call it what you want to call it i’m still and active wearaholic~

Lululemon continues to be on the rise and I never understood why consumers wanted to spend $30 on JUST a water bottle let alone $100 on yoga pants.

But recently I have been more interested in their product and why everyone thinks it is so great. Here are some pieces that I've fallen in love with and are worth every penny.

This tank comes equipped with a light and airy feel while also having the wicking properties we all love so we don’t get embarrassing swear stains. They also added in a new feature the prevents odor causing bacteria to stick and form on your tank.

I chose this one because it is a rash guard for our avid swimmers. It has UPF 50 protection and is reversible so you can still where it out with the print showing when you’re just chillin’ on the sand. 

Another favorite - there’s also a lightly lined built in bra perfect for the yogi master or Pilates fanatic!

Here is an alternative for woman with bigger busts or that just like more support; medium support for cardio with great detail and pattern.

A mesh style fabric, with all the great wicking and quick drying power, with a added opening at the nape of the neck so you can put your headphones through.

Has opening on the sides for faster cool down and is guaranteed to have a snugger fit so nothing can slow you down!

Safety is always a must - this long sleeve has reflective areas and also a hole for easy watch checking during your morning jog...

This long sleeve is super soft against your skin and has a cute print on the back!

They consider this a ‘pullover’ but I would probably only where this as a shirt. Love the back opening and has a great drape for extra comfort when you don’t want something skintight.

This one just screams comfort! Has cashmere and rayon so you know it will delight your skin after a work out!

Hopefully you are a believer of their products now, because I know I am. Although they can get pricey, they stand by their brand and product and will take back ANYTHING that you are not 100% satisfied with which in my book is an added win. I highly suggest checking out their items.

I can say with confidence that athletic shoes have made an imprint on fashion today. Since we spend so much time on our feet, comfortable shoes are a must have. While you’re at it, why not look for a cute, stylish, versatile pair that can be worn beyond the gym! It is a given that athletic shoes are not on the cheap side, however, they are worth the splurge not only because they are durable enough to endure high-impact gym routines, but also because while wearing them you are giving your feet the ultimate level of comfort. Trust me, your feet will thank you later. 

With so many styles and color combos, athletic shoes have become a cross over to incorporate into fashionable outfits. As an added bonus, when you’re finished with a workout you can refresh your outfit without having to change your shoes. This quote is probably what we all thought at one point in time - haha!

Living in Southern California, jackets or sweaters are hardly every needed. But nonetheless, they create a warm and comfy feeling that makes one feel at ‘home’ in their own clothes. This is especially true after a long workout when you just want to relax your tired body.

This sweater looks so soft and comfy - exactly what most of us look for. I also love the look of the zipper side pockets; it adds a little more detail to a simple jacket.

I really like this jacket, the use of a neon that contrasts with a black is a great combo when you’re working out at night or outside. This is also a windbreaker which will protect you from any harsh weather you may encounter. The spatter print is also a really nice touch to make it a little more special.

I thought this one was an interesting piece. The sheerness of the jacket makes it different. It is also a cute idea to pair different colored sports bras underneath that way it could become more a fashion statement. I also like how lightweight it looks.

I like this Eddie Bauer jacket because it looks very sturdy and long lasting. You can tell by the add that this jacket is probably made for colder climates and is great for the outdoors as well. It is also a two-tone grey with a nice touch a neon to make it feel more fashiony.

Comfy Touch

To move away from the idea that comfy equals lazy, our first post talks about JOGGERS!  It is interesting to watch trends come and go, but this one in particular has stolen my heart.

Here are some different ways that I LOVE to wear my joggers. Versatility is at the forefront for these suckers and it is always great to mix and match styles.

These joggers are printed with a navy color making them easy to dress up or down. I personally would style it with a leather jacket to make it more edgy, but a denim one is great for a casual flare.
