One of the first few times Kallus travels on the Ghost:
Chopper: *screeching*
Ezra: *singing really badly*
Kanan: *arguing with Hera*
Hera: *arguing with Kanan*
Sabine: *throwing empty spray paint cans*
Zeb: Has anyone seen Kallus?
Everyone: *confused shrug*
Zeb: *keys in Kallus' personal comm* Hey, where are you?
Kallus: Supply closet. Common room.
Zeb: ???? *opens supply closet door* Uh?
Kallus: *sitting in the dark/quiet, pillows and blankets all over the floor and walls*
Kallus: Welcome.

Once Cody realized the level of sheer chaotic dumbassery that follows Domino Squad with a massive glittery cape, he was fine with Rex adopting Echo and Fives.
There was no way he was bringing that kind of nonsense around his Jedi. General Kenobi is already enough of a handful without anyone helping him trip into getting aggressively flirted with or punched (or both). He doesn’t need anyone setting him to be in even more of those situations.
Which is fine because the 501st is the GAR’s most very special purveyors of bold plans, so the Dominos fit right in.
I don't know what's funniest about this. The fact that Cody is clearly regretting putting Rex in charge, the fact that Rex was like LOL THIS IS GOING TO BE HILARIOUS, or that this is Domino Squad's first meeting with General Skywalker's second-in-command.

I hope we get to see Wrecker’s reaction to Eva having Straw Lula in the finale.
He would have the happiest “YOU HAVE A LULA TOO!!!!!!” reaction. I just know it. And apologies to Hunter, Echo, and Omega, but Wrecker is going to adopt Eva on the spot. This adorable soft-spoken child just got herself the biggest and most boisterous sweetheart of a protective wrecking ball.
After all, who doesn’t want to see the Batch’s gentle giant be the best adopted dad to the sweetest little bean of the Force Sensitive Kids?

Yeah, that’s kind of what I picture too when the brain cell has them protecting her hearing as a group project.
Hilarious random Bad Batch headcanon:
Whenever they know an explosion is about to go off, someone yells “Earmuffs!” and the person closest to Omega will grab her and get their hands over her ears before the explosion goes off. This is to give her as much ear protection as possible and to mitigate whatever potential hearing loss she might acquire because she doesn’t have the same protection their helmets give them.
Wrecker doing Explosion!Earmuffs is hysterical because his hands are just so comically large in comparison to Omega’s head.
Echo usually winds up wrapping his left arm around her head and pulling her into him to do a modified Explosion!Earmuffs.
Hunter will also use his whole body to protect Omega while he’s doing Explosion!Earmuffs. (Protective Dad is going to protective.)
Tech is a bit more of a spider monkey and gets Omega wrapped up safely with his arms as he’s doing Explosion!Earmuffs.
Crosshair, when he rejoins, is more straightforward. He just gets his hands over her ears when he realizes what “Earmuffs!” means.
And sometimes, it gets extra funny when the situation is super chaotic.
Something is about to blow up. Everyone yells, “Earmuffs!” at once and dives for Omega. Once the explosion goes off and the dust settles, Omega is in the middle of a pile of her brothers with their hands layering over her ears. When asked if she’s okay, she just smiles sweetly and goes, “I’m fine.”

So you know this probably happened
Emerie: Omega is not the only child on this base.
Echo: So, Hunter, we have a problem.
Hunter: What?
Echo: Apparently there are like…4 other kids here besides Omega.
Hunter: ……
Echo: Hunter? Hunter did you hear me?
Crosshair: Yeah he heard you, he’s currently printing out four adoption forms.
Hunter: -in the background- Rex doesn’t get first dibs on these ones!! Where’s my stamp!?
Crosshair: He’s still salty that Rex won’t let him adopt you. Even though you’re a grown man.

Random finale prediction:
Omega releases the Zillo Beast to cover her and the kids escaping from Tantiss.
Echo is with Emerie when this happens. Emerie is Very Worried about this unexpected turn of events. Echo, however, knows exactly who released the Zillo Beast. (Of course, it’s Omega. Who else would release such a dangerous beast to provide ample coverage?)
Eventually, Echo and Emerie find Omega and the kids among the chaos of Tantiss. The kids are understandably still scared about being able to get out successfully — and they’re worried about using what weapons Omega pilfered for them.
And Omega very kindly tells them, “It’s okay. I used to have trouble with weapons. Big lesson for using them today is — it’s all about tuning out distractions when you’re firing.”
Cue Echo getting teary and proud at hearing Omega pass along the same advice to the kids that he once gave her.

To be fair, how many of us can resist when Echo deploys his anime eyes and let his emotions show like that?
Echo pulling off his helmet to talk to Emerie has to be one of the top moments of the episode. He knows he can connect with her through emotion and it worked right away (don’t know if it’s a clone thing, and like a familial instinct or what but she instantly crumbled).
And man Emerie is so fucking doomed by the narrative, her poor face when Echo laid out all the horrors in front of her made me so sad.
Overall I think we’re getting the payoff we deserve next week. But at what cost, I’m not sure. I’m very ready to see Omega destroy that entire lab with a giant sea monster.

Oh boy, Echo is going to absolutely feral. When he connects with Omega during her escape with the kids, it’s going to be a bloodbath in there.
Emerie: we must free the children
Echo: childREN? as in plural???

Well per usual Echo and Omega are the only ones getting shit done.
Echo: Infiltrate Tantiss and start collecting data.
Omega: Start scouting and making an escape plan.
Hunter, Wrecker, and Crosshair: Play hide and seek with stormtroopers and fight a cave bear.
Rampart: Screams.
Yup sounds about right.

Honestly, the guy with one hand and the child are their best options to be Tech’s backup.
Echo has his own ship (the Space Van). Omega was taught to fly by Tech (so you know she’s got an extensive knowledge of a large number of ships).
with tech dead, the batch's pilot options are:
guy with one eye who is afraid of heights
guy who seems to get headaches from electronics
guy with hand tremors
guy with one hand
child
rex help

*On a mission*
Crosshair: Uh, I think I got your lunch. *Holds up a note that reads: ‘I am very proud of you. Love, Hunter’*
Omega: Oh yeah. I didn’t think this was for me. *Holds up a note that reads: ‘Be good. For the love of god, please be good.’*

Specifically, 501st clones canonically cannot lie for shit. (The Domino twins got it from their dad captain.)
One of my favorite pieces of canon continuity is that clones cannot lie for shit

On one hand, Rampart is giving a perfectly normal and expected response to the full-chested insane stunts that the Batch pulls regularly.
But . . . on the other hand, it’s Rampart, and I enjoy seeing this man getting the stuffing kicked out of him as he participates in Batch Shenanigans.

Tech would do that — and gleefully so. (He’s a little shit that way.)
Too bad Tech wasn’t around when Rampart was screaming Like That while jumping from the shuttle. He would’ve recorded it and put it on a loop, showed it to Omega on the ride back to Pabu, just constantly played it as a treat to all the clones the rat bastard wronged 😌💅🏽

Omega is going to release the Zillo to cause extra chaos during her second Grand Escape from Tantiss.
Hunter and Wrecker are going to be so proud of her for letting an old friend out. Echo and Crosshair are going to be even more worried about their sanity. (Tech would be so proud of her coming up with such a hilariously reckless plan on the fly.)

Omega has come such a long way from starting food fights to defend the family honor. Now she’s coming up with new and fun ways of escaping from a secret Imperial science base while also rescuing adorable little kiddos (and possibly her clone brothers too). This feral ball of sunshine really has grown up so much and is such a badass of a compassionate sweetheart.
I’m so proud of her.
