The issue in society is not that God exists... But that they cannot accept the existence of anything greater than themselves.

One regret I will never have is my decision to stop submitting to and prioritizing an employer — and to start submitting to the man God chose for me.
In just under a year of making this decision, he has built a business from the ground up, proposed, and has his eyes set straight ahead on our future. He has worked so hard to make it so my work schedule can become less taxing, giving me more time to support him and the hopes for our future. Within two years, he will have built us a future that allows me to be home for him and our family, while offering us the fianancial freedom to rely on ourselves and not a draining 9-5.
The stark difference trusting in and supporting your man can make is incredible. I am forever grateful God gave me the sense to get off of my high horse and trust in Him and the man he gave me.
Things may not be perfect, but wow do they feel like they are. I have full confidence he will build the most amazing life for us, and I will be by his side every step of the way.

We moved again — very unexpectedly. The moment I knew that the living situation wasn't going to work out was the moment our new roommate said, “If you keep calling on God, I'll strike you down.”
It was doomed at that exact moment by the sheer realization that although we had respected his beliefs, he was unable to offer the same respect towards our own.
The Bible says not to cast your pearls before swine — I don't think I ever fully understood why until now. For even if you do so with utmost fragility and decorum, the issue is not that God exists, but that they refuse to believe there can be something greater than themselves.
I won't pretend to know why it happened — but I'm glad we discovered his true personality now instead of later. He harbored a false sense of openmindedness, as long as your beliefs didn't stray from his own.

trans rights?
I would not hate or withhold help I could give from a trans individual, but I wouldn't endorse or applaud their decisions either.

It's been a long time since I've posted here on this channel. We've recently moved, I was in a car accident this month, allergies have been wrecking me, and things are a bit all over the place. Today's vlog was just a bit of how I spent the day trying to relax and get a few chores done to help us settle into our new home.
I recently finished reading "Flowers for Algernon" by recommendation of a coworker of mine and it gave me a lot to think about — if you are looking for a thought-provoking novel it's worth the read!

We finally settled in after our move and are into a more normal routine, with one big difference — my partner proposed!
Lots of wedding planning and stress to come, but I'm enjoying the summertime while it is around. I have a pretty bad sunburn and videos really don't do it justice, but it definitely won't be the last of the season.
There is just something so nice about being able to go outside and lounge in the sunshine — most of the time I don't realize until hours later that I've burnt!
Above all the evening golden hour will forever be my favorite moment in time. 🌅
Until next time.
