Give my friends a look and help them start their new Youtube channel guys.
Great folks with a lot of rare and interesting firearms to film so it has potential.

Shoutout to this picture for single handedly keeping this blog going.
For anyone wondering I still haven’t replaced the camera and equipment that was stolen when my home was broken into but I did just buy a P227 TACOPS so there’s that.

I’m DR8C0, and this is my blog. I post here with my friend Todd and homoerotic gun enthusiasts, “Gunblr”. Everything on here has a story and a tuck. One thing I've learned after 21 years - you never know who is gonna tuck on the dashboard.

This Glock looks like an XD forcefully raped a Glock but the Glock was pro life and carried the bastard child to term anyway.
Taking advice from the range: Practice Carrying
So a friend at the range mentioned that he thought I should try practicing carrying around my house in private just to get used to the feeling and the movements I can and can’t do. He said to just grab a cheap airsoft or rubber training gun, any old holster that would stay in place, and test out some different carry positions and outfits.
Now I know just about jack shit about carrying, so I wasn’t in a place to tell him no, and I figured I might learn something. So these are the results. Pictures numbered left to righ in rows like you’re reading a book.
The gun and holster. An Umarex C02 modeled on the Glock 17 and some holster I had from airsofting way back when.
The view of the gun in my belt at the 4 o’clock or 3:30 position.
Arms crossed with a golf polo on
Reaching and turned sideways away from my gun side, as if I’m trying to stretch the lats on my gun side
Same position as #3, but with a very light Sonoma mock flannel
Same shirt as #5, same position as #4.
I don’t know if this is a good proxy for carrying my actual pistol I’ll be getting in June, but I figure it couldn’t hurt. Anyone got any input on the results, or if I’m making an ass of myself even doing this, feel free to chime in.
