Caption: [So, you're nonbinary. You've got your nouns figured out, you got your pronouns figured out. What could possibly go wrong? Until, there's a formal setting. You have to use a title. You don't have a doctorate! So you go online, you look "what are gender neutral titles", "nonbinary titles" and everything everywhere says "mx". It's fine. You just don't feel like its right for you. So what do you do?

Hi I'm Tuse, I'm nonbinary and I'm a huge linguistics and history nerd. And I want to share some alternate options for nonbinary titles. Let's start with what we already know. Mister and Missus. Those are the base gendered titles in English. Mrs. comes from Mistress. So, mister and mistress. The ending of those "-ter" and "-tress", those are the modern English forms of the Latin tor and trix.

So one great option is just removing the gendered ending. So just "Mist". I really like this because its simply, to the point. I like to shorten it with "M". But my favorite option is- Latin didn't have two grammatical genders. Latin had a neuter gender. And so, the neuter equivalent of "tor" and "trix", is "trum". So "Mistrum".

I really like this, I use it for myself. I like to shorten it as "Mm". And I really like it because it is unambiguous. It is very clearly not mister, not mistress, not missus, and not miss. That's what I like to use for myself. I love exploring other options for nongendered titles and nongendered language in general.

We have a tendency to come up with one option and then expect everyone who doesn't fit into the two binary options to use that third option. And we don't have to do that. If you have other options for what you like to use as your title as a nonbinary person, I would love to hear it. Please share!]

Note: Because this was being commented a lot on the original video, of course these work in English and not necessarily other languages. That doesn't mean that they can't be helpful, just that they might only be helpful in English.

Got some art for the fanfic! Wanted to go for a comic style so I broke out my Pigmas when I should have been taking notes during a lesson, but oh well. Did anyone ask for this? Nope. I currently have Chapter 26 in the works, not totally sure of when I’ll be able to get that out, but it should be done in the next two weeks. Busy, busy, busy!

By the way, the Deathclaw is named “Fluffy,” and you shall only refer to him as Fluffy.

Cp 2077 - Takemura x V - Painful Love - Confession

Ok, so this is is confession concept for this concept.

So one day we just V just wanders into the badlands and just did not come back. They are tuck up in some abandoned building, they send the car back and are just drinking they sadness way, wondering what they did wrong and what every thing they destroyed. From a morning to evening.

Meanwhile Takemura is in Night city, V had meeting with him in noon, which they missed. He was already worried about we, they did not take his call or massages he send. When They did not come to meeting he knew something was wrong. So he used the lil tracker he put on them to find them. The journey is full of fear and despair, for all he knows V cloud have bean laying death in Badlands.

When he gets to abandoned building where V was, he finds them drunk, smoking. They have argument and them there are two paths where this goes.

First one, V will drunkenly confess and unleashes all their feeling. They have this emotional revelation.

Second one, they get into fight and Takemura ends up accidentally knocking out V (you know, we know his temper and impulsiveness). He will take them to his hide out with feeling of guild. He will wait till they wake cuz it’s his fault and he can’t leave them this drunk alone (his fault too). Takemura checks his messages and maybe there are few drunken confessions from V.

Concept: What if Takemure fell in love with V but refuses to acknowlage it, because of his duty and maybe he thinks they will not return the feeling cuz him being corpo, straigh up Saburos bodyguard and diferences in their outlook on life. Maybe he will quetly drown in sorrow, yearning and misery. Slowly becoming colder and distand to V.

What if V actualy feels same, they love him but thinks that he will not returng feeling for dirty merc from streets. But still enjoy their friendship in diference from him, for Takemura it's bittersweet, no one ever cared for him this way but nothing more ever come from this. V is just happy to have friend. His coldness is hurting them and V is just asking themselves "What did they do?". Slowly driving themselves to be borderline alcoholic and wandering badlands.

They both just ache and yearn until death or grand confesion.

Maybe I will write the concept for confesion.

I really wish we could see more of Oda and Takemura’s relationship...I know they clearly had beef with each other when they first met in game but I feel like they had a strong bond before the whole “killing Saburo” situation

No ones talking about that but I see perfect opportunity for angsty V x Takemura x Oda

Concept: What if Oda has hidden crush on Takemura since days he was student? He never acted on it since work, his duties and stuff. So he hides it but when he see that V bonded with Takemura so much, he gets jealous and hostile. Maybe when he gets defeated by V he understands what his former teacher see in them and develops crush on them too.
