I totally get it, smoking is seriously bad news and I'm definitely not endorsing it. But hey, I used to puff away too, until I kicked the habit two years ago. Honestly, it's a shame that something so hot-looking can be so damn unhealthy! Gotta admit, some people just rock that smoking vibe, even though we know it's not good for us.  (I'm aware that Jeremy Renner has quit smoking since his accident, so it's clear that these clips and pictures were captured prior to that.)
