All Ace cards represent a wish or desire, and it’s through each other that Touka and Kaneki have been able to find that wish granted.

I was always so curious what was the decision making process when cutting out touka’s (and every other major characters) scenes but keeping in every scene + adding some for a minor character like shimoguchi when screen time is so precious in the :re anime……

well I guess I got my answer in an interview with the director 😂
