After writing 30 posts on this blog, I've come to conclusion that this is not improving my writing skills and have decided to work on Julia Cameron's morning pages and her books' other practices. I will not update this blog anymore.

As I lay dying
246 pages, which I thought was less than 100. When I finished the book Az I Lie Dying by William Faulkner, I was filled with sadness that the pleasure of reading is over. Of course, I can read it again and again, but the pleasure I experienced when discovering the characters and the story for the first time is something else.
All the poor family wanted to do was return their mother's coffin to her hometown. But it was as if fate was against it and the soulless body of this unlucky creature was not worthy of the blessing of going home. The most interesting thing for me was dark comedy. Can it be worse than this? Are there any other misfortunes that have not happened to them?
I can never get enough of books that use stream of consciousness and interior monologue. There is nothing better than hearing the story from characters point of view. In this case, 15 different characters.
The characters each have their own individuality and independence, but at the same time they are under the captivity of their father. A father who, under his innocent, noble and naive image, was a self-satisfied dictator who would destroy the family for his own desires.
The wife and the children are somehow his victims or are taken advantage of or betrayed by him. Either they remain silent or even when they want to turn their backs on him, they stay for the sake of the rest of the family. At the end of the story, one goes to jail, another loses his horse, another loses his health, another has to bear the burden of an illegitimate child, but the father gets a new wife and the teeth he wants.
William Faulkner would probably be very disappointed if he found out that I have explained the scenes of his novel to others with laughter instead of writing long philosophical essays.

Christopher Nolan clears up my confusions about tsctir
Tumblr media
A while back I wrote two posts about tsctir and its writers’ witless and unworkable plan for protection that I found insultive. I received some comments from fans that made me wonder how they could ignore the most obvious facts. It sounded like self-deception or forced justification to me. I, honestly, couldn't get it out of my mind how they can't see such transparent things. I needed to know the reason behind it.
I mean;
>>> Of course, one who walks on a dangerous path would keep the existence of his loved ones a secret so as not to disrupt their peaceful lives.
>>> Of course, family is precious in all cultures and they can and will be used against you, especially if you are on bad terms. The former Duchess of Sussex and Prince Harry are solid evidence for this.
>>> Of course, throughout history, the lower class has been neglected, damaged and suffered the most.
>>> Of course, a doting person uses all his resources to assure his family is in the best condition.
>>> Of course, someone who is kidnapped, assaulted, hospitalized, and limping to dungeons cannot be considered protected.
I could go on and on, but the fans don't notice these flaws in story at all. And this was very strange and incomprehensible to me. How can hundreds of thousands of people close their eyes on something at the same time? That's how Christopher Nolan came to my aid.
His acclaimed movie The Prestige, an adaptation of the novel by Christopher Priest, is one of my favorites. The story is about the long-term feud between two magicians. Somewhere in the movie, the main character's mentor says this about spectators of magic trick:
"Now you're looking for the secret. But you won't find it because of course, you're not really looking. You don't really want to work it out. You want to be fooled."
Audiences always just want to be entertained. Having a critical view and looking for logic spoils the fun. You have to fall in the trap that the writer has prepared for you so that you can have a good time and enjoy. What is good about Christmas if children don't believe in Santa Claus?
The tsctir writers knew that the moment they declared Yoohyun as an devoted brother, the fans would only shed tears and praise him. No one questions the avoidable dangers and tortures that Yoohyun inflicts on Yoojin for almost a decade. No one thinks about him not using his recourses to protect his family. Any harm to Yoojin and the guild would never be able to restore its image but no one questions why a professional business man would ridicule Yoojin to flatter his boss instead of handling him as a threat to the future of their guild. No. It's no fun too look, think and see the truth.
Attack on Titan fans consider Eren who killed 80% of humanity and destroyed cities, a hero. Why wouldn't tsctir fans consider Yoohyun who made Yoojin's life a living hell, a devoted brother?
Writing about tsctir and getting to know the opinions of fans and trying to make sense of them was very educational for me. I guess I should read The Art of Thinking Clearly book by Rolf Dobelli again.

Polite Patriots
Tumblr media
I've already said that I am a fan of nothing. Mostly because I don't have the time or energy to immerse myself deeply in something. But I think I look for my own expectations in the characters and the story, and when they are not met, I would lose interest.
The same thing happened to the Moriarty the Patriot. I was very excited when I read the plot and I loved the beginning of the story. But the reason that made me interested was seeing the interaction between the brothers and the complex, conflicting and contradictory feelings they had while loving each other. But there was nothing.
There were very few brotherly scenes and I didn't even see Louis and Albert together, the two people I was most curious about their dynamic.
From the moment sweet little Louis burned his face, I said to myself, hear, I found my favorite character. The dedication and courage he had at that young age showed how far he was willing to go for his brothers. I thought he is an unpredictable person who does crazy things without asking permission or approval.
I wanted to see his independence, individuality, willfulness and unique approach. But he was just ... obedient. He gave himself fully to the ideals and plans of his brothers. For him, everything revolved around William and the only thing he did against his will was to ask Sherlock to save his brother.
And Albert… was it really that easy for him to kill his family and servants? The smell of their burnt flesh didn't hunt him at least for a few days? Never looked back and felt no regrets? If he was crushed under the feeling of regret but still believed in his path, it would be more concrete for me. It would have been more interesting if Albert had feelings for the real William and had to kill him for the greater good or whatever.
But the art style was amazing, the plot solid, so I have nothing to complain about.

Manga VS. Netflix
Somehow, I think that Hanako-kun is at the last station and everything is going to be resolved soon, that's why the previous chapter was a big disappointment for me.
Changing the past to have a new future without solving problems is just slacking off. It reminded me of a Netflix series. I followed it for three seasons and even though I never rewatch anything I'd been meaning to watch it after the series was over. But what happened? They went back in time and saved villain as a child and that's it. I was very disappointed.
In the previous chapter, I said to myself, God, if you don't know how to write a proper ending, why did you make it so complicated? But then I remembered that this is a manga, and unlike Netflix, they aren't all about an easy way out.
Obviously, the solution of clock keepers is not going to work. Everything seems good at first, Nene is popular, the characters are alive and well, and the school is full of happiness, and it seems that Aoi did the right thing by collaborating with the supernatural, but hopefully, the other side of this new reality is something much worse than the old one.
I'm not blaming Aoi, Teru's become a total remiss. He is nothing like himself. He was always one step ahead and knew things nobody else did. Now Mr. Lax recklessly enters the clock keepers' territory and didn't think that Aoi, as a half human newcomer, didn't have the power to make him their ally. He should put himself together instead of threating Aoi.

How to have siblings with abandonment issues?
Tumblr media
Perhaps Natsuya Kirishima from Free! anime is on of the characters that is qualified to answer the question above. I already know he isn't guilty as charged, at least not in the High Speed! Free! Starting Days.
From the very first scene, the obvious difference between brothers stands out. Not only they don't look alike, but they also have different personalities. Ikuya is aloof, withdrawn, grumpy and Natsu is cheerful, energetic, and sociable. Later, in the swimming club, we see his forceful personality as captain, too.
The brothers had a close relationship until Natsu starts high school, and distances himself from Ikuya. Of course, he simply wants his little brother to become independent and self-sufficient, but because of a communication breakdown Ikuya feels left behind, discarded. The idea of Ikuya hating him saddens Natsu but he endures it since he believes leaving him on his own will make him self-reliant.
Leaving alone a boy who isn't ready to stand on his own is not really advisable. Natsu doesn't want to spoil his brother and ends up hurting him. He takes drastic measures like almost cutting ties with him that isn't really necessary. Not only he shows no warmth or closeness to Ikuya, he is also stern, blunt, and judgmental. He lets his brother and other team members suffer alone and cope.
Although at the end of the movie, Ikuya realizes Natsu's good intentions thanks to his new friends and teammates, but when the team disbands, he once again experiences abandonment. Then, he goes to another country with Natsu and experiences being away from the country, and in the first year of university we see that Natsu is having fun with his aimless life after putting the responsibility of taking care of Ikuya to his friend. He is so nonchalant and neglectful that Nao, his best friend, had to ask him to start taking his life seriously.
At least, as a teenager he had a reason to be cold to Ikuya. As an adult he just leaves the younger brother who needs him to have fun, see the word, have adventures, drink until passed out, like it can't be delayed. Going to your way when you know your brother needs you by his side is selfish, and harming. But Ikuya winning against Natsu considering his lack of training was unrealistic, not that I see Natsu worthy of being first.

Aki Hayakawa; The beast tamer
Tumblr media
If I rummage through Aki's drawer and find many books with titles like, "How to deal with Troublesome Children?" "What to do with children with bad attitude?" "What do we do about picky eaters?" I won't be surprised at all. But I won't be surprised if I don't find any books either because the guy is a big brother by default.
I don't think he had much opportunity to play the role of big brother as a child. His little brother's health condition demanded all attention of their parents. Their house was the only building in an open area, so he had no friends, neighbors, or playmates. Spending his boring childhood days in loneliness and neglect made him angry. There is only so much understanding that one can expect from a child.
But a few minutes of seeing his little brother's playfulness and laughter was enough to subdue his anger and turn it into concern. He is indifferent, inattentive, even cold on the outside, but on the inside he is caring, protective and compassionate. His first reaction to Denji is to resort to violence to prevent him from joining the squad. I wonder how many times he's done this with newbies and how many times it actually worked.
These characteristics are also can be seen in his relationship with Denji and Power. Although Aki draws a line for them and says that they have no rights and are "killable", they soon realize that he is bluffing. Why would they believe that coming from someone who wakes up early in the morning to do their laundries, clean their messes and make delicious breakfast for them? It doesn't take long for them to play a prank on him that Aki calls it vile.
He uses the same old classical conditioning. Reward for behaving, scolding for mischievous. He know he can't work miracles so has low expectations. Mr. nagger does a great job in turning primitive people into civilized ones.
To me, his acceptance is his best quality. One second he is a boy with a family and normal issues, then all alone in this world with the memory of his life crushing in front of his eyes. Although he is bent on revenge, he is too realistic to think that he has a chance to kill the gun devil. He accepts that when he lies one of those graves, the gun devil is still out there, and he accepts that he can at least pave the way for others with his life. And finally, the day comes when he accepts that there are more important things for him. That he is willing to give up his revenge to have Denji and Power by his side, and he accepts that Denji is going to kill him one day. He accepts life as it is.
The soft spot he has for his siblings breaks my heart. The sight of Denji's tears is enough for him to accept defeat. He is with his family now to continue his unfinished game forever.
Actually, I wanted to see scenes of him with Power, just both of them. Of the nights he stays awake next to her, the moments she takes shelter in his arms. But maybe they weren't that close or he didn't meant much to Power. I don't know.

Kiun; insecure dragon
The first time I saw Kiun the word that came to my mind was; useless. Imagine being an enormous mythical creature and being defeated in few seconds because you don't know you shouldn't show your most vulnerable part during a fight with a hafuri, even though you have lived for centuries. He was literally a worm in that scene. Then I got to know him and I thought he is the pushover dragon. And then he just became the pushover for me. I was like, ' man do you even realize who you are?' No, he doesn't.
He doesn't own his role, qualities, or authority. He doesn't acknowledge himself as a unique Shinki, one of the strongest, the guidepost, the closest person to Takemikazuchi. And this is why Takemikazuchi is angry with him. He waited for centuries for Mr. diffident to man up.
He is too delicate, tender, and sensitive to be a dragon. If I didn't know, I would have thought its shinki form was a butterfly or a canary. His character is suitable for playing with a child and training him, but not for standing next to the god of thunder.
Thinking about his childhood and being praised by kiun brings smile to Takemikazuchi's face. But it doesn't change the fact that he was disappointed when he realized that the man was a puppet appointed by the elders to stop him from using thunder. This caused them to drift apart over the years, although as a child he loved to watch him make thunders. Kiun denied his role as guidepost resulting in Takemikazuchi denying himself. But eventually he stood up and took it.
I really like how natural came to him to offer his life to his master. Even though Kofuku and Daikoku loved Yukine and Yato, putting ones life on the line isn't something that many people can do. But Kiun is like, ' master, you just had a refreshing fight with this guy. Do you want me to bet my head for him?' There is no fear or stress in his face. He meant it. He wasn't a pushover, after all.

Fast adaptation masterclass by Choso
Tumblr media
My teacher used to tell us to always set clear and unbreakable rules for ourselves so that we spend less time and energy. For example, say I never reply to messages from anons. I never eat chocolate. There should be no room for bargaining. It may be difficult at first, but later one will see how much easier everything has become.
To me, Choso has adopted the same method. He has defined his life and mission in the simplest possible way. He has a role; big brother and a duty; protection. This makes his transformation from an avenger to a caring and protective brother really quick.
Choso who considered himself a curse for more than hundred years and was slaughtering people without any remorse until a few minutes ago is now fighting on humans side. He didn't change his side. He has always been on the side of his younger brothers. Nothing has changed.
The specific code based on which he behaves makes his character predictable and therefore reliable. The moment he acknowledges Yuji as his little brother and accepts him, his anger is focused on their mutual enemy. Now Yuji is the center of Choso's life, he is the person whom he sacrifices his life for, lends him his strength and follows him to the depth of hell.
Yuji's hands are no longer stained with the blood of his younger brothers, and if there is blood, it is on Choso's hand. He directs anger and guilt towards himself. Unlike most people who look for justification to lighten the burden of their sins and absolve themselves, he doesn't afraid of drowning himself in guilt.

About endings
Tumblr media
There are many types of endings, sad endings, happy endings, right endings, forced endings, well-deserved endings, memorable endings, nerve-racking endings, twisted endings, etc. For someone like me who is a fan of nothing, there is no disappointing ending.
But even someone who hasn't invested in any story can have his own ideas about an ending. I don't know why I thought the Noragami manga could ditch the considerations and have a daring ending. My hope increased when I saw Yato disappearing.
I'm sure that everyone who has followed the manga over the years has an ending for themselves, and this was my version of the last chapter of Noragami:
Hiyori wakes up in the hospital and her eyes fall on the little boy with blue eyes hiding behind Yukine's feet, staring at her with his curious and scared eyes. Yukine asks him not to be shy and approach Hiyori. Tears flow from Hiyori's eyes when she sees the little yato.
They give life to each other. Yato sacrifices himself to bring Hiyori back to life, but in this world someone breathes who remembers Yato and whose heart yarns to be with him, and Yato is reborn because of having a life thread.
Yukine, who was once abused and buried by his father and later hurt his second father, now has to take care of little Yato and maybe this time he can teach him so that he doesn't waste his money. There are even scenes in my mind of Yato's mischief and Yukine's clumsiness, and of course, Hiyori who can't look at him without sadness in her eyes .
But this is just my edging.

Shinsuke Kita; Rice farmer or President
Tumblr media
Although Haikyu!! anime has many interesting characters, the only character that I really want to know more about him is Kita.
That scene when he enters the volleyball court and the teammates stand alert, their eyes turn white and the snow falls makes me laugh every time.
I like his calm and collected personality. He does whatever he is supposed to do without any need to be seen, approved or encouraged. And for others, he is a careful and strict observer who bluntly slaps them with the bitter truth.
I find his decision to become a rice farmer despite being a brilliant student a little disappointing. I know he is too proud and confident to care about society's standards and expatiations, I admire him for that. But I can't help to think about the great things he would achieve if, only if he had ambitions. Someone with his dedication, perseverance, and leadership skills would do great things for people if he had authority.
This thought reminded me of one of my favorite quotes from Douglas Adams, The Restaurant at the End of the Universe book;
“The major problem—one of the major problems, for there are several—one of the many major problems with governing people is that of whom you get to do it; or rather of who manages to get people to let them do it to them. To summarize: it is a well-known fact that those people who must want to rule people are, ipso facto, those least suited to do it. To summarize the summary: anyone who is capable of getting themselves made President should on no account be allowed to do the job.”
Naturally, someone like Kita who is suitable to have power and influence doesn't want it. Such a shame.

The characters I want to see more of their relationship; Gakushū Asano and Gakuhō Asano
Tumblr media
When I was watching the first season of the anime Assassination Classroom, I was interested in the conflict between the father and the son and Asano’s attempt to figure out his father's secrets, change his methods and bring him down. But I wanted to see more of them.
I think Asano and his father have a formal and aloof relationship at home. They never lie on the couch in their pajamas and watch football. They never hang out, make plans together for holidays, cook together. There is always a line that can’t be crossed. A wall that distances them from each other.
To me, Asano isn’t like a child who suffers from lack of affection, or attention. It seems that the principle has put all his attention on his education and has high expectations from him and is training him as his successor. of course, Asano is under pressure to be the best, but does he think that he will lose his father by not being the first? He wants his father to be overthrown but he doesn’t want to do it with marking the wrong answer. He doesn’t rebel against his father’s method openly. He wants him to be proved wrong.
He looks so proud, confident and cheerful. He knows that there should be a difference between his behavior with the man in front of him as a father and a principle, and he doesn't seem to have a problem with this. I remember that our teacher was the mother of one of the classmates, and seeing the discomfort and tension between them in the class was a laughing matter for the students.
He doesn’t seem to be afraid of his father in their first meeting at his office. He doesn’t shy away from questioning him about his secret activities. His father doesn't have a problem with Asano challenging him and considers it necessary for him to grow up, but when the boy doesn't succeed, he brutally puts him in his place. And I think he believes it is necessary for his son’s growth, too. But he also believes that his son can never be better than him. It’s like he doesn’t want to be bested by him.
When his father slaps him harshly in front of the whole class, his respond is a bitter laugh. At last, he gets to see the fatherly side of him, even as a slap. It means that he has always seen the instructor/ the principle/ the educator side of him. It must have been really lonely, and frustrating. This is sth that I wanted to see more.
@tuulikannel shared a very interesting interpretation about the slap scene that I decided to include it in my post. "I feel like Gakushuu didn't mean the slap itself, but the way his father looked after that. The man just stood there, staring at his hand, as if not believing he had just done that. Gakushuu does say something like, "you look like you're glitching. Am I finally seeing your fatherly side?"(i.e. are you actually horrified you hit your son?)" (@tuulikannel sorry I replied to your comment but it just disappeared.)
And I also liked that Asano shoots the ball towards his father. I can't imagine doing this to my parents and getting away with it.

Why didn't Yoojin ever stop going to dungeons?
An unforgivable mistake in tsctir manhwa is to show Yoojin as a suicidal when he was a true survivor in the novel. His unwavering determination to go into dungeons and endure the harsh and merciless life of an F class is my favorite part. It make a great sense in so many ways.
Yoojin is filled with guilt for going into dungeons but we know If he hadn't spent all those years in the dungeons and followed the news closely, he wouldn't have been so knowledgeable and experienced, and even if he had been given a chance to save the world, he would never have been able to do it. He is able to save the world because he never gave up on taking back Yoohyun.
After 3 years of separation, Yoojin wants to get back to the way he and Yoohyun were before. As I said in this post Yoohyun never had any intention of staying by Yoojin's side but Yoojin doesn't know this. He wants to restore his respect as the hyung. Awaking into a strong hunter is his chance to stand proudly by his little brother's side and be his protector and guidance again but the nature isn't kind to him.
After becoming an F class Yoojin's bridge back to Yoohyun breaks down and now Yoohyun brazenly looks at his eyes and tells him that how worthless and wretched he is. It's official, the mighty guild leader can't stand him. Yoojin being an F class gives Yoohyun more reasons and makes him more savage and animalistic, he never wanted hyung back anyway . Before that, their fights were two-sided, but now he can tongue trash hyung one-sidedly for being worthless and the nation is behind him to kick someone who has fallen.
Strangely, after finding out that Yoojin's skill is to be a caretaker, Yoohyun worsens his behavior. He embraces his nature as an S class but not Yoojin's nature as a caretaker that his mere reason to live is to be with his child. Yoojin just wants a little sign of his younger brother being somewhere inside that coldhearted guild leader's body. Yoohyun withheld everything from Yoojin, he withheld himself. Yoohyun was, is, and always will be Yoojin's everything. A caretaker's existence is defined by his child and Yoojin loses his.
The dungeons are the enemies that took away the life that Yoojin knew and treasured. The dungeons are where Yoohyun spends most of his days in them. There are the only places where he Yoojin can breath almost the same air as Yoohyun. The only places where he can become stronger so that he can have a place in Yoohyun's life again. The dungeons stole his life, they must give it back. He knows all odds are against him but being in dungeons, challenging them, getting out of them alive, and becoming stronger, is his way back to Yoohyun. He stares at fate's face and spits on it. How much I like that.
Yoojin becomes the subject of hatred, contempt, ridicule, harassment, discrimination. He takes Churchill's advise to heart,' if you're going through hell, keep going.' Yoojin keeps going and takes it all in. Instead of sending the pocket with delivery service he goes to the guild to hear the brutal and unbearable humiliation from Yoohyun and his subordinates. I adore him for doing that. He goes through it all.
He's screaming ''I've been treated like an animal. I've been scammed, kidnapped, betrayed, disgraced, harassed, ridiculed ,attacked but I won't give up. I will have my son back."
The best part of the first timeline for me is Yoojin being in dungeons despite his feet. Not being able to walk isn't a good excuse to give up on your brother, is it?

Dear @peachy-psych3
No, I didn't spend much time on it at all. The definition of love and protection is so clear to me that I don't need to put any effort to it. Love means prioritizing those you love.
Being responsible for their needs.
Doing the best you can.
Yoohyun is a complete failure in these three. I'll tell you what our teacher told us, "Don't deceive yourselves. The purpose of a system is what it does." If, as a result of Yoohyun's decisions, Yoojin became a target for his enemies, If Yoojin is betrayed, broken, hated, ridiculed, and harassed, if he is in danger, it means that Yoohyun's purpose was this. The road to hell is paved with good intentions. Feelings and intentions meant nothing without right actions and desired results.
One of the first posts I made on this blog was about a Japanese university lecturer who lied about the Victorian era to hundreds of people who trusted her. Do you know why? Because she wanted to justify the behavior of her beloved character. All the efforts of a fan is to justify the actions of his beloved character, blindly. I am not a fan so I'm unbiased.
To be honest, I didn't read your post because, contrary to what you said, I am also aware of the events of the novel and I spend enough time on this and this topic is not worth my time.

Itachi vs. Yoohyun, The protector vs. The abandoner
A short comparison between Yoohyun from the tsctir manhwa and Itachi from the Naruto manga;
Choice The village's decision to genocide the Uchiha clan is not something Itachi has a choice in. Yoohyun has a choice to put Yoojin in danger by becoming the center of attention or not. Protect him like other guild leaders protecting their families or not.
How far I go for my brother Itachi kills his parents, his love, and his clan to keep Sasuke alive. For becoming a guild leader and being in dungeons Yoohyun puts Yoojin in danger and apart from a few minor things, he never does anything to protect him.
Prioritizing brother
Itachi sells his soul to the devil in exchange for his brother so that Sasuke can live with his teachers and friends and grow stronger. Yoohyun wants to be in dungeons and creates a guild and Yoojin becomes a target because of that and Yoohyun drives him away.
Guarantee for brother's safety
The Hokage and the elders guarantee Sasuke's life. There is no guarantee for Yoojin's life, not even Yoohyun himself. The reason Yoojin didn't die is that he just didn't.
Breaking brother's soul By turning into a villain, Itachi empowers Sasuke and gives him purpose. Yoohyun breaks Yoojin so that he doesn't go to dungeons. It doesn't work.
Resources Itachi is a notorious and hated fugitive and double agent. Yoohyun is a respected guild leader with power, fortune, privilege. Itachi guarantees sasuke a life with his friends and teachers, kills his enemies, frees him from the curse, gives him his eyes, takes care of him even after death. Yoohyun "thinks" hyung is fine.

Thank you for taking the time and energy to share your thoughts with me. I read your post three times and asked myself, did you read my two posts? I said Yoohyun's way of protecting Yoojin is impossible, saying "I don't love hyung don't hurt him" can't work at all, unless his enemies were from kindergarten.
Tumblr media
You said that the readers have an insight that Yoohyun doesn't have Please ask a 7-year-old child that from two persons below who is more in danger and which one is easier to protect.
1: Someone who is known by millions of people and his photo is everywhere.
2- An unknown person.
It is impossible for Yoohyun not to realize that by becoming famous, his brother will become the target of revenge, retaliation and extortion. That's why I said he chose fame over his brother. We only saw that bespectacled S class during Yoojin's meeting with the other guild leaders. Why? Because his focus was on being away from society and people and protecting his family. If Yoohyun was scared, why did he make his hyung a target?
f rank hunter (to yoohyun) more protected by society
From what I've read in the manhwa, there was a complete riot going on. F class hunters died like flies every day and were used like slaves. Aren't we reading the same manhwa? Nothing should be believed without seeing. Yoohyun could ask his men to give him a full report on his brother's condition. As I said before, a concerned and careful person would send the best hunters to the dungeon to make sure that his brother is safe. As I said before, you want the best for your loved ones, and someone with Yoohyun's wealth and status simply "thinks" that hyung is fine. An F class that can't even walk properly is fine. yeah Yoohyun, yeah.
that was Yoohyun's defense
I repeat again the reason I said writers are insulting readers intelligence is that "I don't love hyung don't hurt him" plan won't work. On other hand, You ignored the resources Yoohyun had. Whatever other guilds did to protect their families, he could do ten, twenty, or thirty times as much. Not only he had power, money, but also access to items, gate stones, and the latest technology. He could also have the best advisors by his side.
why do you think he forced his way into the dungeon to save yoojin?
Because it is much more easier to die for someone than to live for them.
Why did he spend all those years building up his power and influence?
Certainly not for Yoojin. I will write a post about Itachi from Naruto anime to show the difference between protecting and abandoning. If he put Yoojin in center of his life and did everything for his sake Yoojin wouldn't be in danger, living in his humble room with broken feet and thinking that his brother hates him. We are talking about 8 years. Your words are acceptable for 3-4 years. I said this before too.
the reason why yoohyun decided to start his own guild -- to gather more power,
The subtle thing I noticed is that Yoohyun left Yoojin for good and had no plans to stand by his side and protect him. In one of the chapters, 20-year-old Yoohyun says that the fire spirit has eaten items worth millions. He talks about the loss of millions as if it were a few coins. If he had a plan to reconcile and be with hyung, three years would have been more than enough for him to prepare, but he continued to push hyung away. he burnt his bridges by humiliating and pushing Yoojin away because he didn't want him back.
If he had a plan to reconcile with Yoojin he wouldn't go for stardom and like other S class and high class hunters he would make grand preparations for protecting his family and then he would bow to his brother and would say sth like this, 'Hyung, for 3 years I kept my distance because I was afraid that I couldn't build the life that you deserve but not anymore. I would help you with your awakening but promise me if your class wasn't high you would never go into dungeons.' And then there wouldn't be a tsctir novel /manhwa If Yoohyun wasn't the abandoner.
he did all he could
:) thank you. Take care and stay safe.
Dear @masteri-0 Thank you for taking the time and energy to read and comment on my post. I didn't know that tsctir has an active fandom and it was a surprise for me to get a comment. You said Yoohyun made that decision when he was 17 years old It is true and he had 8 years to make much better decisions by examining the consequences of that decision, he didn't do it. At the age of 17, he was an inexperienced, penniless student, and then a very rich and respected guild leader with resources. 3-4 years is understandable. 8? No You said it kind of worked out Would you explain how it worked out from Yoohyun's point of view? As I said in my previous post, Yoojin was in constant danger. To love means to do whatever we are able to for our loved ones. It means to do your best to see the person you love at his best. Would you like to see your loved ones in a situation like Yoojin? Broken? You said that Yoojin was not defenseless When those 8 people kidnapped Yoojin in one of his first dungeon raids, did he get saved by Yoohyun's men? No. Yoohyun never sent anyone to protect Yoojin in dungeons. He survived alone. And I'm pretty sure that Yoojin was defenseless when his legs were broken. He didn't even do anything to solve his money problems. There are many examples of supporting someone you love secretly in other movies and tv series. So Yoojin was defenseless. Yoojin was known to be ominous because he came out of many dungeons alone. How many times did Yoohyun think Yoojin was going to be this lucky? you said about the filial duty addicts They aren't allowed to interfere in world. The only place they could kill Yoojin was in dungeons, and he was in dungeons the whole time. They knew exactly what Yoojin's death would do to Yoohyun. Yoohyun treating Yoojin like *** meant nothing to them. Yoojin is his caretaker, nothing changes that. you said It is understandable Please explain this part to me because the reason I wrote those posts was because I couldn't understand why Yoohyun would deliberately choose fame and power over Yoojin's safety and then not use his millions to support him. Other guild leaders protected their families, why wouldn't yoohyun? And why is he being glorified for being a abandoner?
