Videos have surfaced of trainer, Solstice Pecile, from Wishing Stone Farms in Millbrook, Ontario Canada dragging a horse behind a moving vehicle for apparent training purposes. She then posted this on her family farms social media channels for everyone to see. The video allegedly shows her laughing, calling the horse names for bleeding out so much and she even posted the video of the horse being dragged behind.
