What is somatic movement?...
A somatic movement, generally speaking, is one which is performed consciously with the intention of focusing on the internal experience of the movement rather than the external appearance or result of the movement.
The word somatic means “of or relating to the living body,” and it has long been used in medical terminology like somatic cell, somatic nervous system, somatic disorder, and somatic pain.
Due to its generic definition, the term somatic can be used to describe a variety of forms of movement and healing modalities. You may have heard of somatic yoga, somatic experiencing, somatic psychology, somatic therapy, or somatic dance therapy. You may have even heard of somatic education!
The term somatic education was coined by Thomas Hanna. Hanna used the term somatic education to describe methods of sensory-motor education that use somatic movement to improve motor control and sensation and change learned muscular patterns. Many people find somatic movement education methods to be highly effective in relieving chronic pain, improving bodily function, and recovering from common musculoskeletal conditions.
How exactly does somatic movement work?
In order to be most effective, a somatic movement should be performed as slowly as possible. The human nervous system, which controls our posture and movement, must learn new things very slowly. With practice, we are able to gradually speed up and perform movements more quickly while still maintaining form and control. When we do movements quickly, we are not learning anything new—we are simply reinforcing existing learned patterns.
A somatic movement must also be performed consciously, with our complete internal focus and attention. Conscious attention is key to the learning process; we can’t learn something new if we aren’t aware of what we’re doing.
Somatic movement is exploratory in nature. Even when we practice a somatic movement with the intention of improving our posture or movement in a specific way, we still need to be focused on the internal experience of the movement rather than on the end result.
Focusing on the experience and process rather than the end result can be a difficult concept for many people to grasp. It comes back to how our nervous system learns new things. If we practice a movement as if it is the first time we have done it, we will notice something new and learn something new each time, and the learning process will be most efficient and effective. Practicing somatic movements is quite different than doing situps or pushups; it’s not about the quantity, it’s about the quality.
In a general sense, any movement can be a somatic movement if it is performed slowly, consciously, and with the intention of focusing on the internal experience of the movement.

With Chiron, the wounded healer in retro.grade, we are all "forced to face" a wound in which we have learned to "live with" / live around it....
But, this time, this particular WOUND "flair-up" will come at a time when we are Actively Support'd, and Internally Fortified to be able to handle the "work" (the shadow work) that comes with healING....
I have been focused on healing my inner-child, for a couple of Years, and that quest is deeply supported by my Art, Creativity and Friend(s)....
But, the Little Humans I made are the HUGEST catalyst for this deep healing, they remind me, as I Mother them, to Mother My.Self.... and sometimes, they are SO POWER.FILLED that they Mother Me.....
Therefore, This Chiron Retro.Grade,
The Septic Wound, I found faced with was in the Young Woman, who birthed The Womben I am today...
And, the wound she was still carry was LOVE. 🌹
(not entirely dis.connected from the wound of child-self, just more grown, like I am...)
Romantic Love...
In my Youth, I feel as though I would accept "Love" that was simply "offered" to me... Especially, in the hetro-"normal" setting, where a Man just zooms-in on you are with seer persistence and insistence starts to break-down the barriers you have put...

I love hard...
So, to have Loved Wrong left me quite SHATTERED, and UnTeathered...
But, this is a State where I found that I THRIVE!!
The Light was able to pierce through places I had kept hidden for Life.Times, I experienced the vast, fullness of My Being....
I paused.
And, drank of the proverbial well of my tears....
Quenching a Thirst that I had come to regard as normal, as "in.cure.able"....
I was left MORE OPEN than I have EVER BEEN, in any of my recent past lives....
Now I know, experientially;
I am Love, and Love is Me.
I have Love, and Love Got me Too!...
And, this knowing has OPENED ME UP to the womanifestation of a Love that holds NO ATTACH.MEANT...
A Love that holds MORE FREEDOM, than con.striction.
A Love that waters All The Souls involved,
And, then steps-back to allow for the impending growth.
A Love that steps-in to support, and also accepts supports...
A Love that is the Celestial, Cosmic Force, that cannot be owned, taken, given, created or destroyed...
IT JUST IS! ❤️
This OPEN.NESS now means that
1. I am Free, and
2. I am Free to be vulnerable.....

[6/30, 12:43 PM] Kui.Sun🌞: I used to read Asterix and Obelix, with such joy, and bliss... Not realizing how this "fictitious" tale, was tied to my own, collective destiny...
Now I recently watch "Queen Cleopatra" on the Matrix that is Netflix, and I have resisted Cleopatra for my whole life, the MOST CELEBRATED PHARAOH, by the melanatedly-challenged; I regarded her with suspicion... I thought if she could be favoured among the colonizer, then she must'nt be an ally to the AfroUtopian Cause...
While this can easily be the assumption, it was definitely not due to any "fault" of Cleopatra... She was simply a "victim" of her own ambition, and the Royal Craving to evolve and expand one's borders...
She fell in love with the Idea of a Collaboration with Rome, even before she fell in love with Caesar, it was this idea, that brought her to be before this Roman Foreigner, on Kemetic Soils, it was that idea of trance.send.dance beyond what her for.bearers had achieved,.a need to re:new Kemetic Relevance in an ever-so-quickly changing political scape... The Introduction of the Democracy; a School of Thought, from the Roman Courts, and Cleopatra from a deeply Monarchial State wished to solidify her Land, and Crown, as the Wave of Change Sweeps by....

His plan was to take him back home, he stands trial, and is Exiled.

magic doesn’t have to be complicated. rub an essential oil on a candle and light it. that person who’s been annoying you? write their name on a piece of paper and freeze it. fill a bowl with saltwater to cleanse your room. find a rock, imagine that it’s whatever you want to banish from your life, and throw it really hard into the street (…don’t hit a car). make a wish on a dandelion or a birthday candle. drink some lemonade for cleansing and positivity. tie a colored ribbon around your bedpost or doorknob. put some flowers on your nightstand.
a spell isn’t more effective just because it involves a bunch of ingredients and incantations and details.

what is Sin??..
We are told that it is falling short of the GLORY of God'..... The Full Glory of God, in relation-to-you; is YOUR HIGHER-SELF, the part that is YOU, and is also GOD.....
Sin is to "fall short of the Glory of God-Self". Sin is as personal as your relations with Your Deity, or Your Lover, it is about being less than YOUR HIGHER-SELF, known by You. (the falling-short) and Your Self - Discovery is the quantitative pre-requisite of this Known Higher-Self.
If you know not your Higher-Self, SIN is not even the point of discussion is #BackToBasics with some KNOW THY.SELF SHIT!!!... And this is a Bitter-Sweet Experience cause where you Shine More Light, You find More Shadow.

And, these Deaths come with 3days in a tomb, and in the Morning;
YOUR RESURRECTION!!!!!.....
Your deeper, and continual awakening unto the Best Version of YOU, which brings out the Best Version of those YOU Love....

Less Sin is not a JOB that done once a week, or more by atonement... It is in every breathe, every deed, every action, and feeling ... Cause the Knowledge of One's.Self is the One and Only Knowledge that is EXPERIENTIAL, every.time. So You are totally, internally and irrevocable CHANGED!

It not a religious pursuit, but a very personal, spiritual journey. That each shows a New Face of God, as many Faces are there are SOULS.
