My 2022 Year In Sports from Strava I decreased my running this past year and increased my Peloton bike activity to stay more active no matter what the weather was like. However, 2022 brought it challenges to stay active while dealing with surgery. Primary exercise goal for 2023 will be to rehab my shoulder back to 100%. So less running and probably no triathlons. 2022 ended with 364 active days. I fell one day short of the goal! 365 will be the goal for 2023!
