Paternity Court: Hux Vs. Niima "It All Comes Full Circle"

Rey can never catch a break. With one trial after the next, every time she has a bit of peace, it gets squashed. Now when she should only be thinking about her wedding planning and her happy family, her limit is about to be tested yet again faced with the decision to go on a live show to prove the paternity of Alice's biological father, Armitage. She knows she won't be alone in this endeavor but it does little to ease her fear. Maybe a long-needed girl's night will help her see the bigger picture and the opportunity that may come with it.

Here it is! The 11th and FINAL chapter of "The Light to My Darkness". Thank you all for this journey, this is my first completely Reylo fic, please enjoy this little bit of angst with a nice fluffy happy ending for our disaster babies.

Rey is reaching the end of her pregnancy and negotiations are still underway with the Resistance. So far, things have gotten off to a bad start. Kylo is forced to help her face some old feelings that have been haunting her while he must also find common ground with the very people that were once his "family". Will the two sides come together and find peace? He is determined to make it happen for the sake of their younglings so they can all have a happy life.

With the Empress expecting their firstborn, twins actually, the Supreme Leader is all the more determined to make the Galaxy a safe and prosperous home for them. That includes talking making peace with old enemies. The Resistance has reached out the New Order in hopes they can discuss a treaty. “They” mostly being Kylo’s family. Old wounds will open and with them new ones will also come.

Rey’s life seems to be going pretty smoothly. She has a healthy daughter, a home, a loving supportive fiancé, well paying job, good friends, she was happy. Until she finds out two people from her past have resurfaced once more, and intend to commit an act that would burn all bridges.

Time for Chapter 9 for The Light to My Darkness: "Tatooine".

The honeymoon has ended. Kylo and Rey need to return to their duties in healing the damaged galaxy. Their next destination, a place of familial memory…Tatooine. Of course, the sand planet has had centuries of problems but it's more than meets the eye. The populated areas think it's the Tusken raiders that pose the most threat, which is not untrue. However, as deadly as they are, does that make them unreasonable given their heritage to this planet? What would truly help make all happy? Perhaps a planet-wide alliance is possible after all.

Married already in every other way through the Force and their bond, they wanted a small but festive ceremony for themselves and those closest to them. Mostly Rey's friends, but has someone come to give their congratulations…to Ben?

Their first destination, Rey's former homeworld Jakku, where they met. Horrid practices still took place there and now it is their time to intervene. How will they fix things and who will stand in their way?

Starkiller Base has failed. The First Order is now scrambling to find other ways to take over the Galaxy. Kylo Ren is both furious and fascinated by his Padawan's cleverness to completely outwit him and an entire military base. It can't help but be admired. While angry at her interference, the truth uncovered beneath her actions, as well as the results of her paternal lineage, leads him to realize that her power, like his, outmatched everyone else. As they make these new discovers, he begins to realize their bond and the power that comes with it has more potential than he originally believed. However, their powers aren't the only things their exploring with each other. There's also the undeniable attraction between them that Kylo knew Rey couldn't deny for much longer. However, her past has scars as bad as he. Will she let down her own walls and let him in?
