i've been trying to practice drawing humans so i can...actually draw humans! enjoy some sketch sheets until i get around to more rendered art or whatever i draw next

(still cant draw faces/eyes quite right (getting the shapes and sizes of the eyes right evades me HORRIBLY) (also face proportions as a whole are lost on me lol) but i mean. better than before i suppose??)

man, if only this prompt had been in the middle!! i probably wouldve made some edgy pyre art. i mean, heck, had i the motivation, i could've made a fire emblem pun out of this one. but the undertale portion of my brain seized this prompt first. so observe....sans and papyrus watchin fireworks!! went the sketchy-artstyle route again - i'm pretty tired art from all the art this month, and i just wanted to draw something simple and fun lol. the foreshortening(?)'s a little clumsy but eh that's what foreshortinin does to ya

and now!!! an art hiatus!! becAUSE I NEED A BREAK. i probably wont be posting too much art for the start of this month - but ive got a Sans and Papyrus comic idea that's been simmering in my mind for the past few weeks, plus some Fire Emblem 3H and Pyre doodles if my human drawing studies go well enough. might do a few trashposts on my main too, got a few ideas there.

okay so i went with a REALLY frantic sketch style for this one to convey energy and urgency and just an overall frenzy. it didnt turn out quite as well as i'd hoped, but hey, i actually had a lot of fun with this one!! ironically for someone who tries to draw full art a bunch, sketching is my strong suit, so i might play into that and use it more often from time to time. i dont think id make it a main style but this was fun and i might do it again!!

anyway i haven't fully gotten through pyre but ive played enough to know that barker makes rukey Very Upset. for what reasons....i haven't gotten there yet.....but im worried lol

it didnt really turn out how i wanted (again, didnt have many refs for this one because tryna avoid spoilers for the game cause i aint done), i had to resize jodariel like 3 seperate times, definitely do not have a solid idea of how to draw the reader, and the lightings kinda off and so are the proportions but whatever at this point i'll get there eventually

according to clip studio paint it took me almost 5 hours lol

this is actually a weird and incredibly vague nod to my unwritten (for now) UT AU but it's so late story, elaborating would be spoilers.

a note! expect my artstyle to be massively out of sorts for just everything in general for a while, i'm doing a month-long (could be longer lol) study on learning how to draw literally everything (read: i try to have a consistent art style for .2 seconds and draw humans and skeletons in a way that i don't dislike) and that includes undertale characters (as i plan to make a comic about my UT AU, one of these days...).
