Been re-reading Designation: Miracle by @umisabaku and I felt like drawing Rescue Mission Honeytrap Takao from chapter 12 of Don’t Blink. It’s such an iconic scene to me. x)

AkaFuri but they're 2 complete strangers stuck sitting next to each other on a 16-hour long flight ✈️

Sorry this has been sitting in my drafts forever xcfghghv— I’ve actually been thinking pretty hard about this cuz like, the first thing that came to my mind was that this wasn’t that far off from their canon dynamic. x)

But then I started to wonder why they would be travelling in the same class to begin with, Akashi being rich and all, and came up with two scenarios:

Akashi tries really hard to experience what he thinks is a “normal” youth and decides that buying business class tickets is the most direct way of going about it because. Yeah. Sure.

I actually wanted to try out the “clean up and render your sketch instead of doing lineart” method and I gotta say, I’m pretty pleased with the results! :0 (aside from the fact that I went overboard with the filters lol) Though it doesn’t actually save much time for me, it does change up the workflow a lot which is a nice change of pace. I still love doing lineart though so I won’t be stopping anytime soon. x)

I’m about to cry this is too much. I’m legitimately overwhelmed because my brain just randomly decided to remind me of the sheer amount of things I love. This is ridiculous what do I do about it?? You always hear about how to channel overwhelming anger or anxiety but what about love?? How do you even channel that??? It’s not even the first time that’s happened to me but it’s never been so intense wtf.

I’m not even sure if I’m suffering or if I’m happier than I’ve ever been. Help wtf is this??? I’m so incredibly confused. W h at isgoing on??? Does this have a name???? Is there a psychology term for this phenomenon?????

I just saw a post that reminded me how utterly INSANE I am about @umisabaku’s Designation: Miracle series and I am now restless with manic energy because I NEED to scream about how much I love this series but I have literally no one to talk to and it’s midnight gxhdtsysyrateayra— PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE I AM BEGGING OF YOU if you’re one of the few people who followed me for my knb fanart and you somehow haven’t read designation: miracle YOU REALLY REALLY REALLY SHOULD, OKAY??? It has ruined me and I recommend it to anyone who is a fan of knb.

Ennatsu is one of those ships I never would have thought about, considered or even entertained if it wasn’t canon.

BUT since canon forced me to think about it back in 2011, I’ve now had over twelve years to rotate them in my mind and I found that I actually quite like them as a couple (though mostly a highly specific version of them that only exists in my mind because canon gave us close to NOTHING to work with)!
