New song on Youtube NOWWW!!  Love it. First band song since 2018. The one before was ここに which is also inspiring and fresh. This time, there was still the youthfulness spirit and same time matches the matureness they are. (Correction here, ここに was released after they became 6, after that the song “Crystal” is also perform in band style.) Hug your dreams whatever your age is. Hug yourself which-ever right or wrong way that dream had become. Love yourself for becoming who you wanna be, or if you cannot be that someone you hope you are. There could always be a new starting line, and you were never “haven nothing done” coming to this point now. The music video is a work well done. The color and the light. The right among of shadow just a perfect balance resemble real life where hopes and disappointment are daily matters. It would be too bright and up and just too positive if they where bask in sunlight the whole video. Blue also sends feeling of both youth/energetic and sadness/stableness . I think that blue was the theme color of this year celebrating their 18th anniversary? I have seen it as a theme on other project related to anniversary.  For me, again, I am most inspire by Yokoyama, he learned guitar when he was 39 years old, when one more member left the group and it became difficult for them to perform as a band.  Age is just a number << was written in the lyrics. Also from the first single they release after they become 5 people,  友よ (Tomo yo) there was one lyric say, “ It was only a number on the page, it is stupid to judge people by that only. ”

The first track of the band performance in this clip was also the first track of their latest album : 8beat . This was again a special request from the group member, Maruyama. He have a concept and idea of the melody  that will show what Kanjani8 is as a band now. He wrote every thing down to discuss with the other members and eventually the composer.  ^This was not exact translate from interviews only information I gathered from shows. I think the track is really cool, one by one introducing the group member, got the momentum of a first scene curtain opening, it’s energetic and fun, also mature,  matched their age.

Had went to a new place and came back home. rested and am better now.

Everything had been wrong, could never go back now. Finally getting in the new pace but somethings were too diffecult to pick up even though they have been my joy for years and years. Lucky, I got swallowed into a new black hole. Scratch that. I mean storm.

Yes. That’s my theory about draculas wearing Templar crosses. You meet a dracula and you’re like “dude… how and why are you wearing that?”

“What?” he asks, looking down at his blouse.

“That cross!” you say.

He frowns. “You mean my plus sign? That’s not a cross, it’s—”

“It’s a cross,” you say. “Remember the Knights Templar? Yikes! Nowadays it’s used by white nationalists and hate groups. You’re not some kind of neo-Nazi freak, are you?”

“No!” he cries, struggling to undo the pendant. It’s already starting to burn him. “Get it off! Get it off! Help me!” Red-tinged tears begin to well in his eyes. You help him remove it.

hey everyone :)

dear diary time

things were too much i have to walk away, also my friends and i have planned a small vacation since March.

It was not good nor bad. its nice to really get away from hk, i have not been in a good place long before the protests starts, i was half denying i think? so its nice to escape from my family, my house, my room, my stuffss. the whole horrible routine.

bad thing was i really do not enjoy shopping and crowded places. Dont get my wrong, i love see new and beautiful clothes and design or other fun stuff, i did my little shoppings but i would prefer it more if its not a sunday market packed with people or big malls target tourist.

i wouldn’t mind if i didnt get any souvenir. Plus, my thoughts and emotion can go to a bad place real fast, destory all safe and peace and smile i was in just 30 seconds ago.

theres no way my friends havent notice anything. one of them tried talk to me and said they want to help but it was not a good time and place to make conversation so i did my best to say yes im in a different place now and i went quiet, im changing, growing different views and values. we could talk in a better time when we are back in hk.

But i know the help will not be coming from my friends because if i could tell them everything, if i trust them that much i would have done that months ago. That means im also developing a trust issue with friends i known for ten years.

Anyway, back to reality. i have been thinking about working holiday. the age deadline is round the corner if i want to experience other culture for more than 3 months now is the time to make decisions.

Australia would be the easiest place to adapt with my five-year-old english and i have relatives there if anything went wrong. Ireland and Holland would be a whole new world which im super excited and same time scare to death XD also i never learn to drive so that would be a problem

do you have any suggestion for me? working holiday or on my mental(? health
