AVOCADO 🥑✨and PB & J on TOAST🍞 I wanted to start with savory and finish on a sweet note because I’m the biggest sweet tooth when it comes to breakfast, so this is the way to go.🤤 Topped my avocado toast with ricotta cheese and sunflower seeds for a little bit more taste and crunch. Love it !
Delicious PUMPKIN COOKIES 🍪 🎃 ! Recipe linked down below. I substituted the GF four with the mix of oat flour, almond flour, and all purpose flour also the white chocolate chip with dark chocolate chip. The texture is amazing! But as for the taste I prefer stronger pumpkin taste, so I would add more pumpkin purée. Other than that it’s perfect!😍✨

1 cup oat flour
1/2 tsp salt

Mix first 5 ingredients in a bowl and set aside for +- 10 minutes. In a separate bowl mix all the dry ingredients. Pour the dry into the wet ingredients. Lastly mix in the egg. Bake 19-20 minutes , 350 F. Enjoy!
*I recommend whisking the egg until it fluffed up a bit before adding it to the rest of the ingredients
P.S. I top my muffins with chocolate chip and sliced bananas
