I took some time off.
during that time I did alot of camera work, I've always photographed and filmed others, shying away from the lens myself. Soooooo here's a braid out tutorial/a rare moment of my being conceded 😏

I started a liquid diet this week, paired with body sculpting.
Tbh I've gained weight since beginning this journey. I don't wanna lose hope but it's really hard to have faith in myself.
I'm hoping by clearing my system of all the crap I'm used to having, I can get control of my binges
I plan on switching back to solids sunday by that point I should be done my senna purge as well
Ps tumblr is dumb and doesn't allow videos over 100mb so imma have to upload my videos either shorter or in shittier quality so....bare with me (I may start uploading duplicates to YouTube so I dont waste all the time is spent editing the longer versions) I'll add links when the time comes

It's the end of my new diet plan, I dont think I'll be labeling my post by days anymore I'll be using dates lool I just realized its alot of work.
After the couple of days I stayed on track for the most part but the off days where definitely way off I gained back my trusty 4 pounds bringing back to 194 lbs 😭😭

I'm upset but not deterred I did take photos and logs on my meals up until the 12th of Feb I may post those. But only i think I'll just continue as per usual.
I gotta keep reminding myself this blog is like a journal of all aspects of my journey. It cant always be aesthetic shots of food and happiness
Some days it will just be thoughts and a bag of cheetos in the dark.

Currently my weight is 190
A couple of weeks ago I was teetering at 198-196

Day- 16 02/01/21
"New month and it starts on a Monday!"
I want to initiate a new tier to my journey.
I've tried for the last 2 weeks to fast after 10pm
Did 0 dietary restrictions and moderate exercise
My weight remained the same throughout the 2 weeks.
This Monday, February 1st I wanna shake things up.
For the next 2 weeks...
🥕 I'm going to eat only non processed foods - basically I can eat anything that is of its raw form examples of what I would avoid
Rice, pasta, cereal (exception granola and oatmeal) tbh I just wanna cut carbs especially flour
🌽I also made the exception for corn based products such as corn tortillas, tostadas, corn bread (home made)
I have a really bad sweet tooth, so it seems counter productive to completely cut my sugars
(Given I'm starting this on my monthly)
But I will definitely try to avoid binging on this 1 exception
⏲I also want to bump my fast time to 9pm, which is exactly how it sounds I will attempt to have 0 meals after 9pm. I can have very low carb/calorie snacks if dire (when Is it not)🙄
🤸🏾‍♀️I also bumped my workout numbers; changing 10's to 20's etc... 30sec to 1min... you get my point
Wish me luck, I'm hoping I see results
I'll provide pictures and scale numbers at the end of this challenge for sure. Mostly for myself tbh

I started the day good coffee and some strawberries.
I had Burger King for lunch/dinner
And snacked on gummies and ice cream at night
I'm not proud of my choices given I started the day all excited for this new change. Yet the reality is this is my life. I made this blog to hold myself accountable and I intend to keep it that way. I'm hoping I'll do better its tuesday as I edit this and so far so good

Day-15 01/31/21
"Sundays are my care days"
I video chatted with a friend this care day
While on the call I did a Coconut oil 🥥 scrub
Then applied Raw Aloe as a hydrating mask.
I used the aloe also on the ends of my hair
💅🏾Today I also did a at home manicure
Other than that I did light cleaning and laundry (finally👏🏾)
I haven't eaten today except a literal hand full of swedish berries cause I just fucking snapped once i was done lugging my groceries home.
For dinner tonight I want to make tostadas or something similar to a "taco bowl?" (Idk)
I'll clip in photos of how ever it turns
