I would have no problem supporting feminism if demonizing men and masculinity wasn’t their favorite pass time. Until this ridiculous male demonization stops, I am just going to devote my time voluteering for programs that benefit both men and women.

What I mean when I say I am a traditionalist:
Traditionalists get a bad rep mainly because some of them hold unscientific views. People also have the false belief that traditionalism and conservatism are strongly tied to free market capitalism, but that is far from the truth. Traditionalism and neoliberal capitalism are actually incompatible.
For me traditionalism and conservatism mean:
1)Caring about nature and wanting to preserve the environment we live in.
2)Rejecting consumerism as incompatible with traditional values.
3)Promoting family values and healthy relationships between men and women.
4)Promoting modesty
5)Promoting honor and loyalty
6)Promoting nationalism and taking care of your own people.
Current obsession: Traditional and conservative values

You’re deluded if you think anyone- including immigrants-loves illegal immigration more than capitalists do.

Is there a trend of anti-male films?
First of all, I want to clarify that I’m not a Men’s Rights Activist or anything like that. I am just a woman who loves men and appreciates healthy masculinity.
What is worrying me is that there seems to be a trend in movies nowadays that is just like male bashing.
Some examples:
Brave (2012): The father was silly, the mother was competent and smart. This trope is something we have seen in several TV shows and advertisements. I find it tiresome to always portray fathers as “the dumb, childish one”. Also, all of Merida’s husband candidates were silly and of course they couldn’t even shoot an arrow right. The only smart male characters were Merida’s siblings who were portrayed as cunning but ultimately they had no relevant role other than comic relief.
Maleficent (2014): Oh boy, where do I start? Of course Maleficent only became “evil” because of a man’s betrayal and she later redeemed herself. The man however is just evil. No redemption for him. The Prince was also reduced to being basically useless which was disappointing because I found him really likable in the original animated film. All of the male characters in this film were either useless or evil, with the exception of Maleficent’s crow who was her pet/servant. The ridiculous thing is that the original animated film was not even that sexist (the three good fairies were female and they saved the prince multiple times) so I have no idea why they had to make it like that in the live action film.
Mad Max: Fury Road(2015): I have no idea why they even called it Mad Max, they might have as well called it “Furiosa”. It’s like she’s the protagonist and she completely overshadows Max. Also, all of the villains were men. All of the females on the other hand were good.
Ghostbusters (2016) : Ugh, they treated their male secretary as eye-candy and he was portrayed as totally stupid and useless. Why? In the original ghostbusters the secretary was NOT like that, she was shown to be pretty competent. Also, they shoot the villain’s penis. Not cool.
Zapped (2014): Only a TV movie, but it was still incredibly offensive. The men were portrayed as gross and the female had to control them to “improve” them. At least she learns her lesson in the end, but if the genders were reversed there would be an outrage.
Normally I wouldn’t complain about little things like that, but it’s like it is becoming a trend. It is especially annoying that while the portrayal of women is improving, the portrayal of men is becoming worse and worse.
Forgive any grammatical mistakes, I live in a non-english speaking country and english is not my mother language.

Is Merida really a good role model?
I have seen several articles and blogposts praising Merida as the best princess role model.
Was it because she’s a tomboy? Was she because she rebelled against gender norms? Was it because “she needs no man”.?
I just don’t see it. Merida was rude, inconsiderate, selfish and a total brat. She even gave an unknown substance to her mother, what the hell was up with that?
Lets compare Merida to Snow White, someone who is often demonized as a submissive, patriarchal tool.Well, except that Snow White actually has a lot of good qualities too. She overcame a harsh experience without becoming a harsh, cynical person. She was kind-hearted and generous. She had the ability to make friends and make people like her.
But no....We’re supposed to believe Snow White is a bad role model, while Merida the spoiled brat is the best, most feminist princess?

Top reasons why Hillary lost
1) Hillary is considered unlikable and untrustworthy even by voters of the democratic party. Millions of Democrat voters, didn’t vote at all
2)Trump’s “showman” abilities.
3)Hillary’s e-mails and wikileaks.
4)Trump promise to control illegal immigration.
5)The dislike of “political correctness”.
6) Mainstream media propagandized so much against Trump that they made him look like an underdog that is “against the system”
7) The promise of Trump to bring back jobs. (especially when compared to Bill Clinton’s old policies like NAFTA that left millions unemployed)
Do I like Trump? No. Do I trust him? No. Would I prefer Hillary? Yes and no. I never liked Hillary and I disagree with many of the things she stands for. However, I saw her as the “safe” choice. You knew what to expect with her. However, with Trump, I feel insecure.

My thoughts on fat acceptance
All reasonable people would agree that bullying someone for their weight is horrible and also unproductive. Low self-esteem can lead to depression which can lead to obesity.
However:
1)Obesity will never be healthy. It increases the risks of diabetes, heart disease, stroke, arthritis, and some cancers.
2)Being obese will never be perceived as beautiful by the vast majority of the population. It’s harsh but true. Obesity can never be beautiful because it’s unhealthy. Only a tiny, tiny minority could find it attractive because of fetishism.
3)There’s nothing wrong with wanting to lose weight to be more attractive. Many people say that you should only lose weight for yourself and not care about what men think. I don’t agree with this. Many people WANT to be attractive to the opposite gender. They want to have decent relationships with people they’re attracted to. For me personally, losing weight to become more attractive was a good motivation and I see nothing wrong with being motivated because of something like that.

I love playing as Ying at Paladins. I don’t know how I am stuck at maining support at every single game.
She reminds me a bit of Symmetra from Overwatch. However her clone healing ability seems original.
I really wish there will be more ladies in the support role at Paladins.
Do you like this game?

Video
youtube
Disgusting and misandrist video that paints the whole of masculinity as bad.
Masculinity can involve traits like assertiveness, confidence, being protective and a good leader. These traits can be absolutely positive and have made great contributions to civilization.
Shaming masculinity or femininity like that is horrible, bigoted and unacceptable. It shames both men and women who happen to be masculine and anyone appreciating masculinity in general.
That prick basically shames everyone who happens to be more masculine because of high testosterone levels or his/her upbringing. It shames people for who they are.
Absolutely horrible. Feminists shouldn’t tolerate it. Anti-feminists shouldn’t tolarate it. Nobody with half a brain should tolerate it.

Islam
"'Islamophobia'-a word created by Fascists and used by cowards to manipulate morons."-Chris Hitchens
I have nothing against most Muslim people. I think most Muslim people are peaceful. I just think their culture is incompatible with the West.
I’m sure there are ways to help the Muslim refugees, without having them stay here.
