There should be a Magical Girl series where the Magical Girls themselves are not the main characters.

No, I don't mean like Seizei Ganbare! Mahou Shoujo Kurumi, that one is a parody. What I really mean is a series that shows what happens behind the scenes, showing how the magic is made and the folks that craft it all.

A series where we learn how Magical Girls are born, and how they adapt over the time; where we learn how the magic outfits are tailored and designed, how the brooches and wands are forged, and how the mascot critters are raised before they can reach a human with magical potential.

Now that I think about it, I think I just described a Magical Girl equivalent of Heaven's Design Team.
