so winter came and depression came right along w it
i’ve gained 10 lbs of the 50 i’ve lost
i have been eating so much fast food and takeout :(
i still hate myself but i just do not have the same energy or ability to walk in the winter
once it gets warmer i will be walking miles and doing my daily run
i really hope to get to my ugw this year i know i can lose weight i did it before
last summer i would walk for hours at a time, basking in the sun and warmth- it made losing weight EASY yeah i said it EASY
and it was - i consumed nothing but alcohol, watermelon, and hummus last summer and the weight came right off
for the first time in my disordered life i was losing weight and starting to see definition of my body seeing what could be under all that fat
i want to get skinnier than i have ever been
i want to walk further than i ever have
i want to run faster
and sweat more
i want a defined jaw line and skinny fingers
the thigh gap and full body pictures
the more weight i lost the more beautiful i felt
the more beautiful i felt the more confidence i had
the more confidence i had the happier i was
my boy for motivation is gone, but i’ll always watch for his car on the street bc if he just saw me at least he would be thinking ab me too

as stupid as it seems the impossible whopper is one of my safe foods .. it tastes so good and i am so happy while eating it knowing that burger king is taking the first step to making plant based food readily available
i fucked up and ate a whopper today. i hate the feeling after i eat something bad. i cannot wait until i feel empty again. oh also forgot to mention in my intro post that i’m 17 :)
