How I resist a binge
TW IM NOT PRO
•chug a cup of water (sometimes your mind thinks you’re hungry when you’re really just dehydrated)
•brush your teeth (helps suppress the cravings and tells my mind I’m finished eating for the time/day)
•take a walk w/ music (always takes my mind off food and away from the kitchen)
•cleaning (cleaning my room or anything always gives me something to do for an hour or more and by the time I’m done cravings are gone and now you have a pretty and clean room:))
•do your makeup/nails (something fun to focus on and perfect)
•chew gum (self explanatory)
•draw, read, journaling (your hobbies will always help take your mind of things)
•take a nap (always helps with everything lol)

apple cider vinegar shots help suppress your appetite A LOT + boost metabolism. tastes gross but sure hey 🤩
lemon water!!!
cold water in general, drinking it, showering in it, helps boost metabolism
walking as much as possible! aim for 5k-10k steps
avoid fatty foods!! 100 calories worth of carbs or protein will always be better than 100 calories worth of fat.
diet energy drinks. do i even have to explain

how to avoid binging/food 101
1. out of sight, out of mind
keeping food out of your sight is a very important tip. if its not there, theres nothing to binge🎀
2. being calm is key
if you have a very stressful, emotional, or hectic life you’re naturally more likely to binge or overeat. if you can learn how to be more calm and handle stress, you will be able to manage your eating habits🍵 meditating, reading, breathing exercises, & hot baths are things i do to stay calm.
3. hobbies and interests!!!
this is probably my number one tip: keeping yourself distracted with things you like(thats not food!). you have to find out what you’re interested in, and keep yourself distracted with it everyday🩰
examples: sports, music,movies,topics,instruments,fashion,art,books, being creative, (lmk if you guys want a list of hobbies/interests/things to do)
pro tip: having a pet! having a pet is a lot of work and its perfect for keeping yourself busy and active
4. sleep
if your sleeping habits are out of balance, so are your eating habits. make sure to get 8-10+ hours of sleep everyday. if you struggle with sleeping id recommend magnesium before bed!!, melatonin, meditating, & reading before sleeping💤
5. don’t isolate yourself
i know you might think staying home will help you stay away from food but, it won't.
by allowing yourself to stay home and isolate yourself, you’re actually trapping yourself in a house with easy access to food. food that you dont even have to pay for. but when you’re out, you have to pay to get access to food. therefore, harder to access.🎀
examples: you could go for a walk or run, read in a park, go to an activity, a museum/art gallery, go shopping, hangout with friends, go to a cinema, volunteer, go to an event.
remember there are many things you can do with your friends/family that doesn't involve food. 🧸
6. stay hydrated
make sure you’re drinking enough water throughout the day 🎀

•smoking/vaping (personally helps me fight the urges and cigs burn cals!)
•washing dishes (washing gross food dishes with old food all over makes me never wanna eat again lmao)
•drink tea/coffee (personally helps suppress my appetite)
•watching vs fashion shows/catwalks (one of my fav pastimes plus it’s literally thinspho)
•eating cough drop (especially if you’re craving something sugary it helps so much)
•drink protein shake (keeps you full for longer and protein actually helped me lose weight, and they got yummy low cal recipes)
•plan meals out (when eating low cal and don’t want to binge plan your meals out the day ahead and when you’ll have them so you won’t feel tempted to snack throughout the day)

I am fat.
Like visibly fat and have been for the most of my life.
Which I’ve also despised for the most of my life.
And I am fucking tired of people lying to me, telling me that “im not fat” or giving me pity compliments just because they feel bad for me.
It’s one thing lying to myself.
I am unreliable and very mentally unstable.
So I’m always lying to myself to think “positive thoughts”. And sometimes I even go out for a walk.
Just like my doctor tells me to.
But lies coming from the people that promised to always be truthful with me are now lying to me.
I feel betrayed, unwanted and disgusting.
Nobody notices when I starve myself for weeks on end.
Fainting and sleeping all the time because nobody cares when the fat bitch is starving herself.
A small part of me wants to keep going till I’m nothing but skin and bones just so they’ll notice.
Notice that I’m actually sick and need help.
But the rest—or more likely the majority of me genuinely wants to be nothing but skin and bones.
Oh to be beautiful, wanted, desired and loved.
The only thing I actually want.
And I’ll do anything I need to do just so I’ll reach my goal.
I am tired of being unloveable.
