I am very happy to invite you to meditate for the Amazon Monday at 9pm GMT+1. The idea came to me as I was feeling powerless reading about the politics in Brazil. I felt so much unfairness in these decisions and I am here with my baby so what can I do? Then I remembered this study showing that in cities in war, group meditation is lowering the level of violence. This idea enchanted my heart and I shared with Marie Luise who is so much active in this field.
