Borderlands: Skies the Ultimate Treasure Hunter

Skies and the Vault Hunters help Wainwright get a look at his wedding venue.

Guns, Love, and Tentacles Part 3

Skies and the Vault Hunters ride the gondola to Cursehaven- a gloomy little town built beneath the looming tentacles of the giant monster corpse, setting it in perpetual dimness.

“Yo, Wainwright,” Skies says into her ECHO communicator. “We’re in the village.”

“I’m just outside the wedding venue,” he replies, “you’re gonna wanna see this.”

“I wonder what’s wrong,” Amara muses.

“Maybe they got the wrong dinner napkins,” Zane suggests.

The crew enter into the main square, which has more people and lights, but is somehow still not very lively. In the centre is a fountain with a statue of a man and woman side-by-side. Skies eyes it curiously as they pass.

As they continue onto a higher level of the town, they stop in their tracks as they spot a man floating off the side of the bridge, thrashing about as if stuck in place.

“What do ya make of that?” Zane asks.

“Mancubus did say the people of this town are cursed,” Skies muses.

“Should we try to help him?” Moze suggests.

“Better not,” she replies as they keep moving. “Some advice from a treasure hunter, you do not mess with curses.”

“Do you not collect cursed artifacts?” FL4K asks.

“Yes, but only to keep them out of people’s hands,” Skies explains, “cursed artifacts are like drugs. You gotta get them off the streets to keep them from causing harm. If I figure out what’s cursing these people, I’ll take it too.”

“It’s probably the giant monster corpse they’re living under,” Amara says.

“That might be harder to get onto my ship.”

They continue on until they reach an ornate gate leading to the wedding venue. Wainwright is there waiting for them.

“Skies,” he says happily, “and you brought the Vault Hunters too. Not a moment too soon.”

“What’s going on, Wainwright?” Skies asks.

“I’m as nervous as a hog in a slaughterhouse,” he replies “the venue’s just gotta be perfect for Alistair. That ginger dynamo of a wedding planner showed me the brochure, but I need to see it for myself.”

Before anyone can say anything, Wainwright approaches the gate and tries to pull it open, but it doesn’t budge. “Hell’s bells, the gate’s locked. If I don’t see this place with my own eyes, I’m not gonna sleep a wink tonight. Maybe there’s a way around. Follow me.”

Again, without getting anyone else’s input, Wainwright hurries back down the road. Skies and the Vault Hunters shrug at each other and follow after him.

“Now, I’ve grown to trust your judgment,” he says, “can I ask you...is there anything that scares you?”

“Oh, sure,” Zane replies, “birds. Any kind. Big, small. Live, cooked, doesn’t matter. Can’t even eat a chicken nugget.”

“Uh, yeah,” Moze adds, “exploding bees. All you hear is a buzz, then a boom.”

“I fear only one thing,” Amara says, “my personal trainer. On leg day.”

“Fear is a human flaw,” FL4K states, “I am incapable of such- oh, you know what? Tapioca. That texture. Ugh.”

“Hm. And what about you, Skies?” Wainwright asks.

“Uh, me?” she questions and stammers awkwardly. “Um, well, I don’t think I can top all of those...great answers...but um I guess for me, my fear is um...being forever alone in crushing silence...”

Wainwright nods sagely. “Yes, then perhaps you may understand. My fears too are more intangible. Alistair, he’s a man of adventure. Derring-do, he’d say. He climbs mountains and tames jungles, and loves every second. But that ain’t my vintage.”

“Sometimes I convince myself he’d rather be with someone a little more...gung-ho. A little more exciting.”

Skies and the Vault Hunters hesitate for a second and glance at each other, unsure of what to say.

“Ah, don’t mind me,” Wainwright says quickly, sensing the tension. “Let’s hurry up.”

They run down the road towards the other side of the wedding venue. As they approach, they can hear odd chanting getting louder and louder.

“You heat that?” Wainwright asks, “there’s people in there. Maybe they’ll let us in.”

As he says this, a man runs out of a nearby gate, shouting, “the Renewal! It’s happening! Got to get away!”

“Hm, strange fella,” Wainwright remarks, “let’s cut through here.”

“Uh, Wainwright,” Skies says quickly, stopping him from passing through the gate. “I hate to be the voice of reason, but in my personal experience, going towards weird chanting when someone else was just running away is usually not a good idea. Maybe you should wait out here while we check it out?”

“Nonsense,” he argues, “I need to see the venue with my own eyes. Besides, it’s not like we’re breaking any laws. I already paid our deposit so I’d like to see them keep me out.”

Skies shrugs hopelessly and everyone follows Wainwright through the gate into some sort of underground passage. Luminescent, pink sludge hangs from the walls and ceiling and large, bug-like creatures start popping out of it.

“Ew, what are these things?” Skies scoffs as she starts shooting at them.

“An infestation!” Wainwright exclaims, “I hope the venue is in better shape than this.”

They fight their way through the creatures- krich- and continue through the cavern until they arrive to an electronic gate. The chanting is louder on the other side.

“Maybe I can hack through...” Wainwright suggests as he approaches the computer than scoffs. “Aw, who am I kidding?” He grabs his shotgun and blasts the computer to pieces. “Okay, now we may be breaking some laws. Tech’s old as hell, needed an upgrade anyway.”

The door opens up and everyone cautiously approaches the source of the chanting.

“What in blue blazes is going on up there?” Wainwright asks as they head up stairs onto a wooden walkway. Beside them is a wooden wall with pink light spilling out through the boards, but not much else can be seen.

“The heart still beats, the heart still bleeds,” a man’s voice chants from the other side of the wall.

“The heart still beats, the heart still bleeds,” a woman echoes.

“This is starting to sound cult-y,” Skies remarks as she readies her pistol. “Cults are bad news.”

“I pledge myself to you once again, my darling Eleanor,” the man says.

“And I to you, beloved Vincent,” the woman replies.

“Gythian’s Renewal is also ours,” the man continues, “you and I, my darling, we are eternal. Our worldly troubles shall break like waves upon the rocks.”

“Whatsoever stands in our way, it shall be shattered,” the woman says, “whosoever stands between us, they will be destroyed.”

“I love you, Eleanor.”

“I love you, Vincent.”

“We are eternal,” they say together.

Through the speech, Skies and the others reach a steel door and come to a stop.

“Sounds almost like a wedding ceremony,” Wainwright remarks, “hope they don’t mind if we take a look at their setup.”

He opens the door and they hurry through an alley into a round area with a pit in the middle, glowing bright pink. Three balconies look over the pit, a couple standing on each one. On the middle balcony is also a man in strange, full-body armour and a robed woman standing on tentacle legs in a pink force field.

“Two by two, Gythian feeds and our bond is renewed!” the woman- Eleanor- says as the man- Vincent- pushes one of the couples into the pit.

“They’re throwing people into that pit!” Wainwright snaps, “hey, you robe-wearing cowards! Unhand those innocents.”

“What’s this?” Vincent questions, “darling, look. We have someone new.”

“We can play with them after the renewal is complete, beloved,” Eleanor says, “hear me, my Bonded! Take care of these worms.”

The cloaked crowd surrounding the pit jump to life and begin attacking. Wainwright, Skies, and the Vault Hunters quickly retaliate.

“Yup, definitely a cult!” Skies says.

“If I have to fight for my perfect venue, then fight I shall!” Wainwright declares.

Fortunately, the enemies- the Bonded- are not too difficult for the crew to handle, despite the tentacles they sprout, and they’re quickly dealt with. All that remains are Vincent and Eleanor.

“Hey, you egg-sucking hell-preachers!” Wainwright barks, “why don’t you fight for yourselves! Your costumed freaks didn’t quite do the trick!”

“Would you like at that, darling?” Vincent says, “the worms have teeth after all.”

“You’re right, my love,” Eleanor replies, “and we haven’t had any fun in so very long.”

“Too true, darling. Perhaps this spent vessel still has some spirit left in it.”

Vincent suddenly disappears off the balcony and reappears on the bottom floor, right in front of Wainwright. “Shall we play then, worms?”

“I’ma break you over my knee, you pale willow branch!” Wainwright snaps.

“You cannot break that which is eternal,” Vincent retorts.

Wainwright blasts the man with his shotgun, but it seems to do very little damage. Vincent merely staggers slightly before chuckling and slamming his hand into Wainwright’s chest, sending him flying into a wall.

“Wainwright!” Skies exclaims and she and the Vault Hunters rush in.

Zane summons his digi-clone and the two of them, along with FL4K, fire at Vincent. But the bullets have very little effect. They bounce off of his armour as he marches towards them, his hands glowing pink.

With a wave of their hand, FL4K issues an attack order to Mr. Chew. The skag howls viciously as he charges and chomps Vincent’s leg. He scoffs with annoyance and kicks at the skag, who barks defiantly at him. Before Vincent can attack again, Moze’s Iron Bear charges into him, pushing him back.

He grabs the mech’s arms and begins melting through the metal with his touch. But before he can do any real damage, Amara leaps over Iron Bear, her eight Siren arms spreading from her back. She lands on top of Vincent, knocking him down as she punches him with all of her arms, at last cracking his armour.

Finally, Skies jumps off Amara’s back and lands on Vincent’s head, bladed-fist first. She smashes through the helmet and into his skull.

Vincent lies there for a second, gagging and twitching as everyone backs off. Then the armour fades away, revealing a man with white hair and black eyes crying black tears. He shakingly lifts his left hand and stares at a glowing pink wedding ring.

“Th-thank you,” he croaks before finally dying. His hand falls back onto the floor and the ring tumbles off his finger.

“He wasn’t all that,” Amara scoffs.

“Wainwright!” Skies exclaims and hurries over to where the man is struggling to stand up. “Are you okay?”

“Now, now, don’t fret,” he says as he gets to his feet. “I’ll be fine. Just disappointed I couldn’t deliver the final blow to that big-talking hellion.”

Skies smiles. “Tell you what, you can have the next one.”

Wainwright glares over at Eleanor, who seems nonplussed about the death of her husband, then spots the ring on the floor. Curiously, he picks it up. It’s a black band with a bright pink gem. “I ain’t never seen anything like-.”

He’s cut off as the ring suddenly jumps out of his fingers and starts glowing pink and floating before him. Wainwright gasps in horror as it lunges at him and sticks right onto his ring finger. He cries out in pain as pink sparks fly off the ring and he’s knocked onto his back.

“Wainwright!” Skies gasps as the Vault Hunters hurry to her side.

“A new vessel!” Eleanor cheers from the balcony. “Yes... you’ll do nicely.”

“What the devil!” Wainwright croaks as he’s lifted to his feet, seemingly against his will, black and pink sparking from his body. He twitches frantically, as if trying to escape from invisible bonds.

Skies watches him worriedly for a second then glares at Eleanor. “You. You’re doing this.”

She charges for the balcony, clambers up the support beams, and leaps for Eleanor, fist raised. “I will not let you ruin this wedding with your cult-y bullshit!”

Skies punches the pink force field with her bladed fist, but it seems to do no damage at all.

“Adorable,” Eleanor sighs and flicks her finger. Energy explodes from the force field and into Skies, smashing her into the wall. She gags painfully as the wind gets knocked out of her and falls face first onto the floor. She gasps for breath and tries to lift her head, but is unable to move. The last thing she sees is Wainwright taking trembling steps towards the pit before she blacks out.

sacrifices vigil's keep to protect the city.

romances alistair.

my default hawke, unless writing with a hawke, is my own from my multi, amara hawke:

warrior. mix of red & blue. values order, and resists joining the conflict between mages and templars for as long as she can, though she eventually supports the mages in the final battle.

serves as a mercenary.

fights the arishok after isabela does not return.

leaves bertrand alive.

kills danarius.

gives merrill the arulin'holm.

refuses to kill anders.

intended to marry sebastian and return to starkhaven; however, her refusal to kill anders leads to the end of their relationship, and sebastian leaves, while amara fights alongside the mages.

the warden contact, then, is either ellis' sister or alistair, and amara is the champion of kirkwall, traveling with him. astoria, who considers alistair a friend, sacrifices amara without a second thought. if you have your own preferred HoF or hawke, let me know, and we can chat !! astoria will, however, always choose to sacrifice hawke.

Probablemente para algunos esta ship sea un poco raro pero a mi me gusta jaja. A - Your current OTP(s)/OT3(s)/OTX(s) Seriously obsessed with p5r right now so I love so many of those kids with one another But I do like any of the three together in a couple or ot3 of Ann, Ryuji, and the MC Akira/Ren. MC/Makoto was my romance route this time so I really liked them together. Been really feeling Ryuji/Yusuke, Ryuji/Makoto, and MC/Akechi lately this time around. Been thinking about my DA OCs and their romance partners lately lKJLSDKJGFLK I’ve been waiting for an Invincible cartoon for like 10 years so I am HELLA stoked for Mark and Samantha. I have so many otp ships I hold on to forever and ever so we will stick with what is actively taking up space in my brain.

J - Name a fandom you didn’t care/think about until you saw it all over tumblr Fallout, for sure. I had 0 experience with the game, and no interest in shooters, but I started following a lot of artists cuz their style was cool and their OCs were interesting. I tried 3 I believe and gave up, just not into it. But then again followed even more artists and decided to give the game another shot then plowed right through it. I got decently into NV, somewhat into 4, been meaning to give them more of a try when I have free time.

Borderlands 3 Nitpicks

Since my post about what made Borderlands 3 so disappointing got popular, I figured I might as well write down my big 3 nitpicks for the game as well. The following disappointments aren’t necessarily ideas that broke me out of the game, but they did either annoy me or just made me give a disappointed sigh as I continued playing through the game.

Misunderstanding Aurelia

I won’t lie, I didn’t think much of Aurelia when I first saw her in The Pre-Sequal. I thought she was just a rich bitch who didn’t care about anyone. I didn’t understand WHY some people were so upset when the player kills her in BL3. She was just a money hungry capitalistic asshole, right?

Then I got curious and learned more about Aurelia. I learned she’s not as much of a bitch as I first thought. Yes, she’s still a “rich popular bitch” so to speak, but she’s not one dimensional. Aurelia feels regret when she erases Felicity’s consciousness. She’s disturbed by Jack’s decision to airlock the scientists. In the Claptastic Voyage, when Claptrap’s Consciousness breaks down over the fact that people just keep hating him despite how hard he tries to help, she says sorry to him. And at the end of the DLC, she thinks Jack’s decision to kill all of Claptrap’s line is too extreme. The only other people who ever disagree or show discomfort with Jack’s actions are Athena and Timothy.

Aurelia herself says that she’s evil, but sees Jack as even more evil for killing innocent people and commiting genocide against an entire line of robots. Aurelia has layers. She's a bored CEO who can't handle her own company because her mother is still running it despite being in retirement. That's what caused her to become a vault hunter, boredom. Not a sense of greed. She doesn't mind killing bandits for fun but she doesn't like killing innocent people or betraying her allies.

Unfortunately the writers of BL3 seemingly didn't look past her first layer of being a rich bitch. They just saw her as Alistair's bitchy rich sister and decided that's all she was. She's never given me the vibe of wanting to murder her brother either. Hell in Hammerlock's quest in TPS, Aurelia goes out of her way to avoid getting into an argument with him. They also overlooked something vitally important: AT THE END OF THE PRE-SEQUAL AURELIA WAS CAPTURED BY THE CRIMSON RAIDERS.

If you've played the holodome DLC for TPS, you'd hear that after Athena tells her story, Axton and Gaige come back from hunting down the vault hunters that helped Jack become a dictator, and they had just caught Aurelia. Hell, in the trailers they made it look like Aurelia would be joining you to fight against the COV. There's gonna have to be a big retcon to fix this issue.

Aurelia was done really damn dirty in BL3. I may not have understood her at first, but I do now. She's a 3 dimensional character, but the BL3 writers decided to boil her down to "rich bitch."

Criminally Underutilized Characters

Everyone was excited to see the old characters come back to BL3. Everyone wanted to see Tiny Tina all grown up, to see the BL2 characters interact with each other and characters from the other games. In the end though, most of the side characters were sidelined to give the big three sirens the spotlight.

I really wanted the B Team to come to the ship with us. I wanted Wainwright with us. Really I just wanted everyone who was on Sanctuary 3 in the trailer to actually, y'know, BE on the ship with us in the game. The fact that so little characters joined us, to the point that it was just Ava assaulting the cathedral with the player, just disappointed me.

The new side characters in BL3 get some focus, but nothing else besides a surface glance. I wish they'd given more development to them. I want to know Clay's backstory, why he stopped being a smuggler and started working with the Jakobs family. I want to know more about Lorelei's struggles. I didn't even realize she was nonbinary until I read it a freaking news article. I had listened to her Sit Rep echo before but it never clicked in my head.

Really I just hope the side characters get more content in the DLC. I want to see more of these characters, they're so lovable and interesting.

Character Dialogue

One thing I adored about The Pre-sequal is how unique the NPC dialogue was. Playing as Timothy, Moxxi and Nakayama would point out that they can tell Tim is a doppleganger, Jack hits on Tim, and Roland asks what his real name is. As Athena, Janey hits on her, Moxxi and Roland and Lilith remember her from the time they helped her kill General Knoxx.

Every interaction felt so unique that I wanted to play as the other Vault Hunters. I liked knowing the NPCs thoughts on the Vault Hunters.

Now, BL3 does have unique voice lines for the Vault Hunters. And I love them. I love how deadpan Fl4k is, how insane Zane is, Amara's cockiness, and Moze's sarcasm. All of them felt like unique characters.

But, I feel like their interactions are harmed by the fact that none of the important NPCS acknowledge them differently. I really wanted to see how the other Vault Hunters would react to Zane FLYNT, the younger brother of two guys they killed. I wanted to see how Amara's fame would impact the NPCs. If not, then that fact that she's a fucking SIREN. Y'know, the people that the whole of BL3 centers around. How would the sirens act around this new siren? Why wouldn't Tyreen leech Amara? I don't know, because it's never addressed.

It feels like a step back from the unique interactions in TPS. I don't feel motivated to do another playthrough just to see the unique dialogue and how the NPCs react to the Vault Hunter like I did in TPS. I wish they had had continued that idea into BL3.

on playthrough 2 of borderlands 3.. we played as moze and fl4k the first time, now are playing as amara and zane.

i now support these ships - relationship dynamics and want fic for them but prob wont write it

brick/mordechai (and tina is their daughter)

tannis/typhon (they only meet for a second but i dont care)

alistair hammerlock/wainwright jakobs (this is canon and amazing so)

amara/zane (it works. trust me.)

fl4k and moze are best bros for robotics and engineering

moze is wlw

1. When did you start watching Supernatural?

Spring 2013. Goodbye Stranger was the first episode I watched as it aired.

2. Who is your favorite in TFW?

Dean.

3. Who is your least favorite in TFW?

Cas (though back when he was still Castiel, I’d probably pick him over Sam).

4. Tag your top 5 Supernatural blogs.

Crowley.

Amara. I also really like Ellen, Rowena, Donna, Abaddon and Bella.

John. What a well-written and well-played character.

8. What were your first opinions of Sam, Dean, Cas and Jack?

Sam: He’s kind of a stuck-up killjoy.

Dean: Too pretty for my taste, but he’s funny and somehow also tragic.

Cas: Powerful, intriguing, otherworldly.

Jack: The writers are obviously doing their best to make the audience love him. I don’t like being told who to love.

9. What’s your favorite season?

Season 2, but I also love 4, and the Dean-related parts of 8 through 11.

10. What’s your least favorite season?

Season 12.

11. Opinions on Destiel?

My first ship in this fandom, but I’ve lost taste for it somewhere in season 9.

12. Do you believe Supernatural queerbaits?

Maybe sometimes, but mostly it’s fans doing that themselves.

13. Season 1 - 7 or 8 - 14?

In general, 1–7. But if I only look at what’s going on with Dean, I’d choose 8–14.

14. Favorite villain (plot wise)?

Alistair.

15. Do you think they should end the Lucifer plot line?

Yes. They never should’ve brought him back after season 5; he ruins every storyline he touches.

16. Who do you think has gone through more trauma (Sam, Dean or Cas)?

I don’t think it should (or even can) be compared like that.

17. What’s your favorite Supernatural episode?

Yes, it’s what first drew me to the show. I love the lore, well-written and well-played one-off characters, the localities… Though nowadays, I mostly love MOTW episodes because they’re the ones with more focus on Sam and Dean as opposed to other recurring characters.

19. Who do you relate most to in TFW?

I don’t think I really relate to any of them.

20. Why do you like Supernatural?

At first, it was the story and the characters, the lore, the Americana, the music. Now, it’s pretty much only Dean that keeps me watching. Oh, and some brilliant people in the fandom.

2. Who is your favorite in TFW?

Dean. I fell in love with him before I’d watched a single episode of the show or seen a single picture of him - all thanks to the brilliant Of Ghosts and Men Sherlock/SPN crossover fic.

3. Who is your least favorite in TFW?

Cas, because he hasn’t had a purpose on the show for years now. SPN’s male version of a sexy lamp, only not quite so sexy what with all the weird grimacing going on lately.

Crowley.

It’s a tie between Sarah and Amara.

7. John or Mary?

John. One of the most complex, well-written characters of the entire show. I might not “like” like him, but I love good character writing.

8. What were your first opinions of Sam, Dean, Cas and Jack?

Formed while I read Of Ghosts and Men:

Sam: I’m supposed to like him more than I actually like him and I think I’d like him better if he didn’t take himself so seriously. (The fic was written by a diehard Sam!girl.)

Dean: OMG. He’s hilarious and heartbreaking, and there should be a Dean/Sherlock show on TV - they’ve got sizzling chemistry!

Cas: I wish he’d look more like Ben Whishaw. I’m not entirely sure what he’s doing here. Ah, the dangers of Cas ex machina...

Jack: What’s up with the eye special effects? And why was Alex made a series regular after like two seconds of screen time whereas Ruth and Sam still haven’t been granted that status?

9. What’s your favorite season?

Season 4, closely followed by Season 10.

10. What’s your least favorite season?

Once upon a time I’d have answered Season 7, but now it’s Season 12. (I also like S13 and S14 less than S7, but with all their faults those two seasons still seem like a big improvement from S12.)

11. Opinions on Destiel?

One ship among many, and not one of my current favourites. Unless when it’s written by @anactorya. <333

12. Do you believe Supernatural queerbaits?

Occasionally. Mostly, though, fans are queerbaiting themselves. Which, as Britta Lundin so brilliantly showed us, is what fans really want. *g*

13. Season 1 - 7 or 8 - 14?

Wouldn’t it make more sense to ask 1-5, 6-7, 8-11 or 12-14? Carver’s always been my favourite showrunner, so 8-11, followed by 1-5.

14. Favorite villain ( plot wise )?

Alistair.

15. Do you think they should end the Lucifer plot line?

They should have ended it at the end of S5.

16. Who do you think has gone through more trauma ( Sam, Dean or Cas )?

Really? What sort of question is that? Trauma isn’t a competition.

That being said, Cas doesn’t have the same emotional capacities to experience trauma as the Winchesters, what with being an angel and suffering from constant selective amnesia.

17. What’s your favorite Supernatural episode?

Always On the Head of a Pin. ❤ Other favourites include Reichenbach, What Is and What Should Never Be, Playthings, Scarecrow, Mystery Spot, The Monster at the End of this Book, Sex and Violence, Do You Believe in Miracles? and Road Trip.

18. Do you like case episodes?

I always used to be more of a mytharc person, but ever since S11 I find myself preferring the MotWs.

19. Who do you relate most to in TFW?

Dean. No surprise there. Though I also relate a lot to Sam with regards to his drive to quit hunting and do his own thing at the beginning of the show.

20. Why do you like Supernatural?

First and foremost because of the characters and their relationships. That’s what drew me in in the first place, and that’s what still keeps me watching even now.

21. If you could bring back one character and kill off another who would they be?

I’d bring back Crowley in exchange for every character that has been played or will be played by Mark P.?

I hear you ship Samifer, and that you have some huge analysis for Lucifer isn't a bad guy. So I am curious to get your opinion on this because right now I think you're shipping someone with the person who abused and tortured them for 180 years, which sounds damn healthy.

You know I’ve written meta on Lucifer and you ask me my opinion on why I still ship Samifer when Lucifer tortured Sam? Do you even read any of the analysis posts? I think I’ve made stuff clear plenty of times, but your ass needs to buy glasses.

I’ve been shipping Samifer since the beginning of s9 and my headcanon had always been “Lucifer didn’t torture Sam but the cage did, because the cage is specifically created to torture Lucifer already. And with both of them locked inside of it, the cage focuses on both of them. When Sam got out, a piece of his soul was still damaged from the cage and he received hallucinations from Lucifer.”

And reason why I still don’t wanna give up on my ship is because all the good writers who made Supernatural a great story have left the team because their characters were being killed off (Thompson who created Charlie Bradbury for ex) or their story concepts didn’t get picked, and a new writing crew took over, who completely destroyed the original Lucifer on the show and left MANY plots holes or stupid mistakes (like Amara saying that Lucifer was the oldest of the archangels???)

That’s why I don’t care about what is “canon” anymore. I had a good amount of hope that they would turn Lucifer around but nope… Nothing makes sense to me.

And for the record, Dean got tortured in hell by Alistair for years. I see no one talking about it tho??? How strange???? Dean also has ignored most of Sam’s trauma but still he is so pure right???

I think there must be a reason behind why villains do the shit they do, otherwise they are not redeemable. And when you watch a movie or read a book, you need to try to see from the villain’s point of view as well. That’s why I loved Metatron for example. He made the angels fall and manipulated Cas several times, but there is reason behind most of the actions he executed. And in the end, he ended up sacrificing himself for the world. And I loved him even more as a character.

Lucifer is indeed not innocent, but if you would just put yourself in his shoes for a second… We to him are like insects because that’s how they were raised, the four archangels. We don’t matter because his entire existence feels like a waste, and if Chuck wasn’t such an imbecile, none of this would’ve happened. There were glimpses of the real s5 Lucifer in this season but the rest was just trash…

But yes, keep yourself in anon. I mean if you’re that afraid to get attacked by the samifer fandom you shouldn’t mess with us in the first place bro. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Supernatural Survey

I was tagged by the @freckledwings thank you so much :’)

1. What season did you start watching Supernatural? I started watching SPN in June of 2012. I discovered the show thanks to Tumblr and in 2 weeks I saw the whole 7 seasons.

2. Who was the first character you fell in love with? Dean. The moment when the sheriff asks him “do you have anything that’s real? and Dean answers “My boobs” that was the moment I completely fell in love with him.

3. Who was a character that you hated at first but grew to love? Rowena and Alex. I didn’t like Rowena at first because I found her that she overacted and everything she did was way too dramatic, but it was only when she was around Crowley, and when she wasn’t around him, I really enjoyed her character. And Alex I didn’t like her because of how she was written in the first episode she appeared, but in the end of 11x12 I started liking her, and in 12x22 I really liked her.

4. Which character would you most want to be in a long-term relationship with? I don’t know, I’m not really a person who wants a relationship with anyone, I enjoy being alone, but if I had to pick, Dean or Cas.

5. If you could go on a date with just one character, which one would you choose? Cas and Dean, so they would end up in the same date and I would leave them and let them talk about what they both have been ignoring for too long. Just get together, confess your love, kiss and be happy.

6. What would you do on that date? The previous question has answered this

7. Which character would you most want to be like? Dean, Cas and Charlie.

8. Which character would you most want to see brought back from the dead? Cas, but we all know he is going to come back. But also, Charlie, Kevin, Eileen and Bobby.

9. Which character would you most like to punch? Lucifer.

10. Who is your absolute favorite character? Dean and Cas, I can’t choose.

11. Which “Big Bad” do you think was the worst? This is ambiguous. Worst, as in scary, I would say that Alistair. Worst as in what were the writers thinking when they came out with this shitty villain? Leviathans and Amara, they could kill and all, but they weren’t scary at all.

12. Which character are you most like? I’m a mix of Dean, Cas and Charlie.

13. What death hit you the hardest? Cas’ death hit me hard becuase I wasn’t expecting it and it hurt me so much. But also, Charlie’s and Eileen’s, because although I was expecting them to die, because I know how Buckleming write and I know when they’re going to kill someone, it still hurt me so much. And also Kevin’s death.

14. What season finale hit you the hardest? Season 3 and 8, and also season 12 because of Cas, but not for the rest. 12x23 was a bad episode.
