As the camera flickers to life, three young men and two young women stand in front of you, each one wearing a different, yet somewhat unreadable expression.
"Finally! Took me forever! Ahem... I'm Lucien Mulberry, and I'm excited to meet everyone~."
"I'm Yuki Miyamoto. Don't try anything, Darling. I guarantee if there's anything you're trying to pull on me, I'm already ten steps ahead of you, though it would be most amusing to watch you try~."
The man chuckles, seeming to be off in his own little world, but still somehow mysterious in an eerie manner.
"H-Hijiri Okinawa... Sorry, I-I'm kind of sensitive to loud noises... B-But I'm really excited to meet new people-!"
He seems very soft-spoken and gentle, but very fearful of a potential bad interaction.
"I'm Shiori Matsuzaka... I don't want any trouble. I'm just trying to mind my business and search for what I need. Don't be weird and we'll get along well, I think."
She doesn't seem overly serious, but more determined.
And finally, the final girl flashes you a seductive smile as she grins.
"And I'm none other than Miyu Toraijin, niece of Beelzebub, himself! And of course, you probably know me as the Ultimate Vampire. Stay out of my way and I won't make you my meal... unless you're into that~."
She winks, opening her mouth to show you a set of fangs before retracting them. They're actual vampires?! What do you do?!

HOW TO PLAY THE GAME
CHOICES : as a player, you will be given three options to pick throughout the game.
STAGES : there are many stages in the game, you must clear the current stage before moving onto the next one. Each stage will hold three different love interests. Your goal is to clear the route to obtain an ending, preferably the good ending.
PHONE : In this game, your chosen love interest will contact you through a phone. You have the options to not answer as well but be prepared for the consequences of your actions as in it's highly possible to increase the danger meter by doing so.
MENU : a screen will popped up in front of you at anytime, it's the general area for important notes and etc.
HEART ; this button let you see your own status and the characters'
BOX ; this button will lead you to the inventory.
FILES ; this button is where old files are stored.
TIP : a helpful tool that may or may not help you throughout the game, this can change depends on your actions so choose wisely.
DANGER METER : a meter that determines the possibilities of your life being at risk. Make sure to pay attention to it to avoid from getting the bad ending.
LOVE METER : a meter that tells you the rate of the love interest's infatuation with you.

Books fall from the shelves, crashing against the floors and on top of you as the person could only sighs at the poor sight of you being crashed by the thick books...
"Hey, you're still breathing in there?"

"Yeah can't speak alien language but I'm assuming you're alright judging from how noisy you are"

"Alright, alright, I'm coming"
The tall male make his way towards you, going down on his knees before slowly removing the heavy books from the piles until you can move on your own and once he is nearly done, he grab a hold of your arm and pull you to him.
"Everytime, I've come to check on you, why is that you always keep your eyes glue on that screen? I don't get why you are so keen on it" Your neighbor complained, patting your clothes to swipe the dust off you.
"Hey, THAT'S MY BABY NUMBER 2 YOU'RE INSULTING!!" You hissed, backing away from the male as you went to cuddle the PC closely "They have feelings too, you know!"
"That is just a computer?"
"Sshhh! don't listen to Riki, I'm sorry that he is being mean to you, my child" You make a sad face at him as you let out a few sobs to which the male stared, unamused.
"What am I going to do with you..." He let out a loud sigh, holding out a plastic bag while rubbing his temple, clearly puzzled by your odd behaviors at times "Anyways, here's dinner for today"

"THANK YOUUU, RIKI, YOU'RE THE BEST NEIGHBOR A PERSON COULD ASK!!!" You stood up suddenly, shouting before going to hug the life out of the poor man.
"S-Shut up! Don't be so loud geez..." Patting your back gently, pink hues spread across his cheeks, feeling embarrassed "Anyways, make sure to eat it for dinner, alright?"
"Okay~"
"And I mean it, don't neglect your own health just because you're obsessed with your game"
"HEY! It's not that bad..."
"You couldn't move from your bed last time because you were so hungry" He give you a look of disappointment, clearly not happy about your bad habits.
"I-I....got distracted....?" You laughed nervously, starting to sweat.
"(name)..." His gaze turn cold.
"Ah! Okay! Okay! I'll be careful this time, alright, pinky promise?" You shivered, didn't want to think what he would do next.
Riki stared, letting out a quiet hum of approval "Good"
Grabbing his belongings before making his way out of the apartment "Then, I'm off...see ya"
Once the door slammed shut, leaving you alone in the dark of the room as you let out a sigh of relief "Phew..."
Looking at your watch, numbers 17:34 PM is printed on the screen "Hmm still a bit too early for dinner, maybe I can do a test run before it's time?"
You went to grabbed the plastic bag and place it on kitchen counter before going back to your room, picking up the VR headsets on top of the bed and carefully place them around your head.
"Switch On"
In your line of sight, the room turn pitch black, complete emptiness before a glowing pink screen popped in front of you with a question.

due to a couple conversations with some friends today who write muses from other universes i'm curious to explore, i just wanted to drop a quick line that i have a generic "au" verse for mags now! (♡´౪`♡)
basically, for any setting not his own (a universe where Rosas doesn't exist), mags has ended up in that new universe after a... somewhat failed but ultimately successful (???) attempt to break out of mirror jail
task failed successfully
he's broken out buuuut he's not in his own world
the forbidden magic straight-up just trolling him now ( ✧≖ ͜ʖ≖) but it's deserved

ronan harris hadn't taken himself into the public to practice his powers ever. his surveying and reporting was always done in a secluded area or in the midst of night, measuring and analyzing how much stronger his abilities grew or how much he can handle before becoming fatigued.
this time, the man decided to finally show his face to the training pit in his workout clothes, a two-toned compressed shirt hugging his frame with joggers that hardly kept anything to the imagination.
he knew he could always manipulate it but instead, ronan focused on the nearby flowers as he attempted to pluck the petals of its contents attempting to summon the liquid to his fingertips.
at a pinch, he needed to be able to use anything available to succeed.

i'm not really upset but just doing a little introspection while i filter through my drafts:
i don't expect all memes to turn into threads, but when an overwhelming majority of them get ignored it's so discouraging. like, i took what little spoons i had left to reply to people's asks and for all i know they're not even reading it
obligatory disclaimer that this not directed at anyone here in particular. it's just an observation about tumblr rp in general after looking at my other blogs (from other fandoms) this morning and finding memes i replied to 1 to 2 years ago and still have no like or comment or any kind of acknowledgement that they read it
i realize every time i sit down to reply to memes my brain goes "is it worth spending what little energy i have for writing on something that will likely be completely ignored?" and that sucks. i wish i could just enjoy writing everything and not feeling bad if it's not at least acknowledged and end up feeling guilty bc i want engagement :')

The scent of pepper and garlic wafted up from the pot, condensation dripping down as he sat the lid to the side, dipping a piece of bread into the broth to get a taste of it. Unbearably and unusually spicy, the sort of sting that made weaker men swear their taste buds were just burned off; he almost agreed with them, but the person he was waiting for lost her taste buds ages ago — at least that was the impression her massacre of his dishes left him with.
Tonight, there was no need. He made it as terrible as she liked, and why not add a little culinary torture along to the grilling he was about to receive?
Putting the lid back on, he lowered the temperature of the stove, checked on the dessert, signed his medical power-of-attorney and opened a bottle of wine, in that order. It took less than a minute from her bedroom door to his; he calculated it would take her five minutes to get to his bedroom, giving her time to ready herself and step away from what she was doing, even, hopefully, not to have her head stuck in a padd (even if that would leave him with a pot of uneatable chilli).
It only took three minutes for the door to ding.

You groaned, putting your headset down on the desk as loud footsteps come running through the hallways, approaching the door quickly before knocking on the wooden door.

A young man stood there at the entrance of your room with a wide grin but soon fall when he saw the state of your room "(name)... what the heck...why are the lights turn off?!"
"Because i like the dark, its like my soul" You said with a smile.
"Nah uh you don't! your eyesight is already bad enough, don't go around and make them even worse!!"
"The lights burn though..."
"W-What are you? A vampire wannabe?"

You ignored him, turning around to face the computer's bright screen and putting your VR headsets back on "Anyways, feel free to use anything in the kitchen... I'll be there when it's dinner time"
"What game are you even making anyways?" He stepped into the room filled with dirty laundry, wrappers and technical books laying carelessly across the floor, carefully walking over to where you are.
"It's a horror strategy game in a form of an otome game" You explained, typing on the keyboard hurriedly "It's a modded game for now but I hope this fan game will help to kick start my career as a game developer"
"Uhh... would it like rot your brain if you keep playing games all day long?"
"It wouldn't, ... it's a game that is designed the players to racked their brains in order to survive"
"Oh, so it's a thinking game?"
"Yeah, It's would be interesting to see how the players react to the consequences of their actions in the game"

You snapped your head toward him, offended "Whaaaat?? No wayyy...I would never..."

"Riiiight...." He sighed, not believing a word you just said "I'll go and make dinner then... I better not find you still playing the game when I'm done"

You resume the game before a pastel pink menu popped onto the glowing screen that read "Love Virus" with flowers petals decorating the frame of the computer screen.

[ @kieransyphe ] he had spent the last few weeks slipping back into old habits. with his newfound abilities, ronan surveyed as much of the lake as he could muster before rushing off to his cabin to draw a rudimentary map and adding notes from the fish who had been willing to share the lack of depth of the lake. ro felt exactly at home during his experiment and fact gathering until he realized not only where there so many new companions, quests, and things that had happen at camp but also that he was missing one of the vials of his lion blood.
after enough thought, he suspected only one big fucking giant of a demigod and he was like a bull once he came to the conclusion. with only fury clouding his judgement, ronan stormed off to the son of thanatos' cabin and began pounding on the door in the most obnoxious and irritating way that he could muster to get the lanky nocturnal beast on his big, awkward feet to explain himself.
