You know those streets where everyone's house looks the exact same way? How do people know which one is theirs?

I know everyone likes to make fun of Ezra for believing Maul, but I honestly really liked that, because. Like. He's been working so hard to learn to trust people again. His new-found family is teaching him how to open up and how to let himself love others without being too afraid of losing them to connect
And he doesn't immediatly trust Maul, which shows that even if his trust issues are much better now, he's still not stupid and knows to be careful around strangers, especially if you found them inside a Sith Temple
But. Maul shows and tells him what he wants to see; he acts kind with him, reassures him when he's in doubt, and manipulates Ezra (who is a CHILD) into beliving in him so he could get what he wanted
Then he betrays him, and by blinding Kanan, he proves Ezra's 'little me' right

literally so funny how internet leftists will be like "ummm actually using drugs is bad and evil and destroying society (I know bc the us govt and/or some random conspiracy theorist told me so 😌) and anyone who thinks we should end the stigma around drug use and try to make it safer for users is actually just trying to destroy America" but then they'll also turn right around and go "don't forget to take your meds!!! remember if you can't make your own dopamine store bought is fine ❤️. end the stigma around needing lifelong medication!!!"
like girl are you somehow laboring under the delusion that like xanax is safer and more effective at treating mental illness than LSD or ketamine or even like MDMA bc boy do I have some news for you

i like to think about george and lucy doing cases together as they lock lockwood in the house to force him to heal after being shot (and falling down the catafelque hole and battling a bunch of ghosts and fighting off a load of thugs)

if i was wealthy, i'd probably spend most of my money on charities and crowdfunding. but. something else i'd do, is whenever it was my birthday or christmas (and/or the holiday season in general), or thanksgiving, whatever, i would pay for my friends to fly or trainride to me and we could celebrate together at no cost of theirs. i would love to do that. provide them transportation, a cozy safe place to sleep, food. i'd pay for their pet to visit, too, or at least for high quality boarding/petsitting.
it seems these days everyone is so shattered and fragmented and alone. and if i could afford to, i'd try to remedy that with get-togethers. i love hosting parties and picnics. i love getting people together and seeing them be happy and loving and friendly to one another. i would try to make sure they know that, no matter what, no matter how alone they are, they have family in me, and potentially with the other people i offer my house to.
idk.

i genuinely feel so bad for my ex's gf though because she's out here posting on her insta that it's their 3 month anniversary but boyo is making me playlists with unrequited love songs and posts stuff about being nostalgic about when we were dating, keeps complimenting how i look, and literally yesterday was telling me he still has the sticker we stole from the library where we held hands and cuddled like. he's such an important friend to me but really i guess i will have to cut him off (again) bc i thought we were both over this but apparently not and it's just going to hurt a lot of people if i don't

Top fave foods?
ooops sorry anon i have no idea how i missed this?? okay let’s go:
shredded peking duck with scallions and hoisin sauce. used to enjoy them on the little pancakes you get from takeout places but alas, they are not gluten-free, and gluten hates me. also i can’t ever find any peking duck outside of the uk that tastes the same as it does at the place down the street from my uncle’s outside london. rip.
buttermilk biscuits + white sawmill gravy, which i also can only enjoy ever again if i find decent gluten-free recipes for them. actually just… just assume anything on this list that has gluten in it can only be enjoyed by me hypothetically. anyway this is objectively the tastiest delicacy from the deep south in the US, i’ll die on this hill.
pecan pie, as baked by my mother, who uses an ungodly amount of both sugar and butter. (i almost chose peach cobbler, god, this was hard.)
squash casserole, a comfort food from my childhood.
montreal-style bagels from st. viateur in quebec 🙌
