ok, so, something i regularly do when i have a shower is argue with myself, it doesnt matter what, it always happens.
today it started with the song i'd been listening to, 'Good Morning, Good Morning' by the Beatles, tried to sing it, but I don't remember the words, the only song i could remember with something to do with the sun and mornings is the one from Bear in the Big Blue House, of which I only know the end of it, the 'Good Morning Ray, Good Morning Bear' bit. and that got me onto my main argument. if I was arguing who had the most effect on younger me, or even me at my current point, Noel MacNeal, the guy that played Bear, might be up there. the example I gave myself was, if there was like a contest for who had more effect, and the current entrants came up to me and said;
'Hi, I'm Kevin Conroy, and I played Batman for like 30 years'
'Hi, I'm the guy that played Bear on Bear in the Big Blue House'
Noel'd probably win that. He'd win most of them. then I got myself with a trickier entry.
'Hi, I'm the guy that played Bear on Bear in the Big Blue House'
'Hi, I'm Jay Laga'aia'
Jay'd probably win that. (Jay Laga'aia was one of the hosts of Play School, a long-running kids show in Australia, it's 56 this year, and i had like 4 of his albums growing up)
so that got me to the stage that I was thinking that the only people who could beat Noel are; people from shows which were big and important to me as a young kid (Steve from Blues Clues) or people who were on a show i kinda watched in the mid-2010s and come back to watch now (Jonathan Tan from Detentionaire or Jay Baruchel for the Dragons animated show)
also, there was this show i kinda remember watching in around 2014 called something like Bionamals, and i thought it was so cool, it had like 3d animated animals interacting with a live-action guy, and they took him to their cgi worlds, and I thought it was the shit. i have no idea if it actually exists or not, the wiki article for shows that ABC4kids aired doesnt mention it, neither does the similar article for ABC3. so i have no idea. it's probably canadian, 90% of the shows were.
god if they ever make a live action the locked tomb i need melanie lynskey to be in it. she has done so much for the lesbians and shes kiwi and we deserve it
Happy Asian/Pacific Islander Heritage Month to the incredible Pasifika actors in Star Wars!!!
Temuera Morrison, Daniel Logan, Jay Laga'aia, Bodie Taylor and Keisha Castle-Hughes did such a phenomenal job in the Prequels and I just love seeing Pasifika representation!!!!

Always Something There To Remind Me is the best song from Xena episode Lyre Lyre, Hearts on Fire and this version of the song is better than the original version by Naked Eyes. Any other opinions are incorrect.
Did anyone else think that these two were absolutely together when they watched Attack of the Clones?
Padmé tells Typho to protect Dormé, and then Dormé responds by saying that she’ll take care of him. I love that little smile that she throws his way! (I wish we could see his reaction!) And then his hand on her back, offering support to her as Anakin and Padme are leaving . . . seriously, how is this not canon?!
Ten years ago the Spierig Brothers (Predestination, Winchester) got their big break (after cracking debut indie sci-fi horror comedy Undead) with one of the most unusual, ambitious, intelligent and ORIGINAL (at least back then) vampire movies around. I was already following their work because of their debut, but this one kind of cemented their fandom creds as far as I was concerned ...
As usual, WARNING!!! POTENTIAL SPOILERS AHEAD for those who haven’t seen it ...
