If RDR2 ever gets made into a movie or a show (not that it needs to be, the game is enough but we know how tv works anything that’s good and trending they’ll make into a show) who would you want to be casted as the characters?

This has always been a strange question for me for a weird reason. I'm actually really hesitant at the idea of there being a movie or tv show made. Most movies/show about video games are complete failures. It could be said that an animated show (there are lots of different types of animated shows) could work because it can stay more true to form. However, the Witcher has done well. However, at that point....we have that through the cut scenes. I always thought the video games were so amazing that I couldn't imagine a show or movie being made, but now that I hear how Roger Clark Rob Weitoff and Kaili Vernoff (Miss Grimshaw) (More so Roger and Kaili) made a whole bunch of tweets about how they found it insulting to them to make a show or movie, I've not been thinking about it as much. Essentially TLDR - they find it insulting because people treat them as "not real actors" compared to someone like Robert Downey Jr. or Brad Pitt or Angela Basset. A lot of the voice cast are experienced in Shakespeare and similarly difficult roles. They've also discussed how they put in five years plus years and Rock Star spent 540 million dollars making it. It's considered one of the most expensive games ever made. Essentially, I say bring back all or at least 90% of the original cast. Wigs and Make-up can do a lot to help.

Ever since I read all that, I really can see what they're saying and how it would be insulting to them. I know you didn't want an essay and me coming off as more holier than though. It’s not that I haven’t thought of a cast, it’s just something I was surprised to learn. If you’re still interested in my thoughts about any other casting ideas, though, I can!
