I have to know, are you still progressing your breakdancing au? if so what is the base premise of it? what is home’s and Wally’s relation? what is the beef between wally and howdy?

Well- I was planning on making a more thorough post- but I don’t want to keep you waiting!! Haha

Basically my Breakdancer!AU is about two rival groups wanting to be known as the best breakdancing group, first group consisting of Wally, Sally, and Eddie. Second group being Howdy, Sally, and Frank. With Barnaby as the one who holds these breakdancing competitions, still Wally’s best friend, and Poppy who works with him as the DJ, and Home being their personal dance trainer (he comes in later in the story)

Home and Wally’s relationship? Well, Home’s been Wally’s dance trainer before, when Wally was younger. Now, they’re just coworkers who try to stay civil…

Wally and Howdy go way back- and have always wanted to be the top of their class- they’ve rivals since high school! Although Howdy and Wally share a love for breakdancing, they do it for different reasons, Wally enjoys how dancing makes him feel, while Howdy likes the competition and the feeling of being at the top (Wally does too but it’s not as important to him).

I do want to eventually make a fully fleshed out comic about the au, the base storyline being..

The two groups live in a p good size city, where these breakdancing competitions are the norm, people know of Wally and Howdy’s group, a lot of them knowing the rivalry between them.

Julie and Frank end up running into each other outside the group and end up talking a bit and finding out “hey- you’re not so bad…” and they start hanging out and gossiping and just being friends in general. Not letting their respective groups know.

A BIG competition is coming and the two groups get excited… only for it to need groups of 6…. Julie and Frank of course suggest the other group- but the others refuse to work together, they each try to find another group- Wally asks Julie’s siblings even! But everyone’s already paired up. The two groups end up being like “oh well, maybe next year…” until Frank and Julie end up telling that they were able to get in- b u t they did sign up their groups together- obviously there’s drama and stubbornness (mainly from Howdy, Sally and Wally) but they’re also too prideful to back down and end up trying to work together…

It doesn’t go well…

That is when Barnaby suggests to Wally to meet a friend of his and wouldn’t you know it it’s good ol mister Home! Wally is SHOOK but.. what can you do- he is a good dance trainer.

The rest of what I have planned I can’t really say cause it would be more spoilers than I already have. Though I can say there’s a lot of group building/bonding and hijinks!

Ghost!reader sagau headcanons

As always: I am a minor, don’t be weird with my posts!

Note: these posts are made with the intention of lightening up the sagau tag, also, if you’re interested in me writing an entire story using my headcanons just ask and I’ll be happy to!

Tw/cw: sagau, swearing, references to the 4.2 archon quest (not 100% sure if this is needed)

Arriving in teyvat

Waking up in teyvat was certainly not on your bingo card for this year. You had only been playing genshin seriously for about a year or so. You had played before that, but had gotten bored after the Monstadt archon quest, because of the steep ar requirements for the Liyue archon quest.

So waking up in Liyue, specifically wuwang hill was, jarring to say the least. You had recognized the area immediately. You had basically lived in the crimson witch domain farming for your Hu Tao. Not that you had Hu Tao yet, having lost your 50/50 on each of her reruns. (Seriously! Talk about bad luck!)

As you get up you notice a vague feeling weightlessness, looking down, you noticed that you were partially see-through? What?

So the creator would probably meet Hu Tao first, as she likes the hang around wuwang (I don’t know her lore to correct me if I’m wrong) and Hu Tao would almost immediately recognize the reader as the creator due to their “golden aura.” Despite this, she’d treat you as your average ghost

The creator’s appearance would be like the ghosts seen in a game. But instead of that blueish-white color outline, the creator’s would be golden.

The creator’s ability to interact with things would be limited, only being able to slightly nudge or push things. They wouldn’t be able to pick anything up, or eat anything.

Despite this, they’re able to be seen/talk to vision holders and other elemental beings. While regular humans would only be able to sense them.

Also, the creator can possess shit, because ghost!

It’s likely that Zhongli, after catching wind of the creator’s arrival in not only teyvat, but also Liyue, would try to meet with them.

I can see the geo archon getting in contact with Ei or Neuvillette about making a mechanical puppet/body for the creator, since they were very limited in what they could do.

In their ghost form the creator would likely be able to take advantage of laylines/teleport waypoints/statues of the seven/etc. to travel around teyvat, which is how they meet with their favorite characters, wether or not they know about the creator’s arrival

The creator would probably spend a whole 6 months or longer in teyvat without a body, because the people of teyvat would make sure only the best body is given to them.

If the people of Fontaine make a body for the creator they’d probably have the the fortress of meropide temporarily stop production on gardemeks to put all their energy in making the perfect mechanical body for the creator of teyvat.

If Ei instead uses the technique she used to create the shogun and scaramouche she’d source only the highest quality materials, then spend ages meticulously working on every little detail to make sure it’s perfect

No matter how much you say you don’t care about it being perfect, the people of teyvat would consider it blasphemy to give anything less than the best for their creator.

Gideon Nav is bussing tables and taking out the trash at the michelin star'd restaurant of the late and great John Gaius, former food network star and restauranteer. she dreams of becoming a great chef just like John, who she idolized as a child -- food network reruns were the only media allowed at the now-condemed St. Anastasia's Orphanage, which she grew up in and finally escaped 5 years ago.

the only problem? it's a big jump from gargage girl to chef especially with the restaurant's internal politics being in disarray after John's sudden death (& simultaneous disappearance of the board of directors) left the restaurant with no heir.

enter Harrowhark Nonagesimouse, rodent and aspiring chef. after a chance encounter behind the dumpsters, Harrow realizes she can control Gideon like a puppet, and together they set out to make waves in the culinary world through the power of soup. also, the soup is very bad.

Do you guys ever imagine an AU where Richie gets to have a fulfilled career during the 27 years apart from the Losers? Because I haven't been able to think about anything else in the last week.

Most of the Losers get to have that at least. Bill gets to write his books, Bev became a fashion designer, Ben is an architect and while Mike had to stay in Derry he still ends up with a career he enjoys.

Richie (besides Eddie, who obviously belongs into a garage but this post is not about that) is arguably the one who's worst off in chapter two and it made me think, what if that wouldn’t have been the case?

Lets say that just like in the book, Richie wanted to become a ventriloquist when he was a kid.

When he was younger he would try and try and try to get the right technique down but never quite figured out how to throw his voice in a way that made it seem like the puppet in his hands was talking for him.

But that didn't stop Richie from working on his voices some more until they became better and better.

It doesn't change anything about the fact that he grew up on a lot of reruns of Sesame Street and the Muppets, either. The love for these characters never really faded because no matter how old Richie is, he'll always be a kid at heart.

So maybe when he's older he tries to break into the stand up comedy scene in LA after college. And he tries to for a good few years but nothing comes of it. And for a while that sucks because all Richie wants is to make people laugh.

And one night Richie ends up back in his one bedroom apartment after blowing a show really badly. He feels miserable and it turns into that kind of bad night where it feels like he'll never accomplish anything because he's already 27 and he's been trying this comedy thing for over 6 years now but he still plays in the same sh*tty bars for the same sh*t pay and it feels like this is all for nothing. Nothing will ever come of it.

Which is precisely the moment when he stumbles across an old box in his broom closet.

He doesn't notice the town's name that is written on the back in his mum's cursive handwriting but he pulls out an old gonzo plush his parents got him when he was 7.

For a moment he thinks there should be a Big Bird plush accompanying it but he shakes the thought just as quickly as he starts pulling out two more muppet puppets he thinks he bought for himself when he was a teenager and Richie finally starts feeling better again.

So when Mike eventually calls the Losers back to Derry and Richie finds himself questioned by his friends about his life, after over 20 years apart, he tells them that he works in the entertainment industry.

And of course they all joke around because they don’t recognize Richie from anything on tv but that’s okay because if they would that would kinda ruin the purpose of being a puppeteer, now would it.

Because as it turns out, a week after finding that box in his broom closet, Richie stumbled across something else.

A casting call for Sesame Street.

Summary: MonProm VtM AU. WARNINGS- vampirism, mild body horror; Vicky can count the phases of the moon. Sixty counts she knew the father of vampirism in its nascency. Less than twelve since his passing. It isn't all bad, though.

Her eyes burned into the halfmoon. Weeping as if it burned, like sunlight or allergies or sand.

She missed the beach. The waves lapping at her ankles, the smell of salt. The humidity was unkind to her curly hair, but her sire told her its frizz was charming. Attractive.

Her reminiscing was interrupted by Brian asking, "Babe?"

"The running gibbous reruns episodes coloring me blue."

He sat and combed his fingers through her dry curls. Vicky could've purred, it was so sweet. "You're lucky I know what you're talking about," he said. Not all Malkavians spoke nonsense, but Vicky got the curse bad. Like a psychedelic puppeteered her mouth. "What's it got you thinking about? Your sire?"

"My rootstocks, too. Toothless times," she replied.

"What was your family like, Vicky?" Brian asked. It seemed like felt bad for asking when she shrugged. "Mine were... loving. Oh, I don't regret meeting Damien, not at all. I love him with all that's left of me. I wouldn't give this up for shit. But I did leave them pretty suddenly. I wonder if they miss me, how bad I hurt them after disappearing."

"Loathesome things," she replied, feeling bad that Brian spilled his guts but she kept hers. "Taxed for no returns. I ran into Father's arms, unknowing."

"Do you like this life better, at least?"

Vicky pondered. Was it worth running from the Camarilla? Abandoning an education? A career? A family?

For the time being, it seemed so. She liked being freed of expectations. Of someone else's dreams. The Barony wasn't perfect, but it gave her more agency than she had as a human.

She smiled and kissed Brian's cheek. "Adoration and lamentation share nothing in my shade."

"I'm glad. I like you being here. Brightens up the place, I think."

"How?"

Brian shrugged. "You're nice. I mean, I prefer the Barony over anything else. But there's still ulterior motives. Agendas. I don't get that with you, y'know? None of that exhausting power grab or realpolitik."

Vicky smiled. She quite enjoyed being complimented.

"I met him sixty phases ago," she said.

"Your sire?"

"Gibbous after gibbous, we moiled and prevised. All thankless."

"That's the Camarilla."

"Yet still stricken by rue's mean fork...."

Brian squeezed her in his bearish arms. He seemed bigger, stronger while wearing that winter coat. Vicky liked the feeling of being hugged again. By friends, by a lover. Blood dripped down her cheeks, and she hiccuped, but Brian didn't seem to care that she was ruining his shirt with her crying.

"I know it's easier said than done, but it wasn't your fault, Vicky." They rocked in place. Was he an angel damned? Fallen from grace? Brian felt too good to be a monster. "You did your best. Loved your sire as we do. That's what's most important."

She nodded. "My heart swells singing your names. Brian. Friend. Love."

"Me too, baby. Me too."

May I have headcanons for when a S/O asks the more artistic skeles to draw on their skin if they comfortable with it.

You get more then you ask for but…

Sans (undertale)- He’s probably going to draw on their stomach if they’re laying across his lap while the two of them watch tv. It was a rerun of an episode, so when his s/o offered for him to draw on them if he was bored, he decided to do so. He may draw a little bottle of ketchup, or maybe the moon and a few stars, nothing very artistic, but his s/o seems to encourage him. Huh, he may have found a new past time he likes, despite not being very artistic or skilled.

Papyrus (undertale)- He is pretty good at doodling! So when his s/o ask for him to doodle on them, well, you better believe he’s going to take this opportunity! He’s more then likely going to draw on their arms so they could see what he was doing, and if they give him the go ahead, he’d draw on the back on their shoulder blades, when they’re wearing a loose tanktop, of course. He’d doodle himself on them, as well as his s/o, the two would be more animated then anything. Expect a few details that are off, but other then that, it looks adorable.

Blue (Underswap Sans)- Being excited is an understatement, Blue is hyped that his s/o offered to allow him to draw whatever he wanted on them! He may go a bit overboard drawing over their arms and legs, drawing a little animated head of him and his s/o, his favorite flowers as well as theirs, tacos, ice cream, you name it! He would also allow his s/o to draw on his bones, though realizing that the ink from markers could stain his bones for a while was quite the drawback to this whole thing. Whatever, he still had fun, and so did his s/o!

Stretch (Underswap Papyrus)- Stretch’s s/o is trusting him to draw on them? Huh, that’s a bit strange, but okay. He’d maybe write a few things on their arms instead, his handwriting looks nearly like calligraphy, so that likes word art, right? Maybe he’d draw a bee or two, as well as a honey pot, because his s/o is his “honey”. The two may crack up after that.

Red (Underfell Sans)- This came out of nowhere, honestly, Red did not expect his s/o to offer him this. Well, he’s not very good at drawing, and he isn’t one to think of things on the spot, so he may hesitate. He may draw a rather grumpy looking him, on his s/o’s hand, though he would immediately stop after that, despite his s/o saying that it looked wonderful. Maybe a few bones as well?

Boss (Underfell Papyrus)- Wha- why would his s/o even tell him that he could do this? He has better things to do! Though at the end of the day, when there is nothing to do, he might take up the challenge of drawing on his s/o. He is surprisingly careful and attentive to details, drawing things such as villains, or something of that sort. Don’t tell anyone that he drew those on his s/o, or he won’t do it again!

Black (Fellswap Sans)- Seriously? He has so much work to do, why would his s/o even suggest that he can draw on them. He’d most likely tell them later, quite a few times before becoming annoyed with his s/o’s constant asking. He’ll draw a small skull and crossbones on his s/o’s cheek, before shooing them off so he could finish what he needed to finish. However when he is not busy, he’ll probably do a bit more drawing. Ever since his s/o had told him about a certain holiday in Mexico, he’s been fascinated with it, so his s/o should expect some Day of the Dead drawings on them.

Rus (Fellswap Papyrus)- Are they sure they want him to draw on them? Like, positive? He may just doodle little hearts on flowers on their arms, but that’s about it. He’s not too confident in drawing, so don’t expect a lot from him.

Sinister (Horrortale Sans)- He may or may not draw sugary food, because his s/o is just “too sweet”. Yeah, expect some small jokes while he draws on them, he may even draw stalagmites and bats. He kinda like the whole light and dark themes blending in, so expect a little drawing of a cave on his s/o’s stomach wile the sweet drawings are on their chest.

Paprika (Horrortale Papyrus)- He might draw some dinosaur bones, to be honest. He’s fascinated with paleontology as well as human anatomy, so he knows a lot about dinosaurs and medical stuff. He’ll probably draw a actual dryosaurus on his s/o’s stomach, so, uh, yeah. Prepare for some dino facts, because he’ll be going on about them.

Ink - He’d never though his s/o would ask this of him. And they’re allowing him anywhere? Well, I hope his s/o doesn’t have anywhere to be in three hours, because he’ll be drawing whatever he could think of on every part of his s/o. Expect intricat patterns, flowers, fish, colors, skeleton related stuff, and more! His s/o will be fully inked out at the end of this, but they’ll look wonderful! If his s/o ever asked him to design a tattoo for them after this experience, he may go all out yet again!

Error (Error Sans)- His s/o is asking him, of all people to draw on them? Look, he may love them, but being so close to them, he feels as if it may make them both uncomfortable at most. But after much begging from his s/o, he’ll draw maybe a puppet, as well as a few things from the only au he actually enjoys, outertale on their arms and legs. I guess he enjoyed it, but he won’t admit it! This may also be a way to help him with haphephobia. So please ask him to do this more?

Lust (Underlust Sans)- Oh god, what made his s/o think it was a good idea to ask him to draw something on them? He’ll probably draw something dirty on their thighs, that’s also funny. Like dickbutt. Yeah, you expected something even dirtier? He wouldn’t embarrass his s/o like that- no, the only way he’d embarrass/fluster his s/o is with too much PDA and flirting. Nothing more to worry about other then dirty memes.

Romeo (Underlust Papyrus)- Oh, he’s flattered his s/o wants him to draw something on them! He’ll most likely stick to drawing flowers that have meaning behind them, drawing on their arms and chest. The flowers were surprisingly good, so if you ever want an intricate flower tattoo with meaning, ask him to design it!

Dream (Dreamtale Sans)- Is his s/o sure they want him to draw? He may not be the best at it, and it made him a bit nervous to possibly disappoint his s/o with his drawing abilities. But he’ll draw something he feels like he’s good at drawing! He’ll draw

Nightmare (Dreamtale Sans)- Really? He may seemed annoyed at his s/o for telling him that they could draw on them, and being insistent would cause him to give in with a frustrated sigh. Though he actually ends up enjoying drawing on his s/o, he mainly draws on their back so they can’t see what he is drawing. He mainly doodles little monsters, and maybe a few birds. Birds were pretty interesting.
