This is my self-love altar. It's really small, but now I'm using one table for both studies and everything else, so I made this small and on a tray instead. It's really simple to make!
Things on my altar:
3 tealight candles - 2 pink and 1 white. I would rather put 1 white, 1 pink, and 1 red candle but honestly, it doesn't matter as long as the intention is there. The bad thing about tealights is that they don't last for so long, so I'm only going to light them when I say my affirmations.
1 sigil - I got the idea from Pinterest. I like how it turned out.
4 shells - these are also associated with love. I don't work with deities, but for those who do, shells are connected to Aphrodite. Water is generally connected to emotions, and I added them because my zodiac sign (both sun and moon) is Cancer ♋.
1 moonstone - also can be associated with my sign, and the moon, and intuitive abilities. I don't have a rose quartz but this is also associated with love sometimes. It's best to put a crystal that you like, and it doesn't always have to be associated with love.
4 jasmine flowers - also can be used if you don't have roses. There's a jasmine plant in my garden, and I pick the flowers from there. I also personally like it as it works well for intuition. Jasmine is also a popular flower in Kerala (my state, in India) so there's the cultural aspect of it too.
1 love poem - from the poet Rumi. The poem I chose is 'The Beauty of the Heart'. I read it when I'm working with my altar.
1 bracelet - which I enchanted. It was a gift to me from my dad, and I wear it whenever I go outside. It's also got diamonds, which are also associated with love.
1 lip balm - I enchanted this too with some intentions
1 mirror - because the only person that matters the most in your life is you! I look into it every day to say my affirmations.
The affirmations I use:
I am beautiful, inside and out.
I love myself, and so I attract love.

The Morning Routine( broke Edition)
Makeup and skin care have been a hype amongst the gen z and the millennials these days.
Both of them are equivalently important depending upon your point of view
Makeup has been perceived very inappropriately by the consumers because of some false internet trends and indirect beauty standards which haven’t been scripted anywhere
For me makeup is
Tools for enhancing an individual’s natural glow by applying products matching their skin tone using Color theory .
Skin care on the other side is important for maintaining your natural skin with respect to the environment we live in . And it’s an essential investment to be done for a healthier skin in long term .
Why have I named this routine THE BROKE EDITION?
Skin care and makeup is for all and thanks to social media people are breaking the barriers .
But makeup for all should be ‘For Everyone’ in economic sense too !
This is a fact that quality and brand name goes hand in hand in the beauty industry but nobody talks about the price point in India .
500 rupees if you spend for your makeup and skin care you barely get any good products.
So does this mean everyone should stop having a routine if it doesn’t fit in the budget?
NO !
In this routine I’ve picked out products that are budget friendly and effective quality wise
And this routine is simple and time saving .
Note - my skin type is Dry and blackhead prone so I’ve used the products accordingly. Before following any kind of routine you see online beaware of your Skin type !
STEP 1
Take an ice cube and gently apply it all over your face in circular motion for 30 seconds
This will tighten your skin and prep it for the steps ahead and wake you up ! It also helps with the puffiness under the eyes
Tumblr media
STEP 2
Washing your face or cleansing is really important in order to keep your skin clean and clear free from bacteria and clogged pores
For this step I’m going to use
Nivea Face wash
This face wash is good because it comes in different variants according to your preferred skin type and it has micro beads in it which gives mild exfoliation to your skin
Take a pea sized amount of the product on the palm of your hand
Mix it up with a drop or two of water
Rub it between the two palms
It will form a lather
Gently apply it on your face and neck and massage it in circular motion for about 30 seconds
Rinse it off and pat dry
Tumblr media
STEP 3
Moisturising your skin is important to keep it hydrated and soft
I use the Nivea crème moisturizer because it’s lightweight and non sticky
Tumblr media
Step 4
This step is optional but necessary if you’re a person who often gets sunburns
I apply this Himalaya Aloe Vera face gel to prevent sun burns as I’m out for a longer period of time and sometimes I do tend to forget to reapply my spf and this really helps with that
You can also use this step other way around
You can cut the aloe Vera leaf from the plant you grow at home or somewhere nearby if you find
You can extract the get from the leaf by cutting it in cross section
You can directly apply it on your skin
Or freeze it up and apply on your skin as a prep just like the first step !
Tumblr media
STEP 5
Living in India most of the time we’re exposed to the sun and its harmful UV rays . Our skin is vulnerable to it and therefore it’s important to protect our skin with SPF or sunscreen
I use the Photostable sunscreen because it suits me . You can use the one which suits your skin but make sure the sunscreen does not leave a white cast on your face after application
Tumblr media
STEP 6
As I mentioned earlier for me makeup is enhancing your natural skin
So I’m gonna use a tinted moisturiser of maybelline newyork in shade 05
Shake the bottle really well and take a pea size amount of the product
Use your fingertips and gently blend the product in your under eyes or wherever you feel like
Tumblr media
STEP 7
I’m gonna take my liquid lipstick or you can use a drugstore tinted lip balm like this Lakmé lip balm
Take a little bit of product on your fingertips and apply it on your cheekbones and nose you may apply on your eyes and lips too !
Tumblr media
STEP 8
I really love putting mascara on my lashes but all of the mascaras I have used till date be it the high end or drugstore , at a point when you sweat , it spreads across your eyelids and under eyes
So I’m gonna take some Vaseline and apply it over my lashes
This naturally adds the lifting effect on my eye
Tumblr media
STEP 9
Hydrating your lips is super super important so a lip balm or something as simple as coconut oil can be applied on your lips
I use the Nivea lip balm for it
STEP 10
Voila the routine is complete almost…..one last thing , affirmation !
Just look in the mirror say it out loud
"I’m Enough , I’m worthy and beautiful"
Tumblr media
Hope you enjoyed reading my routine !

Expert Tips for Skin and Hair Care During Holi 2023
Holi is a vibrant festival celebrated with great enthusiasm all across India. It is the festival of colors and joy, where people forget their worries and enjoy the moment with their loved ones. However, with all the fun and festivities, skin and hair damage are common problems that many people face during this time. Synthetic colors used during Holi contain chemicals that can damage your skin and hair, causing problems like dryness, irritation, and breakouts. To keep your skin and hair healthy and glowing during Holi, follow these expert tips for skin and hair care.
Tumblr media
1. Pre-Holi Skincare Routine
Preparing your skin for Holi is crucial to keep it healthy and glowing during the festivities. Here are some skincare tips that you can follow in the days leading up to Holi:
a. Exfoliate your skin: Exfoliating your skin before Holi will remove dead skin cells and impurities, making it easier for you to get rid of the color. Use a gentle scrub to exfoliate your skin, focusing on areas like your face, neck, and arms.
b. Hydrate your skin: Keeping your skin hydrated is essential to prevent damage from harsh colors. Drink plenty of water and use a good moisturizer to keep your skin soft and supple. Jivisa body milk moisturizer with jatamansi, bitter orange, and cinnamon is an excellent option that boosts collagen and provides natural hydration to your skin.
c. Protect your lips and nails: Apply a moisturizing lip balm and nail polish to protect your lips and nails from the colors.
Tumblr media
2. Hair Care Tips for Holi
a. Oil your hair: Applying oil to your hair before playing Holi will protect it from the harsh colors and chemicals. Use a nourishing hair oil like Urbaano Herbal Turmeric Essential Oil, which helps lighten skin and fade away blemishes, treat sunburn, keep dandruff at bay, and soothe an irritated scalp.
b. Tie your hair: Tying your hair in a braid or a bun will prevent it from getting tangled in the colors.
c. Use a clarifying shampoo: Use a clarifying shampoo after playing Holi to remove the color from your hair. DHI Biotin Enriched Shampoo and Conditioner is an excellent option that moisturizes and nourishes your hair while preventing dullness and hair thinning.
Tumblr media
3. Post-Holi Skincare Routine
After playing Holi, it is essential to take care of your skin to prevent damage and restore its natural glow. Here are some skincare tips that you can follow:
a. Use a gentle face and body wash: Use a gentle face and body wash to remove the color from your skin. Sabezy.com offers a popular selection of face and body washes from top brands like Aloe Vera Face Wash and Mayonnaise's Orange Body Wash.
b. Moisturize your skin: After washing your face and body, apply a good moisturizer to your skin. Jivisa body milk moisturizer is an excellent option that provides natural hydration to your skin, making it soft and supple.
c. Apply a face mask: Applying a face mask after Holi can help soothe your skin and restore its natural glow. Use a hydrating face mask like Mamaearth Ubtan Face Mask or Multani Mitti Face Pack to nourish your skin.
Tumblr media
4. Additional Tips for Skin and Hair Care During Holi
Apart from the product recommendations mentioned above, there are some additional tips that can help you take better care of your skin and hair during Holi. Here are a few:
a. Cover up
One of the simplest ways to protect your skin and hair from Holi colours is to cover them up. Wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, and a scarf or hat to cover your hair. You can also apply petroleum jelly or a thick layer of coconut oil to your skin and hair to create a protective barrier against colours.
b. Avoid direct sunlight
Exposure to direct sunlight can make the colours even more stubborn and difficult to remove. Try to avoid playing Holi during peak hours of sunlight, and stay in the shade as much as possible.
c. Don't use hot water
Using hot water to remove Holi colours can strip your skin and hair of natural oils and make them even more dry and damaged. Use cool or lukewarm water instead, and be gentle when scrubbing your skin or hair.
d. Use natural colours
If possible, opt for natural colours made from flowers and herbs instead of synthetic colours. Natural colours are less harmful to your skin and hair and can be easily removed with water.
In conclusion, Holi is a festival of colors, joy, and togetherness. However, it's important to take care of your skin and hair during this festival to avoid any damage caused by the harsh chemicals present in the colors. By following the tips mentioned above, you can ensure that your skin and hair stay healthy and damage-free throughout the festivities.
Remember to moisturize your skin and hair, oil them well, and use gentle face and body washes to remove colors. Also, use clarifying shampoos and conditioners to nourish your hair and protect your nails and lips with nail polish and lip balms. Additionally, drinking lots of water will help keep your body hydrated and healthy.
It is equally important to use safe and natural products for your skin and hair during Holi. Sabezy.com offers a variety of natural and organic products that can help you take care of your skin and hair during Holi. From Jivisa body milk moisturizer to Urbaano Herbal Turmeric Essential Oil and Mamaearth Onion Shampoo and Conditioner, we have everything you need to ensure your skin and hair stay healthy and radiant.
So, follow these tips and use natural and organic products to enjoy Holi without worrying about skin and hair damage. Visit Sabezy.com to check out our range of products and enjoy a happy and colorful Holi! Happy Holi!

Halal Certification
How does "Halal Certification" work? Why do businesses obtain halal certification for their goods?
Halal certification: Halal certification certifies that the food or product is halal for Muslims and that no haram materials or methods were used in its production or processing.
The hashtag #BoycottHalalProducts became popular on Twitter during the coronavirus epidemic. The goal of the campaign was to remove the Halal-certified foods. Additionally, an NGO by the name of Vishwa Jain Sangathan filed a PIL to stop HALAL Certification in Kuwait slaughter in India due to the coronavirus pandemic and the fact that it can spread from animals to people.
Halal and Haram, what are they?
In Arabic, the word halal implies "permissible or lawful." Halal is especially associated with meat that has been processed and prepared in accordance with the laws, HALAL Certification in Saudi arabia which are related to Islam and its dietary restrictions.
Contrarily, the Arabic word haram implies "prohibited or forbidden" in English. There are a number of goods that, according to the Quran, are forbidden to Muslims. These include alcohol, stunned meat, blood and its byproducts, dead animals before slaughter, and dead animals themselves (without halal process).
What is the Halal law?
The following are halal customs described in the Quran:
1. The animal may only be killed by a Muslim man. It is also stated in numerous books that the meat complies with Islamic dietary regulations if Jews and Christians slaughter the animals in accordance with the remaining steps (the "HALAL Certification in Dubai method").
2- Use a sharp knife to make a cut to the jugular vein, carotid artery, and windpipe before killing the animal.
3- The Tasmiya or Shahada, a verse from the Quran, must be recited while the animal is being slaughtered.
4- The animal must be healthy and alive at the time of slaughter. The carcass's veins must be drained of as much blood as possible.
Certification for Halal
The government issues halal certification in several Islamic nations. Nearly all processed foods in India have the FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) certification, but this organisation doesn't grant halal certification there. Many private businesses in India grant the HALAL Certification in Bahrain certification, indicating that the food or product is acceptable for Muslims to consume. One Halal India Private Limited is a significant halal certification organisation in India.
Halal Certification Services India Private Limited 2.
3- Jamiat Ulama-E-Maharashtra, a branch of the Jamiat Ulama-E-Hind
Fourth Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind Halal Trust
Why are medications and cosmetics halal certified?
Since these businesses employ animal byproducts, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals require halal certification. For instance, according to Islamic law, it is forbidden to utilise by-products from animals such as pigs, chickens, or goats in cosmetic products like as fragrances, lipsticks, and lip balms. Therefore, cosmetics and medications that have received HALAL Certification in Qatar simply indicate that they don't include any ingredients that are forbidden to Muslims.
Why do businesses obtain halal certification for their goods?
Companies obtain halal certification for their goods so that they can export them to Islamic nations. It is important to remember that 1.8 billion people, or 24.1% of the world's population, identify as Muslims. In addition, several Islamic nations only permit food that has been certified halal.
According to various reports, the global food market accounts for around 19% of the market for halal foods. Thus, a lot of businesses are having their products halal certified in order to service the broader markets, to satisfy demand, and to meet the supply chain.
Halal tourism is another word for anything from halal meals to halal cosmetics. In this, the hotels and restaurants don't sell alcohol, and their restaurants only serve cuisine that has received a halal certification.

5 Steps to Hydrate and Plump Chapped Lips Without Toxic Chemicals
After sparkling teeth, your lips greatly contribute to giving you a beautiful smile. And if you have chapped lips, it is the worst. Fixing chapped lips is easy and does not take quite long. There is also no need for toxic chemicals or expensive treatments. The best plumping lip balm can do wonders. Here’s a 5-step guide to help you hydrate chapped lips.
1. Use a Lip Mask
Layer an organic lip mask on your lips. Most lip balms available in the market are full of toxic chemicals. These will only provide an occlusive barrier instead of adding hydration. As a result, your lips will dry out even more with time. Therefore, choose the best lip balm for treating chapped lips from the LIPrepare™ collection of The Lip Balm Company.
You can apply the best hydrating lip balms in India from The Lip Balm Company like Apple Co. or Peach Co. or Chocolate Co. lip masks. You can leave those lip masks overnight which will help to moisturize your lips, treat lip sensitivity, heal and repair lips, and reduce pigmentation.
2. Exfoliate
The next step is exfoliating your lips. Exfoliation helps in evening out the lip tone, removing the accumulation of dead skin and allowing for better penetration of products. You can use an exfoliating lip balm like Golden Tea Lip Balm.
Tumblr media
3. Consume foods rich in Vitamin A, C and E
Increase intake of foods that contains high levels of Vitamin A, C and E which act as antioxidants to brighten your lips.
4. Stay Hydrated
Not drinking enough water makes your skin and lips dry. As a rule of thumb, remember to drink eight glasses of water a day. Adequate water consumption will help your body in many ways, fuller-looking lips being one of the benefits.
5. Protect and Nourish
Lastly, apply a nourishing and protective lip product in the daytime to protect your lips from harsh UV rays. Using the best SPF lip balm like the SolOrange with SPF 30+ will not only protect your lips from the sun but also hydrates your lips with a refreshing feel.
Following this simple 5-step routine, you can bid goodbye to chapped lips and welcome smooth, hydrated, and plump lips.

The Many Health Benefits of Castor Oil
Tumblr media
Castor oil is a natural vegetable oil, which is obtained from castor beans. It is a colorless to very pale yellow liquid with mild or no odor or taste. The average composition of Castor seed oil is as follows: Ricinoleic acid 85 to 95% Oleic acid 6 to 2% Linoleic acid 5 to 1% Linolenic acid 1 to 0.5% Stearic acid 1 to 0.5% Palmitic acid 1 to 0.5% Dihydroxystearic acid 0.5 to 0.3% Others 0.5 to 0.2%. The oil has multiple home as well as medical uses.
Castor oil is known for its multiple health benefits and uses - In the food industry, castor oil (food grade) is used in food additives, flavorings, candy (various chocolates), as a mold inhibitor. It is also used as an over the counter (OTC) laxative for constipation. It is also used as an effective medication for various common skin disorders and problems. It has its own place in hair and skin conditioning mediums such as shampoo, lipstick and lip balm.
The main component of castor oil - Ricinoleic acid has anti-inflammatory properties. It has also been used to induce childbirth in pregnant women. Recent studies also suggest its use in orthopedics as a new material for bone substitute. It has numerous applications in transportation, cosmetics and pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries. It is also useful as a lubricant in jet, diesel, and race-car engines.
Castor oil is considered to be safe and effective; however, it is not free from the side effects. Although it may be used for constipation, it is not a preferred treatment because it can produce painful cramps and explosive diarrhea. The irregular, painful contractions of castor-oil-induced labor can be stressful on the mother and fetus. It also leaves the laboring woman quite dehydrated as a result of the vomiting and diarrhea.
Castor oil is available over the counter (OTC) in pure form or combined with some shampoo, cream or lotion. It is available across different drug stores as well as online stores at attractive discounts and offers. A word of caution - castor oil for induction is not recommended without consulting a medical practitioner and is not recommended in a complex pregnancy.
Ghaani natural products are wood cold pressed oil, varieties of millets, and natural type of jaggery. All are proven to be healthy, essential, and nutritious for everyone.
Our variety of natural oils are produced using the traditional method of Marachekku or wood pressing. The fresh oilseeds are put into the wood press and the oil is extracted

(via MY BANGLORE FLIGHT CHECKLIST 2021)
MY BANGLORE FLIGHT CHECKLIST 2021
I am a like whenever it’s about travelling in India like anywhere I get extremely excited and happy about going to that place, This is my first time in South India and I'm very delighted to be heading to Banglore. In spite of this, I had no idea that it would be that wonderful. However, I was so focused on stuffing and packing for the trip that I didn't want to leave anything behind, so I did my best to keep everything. When packing, it's necessary to start with my necessities and then go on to other necessary documents. In the event that you forget to do even one item, you may receive a call for assistance. Having a pre-flight checklist ensures you don't miss anything. Traveling from one area to another is necessary, but if you miss something you'll be in more problem and have to work longer. A flight checklist is quite useful, and it would be foolish not to create one.
Lip balm is essential!
Airlines have pressurised cabins that can cause your lips to dry out, which can be uncomfortable at the best of times, but more so if you're travelling long distances in an aeroplane. Be sure to have a lip balm with you to keep your lips moisturised
Sash (scarf)
To remain warm on a flight, bring a shawl or a thin scarf to drape around your neck and shoulders.
Headphones
The majority of major airlines will provide you with a pair, but it's always a good idea to have your own just in case. A pair of noise-cancelling headphones is essential on long trips and for those who have trouble sleeping. If you're using Bluetooth headphones, don't forget to bring a charger!
Whether it's a book, a Kindle
Bring along a book to keep you entertained while you wait. A fantastic way to pass the time on a plane, at an airport lounge, or in the departure lounge. Your tablet or laptop should be stocked with a season's worth of new programming if you enjoy TV and movies.
Inhaler with Menthol
Pack an inhaler in your carry-on luggage to relieve any nasal congestion you may have throughout your trip. Despite their diminutive size, they won't add any more weight to you, and they will relieve any discomfort from the plane.
Plaque and toothbrush
When flying long distances, some airlines may offer you a travel toothbrush and toothpaste, but bring them just in case!
Medications that are absolutely necessary
In your hand baggage, pack any medication you'll need and any prescriptions you'll need to show security if necessary. Be sure to take enough medication to last the duration of your trip, as well as prescriptions or medical history paperwork in case you need to acquire extra medication overseas. Never forget your inhaler if you suffer from asthma!
A spare set of clothing
It's a good idea to include an extra set of clothing or underwear in your carry-on luggage in case of flight delays or lost or delayed luggage cause you know travelling in India might be tough sometimes and troublesome.
Your carry-on and checked luggage should be inspected
Which airline's criteria and limits apply to your carry-on bag Do not forget to double-check your bag's dimensions, since if it's oversize or overweight, you may be asked to check it in at an additional cost. Carry any heavy clothes on the plane (you may always take it off once onboard) and pack lighter items in your carry-on or checked luggage. There are additional restrictions on what liquids you may bring on board in your carry-on and how much you can bring. However, it's always wise to double-check with your airline about what is and isn't permitted, lest you wind up throwing away perfectly excellent essential items and other items at security. So that you may avoid any harsh last-minute charges on your checked luggage, when you're checking your carry-on bags, ensure that your checked luggage meets the weight and size criteria.
Plan your airport shuttle in advance
In order to guarantee a smooth journey, confirm the time and location of your airport transport 48 hours prior to your scheduled departure with your transfer company and driver. Before you depart, double-check that all of your booking information is correct and look for any contact from Jayride.com or your transfer provider by e-mail or phone before you leave.
Check that your phone is fully charged.
While travelling, you'll need to have a mobile since your driver and/or transfer business may need to reach you. If you are travelling abroad, verify with your phone carrier to see if you may send or receive calls and Text messages from your smartphone. Do not even neglect to take advantage of free Internet provided in many international airports (check our airport pages for more information on this).  Make sure to bring your charging cable — it's among the most basic product left behind in lodgings.
Online check-in
If your airline permits it, check-in online and thus save hours at the airport. You can generally print or download your boarding pass, which means that if you're only flying with carry-on baggage, you can avoid the queues and go right to screening.
Keep duplicates of all of your flight papers.
It is probably a good idea to create duplicates of all your backlit keys papers, such as your passport and drivers’ licence, in case your passport is misplaced while travelling. Keep a record separate from your passport in your baggage, and left a duplicate with a trustworthy close family member back at home.
Remember things while packing
Assemble objects by layering them (shoes one layer, clothes one layer, electronics one layer, etc.)
As a result, weapons must be unloaded, put in a secured hard-sided container and declared to the airline.
Because fireworks contain explosive ingredients, they cannot be examined or carried on.
The top layer of your carry-on should contain big devices for easier inspection.
In order to have easy access to your 3-1-1 bag, place it in the front pocket of your carry-on bag.
To ensure that your pet's carrier is properly inspected, make sure to include a leash while travelling with it.

BEAUTY CARE ROUTINE |BELACCI
A quiet revolution that started about 21 years ago in the world of beauty has gained huge momentum in the last couple of years. Just like clean and organic eating, more and more of us are going back to our roots for natural beauty fixes. A lot of us are sensitive to artificial colors and fragrances and often see our face reacting to skincare products.
Also more research showing that the health of our skin and environment is being impacted by the chemicals absorbed from conventional cosmetic products, there's no better time to reconsider what's in our makeup bags.
Everyone has different ways to take care of their skin;however it can actually be the much simple and easy skin care regimes that help us in a more sustainable and slow transition into a green beauty routine.
While some of the below habits are just our little guide for you to go beauty green, it will help you to give the planet a hug with every lather, wash and dab.
An Eye For The Ingredients
We always try to count the calories while buying a particular food item by looking at the ingredient section, so why not take some time to actually read the beauty labels on your favorite beauty products too?  Put down any product that contains phthalates, mercury, toluene, lead, formaldehyde, petroleum distillates, parabens (hormone-disrupting preservatives such as methylparaben, butylparaben, ethyl paraben, isobutyl paraben, and propyl paraben), or BHA.  These chemicals are considered to be the most inimical to our health and subsequently our environment.
Drip, Drop – Mind the water clock
Befriend the washcloth. While foaming and cleansing your face, instead of just letting the water run as you splash your face – get yourself a sponge or wet wash cloth. Soak the cloth in water, turn of the tap, and then dab your face gently with the wet washcloth to clean your face. This also helps you to get good results after an exfoliation routine while saving water on your part to save the planet.
The Versatile Beauty Products Train
Less products, means less packaging which in turn means less waste. Opt for 2 in 1 products like a lip and a cheek stain or a foundation and a powder. Make your own exfoliator by adding a teaspoon of brown sugar to your shower gel. Try to get creative with the products that you already own. Also, this way you can follow your budget planner and keep extra pieces of packaging out of our landfills.
Organic Diet For Your Skin
Plant based products carry beneficial active enzymes, minerals, vitamins and phytonutrients. Some moisturizers and serums combine Aloe Vera with a variety of hydrating plant oils including Indian Senna Seed, also known as Botanical Hyaluronic acid. Look out in your garden, Aloe Vera and roses are always up for eco friendly DIY face masks. Simply slice the leaf to extract the juice, leave on your skin for 20 minutes and rinse.
Track Your Carbon Footprints
Did you know you can also help to reduce the greenhouse effect just by choosing the right beauty products? How cool is that! Petroleum derivatives are found in a surprising amount of beauty products like lip balm and lotions. Here’s what you can do instead of buying them:
Pass on all the products containing: paraffin oil, propylene glycol and ethylene.
Look for alternatives: beeswax, cocoa butter and vegetable oils
Learn About Ethical Beauty Brands
Take your beauty routine to a new level of sustainability by supporting fair trade brands. When a label works with communities to purchase ingredients, goods or services for a fair price, they boost local economies and create jobs.
Belacci products are inspired by the wisdom medication used in the ancient times of India. We have created an extensive collection of luxurious yet affordable beauty products with natural ingredients used by ancestors.
Well, wasn’t just scrolling through our guide motivating enough to go green with skincare beauty routine? Keep calm and go green angels!

10 ways to fight against COVID-19 transmission at home
As we all know, how widespread the coronavirus is and there is no vaccine available presently to prevent it. So, we need to know a few precautionary measures to keep the infections at bay. The coronavirus disease (COVID -19) is caused by a virus. The virus that causes COVID-19 is in a family of viruses called Coronaviridae. The most common symptoms associated with this family is cough, cold, sore throat, breathing disorder, pneumonia etc. Apart from these SARS-CoV-2 also associates with symptoms like diarrhoea, headache, muscle pain and loss of taste and smell. Antibiotics do not work against viruses. This strain is called SARS-CoV-2, which stands for Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome. As the research suggests, this strain is different, both biologically and concerning pathogenicity as compared to other strains of coronavirus.
SARS-CoV-2 is believed to multiply rapidly inside the human body. It has an incubation period of 2-14 days. Meaning, one can transmit the virus even when there are no such visible symptoms. This makes it even more threatening and serious.
One can contract the disease through cough and sneeze droplets, while in the vicinity of an infected person. Or, by touching one’s eyes, nose, or mouth after touching the infected surface. Apart from that, scientists also claim the COVID to be airborne, which remains questionable.
Let’s look at 10 ways that one can avoid transmission and contracting the virus.
1. Avoid touching your face
As we roam about in the house casually, we tend to touch many things without even consciously knowing about it. So we should avoid touching our face and sanitize often, as viruses tend to enter inside the body through the mucus membrane present on our nose, eyes and mouth.
2.Sanitize your hands frequently and in a proper way
Washing your hands frequently is highly advisable as hands tend to be the most used body part apart from feet. Wash your hands especially before cooking, after handling the pets and their excreta, after changing the diapers, after sneezing, after using the restroom, according to the CDC.
When you find your hands to be visibly dirty, use a bar of soap and water to clean your hand reaching every nook and corner. When you find your hands to be visibly clean or outside the home, consider using an alcohol-based sanitizer with an alcohol percentage of at least 70%.
If you stay somewhere in India you can vouch upon 3meds.com. It's one of the best online pharmacies and you can get your medicine with a few clicks.
3. Avoid handshakes and hugs,
It is a wise decision to avoid hugging or shaking hands, as it is a medium of close direct contact which facilitates the transmission of the virus. we can consider joining hands, waving hands or nodding heads to greet or interact with people’.
4. Don't share personal belongings
We should avoid sharing lip balms, combs and face creams to maintain personal hygiene. It’s good to avoid sharing food and utensils even in case of minor symptoms.
5.Disinfect your surroundings regularly and other highly touched surfaces
As we all know hygiene is the key to keep infections at bay. But most times we just end up cleaning our floor and shelves. And now talking of coronavirus, it is highly contagious and spreads like a forest fire. So we should make sure we don't forget to disinfect the doorknob, doorbells, shoe racks and the adjacent walls too.
6. Avoid gatherings near elders
If you happen to have a big or a joint family and you feel sick or have mild symptoms, you should avoid gathering near the elderly people. As they have higher chances of falling sick and contracting the disease. One should make sure to visit them regularly to make them feel home but at the same time maintain a safe distance.
7. Cover your mouth and nose when sneezing or coughing
Cover your mouth with a tissue while sneezing or coughing, and dispose off the tissue as soon as you are done. This ensures that your sneeze does not further contaminate the surrounding and you don't end up transmitting the virus.
8. Avoid eating at public places
I know for a fact that everyone is craving for those chicken bowls, chicken popcorn, mojitos and stuff since the lockdown began. But now that restaurants and cafes are open, we should consider takeaways rather than having it outside. so that we can avoid unintentional transmissions.
9. Make sure to wash the vegetables and disinfect the packages when we receive them
CDC suggests that washing the vegetables with detergents might lead to severe diseases like cancer, gut infections etc. so we should prefer to use the veggie wash available at stores nearby or online sites to wash the vegetables as they are free of harmful sulfates and parabens . and for the parcels we receive, we should use surface disinfectants and leave them for some time before we open them.
10. Ensure that everyone should maintain proper personal hygiene even when at homes
I can't stress enough how important hygiene is for us. But we often ignore hygiene when at home thinking we haven't been out today so it's okay we don't wash our hands or take baths.
It's so wrong of us, as we tend to forget that some other viruses and bacteria stay in our surroundings and we can't take any chances with those too.
So it's very important to be mindful while cooking and doing the dishes. And if you happen to have an infant at your place and the mother is infected by COVID-19 virus,  extra care should be taken while breastfeeding and disinfecting the feeding bottles and pacifiers regularly, as said by WHO.
If you live somewhere in Delhi and you feel your baby's feeding bottles are worn out, you can go to 3meds.com and they provide 24hrs home delivery in Delhi.
We can take all the measures to avoid transmission but getting infected still remains a possibility. So, nutritious and healthy food and exercising daily plays a key role. Apart from these, self isolate yourself if you feel sick and see a doctor as soon as possible.

Getting to know me: a novel
@ignisgalaxia @imaginationdrift @bizships @lodessa and @streepmulgrew  have all tagged me for this, and I just can't take the peer pressure any longer. However, I'm so long-winded everyone will surely be very sorry that you five ever asked me. I will try very hard to put most of this below a "read more" link, but my mobile app doesn't play nicely with that feature any longer, so I truly deeply and sincerely apologize if yours doesn't either and you get a callus scrolling past all of what follows on your way to the gifsets you're on Tumblr to enjoy.
1. Relationship status: married -- legally and everything. It was the mid-'90s. I was considering having a religious ceremony but forgoing the state-recognized marriage license part, in solidarity with same-sex couples who at the time and for many years afterward were denied that privilege. However, my father absolutely put his foot down (something he almost never did with me, especially in my young adulthood) and insisted on the marriage license. He supported marriage equality, but he was thinking of my economic security in case our marriage didn't last. He was right to do, as I ended up taking many years out of the paid workforce to raise children, which I hadn't planned on doing when I decided to marry.
In case Tumblr is stupid, right here is where I’ve inserted a “read more” link as I’m writing this post. I tried.
2. Lipstick or chapstick: Usually neither. Actually, never literal Chapstick because that stuff is made out of petroleum and isn't good for your skin. I learned that when I was playing a lot of flute in high school and college and had to take extra special care of my lips to play well. If the weather gets really cold and dry, which it rarely does where I live, and if I can hang on to any of the half-dozen tubes I buy every year but which invariably get swiped and then lost by family members, I use a Burt's Bees lip balm. I seem to have a knack for finding them barely-used in the bottom of my purse during the warm months and then never having one at hand when I actually need it. I think I own one lip pencil currently and I'll sometimes use that to outline my lips when I'm doing some sort of special-event public speaking kinda gig but I don't wear any make-up normally. My husband claims that I knew full well it was a date the first time we got together socially because I wore make-up. I have never admitted to him that he is correct, but he is.
3. Three favorite foods: Too many to narrow down to just three. I enjoy and appreciate a wide range of foods. Things I enjoy and appreciate perhaps a tad more frequently than I ought to in the strictest interests of nutrition are chocolate in almost any form, ice cream (especially that of the chocolate persuasion and most especially any form of peanut-butter/chocolate), and Starburst brand jellybeans, which my son and I share somewhat ritualistically most evenings after dinner (which is somehow not the same thing as for dessert.) Why yes, I do have a sweet tooth -- why do you ask?
4. Song stuck in your head: Currently "You Ain't Seen Nothing Yet" by Bachman-Turner Overdrive (I had to google that.) I don't know why but suspect it was on TV this evening, which makes me fear that it may be the campaign song for some politician I would never vote for. Which reminds me -- US citizens, please double-check that you are registered to vote and make a plan for voting in the upcoming midterms! This will probably the most important election of your entire lifetime, past or future, no matter what your age, and in many races in many states, voter turnout will be the single deciding factor in who controls the future of our country for a very long time to come. Please vote!
5. Last movie you watched: "Crazy Rich Asians," with my husband, unwisely just two days after I had minor (but surprisingly butt-kicking) surgery. We went to the first matinee showing on a Saturday and actually arrived at the theater before it even opened, a sure sign of mature middle age if I've ever heard of one. We both loved the film -- it was glitzy, funny, extremely well-written and -acted, got all the Chinese cultural details right, offered caricatures but no stereotypes, was very female-centric and multi-generational, and of course starred the exquisite and inimitable Michelle Yeoh who also plays Philippa Georgiou on Star Trek: Discovery. Laughed until my belly hurt (literally, sadly) and then went home and slept the rest of the day.
6. Top three shows: This will sound really strange for someone who is on Tumblr because of TV show fandom, but I don't watch TV. I grew up with Star Trek TOS reruns and movies, then TNG in college & grad school, then Voyager until extended stays abroad made it impossible to keep up with (back in the days before streaming and VPNs.) I reconnected with Star Trek in summer 2017 when I was home alone for six weeks and binged all of Voyager and then started digging up fanfic for all the reasons all the Voyager fans turn to fic -- to fix what the show's writers mutilated -- and now here I am, but I don't watch TV, and when I do it's the nightly news or whatever sports my husband is watching and then it's just because I feel like sitting in the same room with my husband at that particular time. The one exception to this fact about me is that I did watch Star Trek: Discovery as it was being released last year, and even got my teenager into it. (He is a Netflix addict but never watched any Star Trek anything before that. I don't know where I went wrong with this child.)
7. Books I'm currently reading: Eternal Tide by Kirsten Beyer because @voyager-book-club; Ancillary Justice by Ann Leckie (audiobook but I'm counting it); Five Ways to Forgiveness by Ursula K. LeGuin, Soul at Work: Spiritual Leadership in Organizations by Margaret Benefiel; Pachinko by Min Jin Lee; and Selecting and Using Breastfeeding Tools: Improving Care and Outcomes by Catherine Watson Genna. Except that the last three books on the list are ones I have at hand and keep wanting to read but haven't so much as opened yet. But including them gives you a more complete sense of my interests.
8. Last thing I googled: "you ain't seen nothing yet lyrics" because #4 above. Before that, "instant pot beef stew recipe." No need to look further back in my search history (she said during a break from writing smut.) *whistles innocently*
9. Time: 10:30pm as I write this. No idea when I'll post it or when you'll read it. This seems like a silly question to include for a post of this nature.
10. Dream trip: India. But I've also never crossed the equator and really feel I should someday, so who knows, maybe I'll find a way to drop in on all the Australian friends I've made in Voyager fandom. Now wouldn't that be lovely?
11. Anything you want: Anyone who knows me in real life (and anyone hanging around the Voyager Book Club discord server) knows I never shut up about breastfeeding support and advocacy. But I always try to make it clear that I'm not preaching at parents about how they should feed their babies; rather, I'm working to help parents who want to breastfeed overcome any challenges they encounter. I save my preaching for the folks involved with policy and institutional barriers to breastfeeding, and when it comes to the unethical and demonstrably harmful advertising practices of the infant formula industry, my preaching leans hard toward the hellfire and damnation variety because that is some truly evil shit, folks -- the advertising practices, not the formula milk itself; let's be very, very clear about that.
Rules: Tag 15 people you want to get to know better.
Here I shall echo @imaginationdrift: "(Really?! That sounds like a number chosen by an extroverted maven.) / Ok, here goes. / FEEL FREE TO: never complete this. I won’t be disappointed, promise." Also, apologies to those who have already responded -- feel even freer to ignore.

I wanted to like the Klavuu one as much but it not as moisturizing. The texture of the Klavuu is definitely more like a lip balm to me and feels like it slips away more quickly, while Laneige feels a lot more like an actual mask and will stay on all night. Plus, the mild AHAs in the Laneige mask work amazingly on gently exfoliating overnight and after wiping it off in the AM my lips are super soft and smooth.. Take, for example, the Henna Hotel in Nagasaki. It's unlike any other hotel, in that it's run mostly by robots. The hotel, the first of hundreds of locations the parent company plans to open in Japan and Asia, is extremely efficient. I do have a few pencils in my collection that I like having around but I rarely reach for them. They are the Colourpop Brow Pencils (both versions) super good, only $5/6. For some reason the spoolie on the regular pencil is better than the one on the Brow Boss pencil.. I am actually in the process of commissioning a piece of fine jewelry for myself. This will be the first non costume jewelry piece that wasn bought for me by a man or my mom. It is my "class" ring for finishing my PhD. Got my last 2 pairs on a buy 1 get 1 50% off. There lower end model seems to have improved a lot and the higher end just has additional color options. The high end was honestly an amazing shoe, maybe the best I owned in form and appearance but I still would never pay 180 for it.. So they 의정부출장마사지 either parley or leave the server. I welcome the little dumbdumbs. I don kill on sight. This is so funny to me because all the hipsters were wearing those sandals last summer in Berlin (and New York) and I really didn get it and made fun of my friend for thinking about buying some teva, but then I went to india (for work and took some time to go hiking, not a missionary omg) and really needed comfortable footwear. And here i am. I have 2 pairs now they sooo comfortable and I can wait until summer until I can wear them again. My condolences for having employment in which you have to deal with the public so much, but keep the faith. There are a few people out there who pleasantly break the norm of unpleasant fools. And if not, I hope you find a new job where you do run into those rare few more often. 20 years ago: Every year, pick up a paper copy of the InStyle magazine Best Beauty Buys edition from the grocery store. Compile a list of what to try/buy. Run around to department stores/drugstores filling the shopping list. I (22F) have typical oily, yet also dry combination skin. Every time I wash 의정부출장마사지 my face, my skin feels so damn dry and tight, even after I moisturize; but then it constantly has a layer of oil over the surface of my skin; and I feel like I have very small bumps on my skin in a lot of areas. And my skin just feels kind of greasy to me most of the time if I haven't just washed it. Later named "moissanite" in honor of Dr. Moissan, this mineral's supply was too limited for jewelry use.More than a century later, Cree developed a process for producing large, single crystals of moissanite. In 1995, a master diamond cutter observed samples of the silicon carbide crystals and suggested to the founders of Charles Colvard that, if properly cut, the crystals could make a beautiful jewel.

How does "Halal Certification" work
Why do businesses obtain halal certification for their goods?
Certification for Halal: According to halal certification, no haram product or procedure was used in the manufacturing or processing of the food or products, making them acceptable for Muslims.
The hashtag #BoycottHalalProducts became popular on Twitter during the coronavirus epidemic. The goal of the campaign was to remove the Halal-certified foods. Additionally, a PIL was filed by the NGO Vishwa Jain Sangathan to stop HALAL Certification in Kuwait slaughter in India due to the coronavirus pandemic and the fact that it can spread from animals to people.
Halal and Haram, what are they?
In Arabic, the word halal implies "permissible or lawful.HALAL Certification in Saudi arabia is especially associated with meat that has been processed and prepared in accordance with the laws, which are related to Islam and its dietary restrictions.
It is also stated in numerous books that the meat complies with Islamic dietary regulations if Jews and Christians slaughter the animals in accordance with the remaining steps (the "Halal method").
Certification for HALAL Certification in Dubai
The government issues halal certification in several Islamic nations. Nearly all processed foods in India have the FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) certification, but this organisation doesn't grant halal certification there. Many private businesses in India grant the Halal certification, indicating that the food or product is acceptable for Muslims to consume. One Halal India Private Limited is a significant halal certification organisation in India.
Therefore, cosmetics and medications that have received HALAL Certification in Bahrain certification simply indicate that they don't include any ingredients that are forbidden to Muslims.
What problems have halal certification faced?
1. Because the certification process is not free, the price of products that are halal certified rises. Additionally, several changes must be done during the manufacturing process in order to receive a halal certification.
2. Non-Muslims are unable to get work in certain industries, such as the Halal Slaughterhouse.
3- Halal certification, particularly in the HALAL Certification in Qatar meat sector, is a discriminatory practise for non-Muslims.
4-A uniform halal certification procedure does not yet exist. As a result, halal-certified goods from one nation might not be accepted in another. For instance, the UAE does not recognise an Indian halal certification.
It's noteworthy to notice that other communities are not forbidding halal-certified goods or items.
