The AO3 search/filtering system has just ruined me for every other search function ever. I genuinely go onto websites, click 'advanced search' and then look at what paltry options they've given me in utter horror. How does anyone find anything? How do people survive?

As someone who’s Pokémon lore knowledge is close to nonexistent, can you explain Ingo too me?

He's one of the strongest Pokémon trainers in the Unova region, tied with his twin brother Emmet. They are obsessed with trains and people can challenge them by going through the cabins of a train, fighting their way towards them.

Then for some reason Ingo gets transported to the past and looses his memory in the process.

And now we have this tired man hanging out in the past, being a warden of one of the strongest Pokémon, while his brother is probably loosing his mind in the present, trying to figure out where his twin went.

We don't know for certain how much time has passed between the travelling to the past and "now", where we, the protag, come in.

That's pretty much it. Lately a lot of people in the Pokéverse have been transported through time and space, not knowing why.

Not sure what the company is hyping this all up for, but love the secret agent aspect. Wish we could play as investigator and figure out what is happening.

read a summary of the novel we're supposed to read for the second exams this year. this is so stupid

#it's çalıkuşu by reşat nuri güntekin. sounds very stupid #and the main character gets married to her cousin at the end which is islamically allowed but not for me whatsoever. #also for some reason she gets married to this guy who she apparently has a father-daughter like bond with because of some gossip? #whats that all about. #all in all i don't want to read this #the teacher did in fact say that she'd be putting questions into the exam that only someone who has read it in full could answer. #which is tragic #i also hate romance stories in novels in general. i couldn't even get through the first few chapters of intibah #it was going so well up until the third chapter and then there was romance bordering on sexual. get it away from me #which is a wonder! i do love romance in other types of media. it does not work in turkish for me #perhaps it's the ten layers of bigotry and/or differing taste put into the stories i've seen and hated. #hm. i wonder what my standards are for romance in stories i like #🌙rambling
