One request or possible idea - annabeth practicing at home for a intimate, romantic dancing scene for a movie but needs a partner asks Percy, they end up dancing in their living room after midnight with just fairy lights on and they both blush and jts super fluffy 😭😭

There are moments when life feels like a dream, the ones that would play like a montage in a movie showing off a highlight reel. The moments he’d never put in this supposed memoir because they’re too precious, too close to his heart.

It’s a perfect night. The heat wave of the last few days has died down and the breeze is enticingly cool, leading them out to the patio. String lights illuminate Annabeth’s face as she reads through the script in her hands and he’s content to just watch her while sipping a beer.

“But think of what the people would say if I joined you in this dance,” she says in a British accent. Her tone is clear and concise but a moment after the line is delivered, she shoots him a grin that’s so blindingly her that he just stares.

She grabs the beer from his hand and takes a sip as she reads through the next part.

“But what of other people, my dear? You are the only one I see in this room.” She reads out, voice turning softer as she gets to the end of the sentence. When she looks up at him, he draws closer instinctually.

“And what do you think she says to that?” she asks, eyes sparkling under the glow of the lights.

Every detail is sharp, the way her hair is swaying in the breeze, the sound of a car passing on the nearby road, the hard stone beneath his feet. He’s never been so aware of life.

“I don’t know,” he responds, matching her tone. “But I can tell you what I’d say to that.”

“Please.” She sets down the bottle on the table by her side and leans forward, ready to hang on to every word he’s about to say.

But really, he doesn’t have any words. This moment is too engrossed in feelings to be quantified by any language, so instead he stands up and reaches for her hand.

There is no resistance as he pulls her up and within a second, she’s encircled in his arms.

He starts to sway, not really knowing what he’s doing but not caring either, as her eyes flutter close. Her scent fills his head the moment she rests her head on his chest, and he doesn’t think it gets better than this.

There is no music and they’re barely dancing, but it doesn’t really matter because they’re together. Annabeth moves away, just enough to look at him, and he’s surprised to see her cheeks bathed in a pink blush.

“Oh, and one more thing,” he says, picking up from where their conversation left off.

She just stares at him expectantly, so he stops swaying to make sure she’s not distracted by anything else when she hears what he’s about to say.

“I love you.”

It’s nothing new, he’s said it before and she’s heard it before, but there’s a truth in this moment that feels stronger than the everyday. He doesn’t even remember if she has anything scheduled for tomorrow or if he does. Everything feels out of time, out of pace with normal life, but he knows the moment’s going to end.

Something like this can’t last. But that just makes it all the more special when it does happen.

“I love you too.”

They’re going to move inside soon, he knows it when she leans up to kiss him. But it was beautiful, he thinks as he leans into the kiss. His eyes flutter close and darkness overtakes the golden lights around them, the space filled with the taste of her lips instead.

A/N: I hope you liked how it turned out! I decided to write it as a sort of vignette with focus on some of the details of the scene and it was a fun thing to try out (I hope it executed well too) Thanks again for such a cute prompt! (And also for coming to tumblr to leave it in an ask!)

ALEXANDRA DADDARIO at the 2nd Annual Academy Museum Gala on October 15th 2022 wearing CHRISTIAN DIOR

Alexandra is another celebrity who is just slaying red carpets. She’s worn a lot of Dior, and consistently gets amazing pieces from them. This look reminds me of one Anya Taylor Joy wore while promoting “The Northman”.

I really liked this look from Alexandra. She looked so elegant and the dress looked amazing on her. I liked that she wore her hair in a bun, I feel like she doesn’t a lot and it allowed the detailed neckline to really shine. I also love how piercing her eyes always look, and this event is no exception.

This dress was just stunning. It was perfectly tailored. I think it could’ve felt very overwhelming since there’s so much fabric, but it looks great. I loved the silver part, especially how the white dress has such a low neckline. The look is just perfect. Alexandra continues to impress.

a kid at work the other day went on a Thing about how "the author of the percy jackson books has horrible opinions and that's why it's so important that the show made one of his characters black" and I am still thinking about it. what did they mean by that. the man picked anabeth's actress him damn self & told her that when she faced racism for playing the role he wanted her to remember that.

I think they are a very passionate teenager who bases their identity a little bit on being the most radical person in the room at any given moment, and that's probably why they said that, but like. they did also believe it. what on earth could they have possibly heard to misremember it that way??

Just saw the casting for the show and I feel like anabeth's casting is what I should be upset about but I'm not. But I am oddly upset with Percy's casting Like why is he blonde? Will the actor be dyeing his hair? Why swap one character being blonde for another? I know this probably doesn't bother anyone else but it's bugging me. I saw anabeth's actress before I saw Percy's and I kind of already assumed they were going to cast anabeth as a black girl so maybe that's why it's fine by me but something about Percy being a blonde ... There are enough blondes in the world of Percy Jackson. Again I get that this is probably only bugging me but I don't have any friends that like Percy Jackson so I figured I'd make a post.

Alexandra hit the nail on the head with this look. I love the old Hollywood glamour vibes. This is an absolute bombshell moment and I love everything about it. It was easily one of my favorite looks of the night.

The dress is just stunning! The shimmery color is just beautiful and looks great on Alexandra. I love the draping of the dress, it accentuates her body so well and is just really beautiful. I don’t know why, but I really love the sleeves. I think they look beautiful.

I think Alexandra’s hair and makeup also look amazing. I just love her hair color so much, it’s a beautiful shade that looks lovely against her skin and eye color. I also love that she chose a deep red lip color for this look. She really nailed this look in my opinion.

Alexandra was another starlet who wore what’s quickly becoming one of my favorite trends, a blazer hung over her shoulders. I think there’s certainly a time and place for this and Alexandra pulled it off beautifully.

I think Alexandra just looks super classy in this look. I really love the dress. I think the slightly sheer stripes across the top are so cool, I think them being really thin help elevate the dress as well. The black blazer on top of the black dress really works well together. I think this was a solid look from Alexandra.

I have no idea who Alexandra is wearing, but she continues to prove that she is an absolute bombshell who can look amazing in the simplest of dresses.

This dress is so simple but looks really great on Alexandra. I love the one shoulder and the slit in the dress. The dress really highlights her figure and I think she looks beautiful. I like that she kept her hair up to really show off the dress. I think the heavy eye makeup also really helped make her eyes stand out. It’s another very strong look from Miss Alexandra.

Alexandra has attended a lot of events this month, and she's looked really beautiful at all of them. She has so many looks that are just really gorgeous and classy. I really love this one shoulder dress.

I’m not sure who the designer is, but I really like this dress. It’s pretty and simple and very understated, but I think it’s a good choice for this event. I really love the sheer sleeve detail, it adds a really cool dimension to the dress. I love that it’s oversized and sheer. I don’t think Alexandra’s hair or makeup is anything to write home about, but overall the look is really solid.

ALEXANDRA DADDARIO at the Vanity Fair Hosts Vanities Party: A Night for Young Hollywood on March 23rd 2022 in Los Angeles wearing ALEXANDER MCQUEEN

Alexandra looked sleek and sophisticated at this event, but the outfit bordered on boring! This look is super flattering on her, but I wished there was something that made it stick out a little bit more.

I am a huge fan of one shoulder tops, so I really like the one she’s wearing. I also think it looks very nice with the belt she accessorized with. I also like that she had her hair pulled back, she has such dark hair it would’ve made the look too dark. She used the red lip stick to brighten her face and add a pop of color, there’s also no hiding her soul piercing blue eyes.

I really like this look from Alexandra. It’s simple and classic, but looks really nice.

I think it highlights her figure and looks really flattering. I love the halter neck and also love that the dress stops slightly above her ankles. I do wish she put a little more effort into her hair and makeup. Her hair doesn’t look completely done and her makeup seems nonexistent.
