It's that special time once again, to show your heart and spread the love to all you care for~💕💝💕🤗And this year, I would like to take opportunity to dedicate my annual Valentine to my newest OTP, Smiling Critter DogDay x my OC, DeerDelight~🐶☀️💘🦋🦌 I was thinking what songs would fit their ship, and one that stood out to me the most, was one I've listened to ever since I finished college, back in 2008 - 'Hikaru Michi' a.k.a 'The Shining Road', which is the second closing theme to the well-known anime, Sonic X~🎶I remember seeing a music video years ago with tender moments between Sonic and Amy Rose from the show, and that was when inspiration struck~💡💗✍️ I decided to draw DogDay and DeerDelight in the same emotional reunion with Sonic and Amy, where he promised he would never leave her ;w; But instead of a rose, I chose forget-me-nots for DogDay to give to DeerDelight. The reason, is the meaning behind them - a symbol of true love and devotion, declaring love to another and representing a promise that you will always remember them~💝 Forget-me-nots are also considered a symbol of fidelity (loyalty) and faithfulness~🫶🏻 And this is what is happening between the two adorable critters right now. With DogDay declaring his love to DeerDelight (something she had always secretly hoped and wished for~🌟🙏🏻) and vowing that he will never ever forget her, and will always be with her by her side, no matter what...~🥹To which DeerDelight emotionally yet happily accepts, as they seal their love with a tender kiss and embrace~🐶☀️💕🦋🦌

To give the wholesome moment between DogDay and DeerDelight more feeling, I decided to add the last three sentences of the last verse of the song, both in Japanese and English, along with adding details of the shadowing and falling tears, which I have to say I'm really proud of~👍🏻😊✨ ‘Sigh...~’💕😌I am ever so pleased of how this precious piece turned out, just the way I imagined it to be and I really enjoyed working on it too~💓🥰 And a very💗💘💝~Happy Valentine’s Day 2024~💝💘💗to you too, my lovelies~! =^o^=🫂Hope you all like as well, have a lovely day and spread the love~!💞🫶🏻💕😍💕🫶🏻💞xoxo.

Fairytails (A vampire diaries/originals story) A story about Klaus Mikaelson x my OC. Where my oc is a powerful young witch who moved to mystic falls to find peace. Since she is so powerful, all supernatural are not known of her unless she reveals herself(In this case, many witches and other beings would go after her power) and so she tries to stay out of supernatural business. That is, until she meets Matt Donavon and his friends and somehow her peace is taken away from her.

Alana Rose The Hedgehog: The Magic Within (A sonic universe story) A story about shadow/sonic/scourge x my oc(Amy rose's older sister). Alana has a certain power that she still hasn't discovered. After many years of not seeing her little sister since young, she decides to find her to see if she can help. When she finds out more of her power, she realizes she put her sister and her friends into danger once again.

Kana Aya: The Nature Hashira (A Demon Slayer story) A story about Kyojuro Rengoku x my oc. Its about Kana's life of growing up and living life with her adoptive family(Uzui Tengen & Wives) finding out that she was friends with a demon. What relationships and friendships will she have throughout her journey?

        Synopsis

  Set at the offices of "AiRBLUE", a rookie voice acting agency with no track record or experience, CUE! follows the trials and tribulations of a group of young women who follow their dreams of becoming voice actors. The game lets players take charge of four teams of four aspiring seiyuu. The characters in the game are voiced by fresh faces in the industry themselves, and the teams they're divided into are Flower, Bird, Moon, and Wind.

A Better Mistake

This is gonna end up as a rant but I absolutely despise 4kids. I first saw Sonic X when I was, I think, 8 years old, and, only now as an adult, I’m realizing how much material I missed. So much stuff was cut out or changed from the Japanese version to the English version. I’m especially referring to the fact that they cut out the second ending, The Shining Road by Aya Hiroshige, which I did not know existed until very recently. I can’t remember where but I saw a post with Amy waiting for Sonic early in the morning in a park and thinking, ‘I don’t remember this!’ Turns out it was part of the ending theme sequence for Sonic X. In addition this song was played at the ending of episode 52 in the Japanese version, when Sonic returns to his world, visits Amy and gives her a purple rose. In other versions, the song Natsu No Hi by Offcourse was played during this scene. While, even in the English version, this was a huge Sonamy moment, the addition of these songs and their lyrics would have added so much more depth and emotion to this scene. It really frustrates me that it was missing from the English dub when I was a kid. Even though Sonic X made me ship Sonamy I feel like the English version tried to minimize their relationship, looking back on it now.
