Ikerev & Zombie Apocalypse?
Of course, anon dear! I'm so, so sorry this took forever to get back to you but if you're still reading, I hope you'll enjoy the headcanons I thought of for this AU!
Okay, so we're going into this with me forewarning everyone. By it's very nature, a zombie apocalypse AU is going to get dark, gritty, angsty, and probably a little fucked up and as I love getting the chance to get angsty and dark, you know things might get fucked up here and there with some of these headcanons. If that is not your cup of tea or something you think might bother you, it might be better for you to stop reading.
So now that we have that out of the way, if you're still reading, let's get this all started. So, in my head, this AU is less of an actual alternate universe. I still very much see this set in Cradle, with the same universe existing of Magic and the Magic Tower and the different armies. However, I don't see the armies as still really fighting each other - they are at peace and the Magic Tower, though definitely still shady as fuck and definitely still up to no real good, isn't thought of as an absolute threat. Everything seems good and peaceful and that's part of the real set-up of this AU.
So, to get to the real meat of this AU. So, everything is nice and peaceful. Life seems idyllic. But then things start to change. The Magic Tower, still headed by Amon Jabberwock, is doing what the Magic Tower always does - experimenting with the Magic Crystals, seeing what can be done with them. Their latest experiment is working with the crystals and humans to see if, by ingesting bits of the crystals and thus integrating them into the human body, they can enhance the boundaries of what a human body and mind can do. The experiments seem to be well-meaning, are sold as looking to find cures for aging, for disabilities, for anything bad that can possibly happen to a human body or mind. What they're really after, or at least what Amon wants them for, is to create his own army of superhuman soldiers to conquer Cradle, though not even his followers are really privy to that fact.
Too bad the experiments seem to be failing. Most of the humans experimented on are dying…and then things seem to change. Things start to appear to be going well and the Magic Tower rejoices and gets inspired to really test even further limits of the experiment. The long and short of it though - these new Crystal infused humans? They're super-strong, seemingly impervious to all harm except complete decapitation to sever the connection of brain and body, with superhuman senses…oh, and they all go insane. Like, their brain goes bad - all limiters are taken off and they start to act solely on impulses and basic desires instead of any rational thoughts or logic. They're extremely violent if threatened at all or if something stands in the way of one of their wants. They experience extreme hunger at points and if food isn't readily available….well, humans are a source of meat too. They crave sex, food, shelter, warmth, liquid. Some of them retain enough of their personalities to have cravings for things they especially loved before the experiments as well.
The worst thing? Though they start as mindless, they quickly seem to link up into some sort of hive-mind and they start enhancing their numbers. If they don't outright kill, they forcibly turn others into beings like themselves by forcibly feeding them crystals. If the person survives this, they join The Hive.
It starts in the Tower. Amon willingly joins The Hive, makes himself the Head of it. Dalim, being a Disciple of the Tower, is in this initial first attack by these creatures. Terrified and no longer trusting in Amon, Dum does do the right thing in the end and tries to ensure that the experiment dies in the Tower, that none of the infected escape the Tower. He helps get other Disciples out but unfortunately, he succumbs to an attack by several of the infected and gets forcibly recruited into The Hive.
The infected surge out of the Tower and it's not too long before the peace of Cradle is completely shattered and things become a full out 'zombie apocalypse'. The armies each do their best to fight The Hive and protect the citizens but still steadfastly refuse to join forces with each other until much later on in the story.
I see Jonah as being one of the first to die. It's not because he's not strong and more than a capable fighter. It's because he's just genuinely someone who doesn't have a lot of common sense. His death comes in the first wave of the infected out of the Tower. He chose bravery and doing his duty but, after seeing other soldiers downed and even seeing some be forcibly infected, his ego and lack of common sense really did him in and he gets slaughtered and eaten.
Though he'll last throughout most of the story, I do see Lancelot dying. It's his death that inspires the two armies to join forces and come together, actually. The thing is, as a magically strong person already, the Hive (and Amon, their leader) didn't want to kill Lancelot. No, they became almost obsessed with changing him, with making him a part of the Hive. Though Lancelot was strong and clever enough to hold them off for a long time, while saving someone else whilst in the midst of battle, he was left vulnerable for long enough to be force fed what was needed to ensure he would eventually turn. Though the only one who was aware of this was Kyle, who steadfastly maintained that they would find a way to save Lance, Lancelot knew what needed to be done. He told Sirius and Harr the truth of what had happened and begged his two best friends to do what needed to be done - to kill him.
Sirius was the one to actually end up doing the deed. He'd already lost most of his family and by that point, had seen enough other people die. He'd been so strong up until that point and he'd inspired so many people to keep going with his never give up attitude, his optimism that things would get better, and his hard work. But after that, after being forced to kill one of his oldest and dearest friends? He sure kept trying, so hard, but the fact of the matter was that after that, Sirius really started to give up. Another major story event really did him in and he almost recklessly charged into the next major battle with The Hive and was taken down. Those close by at the time said he seemed almost relieved as The Hive killed him.
That other major story event? It has to do with Harr. Harr was a Magic Tower Disciple who had abducted his position the second the Tower started experimenting on humans. It was just something Harr could not handle, could not get behind, so he left. He did his best to keep his eye on things with the Tower though, worried about what might happen. When the worst does happen, Harr feels immense guilt for not having done more to stop this from happening. He becomes obsessed with finding a cure for those infected, with stopping this with as little bloodshed as possible. Loki helps him, as does Kyle, who also becomes obsessive about finding a cure.
As the days and weeks go by though and they seem to be getting nowhere, Kyle starts drinking harder and harder and becoming more and more reckless in his efforts to learn more about the infected. He needs test subjects and by the time the armies manage to trap and transport an infected person to him, not only have they suffered major casualties, but the infected in question is normally dead as well. Kyle becomes tired of seeing people die and being helpless to stop it and he directly goes out into the field. Dead infected specimens aren't helping; he needs a live one and becomes bound and determined to get one. While trying to do so, Kyle gets captured and changed.
The newly infected Kyle is feral and attacks his former comrades, killing Loki. Between Loki's death and Kyle's change, combined with watching Sirius kill Lancelot just the day before, Harr cannot handle things anymore. It's too much and his brain just can't deal. Harr takes a dive, head first, from the place this all started - the Tower itself. He's dead upon impact with the ground, quick and painless, but dead nonetheless.
Because the idea, while horrible, was too delicious to resist…I really do see Dean being brutally savaged and beaten to death by his own infected brother. The sibling rivalry had carried over enough in the infected Dalim's mind for the need to kill his brother to be a major desire of his.
Now, I have always kind of headcanoned that Mousse has narcolepsy. Obviously he doesn't have a route so I don't know for sure if that is canonically true but I see that being his undoing in this AU. He gets infected in his sleep very early on in the story.
Oliver becomes very useful though. He devotes himself to making weapons and traps and fortifying buildings to become shelters. Though he doesn't go into battles himself and is very protected, he's such an important and integral part of everything.
I do see Edgar, Fenrir, and Seth becoming rather famous as front line warriors against the Hive. All or any of them alone become major targets of the Hive because of how many infected they take out and how integral a part of survival in this new world they become.
After Lancelot's death, Blanc and Ray become co-leaders, trying everything they can to gather and ensure the safety of all non-infected individuals. Blanc keeps an eye and really dedicates himself to ensuring the non-infected are safe and taken care of and that shelter, food, water, and basic needs can be met for everyone while Ray leads the more military side of ensuring continued life and safety for the survivors.
Zero ends up specializing in rescue missions, in getting groups of non-infected people to safety, and really ends up becoming Blanc's second in command. Luka, meanwhile, stays under Ray and does fight…Luka's biggest regret in everything though? That he couldn't save his brother. So he becomes foolhardy and reckless at times, taking risks he shouldn't, because to him, if he can save even just one more person…maybe that will take some of the guilt away, absolve him even a little. Even just a smidge.

A long time ago I also wished the world would just burn. I don't want that anymore, but I'd still enjoy a 'bad ending', where the villain wins and destroys it all

In case you didn't know…
This is how the main villain of all the Ikemen Revolution looks like...
The devs show his face on Kyle's route… I don't remember anywhere else. But… I haven't played at all the routes, so I'm not 100% sure.
Tumblr media
Amon Jabberwock (IkeRev)
My first reaction was… Why does he look so old? He was supposed to be about Lance's age, maybe a bit older… But not as the father of all boys. Sirius, they wouldn't dare call you old if they saw this guy, that's for sure.
And after that, I suddenly remember what it's like to wear long hair under a hood. Hair always tries to get into your mouth, and when you finally take off the hood, your hair is full of static and so many knots that sometimes it's easier to cut them than comb.
No one had ever told him that he could use ribbons or braid them? That's probably the reason he's so… crazy. Poor guy…
Here is an article about him...
I'm quite surprised the developers didn't made him one of the love interests… Most likely just didn't have enough time…

Alice 0?!!
Oliver's Route Part 26:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
WAIT! THERE WAS ANOTHER ALICE BEFORE THE FIRST ALICE?!!
Three Alices like the three little sisters in the Dormouse's Story and the Three Liddell sisters?!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Elsie ➝ Lorina Charlotte ➝ Alice 0
Lacie ➝ Alice ➝ Alice the First
Tillie ➝ Edith ➝ Alice the Second
So, the MC is the Third Alice and since Alice the First's name was Alice, can we assume MC's real name is Edith?! Or maybe Matilda? (I can imagine that the ikebois call her Tillie🥺)
And Alice 0 can be either Elsie or Lorina Charlotte.
And there may be some connections between them, the book belongs to Alice 0 and the pocket watch was a gift from Alice the First to Blanc, maybe she inherited it from Alice 0 because she was connected to the Magic Tower. (I don't know if Amon is the son of the Alice 0 or Alice the First) also maybe there are some connections between Alice the Second and them.
I'm very curious about Alice 0 and her connections to Amon and Alice the First. Blanc route when._.

Okay, so I was playing Luka's route in IkeRev, right, and they made a biiiiiiig deal about showing Big Bad Amon Jabberwock's face. MC's reaction has got to be one of the funniest live reactions ever.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
MC: ...but you're pretty!
I laughed so hard I forgot to screenshot it XD She calls him pretty! Here she is, meeting the guy who has been causing grief for generations, who has torn her away from the Black Army, and she calls him pretty.
AAAAAHHH, I love romance games. Can't wait to date this absolutely deranged little meow meow.

Pieces of the Illusion
Tumblr media
Fandom: Ikemen Revolution
Pairing: Amon x MC
Rating: SFW - Angst
Warning: Manipulation
Prompt: "Come Back here right now."
WC: 1074
Written by: @chaosangel767
Requested by: Anonymous
"ALICE!" The enraged yell sends chills down her spine as she focuses on not falling down the
near invisible steps.
"Come back here right now. "Amon's commands from the top of the tower. Alice doesn't look back ignoring the sound of the disciples behind her. The rain pours around her, making the glass steps even more slippery. A loud clap of thunder startles her and she slips, falling down the last few steps falling in the mud. A yelp tears from her lips as pain shoots through her leg and ankle arms suddenly wrap around her.
"Let me Go! "Alice struggles against the arms as they carry her back into the tower. The figure holds her firmly, not letting her fall and being careful not to hurt her arm or leg anymore.
"Sorry little bird”  Dalim's voice greeted her as he carried her back, "I'm so sorry you had to find out this way." Dalim brings her struggling into Amon's room before bowing and locking the door behind Amon kneels next to her, noticing the mud and torn skirt. He brings her a towel, wrapping it around her shoulders to warm her up, and kneels next to her.
"Are you hurt?" He runs his hands along her leg, noticing her wince as he touches her ankle.
"I'm fine, stop touching me!" She slaps his hand from her and moves away, not away meeting his eyes. Amon looks down before his eyes meet hers.
"Alice, did I hurt you?" he asks, confused, eyes furrowed in confusion.
"Why?" She asks, pain filling her voice and eyes. She pulls away from Amon as he tries to go back to tending her ankle. His eyes darken
"You left me, why did you leave me?" He asks lifting her chin with a cold finger.
"You lied to me, you lied and used me!" Alice's voice rose in exhaustion and anger. Amon grabs her and yanks her to her feet, causing her to cry out as weight is forced onto her injured leg and he leads her to a cage.
"I don't care what I told you. I am going to absorb both armies and control Cradle. No amount of emotions or promises will stop me." He declares, his eyes hardening as he pushes her into the cage. The sadness and love is only there for a minute before being replaced by rage and hatred. The cage door slams and Alice fall's against the floor, pain -shooting through her body.
Amon storms from the room, the door slamming behind him and locks clicking. Alice cries as she shifts her body off her injured leg, memories flowing through her mind as she cradles her ankle.
"Why don't we teach each other?” Her voice echos in her head, a desperate plea to avoid her fate at the tower, only a few days had gone by before she was kidnapped from the Black Army.
"What could a dimwit like you teach me " Amon's voice was harsh and cold, he glared at her, his eyes cold and ready to rip her to shreds.
"I can teach you about the Land of Reason and we can both learn about my ability "She proposes and Amon looks at her warily. He drops his hood and approaches where she is sitting, bound on the floor of his room.
“You won't run away?” He asks slowly and she gives a soft smile, steeling her resolve and hiding her fear.
“I promise I won't run away but you can't hurt me. I'll give you the info you want.” She slowly explains and Amon nods releasing her partly from her binds. He helps her into a seat on the opposite side of his table where his chess set is. He wraps her leg to the chair, allowing her hands to be free, but her legs stay bound.
The next few weeks pass slowly, both parties keep their words. Alice learns about magic crystals and the Magic tower while he learns more about the Land to Reason and her Alice ability. Alice made Amon and sometimes Dalim dinner, slowly melting the layers of their heart.
Alice comes out of her thoughts when a tear falls and lands on her hand, she opens her eyes, shifting as much as she can to lay against the cold stone wall, cold is seeping into her bones from her soaked clothes and she can feel the cold settle in her lungs.
What went wrong? Why did he do this? Sniffles fall from Alice as she recalls when she found out his lies.
"Little bird you shouldn't be here "Dalim approaches her while she walks down a forbidden hall and she lights up, grabbing his hand.
“Dalim, I want to surprise Amon, can you take me to his office?”  She begs, showing Dalim the little basket of sweets she has, eyes lighting up and Dalim's eyes narrow at her.
"That isn't a good idea Alice. You should stay in the areas you're allowed to" He takes her arm and guides her back to the kitchen, set on protecting her from the truth, but voices stop them.
"Enough games King of Hearts, absorb the Black Army or I will destroy Cradle!" Amon’s voice is darker and more filled with rage than any other time Alice heard it. She stops in her tracks and the door suddenly flings open and the King of Hearts storms out of the office, not sparing a glance at anyone before leaving the tower.
“Alice” Amon’s voice comes from the doorway and Alice turns to him, tears in her eyes. He realizes that Alice heard the whole conversation.
“You lied?” She whispered, her voice barely a whispered and Amon shook his head reaching out for her.
“Don’t touch me” She growls, turning on her heel and running for the hall, feet moving to the base of the tower before she even realized where she was going. The enraged voice of Amon following her.
Alice comes out of the memory, Amon’s voice still fresh in her head. “I will destroy Cradle”
“How was I so blind?” She whispers to the empty room, realizing she was believing a lie. All the good things she found out about him were just an act, just a way to manipulate her into working for him. With a sob, Alice hangs her head, the pieces of the shattered illusion falling around her.
4 days remain until the full moon.

Luka’s Ever After
I finished Luka’s 愛する ending in his Ever After!!! And it was so good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ENDING CG AND SPOILERS BELOW THE CUT
Tumblr media
They went to the Land of Reason for their honeymoon!
Overall, I loved his route. A lot of character backstory was revealed, such as how Amon is the son of Alice the First, a bit more on Dean and Dalim, and the fact that Levie had to eat grass in the Land of Glass (oh Levie...). I also loved how “home” was a theme in this story, since everyone’s looking for their own place in the world (Luka, Amon, Levie).
Luka’s father also makes a few appearances in this route, which was definitely interesting. The route, especially the 愛する end, kinda whitewashed him a bit. Apparently, Luka’s father kept Luka’s old violin all this time and kept it in perfect condition. Then in the ending, he had half a conversation with Luka and said something like: “That little kid is getting married...” and sent a bunch of flowers for his wedding.
To be honest, I’m not sure how I feel about that. I mean, he neglected Luka for pretty much his entire childhood, and I feel like there’s no real excuse for that kind of behavior. Luka was deeply impacted by his childhood, to the point where he still struggles with feelings of belonging to this day, and Luka’s father shouldn’t really be let off the hook for that. But I do support Luka repairing his relationship with his father, though, because Luka should have the chance to heal from his past and have his family be kind to him.
And now, to my favorite part of the route: Jonah.
I mean, he’s guaranteed to be my favorite part of any route bc I sold my soul to him, but still. I loved him in this route.
Like, for example, he immediately knew that Luka seemed off because of his “big brother instincts” and asked Kyle to take a look at him. Then, when Luka’s magic got out of control, he protected MC bc he knew that Luka would be beyond upset if he accidentally hurt MC. He also had a heart-to-heart with Luka when Luka was shut up in the Magic Tower due to his uncontrollable magic, and Jonah told him that he’d always be Luka’s big brother.
But my favorite Jonah part had to be in the ending. He was in the carriage with Luka and MC when they went to the Clemence home to tell the Clemence family about their marriage. But when they arrived at the Clemence house, Jonah stayed in the carriage. He didn’t insist on going with them and protecting Luka from their father, and instead told Luka that: “This is the farthest that nii-sama can lead you. From now on, I wonder if that you can live as a mature man who can protect himself?” And Luka whispered in a small voice, “Thank you.”
ADBSHFDIODKJE;OKWA;SDL,MDDDFDNK I LOVE THIS SCENE SO SO SO SO SO SO SO MUCH BC JONAH FINALLY ACCEPTED THAT LUKA IS NOT A KID ANYMORE AND STOPPED INTERVENING ON BEHALF OF LUKA.
And also when Luka and MC are getting married, Jonah is standing off to the side with Sirius and Jonah whispers that maybe Luka doesn’t need an older brother anymore in a rare moment of loneliness. And when Sirius heard, he told Jonah that it's not about if he’s needed or not, but an older brother will always be an older brother until his death. I thought that was super nice of Sirius, especially considering their not-so-great relationship. I do feel like Jonah should be nicer to Sirius, but I guess his straightforward personality makes it impossible for him to be nice to someone he considers as a rival. Like, Jonah’s the kind of person who either loves something or hates it, and there’s basically no in-between. But I’m getting off topic.
So yeah. I loved Luka’s route. MC is also super awesome in this route, and used her nullification powers to save the day more than once. Also, after reading this route, I started to ship Dalim x Amon...

So, following along like I had mentioned in a previous post with some non-requested content for a fandom I don’t normally get many requests or chances to write for, Ikemen Revolution, and I hope you lovely readers will enjoy! I continued on with this prompt, and did the same as previously, where I spelled out the name of the fandom and shared headcanons about various characters to avoid picking favourites!
I: How do they feel about tattoos? Do they have any?
Okay, but don’t hate because I feel like if you have tattoos, they are something he could grow to appreciate and like on you, but overall, Jonah is not a fan of tattoos. He just doesn’t get them and feels like most of the ones he’s seen just make the person look a little unsavory or unpolished. He definitely would never get one put on himself, no matter how accepting towards them he could potentially get.
K: Do they have a quote that they live by?
I don’t feel it’s so much a quote as a simple moral lesson, but Harr definitely lives by the philosophy of doing the right thing and of being kind wherever possible. It’s just the core of who he is and how he lives his life.
E: Do they have a good relationship with their siblings?
Though the relationship did get good, I feel like Kyle and his brother had their moments as younger children. When Kyle was first born, I feel his older brother was jealous of the attention the new baby got and didn’t really warm up to being a big brother right away. There were quite a few childish squabbles, some one-ups-manship during their younger years, and quite a few arguments. However, even with all that, the two brothers always had each other’s back. Nobody was allowed to pick on Kyle besides his older brother and vice versa. Their relationship really grew more steady and closer as the brothers grew up and Kyle really looked up to his older brother, something not lost on the elder, who did everything he could to be worthy of that admiration.
M: Would they rather live in the country or the city?
Ray is a city boy through and through. The country is nice for a very short stay, but he loves the vibrancy and hustle and bustle of people too much to be comfortable and happy there for too long.
E: Do they have a good relationship with their siblings?
In a complete opposite from the prior answer to this same question, the Clemence brothers were so close as children before the relationship soured. Luka adored his older brother growing up, admired him so much. Jonah was everything to Luka as a child because Jonah was the one person who always wanted him around and truly loved him. While Jonah didn’t purposefully mean to abandon Luka and he doesn’t see what he did as doing so, the fact is that Luka eventually felt like his brother stopped caring and that Jonah did leave him alone and, truth be told, Luka holds grudges like nobody’s business, making the relationship between the brothers really strained.
N: How do they feel about politics?
Kyle’s not completely apolitical. He does have opinions; he does have thoughts on what things in Cradle should be like and what should be done. Overall, he’s generally laid back and doesn’t share a lot of those opinions loudly. He doesn’t really see the point of doing so, honestly. Instead of engaging in political discourse with people, he’d rather take action himself and do everything he can to make things better, whether that be through his own work or in a few choice words to the right person.
R: Who is the first person they call when they are in trouble?
When in trouble, Fenrir calls on Ray and he makes damn sure that Ray knows he can always do that same. Either man would honestly die for the other, should it ever come to that
E: Do they have a good relationship with their siblings?
Okay, these are just my headcanons because, honestly, I haven’t had the chance to play his route but Seth, in my opinion, was so excited to be a big brother, right from the very moment he found out. He took to it so quickly and with such enthusiasm. He loved his sister and had a good, solid relationship with her. He loved being a big brother and always tried to do the best he could for his sister. The only arguments they had really were because he could sometimes be bossy and overprotective.
V: Are they a virgin? If not, when and with whom did they lose their virginity?
Honestly, I would find it highly suspicious if Blanc was still a virgin. It’s been hinted strongly that he’s much older than he looks and it’s pretty clear that he’s something of a lady’s man in universe. I think that not only has he lost his virginity, but that he’s got a fair amount of sexual experience. That being said, I think he lost his virginity sometime in his late teens and that he does remember it fairly well and quite fondly.
O: How would they describe their childhood in general?
Honestly, while it wasn’t the most horrible of childhoods, that’s precisely how Dalim would describe his childhood. He doesn’t care much for his family, honestly, though he doesn’t hate them as much as he pretends at times. It’s just that…he was always the screw-up. Always the bad child in comparison to his brother and it all still kind of seethes deep in his soul.
L: Do they binge watch shows on Netflix?
I do feel that, if Cradle had a version of Netflix, Mousse would be the character most likely to binge shows. He doesn’t mean to, really. He starts off just planning to watch one or two episodes but nods off and when he wakes up, hey, it’s still playing, might as well watch and figure out what he missed and it just devolves into a steady stream of watch, sleep, watch, sleep.
U: Do they have a criminal record of any kind?
Ironically, Harr has a criminal record, though it is quite undeserved. Amon, however, has no official criminal record starting the game but damn, does he deserve one.
T: What is their full name?
I feel like Kyle’s middle name is Charles and I can’t tell you why, but it’s always been there in my head and even if another middle name is written in canon at some point, I’ll probably still keep using it because I feel that strongly about it.
I: How do they feel about tattoos? Do they have any?
I honestly think Sirius really likes the look of black and white tattoos or ones with minimal colours. Black-out tattoos would really appeal to him too, as would realistic looking ones. He appreciates the artistry and talent needed to create them and he wouldn’t mind getting a tattoo. It’s just that he has no firm ideas on what to get and doesn’t want something generic.
O: How would they describe their childhood in general?
Jonah, while quite privileged as a child, would describe his childhood as being a little rough and will quickly admit that, had it not been for Luka, his childhood would have been an exceptionally lonely one. He’s grateful for the luxury of being born a Clemence and all that came with it and he’s grateful for not having had to experience poverty, even if he doesn’t always show it, but his childhood was less than ideal, in his opinion.
N: How do they feel about politics?
Loki is actually very observant, and he knows a lot more about what’s truly going on in Cradle than most would suspect. He does have some political views but, as with most things with this cute kitty, he keeps it well under his hat. He doesn’t much like to share his views if he doesn’t have reason or need to.

Unfortunately, a high social status won't make you wanted by other people. You might gain some respect here and there, but what makes people want to be associated or form a relation with you is respect and compassion. If you treat others well there's no way you won't be treated well too (not by everyone).
Also, Alice 0 is Amon's mother. It's canon now. i don't think it's been revealed in any of the previous routes as far as i know
