Do you feel scattered, lost, or like you’re failing more than succeeding? I do. It’s caused me to feel a little locked up and I haven’t been sleeping at night. I’ve been largely silent here for the last couple weeks because I’ve felt overwhelmed by 〰️everything 〰️ and haven’t known what I want to say about any of it. Sometimes I shut down and hide. I’m really trying to forgive myself for that, and love the scattered lost parts of me 💕 . I’ve *also* been touched and awed ✨ by people’s generosity and love. Friends have reached out with offerings and money. 🥰 The moment that I worry I won’t have what I need, I find some offering. No matter how small, it’s like finding a jewel in the ocean. 💎 . I want to share more photos in the coming weeks, and keep the dialogue going as an effort not to hide away in fear, but to let some of my images speak and be seen. I’ve always wanted to take a photo of this sign. It’s right off I-35 in Burleson, TX. I finally had my film camera with me and got to snap a few photos just before golden hour.
