1. How many works do you have on AO3?
76 in total, but only 57 of those are my own fics. The rest belong to two BATB writers who are no longer with us but whose works needed to be available on AO3.
2. What's your total AO3 word count?
1,360,745 total. 587,663 of those are actually mine.
3. What fandoms do you write for?
The X-Files, Beauty and the Beast (TV), A Song of Ice and Fire book series.

All of these are set in the ASOIAF universe.
5. Do you respond to comments?
Yep! There was a stretch of about six years when I disconnected from all my fandoms and didn't respond to anything. Those days are past now and I make sure I always respond to any comment I get.
6. What is the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?

7. What’s the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?

8. Do you get hate on fics?
Nope.
9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind?
I used to be be a Smut Queen back in my OG TXF days. Not sure what's meant by "what kind"? Um, the kind that makes one hot and bothered? Het? Vanilla? I'll stop there.
I quit writing the more explicit stuff 'cuz I got bored with it. These days I'm more interested in the cerebral side of things.
10. Do you write crossovers? What’s the craziest one you’ve written?
No. I have a hard enough time keeping a single set of characters in line. Can't imagine trying to do it for more than one 'verse at a time.
11. Have you ever had a fic stolen?
Yes. Someone from The Nanny fandom (who knew?) pilfered one of my TXF fics, changed the character names, and posted it. Weirdness.
12. Have you ever had a fic translated?
Yes, several. More than happy to give the go-ahead to requests like that.
13. Have you ever co-written a fic before?
Yes, I wrote Doors with a fellow TXF writer named Alanna Baker. It was fun but I don't know that I'd want to do it again. I'm much more of a loner when it comes to writing.
14. What’s your all time favorite ship?
Can't pick one and you can't make me. My favorites are the three I write for: Mulder and Scully, Vincent and Diana, Sandor and Sansa.
15. What’s a WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will?
Sticks and Stones, a TXF casefile I started a really, really long time ago. I also have a BATB WIP I've been messing with for the past year or so but I don't know if it will ever see the light of day.
16. What are your writing strengths?
Dialogue, pacing, tone.
17. What are your writing weaknesses?
Will actually sitting down and writing be considered a proper answer? If so, that.
18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in fic?
I did a few lines in Italian in one of my BATB fics but that's it. I can barely write in English, let alone another language! 😄
19. First fandom you wrote for?
Beauty and the Beast.
20. Favorite fic you’ve written?
I'll give you one from each fandom.
TXF: Kintsugi. Not my most popular, but this one was effortless and there's nothing I'd go back and change. My take on Season 7 (aka The Season of Secret Sex).
BATB: The Possibility of Being (see above for the link). This entire project was a love letter not only to Vincent and Diana, but to my writing mentor, Nan Dibble.
ASOIAF (SanSan): These Scars We Wear. Link is above. Another love letter. This one to Sandor Clegane and his Little Bird. Because they deserve a happily ever after.

Now I focus mainly on the Compilation of FFVII (again), but I have written for Legend of Zelda, Tekken, Sonic the Hedgehog, Yu-Gi-Oh, some FFIX, and some GetBackers and Higurashi.
4: What are your top 5 fics by kudos?

I should, and I did for a bit before stopping. Mostly because I get shy, but I promise to try to get better about it.
6: What is the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?
Probably 'etched in glass,' since it centers around Vincent flashing back to an incident in Hojo's laboratory. There's also 'welcome to my nightmare,' which features Vincent losing control of Hellmasker in the midst of battle…
7: What's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?
'three little words.' Hands down. There's even a beautiful piece I commissioned to go with it~
8: Do you get hate on fics?
I think I got one comment that was just "uh, what," and I shrugged it off. I don't write popular enough pairings regularly enough to get hate, methinks.
9: Do you write smut? If so, what kind?
Yes. Mainly VinRei (my canon/OC pair), and it literally goes from sweet to racy. I've written sweet lovemaking, and Chaotic semi-monsterfucking.
10: Do you write crossovers? What's the craziest one you've written?
I used to because I was in LJ roleplay communities years ago, and a lot of crackships were forged there. Vincent/Nabooru, Ban Midou/Rider (GetBackers/Fate Stay Night), angsty Dark Link & Aerith, a twisted father/daughter relationship between Akabane & Rena Ryuugu (GB and Higurashi), Kadaj and Rinoa were getting cute, and then there was the big sister/little brother dynamics of Cain and Nabooru (GodChild and Zelda: OoT)… I think I have a list somewhere of all the crackships and friendships between characters, lol
I do have an idea for a one-off crossover fight piece that I've discussed with a friend… stay tuned~

My late best friend and I co-wrote Zelda and Yu-Gi-Oh crackfics all throughout high school and college; never published because we did it just for fun and for our friend group, and I still have it all, including a bunch of artwork she did for them.

Vincent/Reilena, my FFVII canon/OC ship.
15: What's a WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will?
Both 'Sands of Desire' (a YGO AE canon/OC fic I was writing, and suddenly dropped; to this day I still know exactly how I would end it) and 'Bleeding Angel' (Tekken, OCs, spanned Tekken 3, Tag, and 4, but I quit writing it when 5 came out).
'Sweet Lady Luck' is the Final Fantasy VII Casino AU that I keep posting little scenes for, that I swear I will get started posting actual chapters for THIS FUCKING YEAR, because I have so much planned for it, and I love it and them so much. So that is a WIP that I WILL finish, come hell or high water.
16: What are your writing strengths?
Characterization and emotion; I think I have a pretty good grip of character personalities.
17: What are your writing weaknesses?
Sometimes dialogue or just knowing when to END a scene.
18: Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in fic?
I used to be super cheesy about it (think old-school fansubs lol), now I try not to do it altogether; if it happens, the dialogue will be put in brackets to designate it as being in another language. If you can get it to work though, that's awesome~
19: First fandom you wrote for?
Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
20: Favorite fic you've written?
Honestly? Right now it's tied between 'three little words' and 'when chaos and passion collide.' Both VinRei pieces, one sweet and emotional, the other smutty and emotional.

YR-The Confrontation Scene

I just wanted to come on here after re-watching the last episode and talk about the confrontation scene. Wilhelm has just found out that it was August who leaked the video and goes straight to the gym to confront him.
‘I trusted you’ August keeps up the front even though he knows why Wilhelm is there looking at him with a stony face. He has nothing to offer to Wilhelm other than ‘förlåt’. Wilhelm realises this and knows that this is the end of whatever friendship they had.
The use of having them in two separate frames could be used to show that they are completely on different pages to each other. Erik died and he was pretty much the only thing that kept them together. When they are in the frame together, they are very far apart; again showing that they are two worlds apart from each other.
Wilhelm is proving that actually he will be a great King because when he uses his power, which he rarely does, it will cut deeper. ‘Do you think Wilhelm will be a good king?’
August had the question that he asked Vincent answered but not in the way he was expecting.
August doesn’t look Wilhelm in the eyes once when Wilhelm is shouting at him. He looks like a broken, hollowed shell of a person. Completely broken. I think that this must be because he knows he has messed up big time. August only meets Wilhelm’s eye when he says that August is no longer a part of the family. Is it possible for August to look even more broken and hurt? Yes. Wilhelm knows there is nothing else to say. This is the worst thing that could happen for August because he is very fixed with the titles and keeping the nobility of the upper class. He was clinging onto Årnäs and was struggling financially to keep his name. To be ‘no longer a part of this family’ would result in him being excluded from Wilhelm, the Crown’s, life.
I am really intrigued to see what Season 2 will hold for the characters! Feel free to say your opinions, I am interested to see what other people think! :)

August: Realization and Revenge
I am totally obsessed with Young Royals and have been since I first watched it around mid July. I love being a part of this fandom; everyone contributes amazing content from beautiful fanfics to perspective-changing analysis. I wanted to contribute with a little bit of August analysis.
I could analyse every Young Royals scene if I could but today, I will talk about a scene that I haven’t seen anyone discuss yet (@ them if they have!)
I would like to give some credit to @starsabovetheunderground , @grizviser and @purplehoodiesimon who have done some amazing pieces of analysis that inspired me to do this.
SPOILER WARNING !!
August. Such a wonderfully complex character and there are so many moments where we can see on his face exactly what he is thinking internally. Malte Gårdinger played this conflicted character so well I felt a surge of anger every time he reappeared on screen. Whilst he is the main ‘villain’, he did a lot of bad things but is not necessarily a bad person.
Erik is dead. Wilhelm has not only lost his brother and role-model but as a result of this tragedy he is now Kronprinsen. There now is an Erik sized hole in Wilhelm’s life.
I think that August’s first mistake is immediately offering Wilhelm Erik’s seat in The Society. Wilhelm already had to adjust to replacing Erik in every way in the public eye and I don’t think it helped when August gave him the seat that was previously Erik’s in private. Despite this however, I don’t believe that August meant any harm by doing this. In his mind it would be an honour both for August and Wilhelm for the new Kronprins to be a part of such an elite ‘club’.
They have a good time and it seems that Wilhelm forgets about his turbulent and upside-down life for a few hours. However, when outside with August (peeing) he starts to realise how much of a train wreck his life is.
When people are drunk and/or high they tend to speak their inner thoughts more and don’t think about their actions. Wilhelm is quite clearly very drunk and high, in contrast to August who seems pretty sober, and is very vocal to August. Wilhelm is very vulnerable in this scene and August catches onto that.
If you think back to episode 1 when Erik, Wilhelm and August are in the church talking about Felice we hear (and see on the subtitles) August say ‘the trick is to lay the foundation whilst they’re too insecure to object’. Basically saying, achieve what you want when said person is at a weak point. August can see at this small moment in time, he is the closest person to the grieving, vulnerable future King. There is a small gleam in his eyes as he realises. He jokes about swapping places with Wilhelm but knows it will never happen. However, he could become the next closest thing.
Royal Advisors have always been a key part of the monarchy throughout history no matter which country. I believe that in this split second, August realised that he could become the closest person to Wilhelm and in turn be his Royal Advisor (if not that, someone similar). Think about it, it’s perfect. The Queen knew that he was close to Erik and Erik trusted him ‘like a brother’. August has been brought up by Royalty, he is related to The Crown after all he is second cousin to Kronprinsen. The Queen knew that August has the principles of the top part of the upper class and so he would be perfect to advise Wilhelm, who was very unstable and didn’t really want to be King. To top this off, August receives the call from the Queen to ‘look after Wilhelm’. He takes this role on but perhaps goes too far.
All August has to do is build up the trust and form a strong friendship with Wilhelm. This can secure him a place as a close friend to Wilhelm throughout his life as Kronprinsen and eventually his reign as King of Sweden.
I have read a few theories saying that August was going to use the video for joking with Wilhelm. For example, when thinking back to episode 2, the whole ‘Wille on the table’ scenario. I think that is quite a good idea. I don’t think he had any malicious intentions when he first started recording. However, things turn sour when he realises who Wilhelm is with. Simon. They have had lots of clashes and August’s face turns. Realisation. He murmurs ‘Kronprinsen’. This is no longer a funny, jokey video. He realises just how much power he now has over not only Kronprinsen Wilhelm but also Simon. This is going to be perfect revenge.
I will do a shorter part 2 to delve deeper into the revenge part!

well I'm still crying about how Cameron Chapman captured lockwood perfectly in that 1 min clip idk about you guys. instead of throwing the bomb he slashes it. he does a bunch of unnecessary moves with his rapier that the only use for is looking cool. he occasionally looks at Lucy, who has been screaming for him for the past minute, but does not answer until he grabbed her. he runs himself into a wall. he did it all in a suit. oh for the ask game: when i watched fright night for the first time i kinda found the old man attractive 😭 it's the big brown baby cow eyes
thought you meant jerry at first but then i realized you probably meant peter vincent omg. i was about to be like uhhh yeah duh?
but lol no that's fair! i looked him up and saw some younger pictures of him and he's pretty cute! plus he was only 57 when the film came out, i'm pretty sure they dyed his hair to make him look older than he actually was

The Stages Of Vincent That You Can Interact With On This Blog
Baby-Era Vincent (aged 3-4):
A bright, cheerful child who doesn't seem to have a care in the world. Very attached to their mother and just as wary/terrified of their father though they wouldn't dare admit that to him. They sport a nasty-looking scar on their face from their father hitting them but otherwise appear to have no injuries that wouldn't come from them being a child.
Child-Era Vincent (aged 5-9):
A stark difference from their past self in that they are very quiet and melancholy. They appear to have lost a lot of weight and speak in a surprisingly formal way for someone so young; though one can easily spot the barest hints of bruises that show beneath their shirt. Their eyes are older and more tired than they are; showing signs of them maturing far beyond their years too fast.
Teen-Era Vincent (aged 13-16):
They're both simultaneously the same and yet different from their past selves. Depending on when you meet them, you could expect almost anything from them. They almost always have some kind of bruising on their neck and face which appears to be from another person but one could also catch sight of firmly wrapped bandages that encase their wrists. In a similar way to their previous iteration, one can expect to hear them speak in a formal yet melancholy way.
Asylum-Era Vincent (aged 16-18):
They're calm and quiet; always watching you with calculating eyes. Despite what you're told by the adults around them, they don't appear to be insane or dangerous. They speak in a quiet, gentle voice that allows a small portion of their true self to shine through the formal upbringing they had. Complaints about the conditions they're stuck in are also commonplace in your conversations with them.
Don-Era Vincent (aged 18-20):
This iteration of Vincent is so drastically different to the others that you almost wouldn't believe they are the same people. While they still look unhealthy; they appear to be outwardly happy with their position. There are very few moments that you can find where they are sober and they're never too far from the Don that owns them. However, you do notice that they can sometimes be similar to their past self where they retreat into themselves and become quiet. These don't last long but you're able to understand them a bit better when they're like that.
Turk-Era Vincent (aged 20-25):
This stage of Vincent is once again calm and collected; getting the job done professionally though they aren't without some kind of sarcastic remark to break the tension. Their way of speaking isn't perfectly formal and they do use slang regularly which appears to be a habit they picked up from the other Turks. Later in this stage, you notice how they begin to retreat into themselves again and that they appear to rapidly decline from the good place they were once in. They pick up smoking and drinking in excess again which garners them concerned looks from their colleagues.
Vincent goes missing towards the end of this stage and you can't find them again- it's concerning.
Present Vincent (aged 57-62):
Calm but distant is how many describe this stage of Vincent; a silent sentinel cloaked in red. They help balance the more exuberant members of the party with gentle suggestions and unwavering support. They fight not for themselves but for the Planet and the ones they love; hoping to break the cycle of torment. Often referred to as the party's 'Goth Dad', they keep a firm hold on the party's wellbeing; ensuring that every member is both physically and mentally able to continue their journey.
Future Vincent (aged 129):
They're elusive and hold an air of mystery around them; though actually getting to know them reveals that they're far more of a dork than their descriptions would have you believe. They give you little gifts and trinkets that they've made or found- excitedly explaining that they thought you'd like them. This Vincent has more life in their eyes than anything you've seen in the past and you can tell that they've found some kind of inner peace even if they don't know it. Despite their enormous size, they are extraordinarily gentle with you and apologise far too much for not even having hurt you in the first place.
Split-Timeline Vincent (aged ???):
This Vincent is not the same anymore; they've gone through so much that they can no longer take the losses of those that mean the most to them. They don't move from their coffin anymore- laying there and staring sightlessly at the ceiling as the cycle repeats endlessly around them. Vincent no longer reacts to outside stimuli and even Chaos has a hard time getting them to communicate let alone react to anything. No matter how much they tried and no matter how much they suffered, they couldn't fix what wasn't meant to be fixed. Gaia and Minerva still want them to try even if the result is an inevitable failure; the pair of them torture Vincent for no longer having the desire to continue with their task. It is this torture as well as their intense, unwavering survivor's guilt that broke Vincent so thoroughly to begin with.

Dying Crypto Millionaires…Coincidence?
With the recent collapse of FTX – and crypto currencies along with it – we may be witnessing history repeating in the form of dying crypto millionaires.
Cue up the post 2008 meltdown where approximately 38 midlevel banksters met with mysterious deaths * and/or were suicided possibly because they knew too much.
( * We’re particularly fond of the story about the distraught bankster who supposedly committed suicide by shooting himself 8 Times with a nail gun)
Ironically (or NOT) the banksters who committed major fraud in 2008 would like you to forget the ugly history that followed the meltdown.
Crypto Millionaires Mysteriously Dying After Theft and Collapse of FTX
Cue up: the recent third mysterious death of 53-year-old cryptocurrency billionaire named Vyacheslav Taran.
We emphasize the third mysterious death because two crypto millionaires’ death can be considered a coincidence…but three is a trend.
On November 23, Tiantian Kullander, the co-founder of Hong Kong-based digital asset company Amber Group, died in his sleep.
And on October 28th, 29-year-old Nikolai Mushegian was found dead on a Puerto Rico beach.
However, Mushegian – a co-founder of the cryptocurrency lending platform MakerDAO – had an interesting twist to his “mysterious death” in that he actually predicted/Tweeted ahead of time that he would soon be killed…
“CIA and Mossad and pedo elite are running some kind of sex trafficking entrapment blackmail ring out of Puerto Rico and Caribbean islands,” Mushegian, a developer of blockchain-based decentralized finance platforms who wanted to end global banking corruption, tweeted at 4:57 a.m. “They are going to frame me with a laptop planted by my ex who was a spy. They will torture me to death.”
At this time all we know is that just hours after his ominous tweet, his body was found in the waves on Ashford Beach. Interestingly, he still “had his wallet on him”…
Hmmmm!
Does the name “Seth Rich” come to mind here?
But Why Dying Crypto Millionaires?
Maybe all three victims took the “safe and effective” clot shot and are simply another Covid statistic.
Or Maybe it’s merely a coincidence that they were all pioneers in the crypto industry.
Or Maybe JUST MAYBE the collapse of Scam Bankrun-Frauds FTX has opened Pandora’s Box.
And the ‘mysterious death’ of these three victims is intended to send a message (like committing suicide with a nail gun) to anyone else who knows too much about the fraud committed by FTX.
Meanwhile, from the peanut gallery we’re hearing…
But, But, Wait! Elon Musk is saving free speech.
Regardless of the distraction de jour, crypto currencies are all in serious trouble.

Cat’s Not-All-Encompassing Character Ranking
Okay, so I have to admit that I omitted a lot of characters I don't have strong opinions on. Most of them were one-off akumas, so don't get your panties in a twist, your faves are probably still on here (and ranked lower than you think).
As a preface again, these are just my personal opinions. They can't hurt you. You can still like characters more or less than me. And I don't care how you feel about them. This list is for me. And the person that asked for it. So shut up. Go make your own rank list if you’re so butthurt.
We're going in reverse order this time, starting from the bottom:
84. Gabriel Agreste- I mean, is anyone surprised? I am not private about how I think Gabriel should go to jail. Or fall off a cliff. Or be erased from existence. Rip to those that like him, but I’m different.
83. Thomas Astruc- Honestly, he’s down here on principle. Self-inserts are generally a no-no, and I just laugh every time I see him on screen because he really put himself in this show and said boohoo no one appreciates me XD
82. Bob Roth- I feel like this one should also be obvious. He’s just a dick. Terrible human. I give him 0 stars.
81. Tomoe Tsurugi- We all collectively hate her, right? It’s not just me?
80. Su Han- This mans has small peepee energy. And he bad mouthed Fu, so get FUCKED, my dude.
79. Rolland Dupain- Listen, I get it, he liked Marinette in the end, but I could do without the racism.
78. Nathalie Sancoeur- My opinion of Nathalie took a nosedive after the s2 finale. I just do not care that she is in love with her boss. Don’t care that she’s dying. Just do not have it in me.
77. XY- Justin Bieber ass wannabe.
76. Nora Cesiare- I didn’t care for Nora. I know Thomas loves her, but the overbearing sibling trope is tired.
75. Anarka Couffaine- I underestimated how much I don’t really like her. Like, it’s not full-on hate, but I just do not care for her.
74. Otis Cesaire- Got akumatized because a kid said he could outrun a panther. I’m still not over it, Otis.
73. Andre Bourgeois- No love for the crooked mayor. I hope your wife divorces you.
72. Alec Cataldi- The real villain of Stormy Weather. Like fr why is he such an asshole?
71. Roger Raincomprix- Is Officer Roger just doing his best? Sometimes. But like sometimes this mans just needs to take a chill pill.
70. M. D'Argencourt- Please get out of the 1600s
69. Ella/Etta- These two are basically the same character, and I am indifferent to both of them.
68. KnightOwl/Barbara- Listen, I would have liked you more if you were less controlling.
67. Majestia- Same as above, but like I guess I like you more
66. Theo- *Mean Girls principal voice* Stay away from underaged girls!
65. Andre the ice cream man- I just want a scoop of chocolate, Andre. Is that too much to ask??
64. Amelie Graham de Vanily- We haven’t seen much of her, but she seems like a snake bitch.
63. M. Kubdel- I mean, if my son wanted to resurrect an ancient mummy and believed in aliens, I’d give the family heirloom to my daughter too.
62. Jalil Kubdel- Lolol, buddy, pal, dude, my guy. Chill.
61. Vincent (Adrien's photographer)- Head empty. Mom’s spaghetti. Idk he’s alright.
60. Manon- I don’t hate Manon. She just gets on my nerves every time she talks.
59. M. Ramier- This mans got akumatized a billion times because he gets emotional about pigeons. I mean, honestly mood.
58. Mme. Mendeleiev- She doesn’t put up with Chloe’s shit, and we respect her for this.
57. Baby August- Someone just give this mans some food. He’s a growing boy.
56. Santa Claus- If I were Santa, I too would list Ladybug as the best kid in the world.
55. Art Teacher- He doesn’t even have a name, but I vibe with him. He seems like he likes to paint scenes of nature with his pet squirrels.
54. Prince Ali- Lil mans just wanted to have a good time. I can respect that.
53. Duusu- Duusu, I get that your Miraculous was broken, but get with the program, girl. You is a hostage.
52. Other Kwamis- Idk, all the ones we haven’t seen as much. I don’t have real opinions on them yet. Just neutral.
51. Sass- He gives me dad vibes.
50. M. Damocles- You go, you funky owl man
49. Jean (Chloe's Butler)- He deserves a raise. What is your name, sir? We may never know.
48. Mireille Caquet- She’s pretty cute. No complaints.
47. Aurore Beaureal- Baby’s first akuma. I love her design. She’s a cutie.
46. Claudie Kante (Max’s mom)- This womans just wanted to go to space and live her dream. We stan a hardworking queen.
45. Hot Dog Dan- I like him more than Andre the ice cream fraud. Sure, my hotdog might turn me purple, but if I ask for chili on it, I bet he’d oblige.
44. Nadja Chamack- I mean, she’s doing her best.
43. Audrey Bourgeois- So, as I said in the episode ranking, I have a love-hate relationship with Audrey. She’s the worst, but that’s why I love her. I love her ironically. Like, yeah she’s atrocious, but I just want to watch her burn the world.
42. Luka Couffaine- Directly in the middle, like he’s always been.
41. Nathaniel Kurtzberg- My opinion of Nath improved after Reverser surprisingly. I ship it.
40. Chris Lahiffe- I like Chris better than Ella/Etta. He’s just a little mans out here living life wanting to grow up. Don’t believe it, Chris. Stay little forever. Being an adult suuuuucks.
39. Fang the Crocodile- The goodest boy.
38. Nooroo- I just want to give him a hug.
37. Mlle. Bustier- She’s doing her best, but I mean, when ya whole class keeps getting turned into supervillains, I’m surprised she’s not an alcoholic.
36. Penny Rolling- I just like her. I think she’s neat.
35. Ondine- Mermaid queen! She’s so sweet, and I love her with Kim. I hope we see more of her in the future.
34. Marc Anciel- Marc is a little cutie bean. Idc if he’s based off one of Thomas’s irl friends. He can stay.
33. Wayzz- He loves Master Fu so much I cry.
32. Felix Graham de Vanily- I know everyone hates canon Felix, but tbh he exudes massive chaotic neutral gremlin energy, and I actually kinda vibe with that. And he pisses with his uncle which is a whole ass mood.
31. Tikki- Tikki is very cute, but bby please work on the preaching. You don’t always know what’s right, babe.
30. Sabrina Raincomprix- Sabrina deserves better. I hope we see good things happen for her.
29. Lila Rossi- Surprised? I actually like Lila. The first fic I ever wrote for this fandom was a Lila redemption. I think she is a good antagonist and foil to Marinette. I absolutely want to see her get dunked on in canon, but that doesn’t mean I hate her.
28. Wayhem- I don’t know why, but Wayhem makes me laugh. I love him XD
27. Uncle Cheng- He’s just a good mans with a birb who wants to make you tasty food. What’s not to like?
26. Trixx- Trixx shot up after GoS. Chaotic bean make Eiffel Tower go bendy
25. Jess- She’s pretty cool. She’s a vibe.
24. Aeon- The cutest bean!!! She saw Adrien and Marinette and said yep. Those two are meant to be together. Jess, we gotta make it happen.
23. Ivan Bruel- Ivan is such a gentle bean. We love him.
22. Mylene Haprele- Smol
21. Fei Wu- I still have not watched the Shanghai special with subs, but I liked her.
20. Gina Dupain- The grandma I aspire to be.
19. Marianne Lenoir- I love her. She is good. She and Fu are so cute. And she seems like she would have kicked le ass back in the day. (and even now)
18. Rose Lavillant- I am so excited for Pigella!! Rose is too cute. We love her.
17. Gorilla- aka Adrien’s real dad. If the series doesn’t end with Gabriel getting yeeted into the stratosphere and Gorilla adopting Adrien, I don’t want it.
16. Clara Nightingale- She’s in love with Marinette. You can’t change my mind. 16 is also how old I hc her to be, so don’t nobody come for me.
15. Tom Dupain- Most. Supportive. Dad. Soft bean. Just wants to make you fresh bread.
14. Sabine Cheng- Good mom vibes. We love to see her.
13. Juleka Couffaine- Shy goth bean. Just wants to have her picture taken. Definitely a lesbian. We stan.
12. Nino Lahiffe- The goodest boy. He’s just out here doing his best, loving his friends.
11. Chloe Bourgeois- Chloe is another one I have a love-hate relationship with. Her brattiness is funny to me. We had high hopes for her. Honestly, she ranks this high because I like to play with her in fic.
10. Max Kante- He smol and smort. And I adore his friendship with Kim and the fact that he made an AI himself at 14. What a legend.
9. Alya Cesaire- Rip to Alya salters, but I’m different. Outside of Chameleon, Alya is fine. She’s a supportive bff. All yall people that are mad she doesn’t kiss Marinette’s ass all the time need to go out and make real friends. I said what I said.
8. Alix Kubdel- I love Alix. I love how she is always so done with all the lovey-dovey bullshit. She is tiny queen, and Bunnix, while OP af, is still super cool. We love to see her.
7. Kagami Tsurugi- I will fight anyone who shits on Kagami. She has done nothing wrong, you guys are just haters. All she did was exist, and yall said, wow what a toxic bitch?? Disgraceful.
6. Jagged Stone- We are going to ignore the deadbeat dad trope that canon thrust upon him. He is a Marinette stan, and we love that.
5. Kim Le Chien- I really love Kim, you guys. Does that surprise you? Listen, my favorite male character types are sweet beans and himbos. Kim is both of these.
4. Master Fu- If you didn’t pick up on how much I love Fu from the episodes ranking, then idk what to tell you. I want him to be my grandpa. I would trust this mans with my life. He did his best. You paint those pictures, you funky little man. I love you.
3. Plagg- My galaxy trash man. Love him. 10/10 chefs kisses all around.
2. Adrien Agreste- The biggest Marinette stan there is. I just want him to kiss her on the face. And marry her. Idk, I just think that would be neat if he could do that. I just want good things for them.
1. Marinette Dupain-Cheng- Honestly, are you surprised? I have always been and always will be a Marinette stan. If you expected anyone else to be in this spot, then clown suit rentals are off to the left.

Vincent drums his fingers across the wood with nails bitten to near bleeding. A hard drive sits on the table in front of him, almost eating at his eyes by simply existing. It’s red, and the word Memories is written on the side. His eyes bore into the table, wanting the hard drive to combust and leave his life.
“You know I could always see what's on there?”
James, the only person other than his therapist to know about Owen, leans by an open window. The sound of Blue Jays singing outside dances through his words like background music on set. The only reason he had the displeasure of knowing about that migraine-inducing part of his life was that Vincent forgot to watch his liquor intake at an event and vomited out his entire life story to James in one night. Needless to say, he woke up the next morning with a hangover that could kill god and a very concerned James who knew too much.
Vincent shakes his head, “I am fairly certain I know what's on this, I don’t want you seeing that.”
James doesn’t respond, “I have an incinerator at home. You can just get rid of it there.”
“If it’s not I’ll be destroying something I actually like.”
Vincent did not even know why he had him come over. After he saw the handwriting he just went on autopilot. “Could you drive down about five minutes down, there’s this small coffee place that makes pecan pie flavored coffee, can you go get me some?”
“Sure,” James says, “Do you want me to go so you can do this alone and I can come back later or?”
“No, I just need you out of the house for maybe 15 minutes, it’s not like you probably have already figured out what I think is on this hard drive.”
James shrugs, “You want something to eat too?”
“I’m not hungry.”
Vincent hears James’ keys jungle quietly and the door opens. He can hear his footsteps walk down his porch. As he listens to James’ car start, Vincent puts his head in his hands. His finger knit into his hair and closes, threatening to rip the follicles right from his skull. I really don’t want to see this. He exhales as he hears the car pull out of the driveway and his gate slide closed.
Inhale, he closes his eyes and fumbles the hard drive into the laptop. Then, exhaling, he opens his eyes.
USP Pot In-Use. Transfer 486 GB of data onto this device?
Half a terabyte of data just sitting on a hard drive. A hard drive that was in the button of one of Vincent’s bags for months. Vincent starts to chew on the inside of his cheek, hands trembling near the mouse pad.

Not enough storage for transfer. Preview file?
Yes.
A handful of files transfer to his laptop. Some files were named with dates, some with pet names, some with actual event titles but all were photos. Vincent closes his eyes and opens one simply labeled Coffee. The actual photo itself is just him sitting in one of his old dressing rooms back when working with Owen. There is a blurry spot in the upper left-hand corner of the photo. This was definitely Owen’s phone. Owen’s phone always had a blurry spot in the upper left-hand corner no matter how much Owen wiped it off.
The photo looks like it was taken at an awkward angle. Vincent pinched the bridge of his nose and mutters, “So he stalked me long before the incident, I stopped working there months before it happened.” The other handful of photos are similar; pictures were taken without Vincent noticing, usually at work. The last one was in his own house, but it was during a party he remembered that he invited Owen to.
Then a video pops up only labeled with a date.
Vincent reaches up and mutes his computer, and slowly presses play on the video. It starts with Owen muttering something before sticking his phone up and peering through a window. The video is of Vincent sleeping, and it lasts for nearly 30 minutes before the phone is dislodged, and the video finishes.
The next set of photos and videos are dated during his time with Owen.
He gets through three before rushing to the bathroom to puke.

When James gets back, Vincent has seen enough. He was right. It was Owen’s hard drive, and somehow he got a hold of it. James hands Vincent the coffee and the bag.

Vincent leans his head on Dmitri's shoulder, eyes flickering from each line in his book. He signed a contract for a television series on this trilogy as the antagonist turned anti-hero.
Dmitri encouraged him to take it when he brought it up, so he took it.
This was going to be his first villain role in a couple years. Honestly, it spooks him a little.
Thankfully, Iscariot, the villain in question, was more of a cunning character than a cruel one. Vincent slowly begins to think he might enjoy this one.
He is happy that Dmitri talked him into it. Also, he might get to wear a peacock rope which sold the role with a bow.
Vincent's eyes wander over to Dmitri. Dmitri's fingers work around a crochet hook and lavender yarn, creating another intricate square for his quilt. Dark eyes stare through the yarn. Vincent knows Dmitri could do this blindfolded.
Dmitri.
There is a longing sitting deep in his gut. A pile of coals smoldering against his skin. A desire that laps hungrily at his senses. One he wants to feed but needs the strength to do so.
It's just a deep breath, and finally asking.
How hard can it be?
"Um, Dmitri?"
"Hmm?" Dmitri replies, deep voice itching at a spot in Vincent's mind.
Vincent can feel the heat rising into his cheeks as Dmitri's attention washes over him. "Uh, Can you givemeakiss?"
Dmitri smiles and uses a finger to lift Vincent's chin. His smile is so warm and full of comfort as he leans in and places his lips on Vincent's.
Vincent closes his eyes and lets himself melt into the kiss.Their breath tangles for a moment before Dmitri pulls away.
"Like that?" Dmitri coos into Vincent's lips.
Vincent nods, as red as a cherry.

Pretty Birds are Quiet Birds

Sebastian shifted from foot to foot, the chill air moving slowly through the room. He huddles against his feathers; vainly, he tries to glean a drop of warmth from the down, but it is as cold as he is. Arms bound tightly behind his back and under his wings ache from restricted blood flow. Dark eyes peer through golden bars. The metal smiles at him mockingly.
The door swings open, and green ropes come prancing in. The soft clinking of jewelry rings in Sebastian’s ears. He watches the Prince step inside, crown and royal regalia adorning his person. A pair of pale green eyes, filled with malignant curiosity, watches him from the doorway. The Prince lazily tosses his cloak onto the back of a chair. He walks up close to the golden cage.
“Hello Pretty Bird,” he coos, “Miss me.”
“No,” Sebastian hisses, hackles raising, “You weren’t gone long enough.”
Prince Tyr slams the side of his fist into the side of the hanging cage. Sebastian is thrown off of his perch and into the back of the cage. He lands awkwardly on a wing; a strangled squawk leaves his throat. The wing throbs as Sebastian rolls onto his knees, his head spinning.
“Last I checked,” Tyr says, “Pretty Birds don’t speak.”
“Well I’m not a bird so you’re out of luck.”
Tyr grabs the cage and pulls it toward him, tipping it at an angle where Sebastian tumbles back onto his wings. Contained frustration pools behind Tyr’s eyes. Sebastian flaps in a futile attempt to right himself. Tyr holds the cage for a moment, knuckles whitening around the bars before swinging it into the wall. Sebastian tumbles forward, and his face slams onto the floor of the cage. Drops of silver blood drip from the Areovian’s nose spatter across the golden floor.
“A pity really,” Tyr chuckles, “The harness I ordered for you has been delayed.”
Sebastian hisses through a wince, “Fuck you, you royal pain in my ass!”
Tyr reaches over and pulls a steel knife from his belt. It glints menacingly in the lantern light. “It would be a pity if I had to silence my beautiful bird.”
“Do it,” Sebastian leans his head against the bars, “Then I wouldn’t have to deal with you as much.”
Tyr pauses, his eyes trailing from Sebastian’s eyes to the knife, “Maybe, but I got to help wiht you’re little noise problem.”
The Princ walks over to a basket under his desk, “I heard stell and Areovian’s don’t get along, something to do with you’re kinds mana or somehting.”
“What are you gonna do, stab me?” Sebastian growls, his wings rising above his head.
“No, my brother did gift me with something before he left for the front,” Tyr chuckles, “Something designed for pretty birds who make to much noise.”
Sebastian flaps and stands upright. Rage boils in his bones like magma under a slumbering island. He watches as Tyr pulls out something and quickly hides it behind his back. Then, with a skip in his step, Prince Tyr approaches the cage.
“Come here pretty bird,” he coos like one would coo at an animal, “Daddy’s got you gift.”
“Fuck you.”
“Ts ts ts bad birds get punished my pretty,” Tyr chuckles, “Come here.”
“Get in this cage an make me you Quilian bastard!”
Tyr’s expression drops. Shoving it, the swings forward and slams into the back wall a second time, leaving an indent. Sebastian falls forward and falls into the front of the cage. Tyr reaches forward and grips onto Sebastian’s hair. With the hand holding the object, he slams it onto Sebastian’s face.
Steel. The cold burn of steel presses into Sebastian’s face. He tries to pull away, hairpieces being ripped out of his head as he struggles. The one thing he couldn’t deny was that the Prince was strong. Slam, he shoves Sebastian’s face into the floor and buckling the straps in place. Then, after a bit of tugging, he lets Sebastian go.
Shaking his head, he tries to dislodge the object strapped to his face. Pained calls and whines fill the room, and Tyr leans back and watches. Sebastian rubs his face against the bars, tears spilling from his eyes, and the freezing heat eats into his face.
“Pretty bird,” Tyr murmurs, “stop thrashing, the muzzle not going anywhere.”
Sebastian trembles, his wings jerking and flapping as the pain cuts through his rational mind like talons through flesh. Eventually, he stills. The ring of steel inside the muzzle burns an imprint into his face. Tears roll freely down his face.
Tyr reaches in and runs his fingers over iridescent feathers. They shudder in both pain and disgust at the Prince’s touch. Finally, Tyr smiles, “See, much quieter now.”

The Canvas
TW: minor whump (15), Box Boy Universe Content Warning, Electrocution, institutionalized slavery, lack of autonomy, implied noncon reference, possessive whumper, body modification, noncon touch (nonsexual), defiant whumpee
The Canvas stands limply in his stand, arms chained above his head in a V. The shackles across his ankles only keep his feet in two spots on the display. Every inch of the Canvas’ skin is revealed to all who enter the exhibit.
But the Canvas is bear. The welts freshly healed, the bruises gone, and the scabs fallen away leaves him blank. He lifts his head up, the shower of red hair brushing against the sweat-caked pours of his face. Above him, three skylights angled down towards his display. Lights entangle him.
Listening to the sounds of voices, the Canvas’ eyes slowly look up at the large rich wooden door across from him. The bronze door knob twists, a clicking noise echoes into the chamber.
The Painter steps inside, skirting his heels is one of his assistants. Walking straight for the Canvas, the Painter cups his boy’s face and lifts it to meet his eyes. The assistant places a pallet of instruments on a table behind the display.
The Canvas does not need to see it to know what it is.
“My gorgeous clean slate,” the Painter coos as his hands slide across the Canvas’ body. Fingers curling into every crevice of his body, pressing into what were once deep bruises. The Canvas stares down into the gray eyes of his Painter who steps back and looks at the lights. “My perfect piece.”
The assistant passes by the two and steps towards the door, hands clasped together in front of her thighs, “Am I to be of service Sir?”
“No, Delilah. I will not need you today,” the smooth, suave voice of the Painter answers as his hands hold under the Canvas’ jaw, “it’s just us today. Preparations for tomorrow’s entertainment.”
Delilah dips her head and steps out of the room, the heavy wooden door shaking the room as it closes. The Canvas can hear her footsteps fade away from the room, dismay in its stead.
“My Canvas,” the Painter says as he pulls away from the stand, “I have finally decided what our next piece will be!”
The Canvas can hear rustling and the familiar unzip of his Painter’s brush bag. He returns holding a slender brush, an angle brush hsi Painter once called it, and a pallet of blues, greens, and yellows. The smile that boasted the painter’s face itched at the fibers of the Canvas’ mouth.
“The fuck is it now,” the Canvas snarls, trying to lung at the man in front of him but only able to move his hips just so.
The Painter’s expression drops and leans in, lips just above the Canvas’ ear, “You are to be silent and still so this presentation is not ruined like the last one.”
“Fuck. You.”
The painter sighs like a father standing over a disrespectful son and presses a button on the side of his watch.
From the collar wrapped around his neck, wave after wave of electricity eats through his body. His vision goes white and his body spasms against the cuffs. The skin around his wrists strains against the chains, his arms screaming for release.
As the Painter’s thumb lifts away from the button, the Canvas’ head hangs in front of his face. Tenderly, the end of the Painter’s pallet lifts the Canvas’ chin. The boy sees the man at the end of the paints, silvered hair combed back sleek and a pair of potent gray eyes watching every hair on his body.
“Ecstasy Chained,” The Painter chuckles, “let us start with your face, so when the paint dries I can gag you.”
The Canvas squints angrily at him as the brush dabs into the golden paint. As the brush presses against his forehead, the Canvas stifles and tries to pull back.
The brush hand grips into his hair and pulls the Canvas forward. The Painter;s eyes narrow in disgust and rage, “If you so much as blink and smudge this paint, I’ll have you shocked for days, understand Canvas.”
The Canvas swallows and returns the gaze. Eyes flicking across the Painter’s face, he nods.
“Good, now let us get this paint on you. I want to see it before it gets stained red.”

Welcome to my blog!
Yo! I’m Silver (or just Silv), and I have finally decided to pull myself out into le world o whump. I had this blog for a while but scarcely did anything with it, but I have decided to use it.
My favorite tropes are fantasy-based, wing whump being the absolute best in my option. I also am currently dabbling in the box boy universe (BBU) with a pair of characters. Also, I am an addict for hurt/comfort or a whumper using shallow comfort to skew a whumpee’s view on what is comforting.
My current/future works are: (master lists linked in the title)
Flynn and Kai - Kai is a Romantic box boy given to Flynn by his abusive father to “keep him from converting other boys gay.” Content Warning: this series will contain child abuse, self-deprecation, and dubcon/noncon elements.
A Throne of Fangs and Glory: A story about Sebastian and Sam, Sebastian is an Areovion (think angel/harpy hybrid) who is/was the plaything of Prince Tyr. Sam is a genderfluid shapeshifting demigod at the mercy of King Lorenzo. Their story is about their treatment and how they escape and cope with what happened in captivity. This story contains heavy noncon elements, dehumanization, gender dysphoria, and a lot of wing whump.
Forgotten to Found - Ash's traumatized idiot meets giant, soft gay. A fanfiction of Erase to Control with Vincent Shield and Dmitri O'Brian. TONS of emotional whump and implied noncon.
The Son of the Lady - Story of Marnix, the only son of the Lady in Scarlet, an infamous vampire that rules a large section of rural Virginia. Vampire whump, war whump, and familial whump. Warning for time period-based slurs and xenophobia.

Final Fantasy 7 prompts no 57
1. Sephiroth is freed from the seals that bond him into eternal slumber...by three prepubescent children. All three had blond hair and green cat eyes and it didn't take long for him to put two and two together.
"Our dad is missing." One stated, as if that should mean anything to him. It does, certainly, but they didn't need to know that.
"And everything we read tells us that you/ should be able to find him!" Another continued, not missing a beat.
"And why would I do that?" He asked, drawing himself up to his full height.
"We freed you!" The third one shouted, enraged, "Isn't that enough?!"
Aka Cloud and "Tifas" kids free Sephiroth to save their dad.
2. Cloud being surrounded by SOLDIERS and he whirls around and yells, "Everybody. Clap. Your. Hands!" This actually works for about three seconds before the SOLDIERS realized what just happened.
Essentially the idea is that if Sephiroth can control people through their J cells then why can't Cloud?
3. Au where there's an entire chain of command within Jenovas hive, Sephiroth being at the top, then the two commanders, and then Cloud, who was basically made by Jenova to be his personal battle secretary.
And then there's everyone else
4. Sephiroth giving Cloud apology flowers
5. Cloud thinking about Sephiroth and what could have been if Sephiroth never went crazy
6. Time travel child Cloud, but he has none of his memories, only vague feelings about things that are gonna happen and what he should do...starting with arson.
7. Zack with geostigma / degradation
(Pls don't murder me)
8. Au where everything is the the same except everyone is a mythical creature
9. Cloud in a honey bee outfit and Sephiroth is trying really hard to look Cloud in the eyes.
Roche and Tifa are staring at something else entirely.

10. Mermaid Cloud getting thrown into Sefikura au.
*angry fish noises*
11. Yuffie successfully stealing all of Genesis's materia post-DoC and Cloud has to save her from the enraged redhead
12. Cloud gets turned into a six inch tall pixie post DoC and everyone agrees to keep this quiet until they fix it.
Having the Gaias hero shrink and become tiny, glittery and useless isn't exactly encouraging to a ravaged world.
On the bright side, the inside of Vincents cloak is warm and cozy and Vincent is getting free motorcycle lessons.
Cloud still isn't sure how Vincent got his motorcycle to the roof of this skyscraper, but decided not to question it.
13. Au where Cloud grew up in Wutai and is a Wutai spy
14. Au where Sephiroth won and kept Cloud as a trophy, taunting him whenever he gets bored.
15. Cloud is trapped in a dream world as a child with no memory of who he is or how he got there. All he knows of his name is the letter "C"
He meets different child versions of the people he met in the waking world.
He has to solve the problem each person has and make them happy, or he will never wake up.
Also, the more tasks he completes the more of his memories he recovers.

- one time in sixth grade I tripped and fell right on my face in front of my crush, this other time like a couple years ago i opened the door to my car and only realized much too late while i was staring at this random family that it was not my car, and when i went to the gas station to get gas and couldn't get my gas lid on my car opened and this guy had to help me which was already embarrassing enough but then the gas pump wouldn't work so i had to go inside to pay just to realize i forgot my wallet and had to shamefully walk back to my car and then run back inside the convenience store and then pay and then walk back to my car and finally fill my tank.
