Thinking about this post and can we talk about how important it is that fakir was okay with Duck not loving him back?

I think it’s fair to say it’s pretty heavily implied that he’s in love with her, and it’s explicitly confirmed in the guidebook.

While Duck’s feelings for him are more nebulous and hard to pin down, from his perspective she’s in love with Mytho. We as the audience know she doesn’t actually feel that way about Mytho but from Fakir’s perspective everything she’s done so far has been for Mytho. She admitted to him in episode 12 that she had feelings for mytho and there has been nothing to dissuade him from this line of thinking. In fact, he finds her crying because mytho chose rue.

There’s this little moment I like. When Duck tells him mytho has chosen rue as his princess his eyes narrow ever so slightly.

He REACTS to this news, even if it’s subtle. And he doesnt look happy about it. Fakir is upset that Mytho rejected Duck. And this seems so antithetical from what we come to expect from a romantic subplot.

So the girl he loves loves someone else… and he’s okay with that. He never tries to pressure or guilt Duck into being with him. Hell he never even mentions his feelings. She likes someone else so what’s the point. But this never dissuades him from his devotion to her. He doesn’t give her an ultimatum or make her choose. He doesn’t even seem get upset that she loves someone else. Even when she goes back to being a duck destroying his last hope of being with her romantically, even then he never wavers. He wants to spend the rest of his life with her. Whether that’s as friends or as partners or as just a simple boy and a duck, he wants to be with her. How she feels for him doesn’t matter so much as getting to share his life with her.

And I find this such a refreshing spin on tired romance tropes. “Just friends” looms large in our media so it’s lovely to see a boy in the so called “friendzone” who’s okay with it. Beyond okay he treasures the time he spends with Duck. His affection for her doesn’t hinge on reciprocation.

It’s so common for characters in fakir’s archetype to grow angry or sad that they’re not “the one,” often lashing out at the girl who doesn’t return their feelings. But instead we have Fakir who’s perfectly content to stay Duck’s friend. After all, being her friend is a gift in itself.

I just love to see a platonic relationship not treated as a lesser stepping stone to a romantic relationship. Sure, Fakir has feelings for Duck. But that in no way undermines the friendship they already have. It’s treated with all the gravity usually reserved for romantic relationships. They’re going to spend their lives together and whether that’s as friends or as lovers—that part isn’t important.

I’m tired of media treating friendships like they’ve suddenly become worthless when one party develops feelings and the other doesn’t return them. With fakiru, the lovely part is that their relationship is built on such a strong foundation it can stand on its own. We the audience are free to interpret it as romantic, platonic, or something in between, but with any reading their close friendship forms the centerpiece.

this might not be a popular opinion and i mean it with the least amount of disrespect possible, to the families of the deceased: it's okay to recognize that the oceangate situation is sad. i wish we lived in a world where people didnt die as a consequence of their actions, but sometimes that happens. if you get on a shoddily built roller coaster chasing adrenaline, or you go spelunking and get stuck in a cave trying to chart a new cave system, or you choose to eat food that has possibly gone bad and risk it. sometimes the high risk/high reward situations pay off, and sometimes we're left here - angry at a company for allowing the situation to even be an option and angry at the people who lost their lives chasing a very slim high reward.

it's also okay to recognize that it's a sad situation and still not feel sad or upset by the news. was it something they deserved? no. was it something anyone deserved? no. but was it something that could be reasonably be expected from the choices they made? unfortunately yeah. choosing to spend their money on an "experimentally designed" submersible craft, choosing to sign a waiver that basically almost guarantees bad things are going to happen when walked through the fine print, and then actually getting into the craft after being given a tour of it were all choices those people made. and it turns out the perceived reward of seeing the titanic wreck in person wasn't worth it, because they lost their lives.

but when you think of the situation: person has 250k to spend on a tourist attraction. person has a decision to make: go for the high risk but possible high reward option, or go with the option that will guarantee you get home safe after your expedition? in this case the person(s) chose the high risk but possible high reward option. when they made the choice to pick the high risk they understood the risks. they signed the waiver and they talked to the CEO and they talked to people who'd been on the craft before. they were willing to risk death to tour that shipwreck.

and to those of you who are heartbroken over the 19yo who was on board: it's objectively sad that a promising business student lost his life (presumably) trying to bond with his dad. can we spend time mourning his trust in his dad to keep him safe? yeah. but should we sit here and continually say "he was just a baby! he's a kid! he doesnt know better!" he was a business student who lived in a separate city (if not country) from his dad. he was an adult person, able to drink, drive a car, vote, fight for his country - the whole nine. it's so incredibly disrespectful to place the blame of his death entirely on his father's shoulders as if he didn't also understand the risks. i know that the prefrontal cortex isn't fully formed until a person is 25, but he had some ability to make choices and he unfortunately made the wrong one. he's a grown man who made a wrong / ill-informed choice just like his dad and the other men on the craft.

i dont understand how you can sit there and be completely heartbroken when these men talked with people who'd been on the craft before, they'd signed the waivers, they'd been somewhat informed (not to the extent they should've been and that blame sits squarely on the shoulders of the next CEO of oceangate) that the craft was "experimental" in nature and not up to par with other submersibles in the same field. presumably these men were experienced divers and had spent time in submarines. they knew some of the red flags when they'd seen them right off, and others were more hidden from them. example: a boat taking the craft out to the drop site. it's my understanding that submersibles usually leave ports because of inspection laws. the men aboard the ship would've noticed the change in protocol. they would've noticed and they chose not to care, or chose to focus on the possibility of the high reward.

while it's objectively sad that this happened, it's okay to not feel actually sad over this. the people on the craft knew it was an option from the get-go, and remember they'd weighed the risks and the rewards and they'd decided with their grown ass adult brains that the slim possibility of the reward would be worth risking their lives for. it's sad. but when it boils down to it, they made a wrong choice; they played a stupid ass game and won the worst prize of all.

Little explaination of the liquid cause i feel thats whats most important to be touched on...

the liquid used for the keroball (since I can imagine such things needs its juice of power to function) but i see only a tad bit of the elixir is used just so it doesnt blow up or disintigrate from the amount of power it has

so since those are the common reactions too it, the way it affected Rusu was to be expected...but the least expected was for them to 'live' through that. especially with how unstable it was yknow? so for how strong it was, the moments of the elixir being dropped and spreading onto Rusu in the last panel it was pretty much slowly turning Rusu into its new host, melting him down radioactively to join the ooze is contents.

Maruru was a silly prankster as a kid so he expected this to be slightly a funny prank (too him) thus causing the unexpected events but for how he reacted it was like his path was chosen for him....although for Rusu instead of being promised a role along with being noticed and his brother being proud he was erased from existence, especially here reason they dont see him is because at his beginning stage he can barely hold his natural form (think of it like liquidy kinetic sand that gets sturdier each time) so of course they mistake him for whats left of the liquids out of the vial....

but ofc Crazeze notices there's more of it than usual, but shrugs it off and places the left over contents into a bigger bottle (which you can see in a few posts i did kinda referancing it hehehe)

even in the orikero rumble i added him cause why not eheheh

also i shall also add a bit more explaination ESPECIALLY on the emblem since i added a bit of a brief history in the comments in one of the comic parts!

so this brings us too NOW, with Rusu now being T:21 being alone for who knows how long and their family and friends thinking he just dissapeared out of the blue one day (but Copupu is still looking for him same with Crazeze as they both are trying to find what the fuck happened)

so now T:21 is just a body of insanity and anger plus trying to fit the pieces on who n what he is, along with using the last moments seeing Maruru as the last thing he saw (thus making it their one goal on seeing their 'friend') which just brings us to later comics that i may or may not make sometime later TEEHEE

infodump under the cut bc i've been rotating him in my brain like a rotisserie chicken

born and raised on Aquator (i hc that's like Space Carribean Islands), Gabriel is an ambitious young man who's not particularly keen on staying bound to his home planet so as soon as he's able he hitches a ride to Eden-6 to live with a wealthy aunt of his to attend college

through his college years he keeps seeing recruitment flyers for megacorps, out of all of them Hyperion peaks his interest namely for their R&D department (as an aspiring marine biologist seeing the absolure SIZE of the tanks they have on Helios REALLY spikes his interest)

after sweat, blood and a handful of tears he manages to nail an internship

all is well for a solid 3 years, he gets acquainted with the folks in his department even if he thinks some of them are completely off the hinges deranged (he's not any better, for the record) sets his eyes on a certain doppelganger for a healthy while (they have a short fling, kinda)

so circa age 25 he gets sent out to be stationed on Pandora on the Wildlife Exploitation Preserve and where proverbiably everything goes to shit

the first few weeks working there go fine sure it's a bit musty and the air is dry but thats a mild inconvenience at BEST

SO ABOUT THAT, theres a malfunction on one of the stalker enclosures, setting stalkers injected with eridium loose on the branch he's working at on the Preserve

nearly his whole team gets wiped off the map and Gabriel here ends up with a nasty wound on his abdomen (eventual nasty claw mark scar) and barely makes it out of the preserve

A concoction of health hypos and the remains of his labcoat later he manages to stabilize himself, but he's wandered so far off and the idea of going back doesnt sound appealing in the SLIGHTEST so he books it out to the dust aimlessly

in proceeds to happen 'Gabriel's No Good Very Bad Several Weeks' which plays out exactly how anyone would expect former hyperion to fare around Pandora which is not well at all while simultaneously trying to dodge an infection

he DOES manage to drag himself far enough to reach Ellie's and then promptfuly collapse at her doorstep and from that point on they kind of manage to form a steady friendship after he's awake again and not eating sand

that being said he crashes around her a lot, he's got some knowledge of machinery so it lends itself to him helping her out sometimes or doing a fetch quest here and there by foot

until that becomes a bit of a pain in the ass and he's never really learned how to drive but hey theres a first time for everything, its how he kind of picks up a motorcycle

and it just WORKS for him, after a lot of trial and error he get's pretty good at it, and that's when he starts catching wind of a Death Rally, so he decides to check it out

gets ENAMOURED with watching the races and eventually decides to risk it and try racing for once, and he's pretty runty ( ~5'2") compared to the other racers but he's got an added bonus of agility

it kind of becomes an opportunity for him to let loose, with it being such a rough 'sport' it gets to his head a little, and he's sabotaging other racers by ramming into them or herding them to crash, THAT gets Bossanova's attention, and the fact he keeps showing up race after race to compete

eventually they manage to strike a deal, he gets to rig the rallies for Bossanova and he gets to become a staple member of the rallies

he accepts in a heartbeat

that's how he kind of rises into some form of stardom under the alias 'Ceolacanth' (bc he's still a bio nerd after all those years and even if he's built his whole imagery after sharks rather than ceolacanths but, technicalities)

again all is good for a while until the events of Tales, by then he's the same age as Fiona and his first impression of the Tales crew is initially not a good one bc in his eyes they basically led Zer0 to the rally, and then proceeded to get his boss killed which is to say he's PISSED that was a damn good job thank you very much

despite all of that he's still sympathetic to the whole situation with the girls and Felix and then proceeds to make himself their problem bc welp, he's out of a job he might as well

his involvement in the story is mostly secondary, initially sticking by the girls

his initial annoyance at the group fades over time and he gets really fond of everyone, but particularly Rhys in the 'GOD you're so annoying, keep talking though i like your voice' (the closet is made of glass)

they kind of get on eachother's nerves and while to them its bickering to just about anyone else it looks like a weird sort of flirting, a very weird one too

they probably get some more common ground once they actually sit their asses down and TALK, he's been in the same place as Rhys before, just without the AI of their past CEO currently floating about in his brain, so he kind of gets that its a hard shift to go through, his feelings on Hyperion definitely soured over the years but he knows what its like to be tossed in a completely new envoirement and forced to wing it

probably had some hand helping Vaughn with the Children of Helios, he mostly left the guy to his devices but he was there if he needed someone to talk to (he picked Vaughn off after Vallory held him hostage)

Some extra stuff:

has a scar/dent on his nose from an incident as a kid where he decided to climb a closet that had a picture frame on top; his nose is also slightly crooked to one side bc of another childhood incident

has a back tattoo that kind of wraps around his hip (got it at 18 before going off to college)

the lack of glasses! while he was working on Hyperion he eventually got corrective eye surgery (tho admittedly? would be a little funny if he was going around half blind)

Natal Chart Analysis : Chamber

First of all this is headcanon of mine and im not an expert in analyzing birth charts, i only know little about this so i got some help from my acquiantances. I compared his chart qualities with his lore , his personality and his voice lines in this article. The comparison can be irrelevant on some parts because of my lack of knowledge in English. Please respect even if this doesnt meet with your expectations i have put a lot of effort in this. This is hell of a long article. I have written with some a lot of details and i cut it short, otherwise it would be hell of a long article than it already is. I had to think about general species of the zodiac signs and i found Scorpio as the most suitable zodiac sign to him. I went from his release date (16 November) as reference, and for his birth year all i knew was he is between 25-30 years old. So i calculated every year between 1993-1998. As his birthplace (i dont know if RIOT gave this type of information about this) i went with Paris because i have no idea where he can be born in France. In the end i came to the conclusion that his birthdate and birthplace may be : 13 November 1993 07.10 pm Paris/France

Okay so i have a few thoughts sorry obviously you don't have to answer i just want to write them down and you seem like a really sweet person so i thought i'll send it and maybe you or someone can add something to it🤗

Firstly we know that the band didnt expect atvb to go viral on tiktok and the really big popularity on the internet and i think matty once said that the play doesnt work well like that bc you cant film a play and im sure they're gonna count on satvb going viral and im really interested what kind of changes that would mean (maybe know phones but i dont think they would do that especially since the team75live's thing is to go live every concert and we know matty talked to them personally). But on the other hand after this year it seems like they only go viral if matty does something particularly stupid and/or offensive (i really hope not) so idk if it could influence the show in any way or exactly how but obviously the goal is to entertain the audience there not the internet.

Secondly atvb was 26 songs plus 10 minutes consumption and satvb is 22 songs then that would leave like what 25-30 minutes and im really really curious what they will do but i know we wont know it until the 26th but thats interesting i think bc it seems like too much time for me.

Okay lastly it seems like after the vegas show that atpoaim isnt over and thats really great but then it wasn't just something in between atvb and satvb and it'll continue and i had a thought bc tobias ryder said that satvb will continue what atvb started which was the on and off stage playing a character and atpoaim could be like a fourth wall break but after the north american tour announcement it didnt seem like it will be that but i hope at least

So, in terms of Atpoaim, here’s what I think about it’s relationship to the shows and it’s span.

As for the show itself, I do think that it’s going to evolve the ideas that began with ATVB, but I’m not entirely sure what direction it’s going to take. I think you are right. One of the first and earliest signs of Matty’s desire for change was when he would say stuff like “this show wasn’t meant to go viral” and stuff like that. And, in a sense, I get that. He’s never had to think about this additional layer of engagement. Usually, his work is within the context of the fandom. I think maybe this time around he’ll have the scenes be related to as specific theme or idea, but not entirely identical every night. Like he might still have a message behind what he wants to do/say, but he might try to approach it from different angles.

Also, yesterday, he used the words “introspective,” “Kafka” “joy division,” “Freud.” So I’m trying to think about what each of these concepts might have in common with his project and make a few guesses.

I would say, I can kinda see the hot division element. They’re very punk inspired but rather dark. Their lyrics were inspired by a lot of dystopian commentary. Taking the personal and connecting with the social. In exactly the ways that Matty’s show started out being about himself and turned into a show about being a man and the state of masculinity. And Kafka? Well, he’s the king of irony and absurdity. So, my guess is, matty is going to stretch that persona to new heights. The Freud reference and the “introspection,” make me think he’s going to draw on his ugliest and most personal feelings / thoughts and try to dramatize them. But of course inferiority is impossible to share publicly, which I’m guessing is where the irony comes in. That paradox of like how do you make the personal public without losing the authenticity. Usually, his answer to that is to lean into how ridiculous the whole rockstar persona is, but the question is, what makes this time different? What’s the point? Is it gonna be like super dystopian and depressing? Is he going to gesture towards a better future? Are we just fucked? Where does he stand right now? How does he feel about it all and how is it influencing his work?

I feel like this is where it’s all headed but idkkkk. Haha I’m super pumped to find out.

RREEEEEE THANK U I LOVE TALKING ABT RIAN SM 2. What's something about your OC that people wouldn't expect just from looking at them? very dirty sense of humour and great story teller. Rian will have the whole ghoul den in an uproar of laughter with their stories. Aether interprets for them before the ghoul's started being able to understand sign language and it leads to a fun two person theater type of vibe that everyone loves. Dew had the bright idea to ask Rian to recount movies or stories they all already knew as a way to work on their signing and it turned out to work surprisingly well. 3. What is your OC's fatal flaw? Are they aware of this flaw? Rian presumes to know what other people are thinking. Sometimes this can work in their favour on the handful of occasions when theyre correct, but mostly it leads to them assuming someone is mad at them or doesnt want to see them. They only became aware of it when Aether had to sit them down and ask why they'd been so distant after he and the band got back from their first tour after meeting Rian. They'd assumed the ghouls would want to just rest when all they wanted was to see their Rian again after months away.

Along this same vein is that they dont know how to ask for help. If they ask you to help or do something for them, no matter how small or insignificant it may seem, thats huge for them and you should take it as a sign that they really trust and feel comfortable around you. Aether realised this his first night meeting them when they allowed him to help them to sleep. He felt the hesitance. He always tries to reassure them though, will still provide help even when it's declined, taking pride in the small smile and blush on Rian's face when he does.

23. What emotion is the hardest for your OC to process? How about express? Hardest to process is feeling loved. Theyre so used to being on their own it just doesnt compute to them that the people around them actually care for and love them. The affection they get from the ghouls was damn near overwhelming at first. Especially with how rambunctious Swiss and Dew (and sometimes Rain) can get.

Hardest to express is anger or being upset. They hate taking up emotional space in people's lives. And showing negative emotions like anger or sadness in front of other people where they'd feel pressured to comfort you? oh no that won't do at all. They tend to bottle it up until theyre alone and know they won't be bothered. But by that time its been packed down inside a tight little box under lock and key with all the other times they've gotten angry or upset until it wont close anymore and it all comes spilling out. Aether tries to help them to express things in the moment, trying to latch onto any frustration they sense and tug at it just a little to push it towards anger and get Rian to finally let loose. Dew tells him about "Rage Rooms" and he thinks it an excellent idea for a date outing for him and Rian.

okay. we're talking abt AUGUST HARVEY ALEXANDER WILEY who is the little brother of Hal who i talked abt here mostly bc i need to flesh out his character more akljkfks

August, mostly known as Auggie, Augs, or Young (bc hes the youngest in his family) is the second son and fifth child of Henry Peter Alexander Wiley III, a wealthy New York lawyer, and his wife, Harriet

he was born April 12, 1860, the same day the American Civil War was declared

literally No One was expecting Augs, as it's been a good 18 years since his mother's last surviving child, and all his siblings are A Lot older than him -

he has three sisters, Hannah, Caroline, and Olive, who are 25, 24, and 21, respectively, and of them, Hannah and Caroline are both married with a young child and Olive is courting someone and basically engaged

his elder brother (and their father's heir), Hal (full name Henry Peter Alexander Wiley IV) is 18, and hes um. his life is Not going v well bc he just got engaged to some girl he barely knew and then his boyfriend Jamie went and fucking enlisted in the American Civil War and he has chronic fatigue syndrome which is acting up and yeah his life is kinda shitty.

Hal wants to hate Auggie, bc now his father has a backup heir, aka if Henry III finds out his son's bi, he can disown him and still have a son take over

but. then Hal sees his little brother and he's like fuck. f u c k. this tiny child is too cute and i love him.

Augs is a Very Vocal Baby, he's always wailing and giggling and speaking gibberish and its so fucking adorable.

then some stuff happens, and in mid 1862 Hal has to ""go off to school"" (eg Jamie got hurt in the Battle of Antietam and Hal bought him a house and shit to recover bc hes Rich and Gay)

Hal spends the next few years mostly alone, except for nurses and governesses. his father is usually off at work, and his mother doesnt really pay attention to him him - she lost several kids after having Hal and doesn't want to risk getting attached to another in case he dies too :(

then it's 1867. the war's been over for two years. Augs is 7, and hasn't seen Hal in 2 years. he barely remembers him, except for every month or so when he gets the occasional letter - signed both by his brother and a mysterious 'J' (but in Hal's handwriting bc Jamie's sucks djfhslajkh)

but one day in winter, his parents are attending a supper and on the way back the roads get so snowy that their carriage swerves off the street and into the Hudson, killing them and the driver instantly :(

Augs's sister Hannah originally takes him in but she already has 3 kids and Auggie is too much for her to manage (don't blame him he is a hyperactive young boy and doesn't understand social cues jdkjkfdas)

so!! Hal (now in posession of a sizable fortune) comes up from Maryland and takes him in!!

and they also confront Jamie's homophobic/abusive/just all around not very cool father and end up getting custody of his little siblings!! (plus by this point J's brother Abe is already living w them bc he ran off to be a drummer boy and Hal found him)

and they live happily ever after!!

at least until Auggie is killed by a falling tree branch at 17 :D

11. Who says marco and who says polo? Alexa says polo because the idea of being in the pool with her eyes closed makes her feel unsafe, this lowkey seems like a game she wouldnt let logan play.

Graham has had a few relationships in his past so he's good to her, won't mess up like he did his first few times. I like imagining dean going "43 huh? I really am an old man now :)" and he means it in a positive way, bc he never expected to live past 30, but cas gets so OFFENDED on his behalf like "dean you are NOT old, the average life expectancy is around 80, you are barely half that age!"

And dean finds it hilariously funny so he decides to egg cas on like "no but cas, cant you see these crows feet? Also i swear i found a grey hair yesterday and my stamina isnt what it used to be..."

Personally, im fond of "dean thinks he already confessed and cas doesnt return his feelings" truthing, bc it makes both of them look like dumbasses.

Dean thinks his feelings were obvious since almost saying "i love you" in the crypt, but he thinks cas DEFINITELY knows after his prayer in the trap, so cas not saying anything back must mean hes trying to let him down easy, right? He doesnt need to explicitly state his feelings and intentions, because they must be embarrassingly obvious. Cas has to know he is loved, forgiven and wanted, the fact that he doesnt reciprocate and keeps leaving is a clear enough answer in itself.

Except, cas is kind of a tunnel visioned autism boy and he NEEDS stuff spelled out for him at least once.

So while dean is over there being an emotionally repressed bag of "if i never talk about my humiliatingly soft feelings out loud, i cant ever be rejected out loud. people just have to KNOW", we have cas going "too bad my embarrassingly soft feelings obviously arent returned, i better keep them to myself so i dont ruin the friendship i have by being greedy" and theyre both wrong and most other people can easily see that.

Cas NEEDS it said out loud, thats why his verbal confession made him so happy, the words had been choking him for ages. Meanwhile dean is visibly confused bc why now and why is cas acting like his feelings arent returned when he KNOWS that dean.... and by the time dean has processed all of it, its too late.

Them overcoming their trust issues, low self esteem and bad communication skills together is essential to me in any post-canon fix it. Dean needs to know that its ok to talk about feelings and that cas deserves the security of an actual confession and cas needs to learn that not everything has to be explicitly spelled out for it to be true and he can just trust deans love for him.

I thought of a scenario with the voltron x SSO crossover.

So team voltron realise somehow Moa's body has high level of quintessence.

But instead of thinking "Oh, she's a druid" they instead belive she been contaminated from being to close to the rift (that they think open recently and not like 25 000 years ago).

They ask her if theres others like her. Which she respond with yes. And they now want to have a meeting with everyone to explain the rift and the danger and how they need help to find it and close it.

Moa gets this malicious compliance mood and agree to try to get EVERYONE gatherd.

Fripp somehow agree to a big meeting. Because he sees how big threat the galra empire is or something and want to try to get everyone on the same page or atleast inform everyone about the situation.

So they invite as many fractions of magic users/creatures as they can. Druids, Dark Core, witches, the three wild woods herd, caprans, Ydris, and Galloper with the dead.

I imagine the meeting place is like an old roman teather ruin but with pandorian markings.

Team voltron come first and thinks the ruins look odd but not sure why. Druids start to show up and they walk in a line that makes the voltron team worry if people have already started a wierd cult (once again, they think the first contact with pandoria was recent). Then they sees Fripp and they start to get really confused.

Dark Core comes after and they probably just teleport in and stay in one corner and refuses to make small talk with others. Like some edgy wallflowers.

Witches comes in small groups at a time. They still group together and I can see them standing little closer to Dark Core than the druids. As witches are more odd looking with the shadow witches, the glowing witch with antlers from Gallopers orgin story and Pi (she was described with having tree like skin) the voltron team starts to really freak out. This was not what they were expecting.

The wild herds comes and do some small talk to show they come in peace. (Except Ash that probably threatens to beat up anyone that looks at them funny).

Caprans are all over the place. Why did they invite them?

Ydris comes with glowing Zee and summons shadow seekers to sit on. Here wheres the fun part comes in. Shadow seekers are the rift creatures Old voltron fought against in the past. And here is just some dude using them as a lawn chair. So Allura and Coran especially freaks out. Because how! Well because hes not human which does not calm the alteans down.

Galloper comes last and thats because noone really thought to invite him. Everyone sees him as a loose canon thats too dangerous to approach. But Moa (like most Mcs) are on friendly terms with him and sneaked behind everyone to invite him and made him promise to be on his best behavior. He wont try to beat up Ydris. He will not attack the witch that ruined his life. He will not lash out on the druids that didnt give him a chance. He has no idea who Dark Core is but there is probably some reason why he would want them dead. But he will not act on it!

Ghosts and skeleton spirits comes with Galloper, they just kinda follow him. And thats fine, they used to live on Jorvik so they should have a say in whats happend there.

The meeting starts and team Voltron has no idea where to start anymore because they didnt think anyone on the island would have any real knowledge about magic and interdimentinal stuff.

They try to mention what happened on Daibazaal but everyone starts to laugh at the idea of them losing to shadow seekers. Some feel sorry for them losing a planet and doesnt laugh. And Ydris probably gets furious when they accidentally call creatures from Pandora, monsters.

Moa just enjoy team Voltrons confusion and watches them get embarrassed by their lack of knowledge.

he doesn't but he Does have a big cushion that he sleeps with bc he needs Something to hug while he sleeps or he will go insane. or just. not sleep very well. he had an actual person to hug once but ALAS!!! DIVORCE!!!! very funny but also not at all. im so sorry king.

he doesnt have many plushies, but he definitely needs more bc i think they would fix him. he's got like... 2 little rat plushies from when he was younger and theyre kind of falling apart but he refuses to fix them. for the Authenticity. also bc it would take away the charm and they remind him of his siblings, so if anything happened to them he'd be in complete and utter shambles

so my bf is in the navy right? on june 25 he has what's called a family day which is like the sailors can bring their familia onboard to see the ship and all that fun stuff. he invited his mom and his mom and i do NOT have the best track record. like, racist in that microaggressive way. anyway things are kind of okay between us now, because my bf doesnt talk to her much and we live on opposite coasts so it's fine.

BUT he explicitly told her DO NOT come out here before the 24th, explaining that it's my birthday and he wants it to be just us. since we've been long distance, we rarely get birthdays together. what does she do? gets a ticket for the TWENTY FIRST. he's on the boat until the 22nd, so i'm the one who has to pick her up at fucking 1AM and drive her and his grandma (nice lady, kinda sad but she and i have no problems afaik) to their hotel.

so like. they're here from the 21st-27th, and i have to entertain them for the days before my bf gets back. he told me not to bother because if his mom wouldn't respect us in her decision making when SHE'S visiting US, then why should I go out of my way, but like. his grandma is gonna be here so im at the very least gonna take them to lunch or whatever.

anyway. he's got some really fun surprises planned for my birthday from the vague shit he's told me so like at the very least my actual birthday will be fun. but his mom is a fucking headache and both of us are just kinda ready for the visit to be over already.

WHY do i never go to sleep at a reasonable hour lol!!!!

things are still busy as always - prepping for tour and weddings are a lot

i should really journal more it helps center me a lot, especially when my mind is going haywire

im talking to this boy i really like but he doesnt reply very often which is making me feel a bit weird - like it can be a couple days without a reply. i mainly feel weird abt it because he once ghosted me before, and prior to him disappearing this is what it was like. i dont want to get too caught in my feelings but i really like him which is so wild and so fast for me. i suppose we'll just have to have a convo about our communication styles should this continue - and if he replies lol! but also hes a busy person, but then again so am i? i just feel like i'm putting in more effort than he is and its a little upsetting i guess - i just want more and i want to be the focus of someones attention. ig it just sucks a bit when someone may not want u in the same way u want them. we'll just see what happens though. all i want is honesty - if someone loses interest then its fine i can take that easy - i just dont want my time and effort to be wasted when it could be going to other things or other people. he says he got a lot of love to give tho - give it to me ugh hahaaha

i however, dont want it to affect me too much. im busy and i have other things i need to be getting on with. i got a job interview for a role i actually WANT coming up - this should be my focus really rather than some boy or any boy really. i have also concocted a list of things i want to be doing every day / most days just to better myself as a person - like reading, working out, and making music. i say this all the time and i never do it though - when is change going to happen g?

even if it doesnt work out with this boy - yeah the circumstances of it might be shit but you will find someone you love eventually. there is only so much you can do and you will find a person for you. someone who will love you and be obsessed with you for you in your entirety

you also need to love and better yourself. dont let every working day be the same and boring - your current job is shit as it is. make your days interesting - learn something new and do something new every day. stop coming home from work, scrolling, gaming and sleeping. that is such a boring life! you are a creative - don't dull yourself. create!

read that damn book by your dresser. tomorrow (today really) is a new week, and you've got some core responsibilities out of the way now. lets see some change, and lets get fit for tour

the boy sitch yes its annoying - he could be making more effort. but you are just talking still - maybe there needs to be a little confrontation or clarification to set expectation. but someone elses actions are not in your control and there is only so much more you can do

remember also to treasure and love others around you. they are your family. like sam, lorcan, arjun and my actual family

although i dont really say i am christian anymore, i still want my ultimate purpose just to be to love. to be kind to others, make others feel loved and appreciated, and good. not to sound cliche but that is what we need in the world. we were always taught in primary school to 'treat others the way you want to be treated' - and its true!

tilly got married this week and everyone spoke so highly of her - it really wowed me that she has had such an impact on the lives of many individuals and that is so inspiring to me. she is pure honey and i love the way she walks and carries herself. i want to be like that too - i want to be good
